Problems With a Header

I have
form1::prePrint - (JavaScript, client)
form1.#pageSet.Page7.T7.presence = "hidden";
I've also tried form1.pageSet.Page7.T7.presence = "hidden";
and form1.Page7.T7.presence = "hidden"; I want it to hide in the prePrint and reappear in the postprint. I've tried a checkbox with the following to see if there is a spelling problem, but it hides with a checkbox? But I really have no use for a checkbox.

Hi,
If you are using LC Designer ES2 (or possible LC Designer v8), then you can select the T7 object and in the Object > Field palette change the visibility from 'Visible' to 'Visible (screen only)'.
This solution does not need script at all.
If you don't have the 'Visible (screen only)' option, then I would put the script in the prePrint and postPrint event of the T7 object itself. For example:
this.presence = "hidden";
this.presence = "visible";

Problem with my header

I have a website setup and running for at least a year. We just changed to a dedicated server and for some reason I am experiencing trouble with the header image of the general web. When I load the page the header is now loading behind the flash window and then on a second hit of the enter key will load to the top where it should be. This site has been up and running for almost a year, can't figure why the problem now. But need to know what I need to look at. The flash content has been there since the beginning too.
Any help would be appreciated.

Would appreciate any guidance. One more thing if I may. I ran it through the w3c validator and got a terrific amount of errors for the code "<", "&", "> in the various scripts in the head. It recommends replacing it with the "&lt" , & but won't this screw up the script.

Problems with ALV header

i've got a little problem with my ALV header. every time when i run my program and want to go back to the selection screen with the BACK-button i see my header again. so i've got to push the BACK-button again to get to the selection screen.

Problems with http header "Content-Location"

Does anyone know how to override the
"Content-Location" http header. We are having issues with search engines and this header being returned from Apache/oc4j. In a nutshell, I have a site that uses the
Struts framework, where the actual urls submitted would be for example
(http://mysite/home.do), where ".do" is just a servlet mapping. When we have
tried to follow the one link that has been spidered, it actually contains
the full path that appears in the "Content-Location" header (i.e.
http://mysite/web-inf/jsps/bogus.jsp) which in this case can't even be
accessed. The feedback we get from third-party utilities that try to spider
the site is that it is stopping because it has already indexed "bogus.jsp",
which in reality will always appear since it is a template, where the actual
urls will be different as is above.
Because the "Content-Location" header is being returned to any
client hitting the site, search engine spiders stop indexing at the first page because the value in "Content-Location" is the same.
Solutions tried:
mod_headers in Apache - have tried "Header unset"
HttpServletResponse.setHeader()
Any help would be appreciated

i'm having a similar problem to this when trying to run some web page speed optimisation software...
i think the issue also causes problems with the Opera browser (although this may have been fixed in the latest version).
anybody any ideas how to stop the header being sent in the response?

Problem with column heading sorting

I have a problem with a classic report.
I created a simple report. We want to sort the report, when we click the column heading. But when we cklick on the column heading, nothing happens. In firefox we get the error "apex.jQuery.datepicker is undefined".
When we created another simple report and connect against another database (but the same web-server), we can sort the report, when we cklick a column heading. On both databases we installed the same apex version (=4.0.1.00.03).
on "apex.oracle.com" (workspace:ama / user:demo / pwd:demo) I created an example.
what is wrong?? Can anyone help me ??

yes, you are right. I changed my query. I attempted to find a solution and so I changed the query several times => I used other tables, with or without date columns, with or without columns in the select and so on.
You said, the problem is the authentication scheme. It crossed my mind that I do another change:
during the creation of my application apex created a login page => page 101. For my example application I don't need a login page, and so I droped the page. After starting the application I saw the error message "page 101 not found ". So I searched for a property where apex definies the "start page" respectively "login page". But I don't found anything. Then I looked into the export file and searched for "101". I found the package procedure "wwv_flow_api.create_auth_setup" and the parameter "p_invalid_session_page", which receive the value "101". In apex the property "Session Not Valid Page" was blank. So I inserted the page number "1" (=the first and sole page in my application).
After the explained changes I could start my report.
I don't know, whether these informations help to find the problem!

