Procurement profile canont be changed

Hi SRM gurus,
We are working on a PDP scenario where the PR is transfered from R/3 to EBP as shopping cart through the standard BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER and we are getting the following error :
"Procurement profile cannot be changed " Message no. 6Q 204.
we are not able to transfer PR to SRM because of this error.
Our SRM is 5.0 and our backend is ECC 6.0 which was upgraded from 4.7 recently.
Could there be any config missing?
The idoc shows green though in R/3
Any suggestions.
Best regards,
Sridhar.

this message is thrown from the R/3 System and not from the SRM System.
please have a look at the function module
BBP_EPROFILE_REQ_CHANGE in the R/3 System..
this is the place where the above mentioned error message is handled.

  • Procurment Profile cannot be changed

We are having SRM 5.0 in place in our system ECC 6.0. We have configured plan driven procurement process in SRM .
So my All PR's are going to EBP for further processing . But as we are not using this functionality so we have run a manual background job which delete the PR from EPRTRANS  table and delete the field value of Procurement profile in EBAN table.
Therefore we are ablle to process all Pr's from SAP MM itself.
Just now after upgrading to EHP4 level one month back , whenever i m trying to change any PR I am getting message : PROCUREMENT PROFILE CAN NOT BE CHANGED " ,  Please help to sort out this issue.

    HI,
Having the error code, would be helpful to find a solution.

  • About external procurement profile

    Hi guys
can you tell me whats External procurement profile?
Does this profile does not allow to transfer PR to SRM using CPPR esoa.
I got below error when i click Transfer to central system button in CPPR screen.
PR xxxxx item xxxx has External procurement profile.
When i created PR in ME51N and released, its saved in EPRTRANS table.
and i could not see any xml created in SXMB_MONI tr-cd  or using Service  Sorucing request_out outbound.
I can see T160EX table has entries for Mat grp and pur group, should i have to check the MANUAL flag?
i swear it may affect the existing environment, bcoz we are using BBP_REQ-Transfer program to transfer now.
    Note
I implemented BADI and activated linkages.
Pls advice how to debug this issue
    Regards
    Ckumar

issue resolved...i changed the manual flag in T160EX table.
    Thanks

  • Firefox will not launch in any mode. I cannot open Profile manager to change to another profile. No change with delete and reload of program.

I've been using Firefox for years. Had this happen once before but was able to open the profile manager and change to a new profile. At this point I can't even do that. Suggestions??

[[Basic Troubleshooting]] has a "clean reinstall" section at the end that does not require you to open Firefox.
In any case, you should first take a look at the [[Firefox will not start]] article, which I mentioned in my first post. If that doesn't help, also check out http://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser_will_not_start_up#Windows-specific_problems

Today I turned on my MacBookPro and my profile picture has changed. What might happened?
    I'm concerned about privacy issues.
I'm sure no one else than me used the computer the last month....

    Hi ..
The "guest" account is a feature of Lion v10.7
    http://osxdaily.com/2011/10/13/disable-guest-user-account-mac-os-x-10-7-2-login- screen/
As for your desktop picture, the preferences may be corrupted.
    Go to ~/Library/Preferences
Move the com.apple.desktop.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Trrash.
    Restart your Mac.
Lion bleed the info over from one computer to another?
Not in that context but you can share files between your Mac > Mac 101: File sharing

  • Color Profile seems to change after Screensaver?

Sometimes when my computer comes back from a screensaver, I notice that everything is super tinted/washed in BLUE.....
So I go into system preferences (thinking that my color profile has been changed to some other default) but the very instant I click the icon 'displays', my settings (which is 'color LCD') restore again.
So I'm not sure what profile it was on that caused this blue wash (though having previewed the other profiles, it's almost like it falls on to 'Apple RGB', 'Adobe RGB',..etc. for this blue wash look).
    It's very annoying.
The screen saver I have is the 'cosmic' one and I haven't noticed it when awaking from sleep. Just the screensaver.
It's almost like it switches color profiles for some reason.
I wonder if I can delete all other profiles other than the 'color lcd' one (which is the default one) so that it has nothing else to fall back to. I have also tried to 'repair color profiles' using the ColorSync Utility but there was no 'repairing' to be done.
    Thanks!

    I've got this problem, too.
I bought a new MacBookPro 17" late last month (it was built in January '07). I found nothing immediately wrong with it when I first started it. I initially made a new profile for it, before I migrated fully, just to make sure it worked alright.
I migrated over about a week ago and right away I noticed a problem with the display's Color Profiles. Either user account can startup the machine and the Color Profiles worked fine. I made two basic ones to account for daytime and nightime lighting conditions.
The problem occurs when using the fast-user switching, that's when the screen goes blue and the Color Profiles are no longer able to be activated. When I try to click on one to select it the computer just gives me a warning tone. Once this does occur it stays that way, even of one of the users accounts is logged out.
I can guarantee to be locked out of all LCD color profiles and locked into what seems to be the screen's native unadulterated state, which is quite blue, even when seen in daylight.
When I run Display Calibrator I get this interesting warning message:
    Can not calibrate the display
The factory profile for the display could not be found.
I am starting an AppleCare work order on it.
And probably one for the crappy backlight on the 17" MacBookPro, too, but that's another thread.

