Problem to install an IDES - System

Now I will send my LOG File. Maybe you finde a solution. I finde the
R3Load.exe into my Master CD (onI:\NT\IA64) But the system say:

I don`t know ! Or what error I have ???? Please help me

Also ich habe die CD von SAP bekommen und da ist nur diese eine R3Load.exe drauf uns sonst habe ich jetzt alle 30 CD durchgesucht und keine mehr gefunden.
Habe mir eine ander R3Load.exe besorgt aber da kommt zwar nicht dieser Fehler aber das Logfile sieht genau so aus.
Exchanging only R3load.exe will not help since the full kernel is the wrong one. you won´t find the R3load on the DVD because it´s packed in SAPEXEDB.SAR.
Ok ich habe Windows 2003 DE installiert.
Und bist du dir ganz sicher das es auf DE nicht geht. Weil dann muss ich halt wirklich alles nochmal löschen.

I've got a problem during install ECC5 on Windows 2003, MS SQL SERVER 2005.
Here is the error message

I've found a note 162266 - Questions and tips for R3SETUP on Windows NT / W2K
It said that this problem occurs when the data file is damaged during copying from CD or DVD. That make sense because our installation disks are copies made by DVD writer.
So maybe I should download those two files from service, right?
But I met another problem, I need SAPAPPL1.007 and SAPAPPL1.009. But on the website, export data are devided into 21 small packages. I have no idea which to download.
Are there anyone who downloaded these files before? Could you spend some time and tell me which are the disks I need.

Login as <SID>adm -->goto run -->sqlplus "/as sysdba" --> grant dba to sap<SID>; and check with the installation.
If it's not work check with the following SAP SAP Note Number 400241 - Problems with ops$ or sapr3 connect to Oracle.

Problems re-installing LeanPrint after system restore

How do you do this? I had to do a full system restore on my laptops, and now I cannot get leanprint to work. I get the error message that "This Adobe LeanPrint license is active on two other computers. The activation grace period for this additional computer has expited. Deactivate an instance of the license or contact Adobe."
I have called (no answer), emailed (auto-reply), and have been on hold for more than an hour for someone to assist me in the "chat window".
Can anyone out there help??

Installing BI IDES

hello,
I encounter a problem to install BI IDES.
I used the "mysap business suite 2005 : IDES installation master"
(product number : 51032419) to launch the installation. Then, i choose
"sapNetweaver 2004s SR2 > SAP Systems > Oracle > Central System > Central
System Installation" in the welcome screen.
The installation has completed successfully but when I try to connect tothe system on the client 800, it answer me the client 800 is not available. (connection on the client 000 and 100 work )

Remark : during installation, i was never asked where the two export dvds
are available..
Did I make the wrong choice in the welcome menu ? or is there other steps
to complete ?

Okay, i did it!
For all guys with the same problem:
After deleting SAP and starting a new installation, i stocked at the same point during the installation.
What the f* hell .. i deleted sap again .. this is done quite fast
The problem: if you can't logon with SAP* and 06071992 to client 000, stop here, there is no way out.
I have deleted SAP* on client 000 and 001, and try logon with SAP* / PASS, but .. no chance!
The installation is running not correctly till this step! Start a new one.
Now, i've downloaded a new SAPINST: SAPINST7011_1 and started a new installation, again
If the step is comming and you have to enter the ddic password, stop the installation,
download a newer kernel (SAPEXEDB_221/SAPEXE_221) (save the original) and replace the old.
Start SAP with MMC and logon to client 000 with SAP* and 06071992, ddic should work to.
Go to RZ10, import profiles of the active servers, edit instance profile and add:
login/no_automatic_user_sapstar : 0          (default value is 1)
save and activate the profile, restart SAP.
Now you have to delete SAP* from client 001.
delete from sapSR3.usr02 where BNAME='SAP*' and MANDT='001';           (you have to modify this maybe)
commit;           (don't forget it)
Now, you can logon to client 001 with SAP* / PASS and change the ddic password.
Logon with DDIC and the initial password, and change it. Take this password for the SAP Inst GUI, it works

I get message "Only the administator is authorized to execute this action".
What should I do?

