Pre inspection is activated please consult you QM consultant to clear the lot which i spending for inspection ..,if you dont have a Qm consulatnt and trying out something new then go to,Inspection lot selection QA32 input the variables and execute .

Problem while doing PGI for Returns Delivery

Hi,
We are facing some problem which doing PGI for a returns delivery. Our scenario is HU and WM managed. After creation of delivery I have created a TO and has two different valuation type of same material. Total quantity in TO is 2, 1 of each valuation type. So, automatically, batch split happened for the line item in delivery.
Now when I am trying to do PGI for this delivery, I get en error message saying "Enter Valuation Type". The movement type used here is 161 (Vendor Returns)
Same thing is happening successfully for movement type 643 (Transfer inter company code). What I can gather is that while creating 161 document against delivery system is not automatically taking the valuation types mentioned in line item of delivery.
Let me know possible reasons for this error and resolution.

Hi, I am having a little trouble with exporting images to another drive and Catalogue and need some help if anyone can give me some advice
I am currently using Lightroom 5.6 and operating on a Mac with OSX Ver 10.9.5.
I am receiving an error problem when doing the following -
I am exporting selected photos from a particular Catalogue saved on Drive 1 to a folder created on another Drive where a Lightroom Catalogue has been created. In this Catalogue I have arranged for the images once exported to be moved to a different folder - I used the Auto Import process under the File dialogue box.
When processing the Export I receive an error message for each of the images being exported indicating the following -
Heading Import Results
Some import operations were not performed
Could not move a file to requested location. (1)
then a description of the image with file name
Box Save As Box OK
If I click the OK button to each image I can then go to the other Catalogue and all images are then transferred to the file as required.
To click the OK button each time is time consuming, possibly I have missed an action or maybe you can advise an alternative method to save the time in actioning this process.

Problems when doing heap dumps

Thanks for your help. With the changes you suggested it is now working with jmx authentication as well.
However i had another question. I can not make JFlow work. I did install the plugin and everytime i right click on my remote JVM tab and click on Heap Dump, it does open system popup for me to select where to save the dump. But as soon as i select and click OK, it throws this error

There can be multiple different reasons for this that I can think of, incorrect permissions granted to the user, the effective user of the Java process running Mission Control not having write permissions in the folder you are trying to save to etc.
What does it say if you run with the debug flags?

No stock when doing PGI in Delivery

Dear All,
The stock is confirmed for sales order but while doing PGI in delivery the stock is not available,
This is because the product has split valuation like NORMAL , BONUS and SPECIAL.
when the stock is booked based on valuation type the system has allowed to make transfer posting from normal to bonus,
which has reduced the physical stock.
Kindly advise how to stop this trasfer postings when the STOCK is reserved for sales orders.

Here for availablity check CH and checking Rule A i have ticked the box for "Include sales reqmts".
Does this belong MM confifuration
Ex ITEM A HAS STOCK 100 PCS
I CREATE A SALES ORDER # 2307 FOR 80 PCS HERE THE STOCK IS CONFIRMED and quantity is reserved for the sale order
BUT FROM MATERIAL MANAGMENT THEY HAVE TRANSFERED FROM ONE VALUATION TO ANOTHER VALUATION TYPE,
HENCE THE STOCK IS GONE AND NOT AVAILABLE WHEN I AM trying to POST GOODS ISSUES.
KINDLY ADVISE HOW TO STOP THE Stock Transfer postings in MM once stock is confirmed / reserved against sale order

A namespace problem when doing Create InfoArea in bw system

we met a problem when excute a process in our bw system:
our process as follow:
rsa1(Data Warehousing Workbench:Modeling) --> InfoProvider --> Create InfoArea
then a error message window came out as below.

Choose 'Display object' or 'Cancel'.
its detail message is as follow:

Diagnosis
You cannot edit the object AREA 0INDUSTRIES. This may be due to the following reasons:
The corresponding namespace /BPR3R/ is not entered in the namespace table with a valid change license.
In the namespace table there is no entry with a valid change license that matches the template /BPR3R/.
System Response
The function terminates.
Procedure
Check the name of the object AREA 0INDUSTRIES. If necessary, choose another object name.
Otherwise, let the system administrator check the change licenses of the namespaces in your SAP system.
Maintain the namespaces in the Tools of the Transport Organizer under Administration -> Display/Change Namespaces.
You need to check and correct the entries that match the template /BPR3R/.
You need to distinguish between the following cases:
The namespace is /0SAP/:
Make sure that the namespace role is C (recipient) and the flags SSCR popup and SAP standard are activated. The license fields remain empty.
You did not create the namespace yourself. Instead, the namespace owner is SAP or another software vendor.

Then we did the below action:
se06 --> system change option
in this view, we found /BPR3R/ this Prefix.
And it is empty in /BPR3R/ 's namespace/name range volume.
What is next action we should take to solve this problem?

Accounting period problem for doing PGI

I am getting this error while doing PGI , I have entered Actual goods issue date in delivery header manually . 15 .11.2008 . I am trying to do PGI on 7.12.2008 .

I guess it is because of accounting period closing for November 2008 .

Firstly go to MMPV and check the closing period of your company code if it is in past close the month by MMRV and then do delivery and PGI and check still if it is not working then Go to OB52 and maintain for account type S with the G/L account 500010 and the closing month and the year.

