Problem wiht upload customer (R/3 - CRM)

Hi.
Please somebody can help me.
I have customers in R / 3 with a full field, but not in CRM.
When I update the field specifically in R / 3 update the field in CRM.
Because this? And how can I solve the problem en masse ?.

If the field in R/3 is a standard field in CRM, then normally the data will flow over to CRM via the delta mechanism of the middleware. If the field does not exist in CRM and not supported by the middleware, then you need to create a middleware exit to send the field over to CRM.
Your exit can be written for both the initial load and delta load. Then once written you can run another initial load of customer data from R/3 to CRM to send over those values in mass.

Problem While Uploading Customer Requirements To Scheduling Agreement

I have received a ticket from client which is as below .
As itu2019s new issue for me , I am not able to fix the issue . It goes like this u2026u2026.
Customer scheduling agreement. 30000000
Part 300.F
The customer 862u2019s have been coming in during the mid morning hours (8or 8:30AM)
The customer 830u2019s and 862u2019s arrive once a week, on Fridays. 862 adds 5 addition firm order onto the end of the remaining firm orders.
This is what happened this morning.
7AM, VL10A due to ship today correctly shows 425pc.
7AM we created todays delivery for 425pc. Delivery 80005515. this removed the 425 from the open quantity on the scheduling agreement.
After the delivery was created for todayu2019s shipment, the new 862u2019s arrived, from customer , and populated the scheduling agreement.
Todayu2019s shipment was PGIed.
The scheduling agreement below shows 425pc due to ship today after we made todayu2019s shipment.
The problem seems to happen when todayu2019s delivery is already set up and THEN the new 862u2019s arrive and populates the scheduling agreement.
Is there any way of resolving this issue?
We know that the customer scheduling agreement is set up differently to receive 862u2019s.
This customer adds new firm orders each Friday.
So , could I request you to help me out in this case where I have to check up and how can I fix the issue .

Problem in passing customer Partner Functions from ECC to CRM

Hi to all, I am facing the following error in the crm system
1.Partner 0000080059(DCEAB7AC31DA22F1B7CE001372368B21): the following errors occurred
Message no. BUPA_MW_EXCHANGE010
2.Status exists already for this business partner
Message no. CRM_BUPA_FRG0050012
3.Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.

My scenario in ECC is: I use a custom BTE copy of VMD_VENDOR_BTE_1421_IMPL which is executed when I save a new vendor. In this BTE I use the FM SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL to create a customer with the same attributes as the vendor, because only customer informations (not vendor informations) pass as Business Partners in CRM. The problem is that when I pass only master datas to the FM SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL, the customer passes to CRM as a Business Partner with the same number, but when I pass also Partner Functions to FM SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL, no Business Partner is created in CRM, and the error I get is that up.
What can I do?

LSMW - Upload customer data (KNA1)

Hi,
I'm trying to upload customer data from a legacy system using buisness object KNA1 and method CREATEFROMDATA1 (BAPI). At first I discovered that to be able to use business object KNA1 I had to generate an ALE interface in transaction BDBG.
My problem is that when I try to "Maintain Structure Relations" I get following error message:
No target structures could be found
Message no. /SAPDMC/LSMW_OBJ_030001
Shouldn't it be possible to do it this way?
I prefer to use the BAPI method compare to Batch input for following reasons:
- Better performance
- I don't have to think of screen sequences. For example can different account groups mean different screens.

I am facing a similar problem while trying to upload Business Partners into our CRM system. Unfortunately for me, the batch input recording option is not viable, as that takes too long (~95 days to load our data, and can't be run in background). I have been told that I should look to use a BAPI, but am getting errors when trying to specify the field mapping.

Request: Problem in Extraction of data from CRM to BW

I have problems in extracting the data from CRM to BW.I thought you are the one who can solve them:
1) When I check the data in the datasource in RSA3 i can see all records as well as i can see complete data in that but when i extract and check the data in cube i can see all records but i cannot see the complete data i.e some data is missing.
2)And another problem is that In report i have 2 characteristics(DATS) start date and end date now i am trying to get number of days from start date to end date.

yes we did enhancement to this data source. In PRDOCTION its taking 27 hours time to load data.
For extraction from source system (CRM) its taking nearly 24 hours time as per JOb LOG .