SAP* is not a real user.
- start SU01
- copy DDIC user to your user
- logon with your user
- start SLICENSE and import it

Try downloading the trial. It ought to detect that you have a 64-bit system.
You aren't using Vista, are you? PSE 13 requires at least win 7 and I think a few folks with vista have gotten a similar error message on trying to install it.

It sounds like you are trying to upgrade your Mac to a newer version of OS X, after completing a fresh install of Snow Leopard.
If you have already purchased and downloaded OS X Lion and Mavericks, you should be able to find these items in the Purchased section of the Mac App Store.

Loop Problems. There are no Apple Loops installed on your System.

When I first open Garage Band I get a message that says
"There are no Apple Loops installed on your System. Please reinstall the Apple Loop Package"

I did and with no luck. But I was able to solve the problem.
What I found out was that the folder under the main library has the wrong rights which wouldn't allow the index files to be updated.
So, I change the Audio folder and all enclosed folders to allow All Others the ability to Read/Write. I deleted the files out of the Apple Loops Index and launched GB. I dropped a loop onto the loop browser and the index was rebuilt.
Eventually I copied the Jam Pack folders over to the Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Apple Loops > Apple folder. Then dopped another loop on the loop browser for the index to be rebuilt again. Doing this allowed all users on this computer to have access to the loops.

I have a ThinkPad X40. I tried to reformat it using the recovery partition, but that failed... great system huh? Anyway, i installed Windows XP using a different CD and i tried to install the ThinkVantage System Update and got an Error 1722.
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A progam run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action StartSuService.EXE, location: ...\startsuservice.exe "
It had placed an executable entry in my start menu, so i tried to run it and got "A problem occured while loading the system update......" which seems to have been experienced by a lot of people. Looks like i'm at a dead end here as well... So far the Laptop has been fine with everything apart from lenovo software...
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

What's the Problem While Installing Oracle Express Server/Client On P-IV System

Hi,
Please let me know if there is any problem with the Pentium-4 systems while installting the Oracle Express or the Client Software. I baught a P4 system and MS Windows 200 is installed.
When I run the setup for the Oracle express server or oracle express client, Only the Hour Glass pops up for few second and nothing happens. Even there is no error message displayed.
I enquuired to one of the Local Software Service centre and was told that Oracle products are facing problm with Pentium -4 .
If it is so Please suggest me waht to do....

Problem with installing CUCM on MCS-7816-I5

Hi to all.
I have a problem with installing CUCM 8.6.1 on new MCS-7816-I5 (IBM) hardware. The problem is that installation loops in restart after upgrading MCS firmware. Actualy, installation does not sucessfully upgrade firmware, so every time it detects old firmware and trying to upgrade it.
I also tried update MCS firmware with downloaded Firmware Update Utility 3.6.5 CD from Cisco downloads, but it also fails.
Does anyone have idea what's going on? Is this a Cisco failure or IBM server failure?

Symptom:
Refresh upgrade stops with IMM device detection, and then server being reported as unsupported
Conditions:
in-band USB interface was disabled, which is configurable via IBM system X or IMM (browser) interfaces.
Workaround:
change the in-band usb interface settings to enabled.

A lot of problems after installing Windows XP using Boot Camp on a Mac Book

I have been having a lot of problems after installing Windows XP Home Edition (2002).
For one, after installing Windows using Boot Camp with Mac OS X 10.5.1, I opened Windows on my Mac Book, inserted the Mac OS X Disk 1 as in the instructions and got the message: +"This package requires a newer version of the Windows installer. Do you want to update the version of the Windows Installer on your system?"+ When I clicked Yes (I had NO idea what it meant at the time), I got the message: "The required resource 'UPDATE' is missing" and the Installer quit.
How do I fix this problem?
Another problem I have is that there is no sound on the Windows XP, yet it works perfectly on Mac OS X. Is there any way to fix this problem?
A third problem I have is that I can't wirelessly connect to the internet using Window XP, yet I can on Mac OS X. I have no idea on how to fix this, and it's really messing with me. D:<
D: There are way too many problems, and I have a feeling there will be a lot more later on. Help....
