Problem with confirmation

Hi all, I am working in SRM 4.0 and I have a shopping cart that when it is approved, PO was created.....
In this moment I need to create a confirmation, but I go to web transaction Confirm Good/Service, search by PO, the system shows PO to do the confirmation and when I click on Create Confirmation button, the system doesn´t do nothing....
I go to transaction BBPCF02 on GUI, do same process that I did on web transaction and the system doesn´t do nothing too... I go to transaction SU53 and all authorizations are OK
I check roles and the user has EMPLOYEE role....
What can I do?

Hi,
Make sure the Vendor business partner "Indicator:GR Conf.Expectd" set. Create a new PO and check the confirmation or change the PO on item details -> folllow on document to check "GR" check box.
Hope this helps.

  • Problem with "Confirmation of Service"

    Hello -
    I have a sales order with, what I think, is an invalid schedule line on it. The schedule line is missing the Delivery Date. This line is also greyed out, so I cannot delete or modify it. The problem I'm having is that when trying to create delivery for new schedule line, I am told that the sales order is incomplete, thus, I cannot create the delivery.
    Well, the incompleteness comes from the missing Delivery Date on this old schedule line. When I try to delete it, even though it is greyed out, I'm told I cannot, due to a subsequent document. This subsequent document turns out to be a "confirmation of service" doc that shows up in the document flow, between the delivery and invoice way back in January of 2009, which is when the delivery was created.
    Between Jan and today, many deliveries have been made against this schedule line, but as I've stated, today, I see that this rouge schedule line appears at the top of the list in the sales order. Aside from it having no Delivery Date, it has no quantity associated with it.
    I don't know how to get rid of this line item so that deliveries can be created for current schedule lines.
    Any help is appreciated...

    In the document flow, if you could see "Confirmation of Service", then while doing PGI of the respective document, there would have been no movement type.
    Similarly, check in sale order what item category is flowing. It could have been TAX / TAW in which case, it will not check the stock and one can do PGI with this item category without having stock.  So first check that delivery document whether you could see the movement type there and item category as well.

  • Problem with Confirmation (BUS2203) Process Controlled Workflow SRM 7.0

    Hi gurus,
    I'm having a bit of trouble with the Process-Controlled approval workflow for the business object "BUS2203" (Confirmation) in SRM 7.0.
    Basically, I've configured it to determine N-process levels, and for each level to retrieve the corresponding agents/approvers. When I am creating the confirmation, I go to the "Approval" tab and I can see all of my approvers there. Nevertheless, the moment I confirm an item (ie, put a confirmed quantity and press the confirm button) first I get the status "Awaiting Approval" and then when I close/or click the refresh button I get the status "Release Rejected".
    Has anyone had this problem before with this workflow? Do you know if this is a standard error, or might I be doing something wrong? I tried to look through the OSS notes, but unfortunately couldn't find anything..
    Please feel free to provide any idea that may be useful!

    Does it work with SAP sample 1 step approval process definition?

  • Problem with "Confirmation" changes in PO using ORDRSP Idoc

    Hi all,
    I have an issue when changing "Confirmations" tab in PO.
    I configured Output Message Z001 that should be determined when I change values in that tab. That scenario is working fine, but the real change will be done by ORDRSP Idoc. Using that Idoc, change is done in the PO but no output message is determined (condition records are fine). I need to send a Custom Idoc once that change is done so I need to determine the output message.
    I searched for an OSS note, as it should work using Idoc process, but I didn't found anything. Does anyone know if it exist?

    The main problem here is that all the flow works fine if I execute if manually:
    Change in "Confirmations" tab is done --> output message Z001 is generated --> Custom Idoc Z is created.
    Therefore, WE20 is correctly configured and also all the required fields that can be changed in "Confirmations" section.
    The problem is that real scenario should modify that values using ORDRSP inbound Idoc (ORDERS05). That Idoc is changing the PO, but that change is not triggering any output message (although the same change did it manually), so custom Idoc Z is not created.
    Maybe I didn't explain myself very well in my previous message.

    When we use confirm() function in javascript, it displays message with two options Ok or Cancel.
    Is it possible to change the Ok, Cancel buttons as Yes,No or Accept,Reject.
    Is there any other way to implement it.

