Problem when creading IDOC COND_A

Hello all,
I am facing a problem in recognizing changes in conditions,
when changing a condition threw VK12, and choosing "create with reference" , the system creates a new record from the date you choose and closes the previous conditions to the day before.
If the date you choose is in the pat (or today) then when you want to create IDOC's of the last changes you will see only one segment in the IDOC - the new one (ther wont be an update of the old one), if the date is in the future then there are 2 segments in the IDOC.
Does any one know how to solve this problem?
Thanks,
Naama

Hi,
Do you refer to IDOC WP_PLU02?
Check in tcode BD52 for message COND_A the tables and fields.
Perhaps Best Practice 'R33: Store connectivity' will help you (see in http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/600/html/R33_EN_DE.htm)
I hope this helps you

  • Hierarchy problem when creating IDoc with multiple headers

    Hi,
In general, When you create an inbound IDoc for the IDoc Type FIDCCP02, you have all the data records arranged in hierarchical order (while viewing it in the we02 transaction).
Our requirement is to have m number of headers(E1FIKPF) and in turn it has n number of items(E1FISEG) inside a same IDoc. We have a problem in viewing the hierarchy of them in the data records tab. It comes down in a flat order without hierarchical division.
If we have only one header, we get the hierarchy sorted by default. If we have multiple headers we see the same problem again.
We guess some make-ups in the EDIDD structure which contains segnum, hlevel etc needs to be done.
Let us know the correct method to get this fixed.
Points will be rewarded. Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Reni

Every Idoc segment has a place to put in the parent segment for that Idoc. When you "fill" the Idoc , this tsep might not be executing for some reason.
    Is this some customer development?
    in EDID4 ,see these fields
PSGNUM-Number of the hierarchically higher SAP segment
    HLEVEL Hierarchy level.

  • Problem when sending IDOC from ECC to MII 12.0

    Hi all,
I have followed the document "[How to Send an IDoc from SAP ECC to the SAP MII IDoc Listener|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/50775783-6cb1-2b10-90b0-e6bc2c0b8563]" to configure the scenario to send IDOC from SAP ECC 6.0 to MII 12.0.
But when sending 53 IDOCs by Tcode POIT to MII, I have problem as below:
       - 53 IDOCS were successfully outbounded (list in WE02).
       - 8 IDOCs were successfully sent to MII IDOC listener (these 8 IDOCs messages exist in list of Message Monitor).
       - 45 IDOCS were error with message in SM58: "Bean IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS not found on host xxx, ProgId=yyy".
I'm wonder why some IDOCs were successful while some others were error. If the bean  IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS don't exist in EJB, why some IDOCs successful found this bean?
I have another wonder: in this scenario document, all IDOC message type (SYNCH, LOIPRO) is configured in outbound parameters of RECEIVER (receiver logical system), why they weren't configured them in outbound parameters of SENDER (sender logical system)?
If some have the same problem and know how to resolve it, could you please help me?
    Thank a lot in advance,
    Vinh Vo

    Hi Vinh,
    Please read the following document:
    [IDOC Listener|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/library/bpx-community/manufacturing/how%20to%20send%20an%20idoc%20from%20sap%20ecc%20to%20the%20sap%20mii%20idoc%20listener.pdf]
If you explicitly defined a Prog ID in NW, then you have done an extra step and are confusing NW with the real destination.
In basic terms, you set up an RFC destination (with an assigned ProgID) in ERP, then configure MII to point to it.
I suggest that you follow the document completely and do nothing else to set up a new listener.
If you are not using ECC 6.0, you may find the paths are different,  but the transactions codes are generally the same.  However, you may want to check with some of the older installation instructions regarding specific modifications.  Look in the Wiki for MII under Connectivity.
    Good luck,
    Mike

  • Problem when pushing IDOC from SAP to XI

    Hi,
I am trying to push an IDOC from SAP R/3 system to XI. When I processed the IDOC using test tool(WE19), it's showing message that IDOC sent succesfully to R/3 or External system. But in SM58 Transaction it gave error message that in Trabsaction IDX1: some RFC connection error. Then I opened the Transaction IDX1 on XI server, in that IDOC Adapter configuration I gave RFC destination, Logical system name of R/3 and saved it. Now When I tried again to push IDOC from R/3 to it's not giving any error message(in SM58), but I am not able to see any thing in SXMB_MONI. Can anybody guess what's happening? And also I am using fresh newly installed XI server. DO I need to configure something else? All RFC connections are well defined and working fine.