    Hello hbothner,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

  • LR3 Print Module: printing to profile - unable to change Color Matching

    Hi
I use LR3 in 32 bit mode (there is no 64bit driver for HP DesignJet 130n).
I always print to profiles. In LR2 I had to make sure that in the PrintSettings the option Color Matching was set to "Vendor Machine", because although I saved this setting, LR never remembered.
Now with LR3 the option is again set to"Color Sync" but this time it cannot be changed.
    Any suggestion?
    Thanks
    Bruno

    Bob,
My problem is exactly what you say: you must find the appropriate place in the printer interface where you can disable all color management performed by the printer driver.
In OS X (10.5.) I know only of two places where I can handle Color Management: "Print Settings" and "Profile" in the LR3 Print Module.
By default LR3 sets the Print Settings "Color Matching" to "Vendor Machine" if I choose "Managed by the Printer" for the Profile.
By default LR3 sets the Print Settings "Color Matching" to "ColorSync" if I choose a custom printer/paper profile.
Where/what is "the appropriate place in the printer interface where you can disable all color management performed by the printer driver" ?

  • How do I change my profile - want to change username from user568042

How do I change my profile so that my username is no longer user568042? I have tried to go into my profile and change my name: What they call a handle (username) in my profile; to something different, but it won't let me.

You are right. However, I tried just what you told me about a month ago and no matter what I did, it wouldn't let me. I knew that it wasn't that hard, but I could never get it to work. Thanks. It worked.

  • Status Profile : Status not changing in CRM

    Hi Gurus
Created order with  header status as  as " In process" ,  item status is defaulted  to  " open"  and  order  replicatd to ECC ,  billed aswell .  But  when I checked in  CRM still status  not changing to completed  but retains with In process  at header level & open at item level.
I would expect order status should be completed at header level & Item level.
Is there any thing wrong with status profile settings at header  & Item level? , I have created  status profiles with following settings.
I have  copied standard status profile  " CRMORDER" and assigned to  trasaction type  and made following settings:
Under Open :   following transactional contorl selected
To be distributed   :  Selected options "Forbidden " & No active
    Under In process:
In process : Selected options " Allowed " & Set
Undo Rejection :  Selected options " No infulence " & Set
    Under Completed:
    Complete :  Selected options " Allow " & Set
Created status profile for Item  i.e. copied standard CRMORD_i  and made following changes:
Under Open : No transaction control selected
    Under In Process :
Edit :  Seleted options " No influence" & Set
Undo Rejection : Selected options " No Influence & Set
    Under Completed:
Completed :  Selected options " Allowed & Set"
Rejected :  Selected options " Allowed & Set"
Actually we are using material which is non deliverable but should be billed, while creating order , I can see staus at item level is open and remains open even after billed in ECC. And also we are mapping  Business activity reasons to order reasons in ECC.
Is any thing i am selecting wrong options in status profile at header level & item level?  Much appricieated for solution.

  • Have the IP profile threshholds been changed?

Always used to be a case that the IP profile for your line (on 21cn) used to be a whole number. E.G 13meg, 14meg, 15meg etc Very annoying if you were at the top of a threshold where an extra 2kb would take you upto the next IP profile.
E.G, before the resync (last done a month ago when SNR was low) was 16,995, silly when you think an extra 30kb sync would have given me an extra 1meg max throughout:
    14752 kbps 15903 kbps  13 Mbps
    15904 kbps 17023 kbps  14 Mbps
    17024 kbps 18175 kbps  15 Mbps
    18176 kbps 19295 kbps  16 Mbps
I resynced today to get a sync of 17,555 and instead of been given an IP profile of 15000, have been given 15,461!
Have finally realised the old system seemed unfair?!

Bt speedtester is not a problem...
My post does not mention that my throughput has exceeded the IP profile...
Even if the 15.5meg Ip profile is displayed incorrectly on speedtester, the increase can still be verified by several other speedtester websites.
Since the Ip profile increase, throughput speed has gone from 14.62 to 15.07
Download speeds from 1.8 to approx 1.9 meg/sec.
So the original question is still unanswered...
Have BT changed the IP profile thresholds from being 1meg apart to 500k
Here is a screeny, im sure you will agree that the speed increase would compliment the 500k profile increase...

  • Status Profile - Restrict any changes made in sales document

    Hi SD Guru's
I have a situation here. I have maintained status profile with one of the status as "REJ - Reject Sales Order". Now when i set that status "REJ" and save the order, and open it by transaction VA02, i can make any changes in the order document such as adding new line item. I want to restrict any changes for this order now. How can i tackle this situation. Can you please help me with the same, its urgent.
    Regards
    Ravi

    Dear Ravi
This can be controlled in two ways.
    1)  Through User Exit : MV45AFZZ by not allowing the specific users to make changes
    2)   With the help of your Basis Team, authorization of VA02 should not be allowed for the said users.
    Thanks

  • How do I get to the profile folder to change settings?

A spammer has taken control of my email. AT&T says I need to change my firefox profile settings but I can't find the folder. How do I get to the folder.
    == This happened ==
    Every time Firefox opened
    == Last Thursday

Robert, if AT&T says that you need to change Firefox profile settings, you need not actually view the Profile folder. All you have to do is change the Firefox settings by clicking on '''Tools''' at the top of Firefox and then selecting '''Options'''. When you change the Firefox settings this way, they are automatically saved into your Profile folder.
In case you wish to reset your Firefox settings to what they were at the time Firefox was installed, please follow the instructions in this article: [[Resetting preferences]].
Anyway, just for your knowledge, you can view this article to find out how to locate your profile folder: [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Profiles#How_to_find_your_profile How to find your profile].
