Problems while calling the webservice published at XI end

Hi ,
I have published a webservice at the XI end and to test it I am calling the webservice from xmlspy .
I do get the popup for username and password in the xmlspy for the adapter but it fails to send the data to the webservice .
I even checked the SOAP adapter status in the RWB and its grey. and the installed and started option of adapter monitoring the soap adapter is not shown .
Can anyone through some light as to what can be the reason behind this .
is it the problem with the adapter or the webservice

I am using a java program to call a webservice as follows. For this I have generated the client proxy definition for Stand alone proxy using NWDS.
Now when I call the method of the webservice I am getting the correct result but along with the result I am getting one error and one warning message in the output.
The java code to call the webservice is as follows.

The Java project does not have any warning. But the stand alone proxy project has following warnings associated with it.
This method has a constructor name MIDadosPessoaisSync.java
The import javax.xml.rpc.holders is never used MIDadosPessoaisSyncBindingStub.java
The import javax.xml.rpc.encoding is never used MIDadosPessoaisSyncBindingStub.java
The constructor BaseRuntimeException(ResourceAccessor, String, Throwable) is deprecated MIDadosPessoaisSyncBindingStub.java
It is very similar with your problem, could you help me?

Problem while calling the FM FP_JOB_OPEN

Hi All,
I have a scenario where i need to attach multiple Forms(Adobe) to a work flow container.
While calling the FM 'FP_JOB_OPEN', i am passing the required parameters as below
wl_outputparams-nodialog = 'X'.
wl_outputparams-connection = 'ADS'.
wl_outputparams-dest = 'LP01'.
wl_outputparams-getpdf = 'X'.
the problem is that i get a Print preview pop-up even though i pass Nodialog = 'X', and more over after calling the actual Form function module the resultant parameter 'fpformoutput-pdf' is only filling up only after i process the print preview dialog and see the preview. other wise the field 'fpformoutput-pdf' is blank.
as i need to do this work in back ground(for work flow background step) i do not want the print preview pop-up window.
can some one help me in this regard.
PS. For multiple forms i tried calling the form functions modules in between every FP_JOB_OPEN n FP_JOB_CLOSE
as well as a single FP_JOB_OPEN and calling the multiple form function modules and FP_JOB_CLOSE.

Yes, i did specify the settings in the o/p options.
in addition to this, after debugging i could able to see some issue when calling form name via FM 'FP_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME', in this FM it is appending '_IN' to the generated FM name and trying to check for existence check, obviously there wont be any FM as it is appending '_IN' to the generated FM.
but when calling the generate FM after FP_JOB_OPEN it is throwing sy-subrc = 1, which is Usage error.
Why is it behaving weirdly, is there any thing i am missing while calling the Form?
please help as this is on high priority

Problem while calling the user exit

Hi All,
In one of the program one user exit is called. Before this user exit ther is one FM . If I copy the same function module with a new name Z* , this user exit is not getting triggered. The program is going till the point where CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION '001' IS written but after that it's not going inside the user exit. But if I put back the original FM , this suer exit is getting triggered and it's gong inside the exit. I've activated the Project for this user exit also. As per our requirement I've to copy the original FM into Z* FM.But my doubt is when I put back the original FM , this User Exit is getting triggered whereas when I copied this FM it's not working .
Anybody could helpme out why it's happening ?

Yes it's related to the other post where I had to copy one standard Function Pool.While copying the function pool I copied the FMs also.This problem is coming out of one FM ,when I changed this to Z* at the place where it is called, the user exit which is written inside that FM is not getting triggered even though program is reaching till the point where this user exit is called .
Any clue ?

