Problems posting Video into Social Network Site

Many social networking sites don't allow audios or videos to
be posted to their blog via the use of iframe. I've successfully
used the following code on a ning.com blog:

That code will not post the video to a social site called
yuwie.com.
I've contacted Yuwie support about how to post to them. All
they say is:
"Your object type is text/html we don't show objects of that
type because you're basically trying to embed another web page into
your profile. We don't allow this for security reasons. What other
sites do is irrelevant... You can easily just embed it with the
standard flash embed code."
Can anyone give some guidance here on how to configure code
that would work in the listed social site?

your prob has little to do with 'video production on a Mac', but 'supported codecs, plugins and embedding video on wordpress.org' ..

Just thought I'd run a quick straw poll past the inhabitants to see who's using what.
For instance, I have a Blogger account, a Live Journal, and most recently joined up to Linked In. I've steadfastly avoided MySpace and FaceBook, but I know some people can't live without them.
So, who's got a presence where? Perhaps you think they're all a waste of time? It may be a good opportunity for people to make some connections.

I logged in social networking site but i didnot saved password,now i forget that.i need it.i am using lastest firefox version. how can i recover that? pls help

If you have clicked "Never" the first time you visited the site then Firefox has created an exception and you need to remove that exception if you want Firefox to store the password.

Social Networking sites blocked after visit to Khazakstan

youtube, twitter, facebook etc are blocked - I get page not found - the copmputer just came back from Khazakstan which does not allow access to social networking sites.

Connecting to Social networking sites via weblink

Hi
We have a req where in the user needs to go to the contacts Likedin profile from his contact page. In all the social network sites each profile is marked by a specific id. I tried using that id and passing it in the weblink whereby its working fine and I can view the contacts social net profile, But that id no user will know , I wanted to know how can I pass the contact name or email id and then view their profile page(I am assuming here that the contact name and the likedin profile name is the same).
Kindly give me inputs on the same.

Problems importing video into Lightroom 5.3

I am using LR 5.3 on a Macbook running Mavericks. Since upgrading from Lightroom 4 I have had trouble importing videos into Lightroom.
The generic video thumbnail appears, but the import hangs and never completes. When cancelling the import the error message is shown "No photos or video were found to import."
After reading on various forums I have tried:
restarting computer (many times)
uninstalling previous version of LR
purging video cache
changing source location
changing destination and/or import type
reinstalling LR5.3
I have also noted that old videos already in the catalogue that played fine in LR4 won't play back in LR5.3. They play fine in Quicktime.
Has anyone else solved this problem?

So going over it might enlighting you on the issue. Also i would suggest to start with the Basic Troubleshoot for Playback issues on Lightroom: http://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/troubleshoot-video-issues-lightroom-4.html
If you have Lightroom 4 still installed, Also make sure that you can still use the footage in the original L4 catalog.
See if the files still work fine in the "old" version.
Hopefully it will help you to fix the issue.

How do I "embed" video into my iWeb site?

Haven't figured this one out yet. So what am I missing here? Could someone tell me how to "embed" into my iWeb site?

Best practices for posting video to my iWeb site?

What's the best way to upload movies to my site so that visitors can watch them while sacrificing the least amount of quality, size and speed?
As an example, the iPhone commercials on the Apple webpage start playing instantly, look great and when Large is selected are the perfect size.
But I made a 1.5 minute iSight video on iMovie and saved it as a streaming quicktime file and it takes about 10 minutes to fully load once it's on my site. And I have a 10 mpbs internet connection.
I also just pulled up a large movie trailer on iTunes and it looks great and started playing instantly.
Is there a better way for posting video? Perhaps in flash or another codec that would make more sense? Videos on youTube play instantly, although the quality isn't always great.

There is no absolute correct way. One way is shown in this demo page. It lets the page load without having the movie load thus speeding up the page load a fair amount. The movie only has to load when the Play button is clicked on and then it opens in a separate window sized just for the movie. The code used is also shown on the page. This way can allow you to use a larger QT file and not affect the loading of the original page it's linked to.

Reversal of cost from the WBSE & posting same into assigned network

Hi,
There is requirment of reversal of cost from WBSE & posting the same into assigned network of WBSE. The scenario is like this. actual cost will get posted into WBSE during PGI of materials during delivery in VL02N transaction. Whereas we don't want cost posting into WBSE & sam cost should be posted into network / acitivty.
Please advise me on this.

Problems importing video into Event....

Hi,
I've used iMovie loads but recently I've had issues importing video into an event.
I choose "import", choose the video (from GoPro) and then it takes 2-3 hours to import maybe half of the clips but not all. I am importing no more than 7 clips at a time and these clips are 17 minutes each.
Are the clips too big?
Please help.

Why am i not able to view comments from the social networking site Tagged

I have an account with the social network known as Tagged. I was advised to download Mozilla Firefox browser which I did.
Quite recently, whenever I visit my Tagged page, there is an error message - Error on Page. Tagged again advised me to use Mozilla Firefox browser.
