Problem to create a Schema

Question

After installing Oracle 8i, I can't create a schema.
Can you help me please to indicate to me how I can create a schema?
Should I download other file?

You donot need download any thing for this.
First create a user say scott.
Create user scott identified by tiger;
grant connect , resource to scott;
If the user is alreadt there , please ignore the above.
Now run the following statement.
CREATE SCHEMA AUTHORIZATION SCOTT
CREATE TABLE sox
(color VARCHAR2(10) PRIMARY KEY, quantity NUMBER)
CREATE VIEW red_sox
AS SELECT color, quantity FROM sox WHERE color = 'RED'
GRANT select ON red_sox TO public;