    We don't have any provision to have Yes,No or Accept,reject button in javascript confirm() function. You can preprare your own popup window and acheive the same thing.

  • Problem with Material Confirmation (Availability Check)

    Dear All,
    There is a problem with the availability check. when i place order system does availability check and confirms the order. Now say for example i have 100qty of material - X and i created order for 50qty, system confirmed and then i went on creating orders for this , say i have created orders for it for 150qty, so system has confirmed 100 and 50 on future date.
    Now when i try to do the delievry for the first order(50 qty), system gives me an error that "0" qty is available.
    Can you please tell me what may be the reason for this.

    You can also check in T-code Co09 of the availability. Best and easy one to read for me has been MD04 Transaction code.
    What system does in Sales Order is that it plans the requirement taking into consideration Material availability and if material doesn't exist but sees that in a few days in the future material will be available so system confirms it. Note that physically the material may not even be present. You find out if you really have physical stock in the delivery. For example in the sales order in the future the system sees that a Purchase Order will take place so system confirms it. Even though physically you have not even done a goods receipt for that PO. So any Sales Order which has been created before holds that reservation. So if you make a PO goods receipt in the future all those sales order has taken up this stock even. So the new sales order you created may not even have physical stock present or available as back order  exists.
    If you delete Deliveries that have not had PGI done to them this will take the requirement out of the list of Deliveries you can see this in MMBE if you scroll to the right. You can also do reason for rejection for other old orders to take out reservation in MD04.

  • Problems with goods movements cancelling network confirmations

    Hello experts,
    I'm having some problems with goods movement when cancelling network confirmations.
    I assign a component for a operation in the project builder (CJ20N). Then when I execute a confirmation for that operation in CN25 everything works correctly, I can assign the time for the confirmation and SAP automatically carries the component assigned to the operation. Once I have done the confirmation the goods movements and the hours have a correct account assignment.
    The problem is that if I cancel this confirmation, the hours are correctly cancelled but the component is still there. If I try to cancel the goods movement with MIGO it is no possible because the system says that must be cancelled with the corresponding transaction (CN29) but, as I have said, the system does not cancel it.
    On the other hand, If the goods movement goes to COGI transaction and then I post-process the error, If later I cancel the confirmation, everything works correctly.
    Does anybody know why this could happen?

    I think this question was raised earlier also. The best way is to allot a fixed time slot for your users so as to avoid clash. I suppose i explained that the master data of any material is stored at one place only and if you schedule a background job for this then all your good movement transaction will be in que and performed in orderly manner.
    If automatic posting is not possible then use the time slot method.

    previously once po is approved and run the po receipts confirm concurrent
    program then work flow will be triggered
    they add 15 days more to the due date
    but my requirement i s have to add 15 days to the po approved date.
    in the PORCPTWF .get_order_info procedure they wrote a code
    due date is standard attribute in the po confirm receipts workflow....
    they assign due date to

    I see that the steps you have performed is correct.
    1. You created an Item Attribute APPROVED_DATE in PO Confirm Receipts workflow definition.
    2. In a function activity, queried approved date from PO Headers and added 15 to it and set this new value to Item Attribtue APPROVE_DATE. (Though it is ok, you may use SetItemAttrDate for a Date Type Item Attribute as a good practice).
    3. You should be able to access this Item Attribute in any of the function activities after the above activity or assign this Item Attribute in a Message Attribute and display it in a Notification Message.
    I would need more information on What is not working (?) in this in order to provide assistance.

    I have this problem too, but it is intermittent. Sometimes the lock/unlock volume will drop to barely-audible, even though in settings the volume slider hasn't changed. If I then move the volume slider, it fixes the problem and the lock sounds jump back to normal, but then later on the problem will happen again.

