Profiles for ERP Sales Order

Dear experts,
I'm trying to configure our CRM 2007 system (upgraded from CRM 4.0) in order to call ERP Sales Order functions from the the new CRM WebClient UI. The ERP background system is ECC 5.0.
Issue Description:
In standard, we should have 2 default profiles for ERP Sales Orders: DEFAULT and SALESPRO but I can't see them. I think those entries will allow us to call some ERP Sales Order functions from CRM. When I try to recreate them manually, a short dump occurs.
Steps for reconstruction:
1. CRM > Interaction Center WebClient > Business Transaction > ERP Sales Order > Define Profiles for ERP Sales Order
2. Select SALESPRO and double-click on Assign Document Types to ERP profiles in the left menu
3. Select New Entries and select SALESPRO for the ERP Sales Order Profile
4. Select a Document Type using the F4 search. Short dump occurs and can be analysed in the ECC system (SLS_LORD_GET_VALUES_AUART)
Do you have any idea why this short dump occurs?
Thanks in advance
Stephanie

Hi,
see ERP Sales Transaction in CRM 2007 for details.
They say that you can connect only a ECC6.0 to CRM, not any older versions.
Unfortunately I cannot check this statement.

  • Prevention of delivery when using "user status profile" for a sales order?

    Hi,
I have used "user profile status" in the sales order "as a work flow" for releasing the sales order.
The user profile are as follows
    a) 10: created
    b) 20: Released
But I believe I am still able to create the delivery when the order status is still "10" created.
Any advise, user exit or workaround or should this happen.
    Usefull answers will be rewarded.

  • Inbox search for ERP sales order

    CRM 5.0 SP11
Objective is to pull up an order from ECC in the ICWC inbox with the ability to change the order.
in IMG t-code CRMC_IC_AUI_MAINCAT I changed the TA from ONEORDER to ERPORDER.
In t-code CRMC_IC_AUI_MAP_PRI I copied the ONEORDER entries to ERPORDER.
The TA is in my inbox profile.
I can create an ERP order that is created in ECC (good), but when I do the inbox search the system times out.
The inbox search works with ONEORDER settings, but then I'm changing the order in CRM not ECC.

Config settings were correct, needed oss note 1005642, the inbox search is very slow but working the performance issue with oss.
But I was able to change an order in ICWC that updated ECC directly.

  • IC ERP SALES ORDER

    Hi CRM ICWC Guru's,
Could you please help me what is the use of maintaining the below img path for IC ERP Sales Order.
IMGCRMCRM cross application componentsGeneric interaction layer/object layer component specific settingsDefine object model for ERP sales order in IC webclinet.
Help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
    Cheers
    Lingaraj M

Our system came pre-filled with 31 entries and we didn't need to make any changes.
The configuration required for us was in SPRO > CRM > Interaction Center Webclient > Business transaction > ERP Sales order
    1st 3 of the 31 entries
    ERPAdminH     ERPHeaderCondSet     ERPCondSetH     C 1     A 0..1     C Aggregation     ERP
    ERPAdminH     ERPHeaderDocFlowSet     ERPDFlowSetH     C 1     A 0..1     C Aggregation     ERP
    ERPAdminH     ERPHeaderIStatus     ERPIStatusH     C 1     D 1..n     B Composite     ERP
Define Object Model for ERP Sales Order in IC WebClient
    Use
In this Implementation Guide (IMG) activity, you can view the complete object model for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sales order in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient. All relations used in the ERP sales order must be available in this table.
    Requirements
Only those object relations that can be derived from Customizing entries can be added. For example, the relations for object ERPPartnerSet are taken from partner function maintenance.
    Default Settings
In the standard system, this table contains all entries required for all applications that use the generic interaction layer (GenIL) with reference to the ERP sales order in the IC WebClient.
Existing entries should not be changed or deleted since this may affect other applications that are also based on the generic interaction layer.
You can add object relations if they are necessary for your interface modelling.
    Activities
Use the input help (F4) to enter the source object and the relation name. The other fields will be filled in automatically.

