Problem with configuration of wifi newtork- dhcp

hi.
i've got a small problem with configuration of wi-fi network.
i use dhcp network.
there are some errors about network during boot up (but its to fast for my to write it down)
after log-in i have to setup network access by typing
iwconfig eth2 essid SpeedTouchBCE72F
and then i heve to run this command
dhclient
and after that i've got an access to internet
this is my rc.file

Hi Mariano
I think you need to <b>restart your portal Engine</b> after making correct settings.

    * If your JDK version 1.3 or prior, download and install JSSE 1.0.2 or
    later, and put the JAR files into "$JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext".
    * Execute:
    %JAVA_HOME%\bin\keytool -genkey -alias tomcat -keyalg RSA (Windows)
    $JAVA_HOME/bin/keytool -genkey -alias tomcat -keyalg RSA (Unix)

    the keystore itself.
    By default, DNS lookups are enabled when a web application calls
    request.getRemoteHost(). This can have an adverse impact on
    performance, so you can disable it by setting the
    "enableLookups" attribute to "false". When DNS lookups are disabled,
    request.getRemoteHost() will return the String version of the
    IP address of the remote client.

    By defining this element, means that every manager will be changed.
    So when running a cluster, only make sure that you have webapps in there
    that need to be clustered and remove the other ones.
    A cluster has the following parameters:
    className = the fully qualified name of the cluster class
    name = a descriptive name for your cluster, can be anything
    mcastAddr = the multicast address, has to be the same for all the nodes
    mcastPort = the multicast port, has to be the same for all the nodes
    mcastBindAddr = bind the multicast socket to a specific address
    mcastTTL = the multicast TTL if you want to limit your broadcast
    mcastSoTimeout = the multicast readtimeout
    mcastFrequency = the number of milliseconds in between sending a "I'm alive" heartbeat
    mcastDropTime = the number a milliseconds before a node is considered "dead" if no heartbeat is received
    tcpThreadCount = the number of threads to handle incoming replication requests, optimal would be the same amount of threads as nodes
    tcpListenAddress = the listen address (bind address) for TCP cluster request on this host,
    in case of multiple ethernet cards.
    auto means that address becomes
    InetAddress.getLocalHost().getHostAddress()
    tcpListenPort = the tcp listen port
    tcpSelectorTimeout = the timeout (ms) for the Selector.select() method in case the OS
    has a wakup bug in java.nio. Set to 0 for no timeout
    printToScreen = true means that managers will also print to std.out
    expireSessionsOnShutdown = true means that
    useDirtyFlag = true means that we only replicate a session after setAttribute,removeAttribute has been called.
    false means to replicate the session after each request.
    false means that replication would work for the following piece of code: (only for SimpleTcpReplicationManager)
    <%
    HashMap map = (HashMap)session.getAttribute("map");
    map.put("key","value");
    %>
    replicationMode = can be either 'pooled', 'synchronous' or 'asynchronous'.
    * Pooled means that the replication happens using several sockets in a synchronous way. Ie, the data gets replicated, then the request return. This is the same as the 'synchronous' setting except it uses a pool of sockets, hence it is multithreaded. This is the fastest and safest configuration. To use this, also increase the nr of tcp threads that you have dealing with replication.
    * Synchronous means that the thread that executes the request, is also the
    thread the replicates the data to the other nodes, and will not return until all
    nodes have received the information.
    * Asynchronous means that there is a specific 'sender' thread for each cluster node,
    so the request thread will queue the replication request into a "smart" queue,
    and then return to the client.
    The "smart" queue is a queue where when a session is added to the queue, and the same session
    already exists in the queue from a previous request, that session will be replaced
    in the queue instead of replicating two requests. This almost never happens, unless there is a
    large network delay.
    -->
    <!--
    When configuring for clustering, you also add in a valve to catch all the requests
    coming in, at the end of the request, the session may or may not be replicated.
    A session is replicated if and only if all the conditions are met:
    1. useDirtyFlag is true or setAttribute or removeAttribute has been called AND
    2. a session exists (has been created)
    3. the request is not trapped by the "filter" attribute
    The filter attribute is to filter out requests that could not modify the session,
    hence we don't replicate the session after the end of this request.
    The filter is negative, ie, anything you put in the filter, you mean to filter out,
    ie, no replication will be done on requests that match one of the filters.
    The filter attribute is delimited by ;, so you can't escape out ; even if you wanted to.
    filter=".*\.gif;.*\.js;" means that we will not replicate the session after requests with the URI
    ending with .gif and .js are intercepted.
    The deployer element can be used to deploy apps cluster wide.
    Currently the deployment only deploys/undeploys to working members in the cluster
    so no WARs are copied upons startup of a broken node.
    The deployer watches a directory (watchDir) for WAR files when watchEnabled="true"
    When a new war file is added the war gets deployed to the local instance,
    and then deployed to the other instances in the cluster.
    When a war file is deleted from the watchDir the war is undeployed locally
    and cluster wide