  • Problems with BC Dataflow for PO History &Confirmations

    I´m fighting to combine Purhase Order History from SRM (DataSource 0SRM_TD_PO) with Confirmations (Goods receipts) and Invoices from ECC in BI in the DSO 0SRPO_D1.
    I will load the PO´s from SRMi do not get the Confirmations from ECC (TR: ME23N)
    How is the correct Dataflow for this? When i have a look into the Business Content then it looks like that i have to use the following:
    DataSources/InfoSource/DSO/CUBE:
    0SRM_TD_PO - PO History    -> IS 0SRM_TD_PO  -> DSO 0SRPO_D1  --> Cube 0SR_PO_C1
    2LIS_02_HDR - ECC/MM        -> IS 2LIS_02_HDR   -> DSO 0SRPO_D1 --> Cube 0SR_PO_C1
    2LIS_02_ITM - ECC/MM          -> IS 2LIS_02_ITM     -> DSO 0SRPO_D1 --> Cube 0SR_PO_C1

    When I load the 2LIS_02_ITM into the PSA then i will find the confirmation Quantity. But when I load it then into the DSO 0SRPO_D1 then he will overwrite the records and the confirmation Quantity is empty.
    Does anyone of you if there are some additional changes to the BC are necessary? I have also not the Material Document....

  • Problems with Adobe account and Adobe support!

    We bought in December 2012 "Creative Cloud for teams" (10 licenses).
    I have since started our problems with support Adobe that continue today: (
    1. We do not receive invoices by e-mail - every month we have to ask several times adobe support on the current invoice and then wait for it a few weeks!
    2. We receive e-mail confirmation with errors - confirmation of transactions on a credit card that we receive by e-mail are wrong - no part of the information.
    3. No confirmation on Adobe account - on account do not have Adobe confirmation of financial operations for the month.
    4. No information about the subscription on Adobe account - There is no information about subscriptions purchased
    We contact every few days with Adobe and get the standard answer "please wait 2-3 business days..." ..... and nothing.
    Adobe...  why you're doing jokes about the business customer?

    Every company in Poland who buys a service or product Adobe need VAT invoice (
    required document).
    I have in my Adobe account information only payments for the month of December.
    For this month I print the invoice (screenshot below).
    But unfortunately there is no information on payments for the next month - a technical error Adobe account!
    My friend also has a company and subscription and have all the information in Adobe account (screenshot below).

  • Mobile Home problem with Magic Triangle

    So I have been setting up a magic triangle for the past few days with an OSX Lion server.  I believe it is working properly.  The server is running OD and is bound to my AD.  I have made an OD group which contains my AD users, and I have set that OD group to have limited application preferences (one of them is to block the App store).  All my users have MacBook Airs which they will take off-site, so I enabled mobile home folders in the AD bind and in the OD group mobility settings (with confirmation required).
    When I tested it today, with Airs running 10.7.4, here is what happened.
    When the system was on the network, it would log a user in, ask to create the mobile account, and successfully create it.  Once logged in they were limited to the application preferences that I set on the server.  I considered this a complete success.
    When I disconnected them from the network, I had expected that they would still be able to log in and the system would fuction the same way with the exception that they would not sync their changes until they were back on-site.
    Instead...
    When the same user trys to log in it says the AD server is unavailable and then logs them in anyway.  However, once they are at the desktop, none of the permissions are in place.  They can go to the app store, or do anything else they feel like.  Once they are back on the network, all the server based preferences reappear and lock the system down.
    So my questions are:
    1. Should a mobile account based system compain that it cant find the AD domain when offsite?
    2.  Why is it not checking some cached verison of the permissions and locking down the notebook when offsite?  I can tell that it is caching the user name and password (as loging in as a user the air has never seen before will simply give a login error), as it will let them in, but it is not holding any preferences. 
    3.  How can I prevent users from simply disconnecitng from the network to bypass all my server based policies?

    I'm having a similar problem with exactly the same setup, our clients are 10.7.4 wired not wireless the OD server is 10.7.4 and the clients are authenticating via an AD 2008 R2 domain.
    We've had this scenario in the past running 10.5 and 10.6 without any problems but with 10.7.4 the clients' MCX settings are lost when they're not connected to our network. It seems to only lose the settings applied to user groups but not computer groups.
    At this moment in time I don't have an aswer I'm still looking, have you found a solution?
    I know configuration profiles are the way forward and in the future I'll move over to them but they don't seem to work that well with PHD's at the moment.
    If anyone has any thought on this it would be much appreciated.