    Hi,
It is not required to create Sender Agreement for the Idoc to XI scenario. Because it is implicitly exists.
Can u check Receiver Determination  created in the XI once again. And also check for RFC destinations created in the R/3.
    Hope it helps ..

  • Error when importing IDOC structure from SAP - Control record missing

    Hi!
We are hitting problems when importing IDOCs from SAP into the Integration Builder. The import ends successfully but when we drill into the IDOC structure we get a message: <b>Schema for type EDI_DC40.ASN_OUT.DELVRY01.Z1DELVRY (category Data Type) not found</b>. This is only happening for one specific IDOC type only. We have checked all we can think of but cannot get this to work. Any help would be very much appreciated. • Problem to send idoc for a Good Receipt created

    Hello all,
I have a problem when a good receipt has been created in EBP system the idoc has been generated with a message type MBGMCR.Why a idoc has not been generated with a message type WMMBXY in our system ?
I verify in a transaction WE20 and we have a correct message WMMBXY between a system EBQ and system back end.
Please help me for this problem.

    Ok Mady,
then just reward this good response
PS: for IDOC exchange, this is the only message type changed by switching < 4.5B to >= 4.5B.
New message types can be added for contract distribution (BLAORD, COND_A, BLAREL).

  • PROBLEM IN CUSTOM IDOC CREATION

    Hi Friends,
I'm facing a problem in custom idoc creation plz try to assist me
1.As per the information i have  i'm creating segment in we31
for cremas01 idoc. But when i enter the name for segment i'm getting message "Name range Voilation particular name which i had given is not permitted in customer system?
Plz clarify this, and are there any formalities which i should look for before creating custom idoc?
    Good answers will be rewarded.
                                                                              Regards,
                                                                               Vinod.

The Problem might be.... with the naming of the segment.
Standard segments should be created with 'E1' and all the custom segments are created using 'Z1' and the name with 8 characters long only is permitted.
    Reward Points if useful.

  • Problems with sender IDoc scenario

    hi experts..,
when i create message Interface for a Outbound Idoc my scenario is not working.
if i use idoc directly instead of message interface its working properly
And in Interface Determination if i gv interface mapping we are gting errors and without mentioning interface mapping in Configuration its is working fine
can any one explain me what is the reason for my two questions
    thx in advance
    john wesly

    Hi,
I will explain one example by taking one IDOC
we have ORDERS05 Idoc and we are using the same Idoc for two scenarios
    Scenario1 -
    IDOC---File( FTP Server)
    Scenario2----IDOC-JDBC
Now let us assume that we have configured two scenarios.
If we trigger the IDOC Orders05 from SAP R/3 means
    1) The Idoc will be triggered and it will reach to XI.
Now your doubt is which Receiver will be take place and to be executed.
This time the problem my come or may not come, let it be like that.
If your requirement is like the above mentioned thing means
    1) We can develop a single scenario like
                     IDOC-------File( FTP Server)
    JDBC
Here what we have to do is when the idoc comes to xi we have route the Idoc to the particular receiver based on some condition in Receiver Determination
And one more thing is in mapping also if we have two mappings then we can use Interface determination based on condition which interface mapping to be execute.
I hope this clears yor doubt

