Problems in changing Thousand's separator appearance

I am having problems in changing the thousands separator appearance. I am based out of India and here the thousands separator works in format - 1,00,00,000 (i.e. 2 digits after last 3 digits). I want to change this into standard 3 digit thousands separator - 1,000,000,000. However not able to do this. Kindly suggest any workaround for this.

Yes! You can definitely change and customize integers.
Its a little tricky to explain how you have to do this in the Numbers interface but follow below:
Select cells or table > open Inspector > select Cells tab (4th from the left) > Use the drop down list under "Cell Format" and select "Custom" at the bottom....
From here you can edit your own intergers by dragging elements from below onto the field above (See example below). Don't worry if the elements do NOT match what you want below... You add the element by dragging it, THEN once in the field you can click on it and edit how many digits there are, as represented by '#' simply by pressing Up and Down on the keyboard, Or clicking on its own little drop down arrow to access features like "Remove separator". Then in between these elements simply type a comma " , " and drag the next element, keep editing away like that and you should get something like what I have below:

Yes - it works exactly as it did in Logic 9 under ML - my problem under mavericks and pro X was sluggish updating of display - turned encoder on MC MIX and nothing happened imediately and names on MC MIX not updating properly.
I only changed app nap to off - ie ticked it on get info panel of the EUCON application and relaunched whole lot and it as worked prefectly since (fingers crossed etc)

Found OSS note to fix problem
Standard implementaion of Badi BADI BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI had got activated because of OSS note 1022237 which got applied as part of SP 14. This BAdi was setting the WFL security level to 0 for all users.
After deactivation of Badi Change button is appearing

I really don't understand your problem, because normally DIAdem can import both types of decimal separators... If you use the ASCII Import the important is that you use the proper configuration for your file type… and if this file uses the comma as a decimal separator, the delimiter character between data will not be a comma… DIAdem should import the data with no problem, but on DIAdem you will see always the "." (dot)
If your problem is that on the DIAdem View you want to see the "," comma you can do the following:
- Right mouse click, and select "Table Settings"
- Change the numeric format, for example "dd,ddd" then you will see only 3 decimal places and the decimal separator will be the comma.

I tried changing the brand name of Mozilla Firefox. It changed the brand name which appears on the browser but it didn't changed the brand name appearing on volume mixer. So how can change that one too?

The description of the field VBKD-BSTKD will appear in sales order (VA01/02/03) Header Order data tab.
If you notice the text for below one it is PO Number where Number starts with upper-case N and it iis not the one which you changed.
Also this is a hyperlink to sales header order data screen.
You need to enhance the code via sales exit to fix this.

Changing The Default Control Appearance For Good?

I am always using numeric controls that are right justified and lack the up/down arrows. Is there a way, aside from creating a type def and (which is another file to manage), to change the default creation appearance of controls and indicators?

Here's a better explanation of what I'm looking for, put together without any get-out-of-the-office-before-5-oclock rush wording.
The Modern/Numeric control defaults to showing the INC/DEC arrows and is left justified. I don't want the arrows, and I want the control right justified. After I place a Modern/Numeric, I have to tweak it to remove the INC/DEC arrows. After I place and tweak one, I can do a copy/paste or a control-drag to duplicate the control, but I find that I always have to tweak the first one. Plus, any time I use a block diagram "Create Control" shortcut, it places a Modern/Numeric that is left justified and has the arrows.
What I'd like to do is change LabVIEW's default settings so that when I place a Modern/Numeric, it does not show the arrows and is already right-justified.
I know I can create a custom control/typedef, but the problem with that approach is that now you have another file to distribute. Also, it wouldn't override LV's "Create Control" on normal numeric wires.
Is there a way to fiddle with LV's defaults, or am I out of luck?

Problem while changing Business Area in Cost Center Master Data

I am having a problem while changing the Business area in cost center master data, the system does not allow to change the business area due to the following reasons;
1. The transactional data already exists for that cost center
2. The desired date required to be changed, falls between analysis period 01.01.2000 to 31.12.2999
Can anyone help me in order to reslove this issue

Problem in changing branding image.

I have a problem in changing the branding image for portal logon page.
To my knowledge I have the change the image file under
\usr\sap\EPD\JC0\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\portalapps\com.sap.portal.runtime.logon\layout
But to my surprise I am not able to see gthe com.sap.portal.runtime.logon folder in the server.
Can somebody suugest me what might be the reason.Is it any problem with the versions or something?

You can do a simple search for branding-image.jpg from \usr\sap\EPD\JC0\j2ee\cluster\server0 to find the location. You can change the location or name in the config tool.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

My iPhone 4 from the Apple store. Now changing provider and it appears locked. Should it be?

I bought my iPhone 4 from an Apple store a couple of years ago and understood it to be unlocked. Now I am changing provider and it appears to be locked. I have tried the new SIM card with other phones and it is okay. Originally I was with Vodafone and have recently moved to GiffGaff as I reached the end of my contract. The iPhone won't start up instead it says "Only compatible SIM cards from a supported carrier may be used to activate iPhone. Please insert the SIM card that came with your iPhone or visit a supported carrier's store to receive a replacement SIM card."Although my number has been ported across I place the old SIM back in the iPhone and it starts up. Can anyone offer any advice?

Apple sell unlocked but they will also sell an iPhone with a contract
especially back in iPhone 4 days
If you purchased fron an Apple Retail store ( Apple owned) and paid
full price it should be unlocked as your Apple receipt should show
If not , it is locked but (if in UK ) Vodafone do offer unlocking .
Do a deep search of their site and you will find guidance not easy to find

Path problem during Change of Original

Hello,
I am facing path problem while changing the Original file in a DIR.
let say i created a DIR x and attached file a.txt from c:\ and saved the DIR.
Now if i use cv02 and select a original for change the popup window comes with data carrier and original file path the path is shown as c:\a.txt which is actual original path.
if i click on continue it is opening the c:\a.txt files and changes are done on the original file on my pc.
This way my original file is changed on pc and in DIR also.
I want to know how to avoid this?.

That is why they call it document "Management". The Original File is in the "Vault" where it can be managed, not on the desktop. If you want to protect/save the file on your desktop, set the flag in the config of the workstation application to not allow "rename" of the temporary file. You are just attempting to circumvent the intended design of the system. What you should really do is set the flag to "delete" the file after check-in.

Having problem with change of name in the datagrid Coding

I am having problem with changing the name of the datagrid header text name for one of the data either in the flash file or the php file.
The thing is i want to change the Course_Name to Course Name that has no underscore so that it will look nicer in the datagrid but if I change it in the php file like SELECT Course_Name as 'Course Name' ....., it will not turn out in the datagrid when I CTRL ENTER the flash file but the others like Price,description and display is shown.
There is no problem with my php code but I do not know how to change the Course_Name into Course Name so please help me resolve this error that I am having.

i don't see where you're calling your php file in your code, but change 'Course Name' to 'Course_Name' (or vice-versa) there.