    accordingly. However when I enter the username and password and click Go in the homepage, nothing is

    WHY DOES IT HAPPEN SO? DOES IT MEAN THAT TOMCAT IS NOT RECOGNIZING JAVA IN MY SYSTEM OR IS IT A PROBLEM

    IS IT POSSIBLE?WHY WILL THIS HAPPEN?
    I set the JAVA_HOME and CATALINA_HOME environment to the jdk and tomcat folders resp.
    Is there any other thing that I need to set in classpath? Should I have my project as a

    instructions):
    * If your JDK version 1.3 or prior, download and install JSSE 1.0.2 or
    later, and put the JAR files into "$JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext".
    * Execute:
    %JAVA_HOME%\bin\keytool -genkey -alias tomcat -keyalg RSA (Windows)
    $JAVA_HOME/bin/keytool -genkey -alias tomcat -keyalg RSA (Unix)
    with a password value of "changeit" for both the certificate and
    the keystore itself.

    A cluster has the following parameters:
    className = the fully qualified name of the cluster class
    name = a descriptive name for your cluster, can be anything
    mcastAddr = the multicast address, has to be the same for all the nodes
    mcastPort = the multicast port, has to be the same for all the nodes
    mcastBindAddr = bind the multicast socket to a specific address
    mcastTTL = the multicast TTL if you want to limit your broadcast
    mcastSoTimeout = the multicast readtimeout
    mcastFrequency = the number of milliseconds in between sending a "I'm alive" heartbeat
    mcastDropTime = the number a milliseconds before a node is considered "dead" if no heartbeat is received
    tcpThreadCount = the number of threads to handle incoming replication requests, optimal would be the same amount of threads as nodes
    tcpListenAddress = the listen address (bind address) for TCP cluster request on this host,
    in case of multiple ethernet cards.
    auto means that address becomes
    InetAddress.getLocalHost().getHostAddress()
    tcpListenPort = the tcp listen port
    tcpSelectorTimeout = the timeout (ms) for the Selector.select() method in case the OS
    has a wakup bug in java.nio. Set to 0 for no timeout
    printToScreen = true means that managers will also print to std.out
    expireSessionsOnShutdown = true means that
    useDirtyFlag = true means that we only replicate a session after setAttribute,removeAttribute has been called.
    false means to replicate the session after each request.
    false means that replication would work for the following piece of code: (only for SimpleTcpReplicationManager)
    <%
    HashMap map = (HashMap)session.getAttribute("map");
    map.put("key","value");
    %>
    replicationMode = can be either 'pooled', 'synchronous' or 'asynchronous'.
    -->
    <!--
    When configuring for clustering, you also add in a valve to catch all the requests
    coming in, at the end of the request, the session may or may not be replicated.
    When a war file is deleted from the watchDir the war is undeployed locally
    and cluster wide

