Problems migration AccessManager Release 3 to Release 4
Hello all:
We have been upgrading java Access Manager 6 (2005Q1) to Access Manager 7(2005Q4), that comes packaged with Sun Java Enterprise System.
We have follow all the steps in "Sun Java Enterprise System 2005Q4 Upgrade Guide" and we have end up with the migration done but the access manager gui (look and feel)keeps being the older one (access manager 6).
Do You know what the problem is ? Since the upgrade guide steps are too much, I would say the problems is due to the next step (in page 218 of upgrade guide)
e. Run amconfig to undeploy Access Manager
Set the value of DEPLOY_LEVEL in config-file to 26.
cd /AccessManager-base/bin
./amconfig -s AccessManager-base/bin/config-file
looks like the amconsole is not undeployed ...
any help would be very appreciated.

I am assuming that you have migrated and running AM JES 4 in Legacy Mode.
In LEGACY mode both old console and new console are available.
the URI for accessing old console is same as JES 3 which is /amconsole.
To access the new Console you will have to use the uri /amserver/console, try
this uri and see if you get the new console.

Problem with file descriptors not released by JMF
Hi,
I have a problem with file descriptors not released by JMF. My application opens a video file, creates a DataSource and a DataProcessor and the video frames generated are transmitted using the RTP protocol. Once video transmission ends up, if we stop and close the DataProcessor associated to the DataSource, the file descriptor identifying the video file is not released (checkable through /proc/pid/fd). If we repeat this processing once and again, the process reaches the maximum number of file descriptors allowed by the operating system.
The same problem has been reproduced with JMF-2.1.1e-Linux in several environments:
- Red Hat 7.3, Fedora Core 4
- jdk1.5.0_04, j2re1.4.2, j2sdk1.4.2, Blackdown Java

Many thanks.Its a bug on H263, if you test it without h263 track or with other video codec, the release will be ok.
You can try to use a not-Sun h263 codec like the one from fobs or jffmpeg projects. -
I have a problem when updated the new release of iphoto version(11 jun 2012). After that I cannot open any photo libraries and program is error. I must to force quit iphoto window. There are any fixed bug update.
If you have no photos:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library' and start.

I have a BC4J/JSP application originally developed in Jdev 902. It has been in production for a while already, and has been migrated all way through 9034 and 9041 (build 1436). This is a relatively simple application, only BC4J is involved, no Stunts, no UIX or anything else. It works pretty well so far. However, I am having problem migrating it into 10g now. I got the same error (see below) with either Jdev 9052 (build 1618) or 1012 (build 1811). It opens (migrated by the Wizard), and compiles without any error. It actually runs and I have got to the login page. And then itâs throws an NoSuchMethodError exception upon login. My application supports dynamic credentials. The debug output indicates that it could not get the internal connection, though the user connection was successful. Any ideals for this error are greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Unfortunately WLS 6.1 is not supported on Solaris 10. Also as of Nov 14, 2005 WLS 6.1 entered the mature phase and will be no longer supported by BEA.

sorry to react this late, I was on another project and didn 't had the chance to catch up on the issue.
I'm afraid it isn 't possible. I find it a bit a strange request from the client also. Requirement is that first, there's a workflow triggered based on material group (item), and after this is ok, a second flow is triggered on total amount of the PR.
The problem is that, when you want a header-release, Overall release of purchase requisitions has to be checked, and when this is checked,it 's not possible to use item-release.
I'll search further on this matter. But whenever there's someone who has an idea to solve this, please let me know.. It will be appreciated

I would like to know if there is any report on SAP 6.0 that shows all the purchase requisitions that are not released which shows the releease code (the person's name who has to release the PR). In me55 only could be found by release code, and it is required, I cannot has a report

2)Select "Purchase Requisition" section and you can make use of parameters like Release Code, Release Indicator , Release Status etc., to fetch the required results.

Is there any standard reports available to find out the Release date & Release codes of PO's which are already released & the PO's which are pending for release ?

