Production Order - User Query

Hi,
I created user query for production order and would like to use in data from the summary tab : Actual Component Cost,Additional Cost,Production Cost, Variances
All this data exist as Varaibles. Can you please help me to calculate these fields?
Thanks,
Olga

Hi Olga,
All those data are in the OINM table. Check that table to find where can put into your query.
Thanks,

  • Production Order User Status

    Dear Experts,
    I have created User Status with T-Code BS02 and assigned to the production Order. With the User Status I am blocking the GR, if confirmation is not carried out.
    Everything is working fine along the process. System is blocking the GR if confirmations are not done. Upon confirming the user status is changing in Prd Ord and then allowing the Goods Movement.
    But now if I cancel the confirmation, the user status is not rolling back (Block GR Condition). After cancelling the confirmation even I am able to do the GR, which should be blocked. How to do this?
    Also, in confirmation parameters, I have given "Error if sequence is not adhered to". This is blocking the confirmation of operation if previous opn is not confirmed, But here I can delete the previous confirmation (CO13), after confirmaing the later operation. The deletion of previous confirmation should not be allowed if later operation is confirmed. How to achieve this?
    Kindly advice me what are the settings required for this.
    Regards,
    Rohit.

    Rohit,
    After cancelling the confirmation does the order get back the user status as defined by in BS02?
    Please check out this.
    Regarding your query about CO13, although you have made necessary setings in OPK4, it will be effective only for process of confirmation & not for cancellation.
    But you can certainly achieve the control of cancellation of confrimation as per your requirement by using userexits available in CO13. Those are listed below.
    CONFPP01
    CONFPP02
    CONFPP03
    CONFPP04

    Hope this helps you.

  • Production order user exit

    I will create a production order in CO01.I wont use planned order,MRP etc.I will assign a WBS element in production orderin assignment tab.Then i will confirm the order and do goods receipt in MB31.When I do goods receipt my finished material should go to project stock.Is there any user exit for this.

    dear colleague,
    when you assign a WBS to a production order it is only a statistic assignment.
    You have to create the  PP order through the MRP in order to transfer the stock type through the requirement type or create the the production order in CO10.
    Through CO10 the stock type will be 'project type'.This is the standard logic. There isn´t any user exit that allows to post in 'Q' stock and order created through CO01.
    If you create in CO01 you have to move the stock through transfer movements.

  • EXIT_SAPLCOBT_001 - Production Order User Exit

    We are using the above mentioned user exit at the time of production order saving.
    1) If we are using error message like message e014(zk) then it is giving dump and no help provided in the dump.
    2) Is there any method to go to the Production Order Component screen after warning / information message (customer message thru the exit).
    Pl help

    Hi,
    There is no export parameters for this exit , if you look at the exit EXIT_SAPLCOMK_006 , there is one export parameter  'E_MESSAGE' , like this export parameters are there in the exit EXIT_SAPLCOBT_001 ,then you can handle the messages.
    *"       EXPORTING
    *"             VALUE(E_MATERIAL) LIKE  COMP_EXIT_EXP
    *"                             STRUCTURE  COMP_EXIT_EXP
    *"             VALUE(E_MESSAGE) LIKE  MESSAGE_STRUCT

  • Planned Ord. to Production Order User Exit (PPCO0005)

    Hi Guys,
    I am trying to change the Storage location field on the GOODS RECEIPT tab in transaction CO40. I get there using MD04 and change a planned order to a production order.
    The user-exit that sap recommends (PPCO0005) works fine to change the storage location for the components of the production order. It does NOT change the actual storage location of the production order.
    The storage location of the actual production order is found under the GOODS RECEIPT tab of the production order. Any thoughts on what could be done to change the actual storage location of the production order. Is there any other user-exit that comes to mind?
    Also, I changed the storage location in the PLAF table for the planned order in user-exit PPCO0005. This works when the production order is displayed again. It does not display the changed location the FIRST time the order comes up. Any ideas on how to make the screen field change it value. The screen field is AFPOD-LGORT.

