Problem using MSMQ to send after MSMQ ReceiveDispatch

Question

I have an MSMQ Receiver configured to pull messages whereby it calls a Dispatcher rule set to call a workflow - dependant on the rule match specified. In the workflow I receive the Heirarchy, call the EAI Siebel Adapter to upsert the records. At the end of the workflow I want to send a response message to a defined message queue - I don't want to use the response queue set up on the subsystem because the rule will determine the response queue - it could be different.
It looks like the upsert is successful, but the send on the MSMQ transport is not.

I set up that exact scenario. It took a lot of messing around, but it's now working great!
I first set up a dispatch rule to match based on the IO object which then dispatches to a workflow process. I set up a couple of transforms where I set a property to the name of the response queue and response queue machine.
Once in the workflow I had a terrible time getting the response queue process to work. The trick here is that you need to send the response on a different thread context. The only way to do that is by using an (a)synchronous workflow through a server request.

For the properties WfProcMgr.ResponseQueue and WfProcMgr.ResponseQueueMachine, I just passed the process properties that were set up on the dispatcher transforms.
For the WfProcMgr.Message I just built a response xml using Workflow Utilities/Echo and an output expression to set a process prop.