In ME2N,ME2M etc..I have to select each single PO line item & then have to go to Header Changes to find out this info.
So, Is it possible to find out the release codes/release date of all the PO's in a single shot?

Internal Order Release/Cancel Release/...
Dear All,
I have several questions regarding Internal Order (Order type - 0401) release/cancel release options.
In order to make IO "usable" After creation I select Release option and then assign the budget to the order. When the order is no longer needed I choose Cancel release so the order can be no longer used.
So I am interested in:
1) I have lots of orders which must be cancelled, is there any trasnaction for Batch canceling or releasing the orders?
2) Does canceling the order affect for example expenses posted on this order? I mean expenses posted on this order dissapear or stay as it is?
3) what is the difference between Cancel release and Technically completed.

Yes CLOSE is the right option for finishing the order. As per my understanding there is no option in standard system to mass cancel/release an order. -
Problem migrating from JSF Mojarra 1.2 to 2.0
As my subject suggests, I am having a problem migrating from JSF 1.2 to JSF 2.0.
As a first step, all that I had done was to replace both 'jsf-api.jar' and 'jsf-impl.jar' with the newer version 2.0 and restart my server.
As expected, server failed to publish with the following error message on the console. Any hint on solving this issue is highly appreciated.

Don't you have some JSF 1.2 libraries around somewhere else in classpath? Appserver/lib? JDK/lib? Etc. You might have a mix of JSF 1.2 and JSF 2.0 in the classpath and the exception is just been caused by this collision. -
Problems migrating data via LSMW using the IDoc method
Hello everybody,
I got a very strange problem migrating data via the LSMW. I tried to map legacy data using the IDoc mapping method. I'm using the message type 'CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M ' and the basic IDoc type 'CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M01'.
I can read the import data and convert it to IDoc structure as well as generate the IDoc. When I start processing the IDoc afterwards I get always the same error messages which I don't understand...
The errors are:
1) Error status 'A ' calling validation service (Status 51)
2) Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL , BDoc type BUPA_MAIN (Status 51)
3) Error_Time Dependency_Addresses CHECK_TABLE_MISSING (Status 51)
4) Internal error when calling operation module BUA_CHECK_ADDRESS_VALIDITY_ALL : Check table missing (Status 51)
5) Address moves ignored in the case of time-independent systems (Status 51)
6) Partner data processed with key PartnerGUID 4BF67ADE9B9923BEE10000000A3500DB (Status 51)
7) Partner (4BF67ADE9B9923BEE10000000A3500DB ): the following errors occurred (Status 51)
I tried to import the following data:

Can anybody tell me where those errors come from and how I can fix them. Would be great if somebody could help me!

Markusso apparently my issue with this was setting the time zone in the Address to the time zone of the user doing the conversion. You can find the time zone in SU01.
Also you can create a BP in the WebUI then check t-code SMW01 and it will help you on passing the values to CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE

For a given material and plant, I need to find no of batches manufactured, rejected , approved and released.
Based on QA status, I am able to see no of batches approved(QA status A), Rejected(QA Status R). But I do not know how to find/calculate no of batches released and also the release date.

Problems migrating project in JDeveloper

I am having problems migrating my project from JDeveloper 10.1.2 to version 10.1.3.
Actualyl the problem is specific to the UML diagramas. It was able to correctly convert the Class Diagram and ER Diagram, but did not work with Use Case Diagram neither with Activity Diagrams.
Is there something I can do to import, convert or migrate my project with all diagrams included?
ThanksThere is nothing special to be done to migrate those uml diagrams. The migration which succeeded in migrating your other diagrams should also have migrated the use case and activity diagrams.
You say that it did not work for use case and activity, could you describe what the problem is with those diagrams ?
If there was some error dialogs, exceptions during the migration process or when you try to open those diagrams ... could you also describe/paste them ?

It is not possible to release all POs in one time through ME28.
Through by this Tcode you can view list of all unreleased POs under one released code then one by one you can release all POs.
In SAP, there is not any provision to release all POs in one time.