    in a browser. Here I accept a username and password from the user and then do the validation in
    a valid.jsp file, where I connect to the database and check and use jsp:forward to go to next pages
    accordingly. However when I enter the username and password and click Go in the homepage, nothing is
    displayed on the next page. The URL in the browser says valid.jsp but a blank screen appears.
    WHY DOES IT HAPPEN SO? DOES IT MEAN THAT TOMCAT IS NOT RECOGNIZING JAVA IN MY SYSTEM OR IS IT A PROBLEM
    WITH THE DATABASE CONNECTION OR SOMETHING ELSE? I FEEL THAT TOMCAT IS NOT EXECUTING JSP COMMANDS?
    IS IT POSSIBLE?WHY WILL THIS HAPPEN?
    I set the JAVA_HOME and CATALINA_HOME environment to the jdk and tomcat folders resp.
    Is there any other thing that I need to set in classpath? Should I have my project as a
    WAR file in the webapps of TOMCAT or just a folder i.e. directory structure will fine?

  • Problem with configuration supporting point in MD62

    Hi,
    well I have detected a problem with my planned independent requirements for some materials.
    The materials that are concerned are semifinished product which have an active BOM.
    Example :
    material A composed with material B and C.
    On the material A I have the strategy group 54. For these materials I have "VSE" PIR.
    The problem is that for many materials, the VSE needs can not be seen by components.
    Example, on material A, I have a VSE need on 15.02.2010, MRP generates a planned order on 15.02.2010 on material A. No problem but I have in MD04 an alert 52 for these PO.
    I go to material B or C in MD04 and I don't see any needs ! The planned order needs have not been splitted to the components.
    I have seen that if I go to MD62 for material A and if I click on "Configuration supporting point", everything is OK after next MRP Run but the problem seems to go back after few days.
    The strange thing is that it works perfectly for some materials and it doesn't work for others materials although there is no differences between data of these materials !
    Finally, I have to say that program RM60RR20 is turning every night and I have seen that there are some calls to function DELETE_SUPPOINT. Maybe this program is deleting the supporting point but it should recreate the supporting point after...
    Is there anybody which know how this program is working or why sometimes my supporting point is deleted without being recreate ?
    Thanks.

    Hi Frederico,
    Have you tried typing the query in query manager and are you sure you've selected the correct column? You can check the column name if you switch system information on and verifying the values in the database for that column.
    Hope it helps,
    Adele

    Hi Guillaume,
    I have been "playing" with section you mentioned since yesterday, but I could reach my goal :(
    An example of the problem is as following:
    Manager 1 is added to both “Project Managers” and “Resource Managers”. Accordingly he is added to “My Projects” category permission.
    Manager2.TeamLead1 (not a descendent of Manager 1) is added to only “Project Managers” and accordingly he is added to “My Projects” category permission.
    I want (Manager2.TeamLead1)’s projects to viewable only for his Manager 2 (and the Director), not for Manager 1, because the Manager1 is not responsible for managing his work
    How can I achieve that ?? :)
    Thanks,

    In the icloud settings, I am told I need to accept the terms and conditions to use icloud. However, when I click on "Terms and conditions", I get a message "unable to connect to server". This has been happening for a week now since I upgraded to iOS 7.06. There is no problem with my wifi or cellular connectivity, all other applications work perfectly. P.S.I have never used icloud before, but wish to do so now. How do I overcome this problem?

    Have you turned the iPad off then back on? That often helps with problems.