    Hi Julius,
    I used an implicit enhancement in include LCOSDF36 under the form TRANSFER_DATA_PLANNED_ORDER. The enhancement builder allows you to change standard SAP code without creating a project via CMOD.
    If you are on ECC versions of SAP you could use it. Go to include LCOSDF36 and switch 'on' the builder via the menu path.
    If you are on older versions of SAP, you will have to locate a user-exit for PP. There are several of them available. You could also search right here on SDN.
    Let me know if you have any other questions.
    Kindly,
    Salil

  • Usage Probabilty in production order

    Hi All,
    I have query regarding Usage probabilty in production order.
    I have maintained usage probabilty in BOM for 2 raw materials , with 92% & 8% for other.
    Manual maintainence option has been selected.
    Now while changing production order user can change these values which causes consumption differerences.
    In MCRE we can not detect this as production order is confirmed with these values.
    In What way we can restrict user apart from creating transaction varient?

    How can i control this , please give ur valuable inputs on the same.
    regards
    Ravi Arora

    Dear
    If you are not particualr to conver the planned order to production order through CO40 , then you can control with the help of
    Enhancement : PPCO0007 (Exit when saving production order)
    Functional Module : EXIT_SAPLCOZV_001
    Include : ZXCO1U06
    Compare the Order header Qty with the sales order Qty If the production order header qty is more do not allow the system to save the production order..
    Otherwise please check those out for your requirement :
    Planned Ord. to Production Order User Exit (PPCO0005)

  • Production Order created from Planned order  qty should not be changed

    Dear PP Gurus,
    IKindly give your valuable inputs on the below mentioned subject.
    From MD04  planned order is converted to production order user should not be able to reduce the requirement quantity below Production Order quantity.
    Thanks & regards,
    Shanmugam Balamurugan

    Hi,
    This is common problem. to control this you need to develop an user exit . This exit will check the fixed lot size in material master and will compare with the quantity of production order. The exit will get fired at the time of order saving.
    If any miss-match happens system will give an error message

  • Why user can not open Production Order form with readonly privilege?

    hi guys,
    today I got a problem when I assign the minimize privilege for a new user.
    the user only want to query status about Production Order, so I assigned the privilege with readonly on Production Order, and disabled all others.
    But when user logged on, and click on the 'Menu -> Production -> Production Order', there pops up an error message said 'To generate the document, first define the numbering series in the Administration module'.
    Do I have to find some other privileges to assign for the user account?
    thanks for your help.

    Thanks.
    But there were 10 groups look like from 'Series - Group No. 1' to 'Series - Group No. 2', How did I know which one was assigned to Production Order?

  • Production Order Report - System Query

    The Production Order Report in v2005A SP01 is not implemented in v2007A.
    This report is important to some of our B1 user customers.
    If the 2005A report is copied and pasted into the Query Generator in 2007A, it appears to work correctly, but the risk is that:-
    (a) table changes which have been made have effects which aren't apparent on normal inspection, and
    (b) it will eventually be lost during upgrades and users will have to recreate it themselves, for which many don't have the expertise.
    Please verify that the functionality of the 2005A query remains correct in 2007A, and reinstate it as a system query in a future release.
    Regards,
    Mike Burmeister

    Hi,
    In SAP B1 2007A SP01 PL10, there is a change log. You can check all the differences made by user in the pass in the change log.
    the table is AWOR. The product no. is taken from OITM. You can use both table in order to find out the comparison

  • Query for Alert on production order to be released

    Dear all users and experts,
    I need a query for getting an alert on production orders to be released (from planned status to release status) by whether reading the release date of production orders created from 'order recommendation window' or by reading the due date of production order and substract the lead time(days) of the item from its due date or by any means you know best.
    Thanks and best regards,
    Farhan Sufi

    Hi Gordon and Joseph,
    Thanks to both of you for giving me queries.
    Gordon, I made 3 production orders for testing from MRP order recommendation window from which 2 production orders has release date of today 9th July, 2010 (due date 12th July monday) and the 3rd one has release date of after weekend i.e. 12th July 2010 (due date is 13th July). release dates are calculated by MRP acording to the items' lead time and due date.
    Gordon, when I applied your query It gave me msg 'no data was found as a result of this selection criteria' Can you explain what your query will give me in result?
    where as Joseph, when I applied your query on alert, it gave me all 3 production orders as an alert to be released. I was expecting it will give me alert for 2 production order for today as their release date in MRP is today(9th July, 2010) and the alert for 3rd production order should come on 12th July and not today.
    what I understood your query is displaying all production orders which have status 'planned' regardless of their release date.is it?
    Joseph can you edit this query in such a way that It should consider the release date (calculated from due date and lead time in MRP order recommendation window) and display only those production orders which should be released today and exclude those which have release date in future. so that I can get alert for only those production orders which should be released today.
    I hope good response from both of you
    Thanks and best regards,
    Farhan

  • Error on Production Orders Add-on when 2 or more users at the same time.