  • Error when posting IDoc *** in system ERP100

    Hi Experts!
Can you pls help me with a goods receipt issue?
When user tries to make a good receipt on a PO, we have the msg "Error when posting IDoc *** in system ERP100" in SRM front-end application monitor.
The same msg is getting displayed in RZ20.
On the idoc itself in tcode WE02 however, I can't see any problem and unfortunately I have no access to the same t-code in R/3. Anyway, I don't see the GR on the PO.
What can be the reason for this problem please?
What is in general the way to analyse and solve this kind of issue?
    Thanks a lot !!
    imre

    Hi,
First find out the PO number from the idoc in tx WE02 in SRM system. Then in ERP , transaction BD87 , specify the details like message type and the system information .... and find out the PO that was errored out for GR. From this we can find the cause of the error. First try to rectify the error and then run the report to clear the contents of  BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.
    Hope this helps.

    Hi,
How are you extracting the data to Excel sheet ?
Please check the format type of the column in Excel sheet for UOM.
There is no issue in the SQL loader control file, but issue is there in your source excel file. (Try using a different method to extract the data to Excel sheet.)

  • Problem in Inbound Idoc

    Hi friends,
I have a small problem, actually one of my inbound idoc successfuly processed. But there is one field called IBAN, its for vendor master bank details.  its not populated in SAP. But the segment having the value. Its giving problem for one particular vendor.  So how to find why its not populated in SAP? Where we need check. Because IDOC having proper values, one of field value only not populated in sap. Pls help this issue.
    Mohana

Open include in SE38 LKD02F01 and put a break point on line 3943 or following piece of code:
    IF  e1lfbkm-iban <> c_nodata.
        MOVE e1lfbkm-iban TO f_lfbk_iban-iban.
        WRITE f_lfbk_iban-iban TO blfbk_iban-iban.
      ENDIF.
and check what value is getting populated when processing IDOC for that particular vendor.

  • Problem with Inbound Idoc

    Hi everybody.
I´ve got a problem with an inbound idoc. I've got a standard idoc INOTIF with an extension.
To receive this Idoc from external systema I´ve created a Z FM to process this idoc.
The problem is that when this idoc get to SAP the FM never is executed and the idoc appears with red flag and show me
the next error: No status record was passed to ALE by the application and the idoc is shown with the status 51.
    ¿¿How can I fix this??
    Thanks a lot
    Regards

    hi
and also give the funtion type is function module in we57 and in BD51 give ur ZFM and give 1 in input.t field.
now you can see ur FM in WE42 under Identification field F4 value.
The FM which is created by you  it should be in F4 help list fo field Identification in we42.
and give the  Message type and Process code in we20 in inbound parameters.
i am sure this will work .

  • Problem with HRMD_A06 idoc

    Dear All,
I am using the IDOC HRMD_A06 for carrying out various operation on the available HR infotypes.Kindly go thru the below mentioned details for further insight of the problem
    1.Scenario:
a.An interface to SAP HR system needs to be built
b.The interface will supply incremental master-data in
      form of flat-files
c.An integration broker ,SAP XI will then convert the
flat-files to I-Docs and send I-Docs to SAP HR system
d.The I-Doc chosen for this purpose is HRMD_A.HRMD_A06
e.However this I-Doc is not supporting different
operations on incremental data like modify, delete etc
f.Further validations are also not being supported
g.Also segments for certain info-type records are missing
    Example for Delete Operation mode:
<b>Operation Delete</b>: Delete existing infotype record
<b>Expected Result</b>: Only the particular info-type record, as supplied in the I-Doc should be deleted and not the entire personal number with all the info-types
<b>Actual Result</b>: The entire personal Number is deleted.
Is it that the Idoc behaves in this fashion or there is some other flag apart from OPERATION, which needs to be set.
    Regards
    Vinay

    Hi Vinay,
Have you found a solution ?
Because I'm a similar problem by using IDoc HRMD_A06. I have not a segment E1P0021 when I delete the infotype 0021 on an employee. I have only its segment E1PITYP.