I've been having trouble with Indesign CS 5.5 when I use the package tool.
I work with indesign for a long time, create my document files, and when everything is done, finished, i go and do the Package.
But at a certain point it crashes and the file becomes demaged... even the original one i've worked initially!!
This happens everytime...
Does anyone ever had this problem?

This is not normal behavior. I wonder what is different for you.
If you deselect "Check Links Before Opening Document," you should not be prompted to "Do not Update Links." This suggest you have corrupt preferences. So try:

[no replies since 2days] problem when doing line total in matrix?

hi everyone...
i have a user form in which ihave a matrix with few columns and for a particular column there is CFL...when i select a CFL my matrix is feeding with data in other columns as well.....
in my form there is a edit box called Tax...in to which iam supposed to calculate the line total of a column in my matrix... as soon as when i enter CFL....
here is the code which i have written in item event

the above is code is working perfect...but,
there are 2 problems....
1. if i remove "oMatrix2.Columns.Item("V_7").Cells.Item(pVal.Row).Click(SAPbouiCOM.BoCellClickType.ct_Regular)" line from my code there is an error called
" Application has a problem. Diagnostic file C:
some path..dump was created...plz attach the file...etc etc..."
2. in my matrix column if i re-enter any other CFL data...my Tax is adding again with same value again...i.e i'm not getting the correct line total...
plz provide me the solution for both the questions...

Hi,
For your 1st question, y should you remove that line? If it works fine with that line, leave it as it is. Its afterall placing the focus in that column right?
w.r.t your 2nd question, the reason why the same value is being considered for tax calculation is that, the same old datasource is not cleared. So you clear the datasource manually and this problem will be solved.
Eg: Try to clear the data source as below.
oForm.DataSources.DBDataSources.Item("@Table_Name").Clear();

Problems when doing a mirrored display

Hello there. I recently got a KVM switch to use for an iMac g3 and an intel mini. The intel mini works perfectly with it, and the imac does kinda. It should be noted that the iMac is running Mac OS9.2.2. I have both computers hooked up to a 17in lcd and a usb cable in each to switch the keyboard,mouse and printer. Ever since I hooked up an lcd to the imac and the kvm swich with its usb ports, the imac has been crashing constently with bombs and wierd messages. Any suggestions? Thanks

What do the messages say when it crashes?
From what I understand about using external monitors (which isn't much), LCD monitors have a native resolution that is not changeable, unlike CRT monitors. iMac G3s are only capable of going up to a maximum of 1024 x 768 resolution. I don't know what the native resolution of your LCD monitor is or what would happen if you attempted to connect a higher resolution LCD monitor to an iMac running OS 9.2.2. Then there is the possibility that the KVM switch isn't playing nice with OS 9.2.2.

Problem when doing update and commit at the same time...

I want to "fusion" the update and commit event... I thought that if I added a jbo:Commit at the end of the update event,
it would work. But, I get back an error message when running, and since this time, I can throw my project to trash:
even if I get back to the previous version of my project ( the one that used to work ), I still have the message. The only
solution for me is to shut down Jdeveloper, send to trashbin the project and to get back it from a saved backup...
Has someone a way to fix it, please ?

1. What error message do you receive when running? Can you provide a stacktrace?
2. What does the corrupt JSP page look like? Can you include the source for the page in your post?
3. What error message(s) does the IDE provide when you try to reopen the project?

Timing problem when doing hourly rate

Note:
There are two problems:
1)Usually each passed test takes more than 1 minute, thus incrementing Track no. But what if the 2nd failed test completes in less than 1 minute, track no cannot be incremented, leading to wrong result in hourly rate.
2) For hourly rate, it needs to be calculated after each hour. The problem if the test lapses more than one minute, the same minute skips,
Therefore, hourly rate cannot be calculated at each hour. Using more than or less than function won't work as the hourly rate will be calculated twice or more in each hour.

Ya I know. I am trying to test whether the function is working for my main program and test machine. Sometimes, in case of of failed test, the whole test will take less than 1 minute to complete. For the passed test, of course the teat machine will continue to test on more stages. But when the test fails in first or earlier stages, the track number cannot be incremented.
What's more I want the to calculate the hourly rate, so if it misses 60 minute mark, Hourly rate won't be calculated. I can use the equal sign but the minute tracker cannot possibly detect every minute becos the test takes 1 minute, more or less, missing the mark.
I have checked the function (wait until next ms multiple) as u suggest and found that this is not function I am looking for.
If you think that I missed out. Maybe post your small example on how it works.

To change assignment field (ZUONR) in accounting document when doing PGI

Hi Gurus,
I have one requirement. I will create one sales order with the reference of contract and then i will do the delivery and I will do PostGoodsIssue(PGI).In standard at that time it creates an accounting document in background.At that time I need to change that assignment field (ZUONR) value to contract number in that Accounting document.
I treid with BAPI and Business Transaction Events like (1130,1120,1025) but it is not working.
So please help me in this issue.

The substitution logics run before delivery number generated, so how can we achieve this?
No, it doesn't. The substitution is triggered at the time the accounting document is created during PGI which is WAY after the delivery is created.
The substitution suggestion is valid. If you can't use a direct substitution, then use a substitution exit. BTE's will work as well.