    Hi.
    Our add-on creates special production orders (SAPbobsCOM.BoProductionOrderTypeEnum.bopotSpecial) with no problem when used by one user, but if there are two or more users  everyone on his own SAPBO session it starts to throw different errors, we think it may be a concurrence problem due to several transactions.
    Here a short brief of the code sample and the process:
    (error handling and object members not included in the sample)
    oDoc.ProductionOrderType = SAPbobsCOM.BoProductionOrderTypeEnum.bopotSpecial
    If the oDoc.Add() is correct, We get the last production order created and release it:
    Me.sKey = Me.Company.GetNewObjectKey
    oDoc = Me.Company.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oProductionOrders)
    oDoc.GetByKey(Me.sKey)
    oDoc.ProductionOrderStatus = SAPbobsCOM.BoProductionOrderStatusEnum.boposReleased
    oDoc.Update()
    Then we go for an inventory Entry:
    oDoc = Me.Company.GetBusinessObject(SAPbobsCOM.BoObjectTypes.oInventoryGenEntry)
    oDoc.DocDate = Date.Now
    oDoc.Lines.BaseEntry = Me.sKey
    oDoc.Add
    And Finally to close the production order:
    oDoc.ProductionOrderStatus = SAPbobsCOM.BoProductionOrderStatusEnum.boposClosed
    oDoc.Update()
    This works fine when only one user is using the add-on, but in the end there wil be at least eight users simultaneously  working with this add-on
    The test:
    We have four users creating production orders with the  add-on.
    Two of them get the usual success messages and the created documents in SAPBO are all correct.
    The other two users get diferrent errors messages during the process.
    If they wait and try again to run the process it works fine.
    Repeating the test get errors on different users depending on which one started the process first.
    Our client needs to generate beetwen 900 and 1200 production orders per day, so they can't wait until the process is free for each user to work with it.
    The common erros detected are:
    Changing the status of the production order:
    -5002 - The warehouse is not defined for the item.
    -4002 - To generate this document,
               first define the numbering series in the Administration module
    -1029 - Field cannot be updated
    Adding the production order and inventory entry:
    -2038
    -1116
    -5002
    Regards,
    Omar Fonseca

    The start transaction model didn't Fit well with all the process we are doing, but the idea of locking or holding the other users seems to work pretty fine, we are now using a flag to determine if someone is doing the process and put in hold the new ones.

  • Change not done in the user fields of operation for production order save

    Hi Experts
    I need to change the user fields of the operation like (SLWID and USR00 )for a production order at the time of save.
    So am using the exit PPCO0001 and using the OPERATION_TABLE internal table in the exit to chang the details.
    I have done coding in the exit to change SLWID and USR00 in OPERATION_TABLE internal table, but its not updated in the database and the screen also. I dont understand why.
    Please let me know, why the update are not happening.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards

  • User Exit after creation of Production Order

    Hello gurus.
    I would like to populate a table with the Production Order number once I create the document in transaction CO01. The problem is, I cannot find a user exit that can be executed after I save the Production Order number.
    We use internal assignment of production order numbers, so we don't know the number of the document until it's created. I'd like to find a way to be able to get the number of the document, once it's created and add it in a custom table I created.
    Is there a User Exit for this? Or maybe an alternative way of achieving this?
    Thank you.

    Fernando,
    I would suggest you to create a custom table and custom program. The program should pick up the all the orders which were created from AFKO table, on successful completion of running the program it should update the custom table with the date and completion time. So next time when this program is run, it should pick up order who's creation date and time is greater than that in the custom table. You can schedule to run this program in background.

    Prasobh
