Hi All,
I want to take FREE OF COST MATERIAL IN OUR STOCK.
I HAVE TRied TO TAKE IT THROUGH MBIC MOVEMENT TYPE ( 511 & 521 ) BUT FAILED TO DO SO.
Pl SUGGEST THROUGH WHICH TRASACTION WE CAN DO THE SAME.

Hi,
Eventhough you take the material without PO i.e with 501 movement type, the quantity and value updation of stock occurs.
If you want to receive free goods , first you need to make PO by selecting the Free goods check box in the item overview, next make GR eith 101 movement type, then no value updation happens only quantity updates. NO change in Moving Average Price.

Problem regarding Purchase Order with Free of Cost Material

Dear Xperts,
I am facing problems while doing Goods Receipt of a Purchase Order having all the materials we are going to receive Free of Cost from the Vendor.
This case is happening with Doemstic and as well as Importer Vendors also.
Problems to be solved:
1. If we are using Tax Code(with excise conditions) ,excise duty calculation does not take pace automatically at Goods Receipt as the Material Value is Zero on which the duties will be calculated for a Manufactuing Plant.
2. This case seems very problammatic if that Purchase Order is having almost thousand line items.The user has to enter all the Excise duties manually for each & every line item during Goods receipt in a manufacturing Plant.
3. In case of Importer Purchase Order also, the CVD portion & CESS on CVD portion user has to enter manually.
4. To solve this problem we are not using Free Goods Indicator in PO, we are entering 0.01 paisa , but during the MIRO of Planned Delivery Costs , the system is not showing or providing POP-ups of those relevant condition types to the user to enter the actual amount.
Please advice, how can we proceed in this case.

First you are putting 0.01 value . So the planned delivery cost is not showing coz if say tax is 8% then 0.01 x 0.08 will be 0.0008. It will take first two digit after decimal and hence its 0.00 and hence plannded delivery cost is not showing.
If you put 0.5 you will be able to put planned delivery cost in MIRO
Now regarding value is zero and how will the import duty be calculated. May be make a pricing routine where in the custom duty is not calculated on this base price 0.5 or 0.01 but on the actual value if it was not free of cost and that value you can maintain through MEK1 transaction code.
And while posting MIRO or MIGO you need to identify that these are free of cost material and use BADI fi_ac_document
and may be replace the actual GL with some other GL so that 0.5 or 0.01 does not add to your inventory cost and you could knock off later.

Problem related to variable substitution

Dear all ,
I have a query related to variable substitution :
The requirement is that filename should be in the following format : %<store_code>%_%<Date>%_master.xml .
I have done the configuration for Store_code in the variable substitution from Payload .
But I am facing problem related to Date as the requirement is that we should not take the date from the payload . We used "ADDtimestamp" in the file mode creation but it is generating file with time stamp also which doesn;t serve the purpose .
Can somebody suggest how to take the current date without taking it from payload . Does anyone know something about standard current date which I can assign directly to Var2 .

Hi,
In your mapping, have a user defined function which has a bit of Java to get the current date and time and pass back out to a variable.
Here is a code snippet I got in Google to do this :

How to capture the excise duty on free material purchasing?

Scenario is like this if we purchase a lot of material then vendor gives free on some qty. then we make a purchase order for free material with tax code zero. Vendor supply that free material with excise duty. Now we do GRN & take part1 entry. How to capture part II entry. This is capital item.

If you are following J1IEX route , then Tick MRP indicator & enter Excise duty values & take Part2.
It is assumed that all other master data like chapter heading etc are set.

Problem related to PS CS6 ext. on Mac. Nikon DSLR D610 raw file can not be opened

Problem related to PS CS6 ext. on Mac. Installation is OK but I can't open picture from my Nikon D610 (Raw NEF format). I get a message "can not open this format ...". Checking Help menu to see if I miss an update the message I get is that I'm up-to-date but at the end Nikon D610 (format supported of course) files can not be opened . JPEG are OK but I work with raw files. Thanks

What OS are you running: 10.x.x?
What version of the Camera Raw plug-in do you have? Do (About) Plug-ins / Camera Raw to find out.
You need at least ACR 8.3 to open D610 files. If the Help / Updates process does not work, then there is a manual install process you can do. The page with the download is for when people accidentally updated to ACR 8.4 and need to roll back to ACR 8.3 due to their OS being incompatible, but the installer on that page works even if you haven’t erroneously updated to ACR 8.4:

Free Material Delivered by Vendor

I have a situation regarding free goods that were delivered by vendor in excess to the amount ordered in PO. We had ordered 2000 units but 2700 were delivered. How to post the GR in this case without changing the PO. I know that one easy method is to change the PO and check the Free indicator after adding extra line item for the extra material but changing PO is not an option here. What are the alternates ?

Post the GR of 2000 against the PO.
for the remaining 700 , you have 2 options for Goods receipt without reference :
501 - GR Without Purchase order
511- GR of Free Material
In case of 501 movement Type - Stock will update MAP (Moving Average Price) but in 511 movement case Stock without any accounting document. I.e. means There will be no Accounting document generation.
Delivery Free of Charge
If you receive a free-of-charge delivery from a vendor without a PO having been issued beforehand, you post the free delivery as an other goods receipt. In the standard system, you specify a text and a vendor for each item. This control for the Text and Vendor fields can be changed depending on the movement type 511 in Customizing for Inventory Management and Physical Inventory under Settings for Enjoy Transactions u2192 Settings for Goods Movements (MIGO) u2192 Field Selection per MvT Type.
For Free Material, Price control plays a crucial role for Accounting entries.
1. If the material is valuated at moving average price, the stock figure is updated on a quantity basis only, not on a value basis. Thus the total stock quantity increases but the total value of the stock remains unchanged. This results in a reduction in the moving average price.
2. If the material is valuated at standard price, the stock figure is updated on a quantity and a value basis. The receipt is valuated on the basis of the standard price. The offsetting posting to the stock account posting is made to a revenue account for price differences.

Hey this is totally weird. I haven't done jailbreak at all and I won't But how is possible that default apps such as Safari and Appstore have the problem I've mentioned before and Skyfire works perfectly without any trouble.
So to sum up:
Safari: loading stucks after few seconds on wi-fi, mostly doesn't load pictures
Appstore: loading stucks after few seconds on wifi and it keeps saying "loading"
Facebook and Youtube: doesn't load pictures
SKYFIRE: loads everything without any trouble
and completely everything works on Edge...
So tell me W.T.F. :-D

If the camera roll is covered partly by your screen, close the photo app, open the multitask bar, tap on the photo app icon unitl it starts to shake, then hit the little minus icon to close the app completely.
Return to your home screen and start the photo app again, you should be able to select the camera roll again.
You can also reset the phone to get it working again.

Firefox disconnects by clicking link in my gmail and most of time i refreshes the page few clicks. And also some problem relate with playing youtube videos. I frankly notice that i connect my net using PC Suite and also system protected with Anti virus program. So kindly check my browser and restore it's missing without using factory reset.