Namespace problem with added header

I have a client request handler which needs to add an authentication header of the form:

I tried dropping some wsdl for the security elements in the wsdl directory of the client, but it seems to need some programmatic hookup.
I have defined the handler in the webservicesclient.xml as:

Dynamic tables on one page - overflow problem with repeating header/footer

Hi,
with the help of the user RADZMAR I was able to create dynamic tables..
But now, I have got the next problem.
2 different tables are placed on 1 page.Each of them should be dynamic.
Please let me list what is working, and what not:
each textfield should be expandable (-> working)
Table 01 should be overflowing to page 02 (-> working)
Table 02 should be overflowing to page 02 (->working)
Table 02 should be scrolling to page 02 if tabele 01 is growing (->working)
Table 01 and Table 02 should be splittable (->working)
header 02 + the footer 02 ( from table 02) should be repeated on every page (->working)
header 02 + the footer 02 ( from table 02) should not be stand alone, indepentenly on which page (-> NOT WORKING)
In other words:
How can I reach, that the header and the footer enclose at least ONE textfield-row ?
The setting "keep with previous / following" did not helped me.
If the text in table 02 is large, the settings "keep with..." cause some layout destructions.

I only can repeat, look at the difference of:
1. index.html (Font-size > medium) >
2. Calendar.html (Font-size > no entry):

I have followed the tutorial using my own Photos but now I have a problem. I have taken a screenshot to shot how the header "involves" with the next line.
I don't know how to solve this problem?

It's not possible to determine the problem just by looking at a screenshot. The best way to get help is to upload the page to a website, and to post the URL in the forum. You also need to give more information about what you're trying to achieve. Do you want the navigation menu in a column alongside the heading, or should it be a single navigation bar running below the heading?

Problem with Page header width when column is hidded

Hi All,
am using SSRS-2008 R2 version.
i had an issue width Page header width when am hiding column. Please find the below screen shoot for reference.
Here , there is an audit parameter which contains a and b values respectively.
If Audit= a then i need to hide the State and City column . So, for that i have written following expression[ =Parameters!Audit.Label="a" ] and its working fine.
But, if see the screen shoot when columns are hiding then some space is coming in that column which is deviating from Page header width.
Is there any option to increase the remaining column width when these 2 columns are hidden or is there any way to reduce the page header width according to report columns width. Can you please guide me any one.

According to your description, you have a report with a textbox in its page header. You have set some column visibility in tablix based on the parameter selection. Your problem is, when you hide columns, the textbox remains top right in the page header.
Now you want to make it aligned with the tablix. Right?
In Reporting Service, we can’t reduce the page header width or increase those remaining columns width based on the parameter selection (or columns visibility). And we can’t keep the tablix always top right because we only have top and left to determine the
location of a tablix/textbox. For your requirement, it doesn’t have a complete solution to achieve either of your two options. However, we find a workaround for you. In this scenario, we can use two textboxes in page header. Put one in top right. Put the other
textbox at an appropriate position when columns are hidden. Then put conditional expression into textbox for text displaying based on parameter selection.
Ps: We don’t set the visibility of textbox because the space of textbox will be removed if it’s hidden, that may make one textbox float moving when the other is hidden.
We have tested this case with sample data in our local environment. Here are steps and screenshots for you reference:
1. In our sample report, we set Amt1 column hidden when selecting “a” in parameter. Put expression into textbox.
A: =IIF(Parameters!ReportParameter1.Value="a","header info","")
B: =IIF(Parameters!ReportParameter1.Value="b","header info","")
2. Save and preview. It looks like below:

Ipod touch 3.1.2 problems with Bluetooth Head Phones

I have a 2nd Generation 32MB Ipod Touch and having issues with the audio on Bluetooth Headphones. I have several, but currently using a Plantronics Voyager 855 and a Jabra Halo (currently the top bluetooth headphone for me in terms of quality).
The audio pauses/stops approximately every 5 seconds then resumes when using bluetooth for wireless Stereo. The happens when the screen shuts off. When the screen is one or dimming the stereo play is continuous.
I didn't notice this much with the original 3.0. It think the problems started with 3.1 so was hoping that the 3.1.2 fixed this issue, but I still have the problem.
Anyone knows what's going on?

I had the same problem... but because it was happening on all four of my computers, they couldn't blame just one device. Contact iTunes support:

Tell them that someone else with the same problem got it solved when they (iTunes) found two "unknown downloads" that were clogging my connection to iTunes. Once they deleted those files, my uploading of apps and downloading of subscription episodes resumed.

Data load problem with Sales Header and Item

Hi all,
The delta loads have failed, so I want to reload the delta again. I deleted the failed requests in data targets and then trying to reload the data. I am getting a message saying
Last delta update is not yet completed
Therefore, no new delta update is possible.You can start the request again if the last delta request is red or green in the monitor (QM activity)
Is it in RSA7, that I have to make the delta red? Please let me know where I have to do this. The data is going to an ODS object.

Hope you have sorted it out by now, as there are other responses as well. Assuming that you now know the cause of failure.
For the below message "If you set a 'red' delta upload to green,with the next request, BW sends a delta request to the source system and this delivers the next delta data.
The data from the 'red' delta load is then no longer available (even with a repeat). This can lead to loss of data.Do you want to execute a QM Action?" -- Say OK and and set the QM status to red (status not ok) and when prompted for activation of M records, say "no" (as indicated in my previous post).
However, to be able to load this request from PSA you need to have this request in PSA (depending on the processing options), so goto RSA1> Modeling> PSA--> find your request under the relevant application component, and right click -->start the update immediately.

Problem with JTable Header

I want to show a JTable in a scrollPane , But i don't want to show its header.
i have tried table.getHeader().setVisible(false) but it shows a gap on table top which is not desired.

Problem with small text in iview header

hi,
i got a little problem with iView header.
I've set 2 pages containing the same iViews. The 2 pages have layout (1 column full width -- standard) and the 2 pages have the same properties, themes.
The problem is that in the first page the header text is very small and in the second one the header text display correctly.
Have anyone had this problem and how did you solve it ?

1. Have you tried creating a copy of the page which is working correctly?
2. Why do you need two pages with the same content? Personally, I can't see any reason for maintaining two identical objects.

Having problem with header(location)

I want to have a visitor to a site agree to some terms before being allowed to access a page. There is no logon so the approval is only for the current session.
If we call the page with the terms (and the agree button) "portal.php" and the page with the data "gallery.php", the logic is the user goes to gallery.php where there is a check to see if the visitor agreed to the terms. If not, their redirected to portal.php to do so.
The code on gallery.php is:

If the Session variable "agree" has not been set, the user is redirected.

If the code is coming from the "I Agree" button, the Session "agree" variable is set to "Yes" and the visitor directed back to the gallery.php page.

The php code on both pages occurs before the DOCTYPE or any other html.
Any ideas?

Gallery sends to portal and the I Agree in portal appears to send back to gallery (shows in url display) but nothing is displayed.

If you have in fact gone back to the gallery page, you should certainly see that.
I should have mentioned that the test php files (...gallery_murray and ...portal_murray) appear to work fine. What I did next was to copy the php from those two files to copies of the production versions (with appropriate changes to the header file names). Those new test php files are ...gallery_header and ...portal_header.

Gallery gets to portal and I Agree gets to gallery but nothing is displayed. Looking at the source there's nothing generated. I'm assuming this is not a problem with the header php you helped with but something happening later in the gallery php file.