  • Problems with Configuration of AdobeInteractiveForms

    Hello everbody,
    I have installed/deployded
    - SP11 of Netweaver Developer Studio
    - Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.02
    - Adobe Document Services SP 11
    I have cofigured the Adobe Document Services according to the "Adobe Document Service Configuration Guide"
    Everthing worked fine, except for the Installation of The Credential:
    In page 24 in chapter "4.4 Registering the Password for a Credential" it says:
    To register the password for a credential:
    1. Log on to the Visual Administrator
    2. Choose Services -> Document Services Configuration
    3. select Credentials
    4. Choose Browse to search for the name of the credential
    When I click Browse I get the following error:
    An error occured when indexing the credential files:
    com.adobe.services.sap.configuration.ConfigurationException:...
    org.com.CORBA.BAD_OPERATION: The delegate has not been set! vmcid:0x0 minor code:0 completed:No
    Despite this problem, I have been trying to create an Interactive Form via WebDynpro. On "Deploy new Archive an run", the following error is returned in the browser:
    "java.lang.NullPointerException
         at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.pdfobject.core.PDFObject.checkResponseStatus(PDFObject.java:334)
         at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.pdfobject.core.PDFObject.doSoapCall(PDFObject.java:266)
         at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.pdfobject.core.PDFObject.createPDF(PDFObject.java:209)
    Another interesting effect is, that I get a 404 when calling http://localhost:50000/adobe/RegisterCredential
    Calling http://localhost:50000/AdobeDocumentServices/Config is working fine.
    I have tried already to undeploy and redeploy the Adobe Document Services without any effect.
    Has anybody experienced the same problem?
    Regards,
    Andreas Putscher

    Thanks,
    Moving the shared drive into the dock solves the problem. We have worked with it over the weekend. Access to the shared drive is now responding as expected, the problems with iTunes are gone and also the info of the files and directories is working fine.

  • Problems with Macbook pro Wifi connection

    I purchased a new Macbook Pro 13.3 - and am having problems with disrupted connection of my Wifi - I experienced the issues after I deauthorized all of my computers (because I was at my limit).  when I reauthorized my new Macbook, I keep getting kicked off the Wifi (all other computers,ipods, iphones in teh house have no issues with wifi connection). Is there something that I need to re-establish so that the wifi doesn't keep turning off?

    Try deleting the wifi connection in System Preferences, then recreating it.

  • I am having problems with my home wifi.

    This is my second iphone5s. I have been having problems with the wifi. I can connect to the wifi for a couple days but all of a sudden it'll disconnect and I will try to access it again but it'll ask for a user name and password and it isn't my routers problem. I know it's not my wifis problem because my brothers wifi works perfectly well on his phone.

  • Problem with iPhone 5: Wifi Only Works When Close to Wifi Router

    I've recently updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 6.0.2. I am actually having a problem with the wifi connection. In which, I can only uses the wifi when I'm close to the wifi router.It seems when I'm further than about 2/3 meters away from the router I get no connection, and then sometimes (not often) I get it and then it goes again.
    Any suggestion on how to fix that?
    Thanks.

    Having exactly the same issue,  WiFi on 6.0.1 worked fine for me.  Now I have to be sat next to the router.  I've tried forgetting the newtworks and joining them again and no joy.  I had 4 known networks and none of them work.  Will there be an update for this? 6.0.3?  Or are we stuck with it?

  • Build shared problem with configure / config.guess

    Hi,
    I'm constructing some 3rd party libraries from source level with configure/automake in Suse 9.2. A common mistake in all libs is done by config.guess: it prints out "i686-pc-linux-gnuaout" which switch off the shared support at all. It's easy to workaround by print "i686-pc-linux" instead directly from configure:
    ac_config_guess="echo i686-pc-linux"
    Then the shared support is enabled and there left some minor problems with linker options -soname and --rpath. Then some libs can create the shared libs, for instance the apr and xml2.
    Others do not, for instance log4cxx and acetao, but they do not produce any error. It looks like that simply the shared link step is not done, however the symbolic links to the release version are done. I also tryed with LD=CC and LD=cc instead of the gnu ld, but then already in config.log the shared support is not recognized. If I build by hand:
    cc -shared *.o -o libACE.so
    it seems to work and the result usable by applications. Since acatao includes lots of libraries to build, the manual creation is not handy / possible. So any hint to solving that are welcome. I'm using the latest sunstudio version (feb2007).
    thanx rolf

    It really depends on autoconf/libtool version those libs are using.
    Till the most recent versions libtool had absolutely no clue that SunStudio exists on Linux. And default fallback happened to be gcc.
    If you give me some specific lib (source URL or name/version) I can tell you why this lib does not configure with Sun Studio :)
    Most recent version of autoconf is wize enough to handle Sun Studio on Linux. So one of the solutions for the libs might be to upgrade to a newer autoconf. Not what common user would commonly do though...