Error while calling the webservice from XML spy

HI ,
I hve imported the wsdl file into the xml spy and not trying to send a SOAP message to it .
its asking for a user authentication .
I am using the XIAPPLUSER for it and once i send the soap request .
I am getting the error
HTTP operation 'POST' could not be performed on url
'XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:SIEBEL_DEV:CC_SOAP_CUST&version=3.0&Sender.Service=SIEBEL_DEV&Interface=http%3A%2F%2FOFCOM.CO.UK%2FUNIFY%2FCustomerMaster%5EMI_Customer'
due to an error.
the connection with the server was terminated abnormally 
If any one has an idea why is such an error occuring please do let me know

I dont think there would be a definitive answer but :
could you check the URL manually whether its reachable if so what is its status ?
Once did this check whether there any parameters its expecting and missing.

Error While Consuming the webservice in ABAP

Hi,
I am trying to consume a webservice in ECC. I have imported the WSDL and generated the proxy. Did the configuration in the SOAMANAGER. While calling the webservice from the program I am getting the following error message. "SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 400 : Bad Request")"

Hi,
Check ST11 to find detailed log of issue, most likely you are passing "WS-A" message id along with request (check settings in SOAMANAGER Logical Port).
Try calling service after suppressing "Message Id transfer". See SAP Note: 1361688 and related notes in 0001292171

Is Header necessary to pass while calling a webservice ?

        I am calling a webservice which has 1 input parameter.
        My question is, 'Is it mandatory to pass header information while calling the webservice',
        while testing ?
        I got this question because, I tried calling the webservice, but got an error as,
        'CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_DATE_TIME:XSLT exception'. But I am not passing any
        DateTime field.
        Further my webservice is located in a .NET system and I am trying to consume it from SAP.
        Please advice.

Firewall Setting NoRouteToHostException while calling secured webservice

I tried calling a secured webservice from oracle database. While calling the webservice i am getting the NoRouteToHostException exception. The possible cause for this exception is
"Signals that an error occurred while attempting to connect a socket to a remote address and port. Typically, the remote host cannot be reached because of an intervening firewall, or if an intermediate router is down. "
I found the ipaddress is correct.
I would like to know the cause "intervening firewall". Will any port has to be enable in oracle database to call secured webservice from the Database or where to check in the database for firewall setting

Let's say we use the primary (first) interface and that the routing is done by +196.43.4.1+. The server's routing table on the should then look something as follows:

.. remaining entries..The "+route add+" command is used to add such a route to the routing table.

Problems while generating the proxy definition

Hi Experts,
I am facing the error " Problems while generating the Proxy Definition! ", when creating the proxy definition, for a specific URL.
The URL to call the webservice is similar to "http://www3.XYZ.com/_vti_bin/newswebservice.asmx?WSDL" and is returning the appropriate XML code. Moreover accessing the webservice through browser, returns the expected response, too.
From the NWDS side, where we are creating the proxy, again, everything is fine, because we have already created two proxy definitions, in similar fashion, but for different WSDL links.
The only difference we are encountering is like, earlier the links were of type "www.abc.com/..." while the new URL is of type "www3.xyz.com/..." type. I hope this load balancing technique has hardly to do anything with it.
Any pointers for possible reasons and solutions will be of much help.

Internal Error occurred while calling the ProcessDPCommands API

We have installed Business Objects XI with MySQL. We are getting following error when we click on view query on the WEBI Reports
" Internal Error occurred while calling the ProcessDPCommands API Error WIS 30270".
When we change the CMS database to ORACLE everything works fine it looks like some issues when CMS database is MYSQL

Error while calling PI webservice from EJB

Hi Experts,
We are getting exception while calling PI webservice from EJB which is deployed in CE 7.2. Earlier we used to call the same webservice but from different PI system at that it worked fine. Now we have changed the consumer proxies required in CE and tried to call from CE and it is throwing error. We have checked usernames and passwords that we are using to call the service and that is working fine. PI team tested from their side and li is also fine. Hi Pradeep,
this looks like if the server is not reachable. Have you checked if both server are able to communicate? Maybe firewall rules block the request.

Error getting while calling a webService from XI

We are getting the follwoing error while calling a webservice from XI. We Could call the same webservice from XML spy. Have checked the SOAP adapter it was running fine and the communication channel parameters too.

I Could see one differnce in the XML Spy and "XI payload before entering SOAP Adapter"