How to avoid the split problem when uploading the data from csv file

              I have to upload data from the .csv file to my custom table , i have found a problem when uploading the data .
i am using the code as below , please suggest me what i have to do in this regard
      SPLIT wa_raw_csv AT ',' INTO
                wa_empdata_csv-status
                 wa_empdata_csv-userid
                 wa_empdata_csv-username
                 wa_empdata_csv-Title
                 wa_empdata_csv-department.
APPEND wa_empdata_csv TO itab.
in the flat file i can see for one of the record for the field Title as
Director, Finance - NAR............there by through my code the wa_empdata_csv-Title is getting splited data as "Director, and Department field is getting Finance - NAR" , i can see that even though " Director, Finance - NAR" is one word it is getting split .
.......which is the problem iam facing.Please could any body let me know how in this case i should handle in my code that this word
"Director,Finance - NAR"   wil not be split into two words.

Hi Madhuri,
Best way to avoid such problem is to use TAB delimited file instead of comma separated data. Generally TAB does not appear in data.
If you are generating the file, use tab instead of comma.
If you cannot modify the format of file and data length in file is fixed character, you will need to define the structure and then move data in fixed length structure.

create a hidden field in the html page with the path to file i assume it is fixed
retrieve the name in the servlet you are already retrieving many values
and substitute it in the place where you are now passing file name
but the exact place you have to change you have to figure out yourself you are hardworking isn`t it?

Problem when upload legacy data

Hi all,
I've faced a problem when uploading asset legacy data (AS91) for customer. My customer have started depreciation on May 21, 2009, and I set transfer date is November 30, 2010. So SAP doesn't calculate right planned value for December, 2010. I think that problem related to the first month depreciation. It calculated full month for depreciation (instead of from May 21) and change the planned value for December 2010. So I want SAP just calculate 11 days depreciation for May 2009. How can I config to do this?

Check in the asset master Opening Start Date for depreciation.. If it is under open mode change that date and see asset explorer for depreciation values.

I have question we have in our business scenario, customer performs service activity say repairing a Lap top, customer uses his own service person (labor) to perform that repair work for that Lap top and raises invoice on company .
Here customer acts as Business partner to company in CRM .(Sold to Party)
Here my question is how this customer invoice replicates in ECC as Vendor invoice.
Is it possible to replicate Customer invoice in CRM to vendor invoice in ECC ?
We need this as vendor invoice in ECC , so that finance person can pay him as Account payable in ECC.
Is there any customization required for this to post as vendor invoice in ECC.

this funbctionality is standard behaviour of ERP.
You can only see the relevant upper nodes in the sales order.
To see more, you've to start another transaction VDH2N; here you see the whole hierarchy.

Long text problem while uploading Inspection plan through BDC.

Hi,
I am facing some problem while uploading the inspection plan. There are few MICs for which we are having long text, while uploading the inspection plan through BDC - some other long text is getting copied into the MIC's long text. After checking I came to know that in function module, read_text - some text which is stored in ABAP memory is getting copied into the inspection plan.
I am working in SAP release 4.7. I have checked with SAP notes: 97419, but it is also not satisfying.

My requirement is I want to maintain long text for few MICs (which are not having long texts at MIC level) in inspection plan (QP01).
When I am trying to manually assign the MIC's to inspection plan (QP01), long text is copied whereas I am not clicking the long text icon in (QP01). Long text is not maintained in MIC level, still some long text is copied to this MIC. This was also happening while uploading the inspection plan thro' BDC.
I believe what you have mentioned about function module SAVE_TEXT cannot be used here since long text is already copied before we pass the long text. Also if we pass some long text, still apart from the long text what we have passed there is some other long text copied (extra long text).