  • Creating ERP Sales Order from CRM 7.0

    Hi Experts,
We are implementing the scenario-Creating ERP Sales Order from CRM. My doubt is:-
Do we need to download the entire product data from ECC via middleware to implement this functionality?
Is it possible that we manually create few products in CRM with same heirarchy and category and avoid middleware data download?
My basic doubt is-what product information is passed to ECC from CRM when we create the ECC Sales Order? If only product id is passed, then we can avoid middleware data download for product from ECC to CRM.
Can anyone please provide me some pointers on this? What should be the approach-download product data from ECC to CRM or manually create product data in CRM?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Rohit

I´m trying to figure out the ERP Sales Order Scenario in CRM, i found the following link (sap.help) to customize the ERP sales Order in CRM, it´s a quickly guide supported by SALESPRO but in my case does not work, if somebody knows how to retrive the Order in IC i´ll appreciate.
    Here a quick Guide -->
    Prerequisites
You can directly create and change an ERP sales transaction in SAP CRM once you have carried out the following:
You are using SAP ERP for your Quotation and Order Management.
    You are using SAP CRM.
You have assigned the relevant ERP sales transactions to a profile.
You do this in Customizing for CRM, by choosing  Customer Relationship Management  Transactions  Settings for Sales Transactions  Define Profile for ERP Sales Transactions .
You have defined an RFC destination.
You do this in Customizing for CRM, by choosing  Customer Relationship Management  CRM Middleware and Related Components  Communication Setup  Define RFC Destinations .
You have defined a business role by copying the standard business role SALESPRO to your own. You make this setting in Customizing for CRM, by choosing  Customer Relationship Management  Business Roles  Define Business Role .
You have defined cross-system copy control of transaction types.
You do this in Customizing for CRM, by choosing Transactions  Settings for ERP Transactions Maintained via CRM  Cross-System Copy Control for Opportunities and ERP Transactions
I want to see the screens or video regarding with this scenario.

  • Replication any bp of crm sales order as  reference bp in erp sales order

    Hi specialists in sap r3.
I was faced with the requirement not to replicate all bp of CRM. We want to in order for replication of any PD (CPM) was replaced by a reference bp (ERP).
Individuals do not need to be analyzed in ERP.
Is anybody know how to solve this issue? How to replace individual bp (CRM) to reference bp (ERP) during replication?
I'll be glad to any idea.
    Regards,
    Tatyana.

    Hi Sangameshwar,
In CRM you can have two scenarios for ERP Sales Order.
    1. ERP Sales offer and Sales order, using the CRM User Interface to create directly the ERP Sales Documents with LORD interface. The document is only saved in ERP. I believe this the scenario you are using.
    2. CRM Sales offer and Sales order, the document is saved both CRM and ERP. The documents are replicated via Middleware.
In both scenarios the interaction record should add the document in the doc. flow, it's probably a missing customizing in the interaction record.
    Hope this information help you.

  • GATP (APO) Check results in ERP Sales order.

    Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement to get GATP results (Product Substitution) into ERP Sales order. Please note this is not CRM Sales Order we are dealing with. We are not able to populate product substitution into schedule line.
According to SAP, GATP/ATP happens automatically unlike CRM sales order which has a "ATP check" button. Standard SAP functionality for ERP SLO doesn't have "ATP" button.
My question is, when the automatic check happens in the background, will the ERP sales order populate the "product substitution" results ( assuming that product substitution is set up in APO) from APO into ERP SLO in the schedule line?
Do we need to integrate APO with CRM for ERP sales order?
For example if the order has requested quantity of 100 and only 60 is available, will APO-ATP/GATP (which happens automatically according to SAP in ERP SLO) populate rest of the 40 with product substitution into the schedule lines
Please advice if any of you guys faced similar issue or have implemented ERP Sales order with GATP check.
    Thanks
    Shree

Does anyone have an answer to this question. We have the same requirement regarding GATP with ERP Sales Orders in CRM.
    Thanks,

  • Sales Area determination in follow-up ERP Sales order from CRM opportunity

sales area in CRM opportunity is correctly determined (but division is disabled)
Sales Org : 1000, Distribution Channel: 10 and Division : 01 (Division is not displayed in opportunity)
But when I created ERP sales order as follow-up document from opportunity, system checks for sales area 1000, 10, 00 (This sales area or Division u201800u2019 doesnu2019t exist in either systems ERP / CRM) and gives a error message.
If you have any idea how sales area determination works in follow-up ERP Sales order please share.
your help will be highly appreciated
    Thanks
    Manjushail

    Hi Christian,
If the service order line items are entittled to service contract , at each item level you will get contract info in contract data tab.
when you transfer these items to confirmation , confirmation item contract data will not have contract information. Only when you enter items in confirmation manually then system will pop up window for selection contract and confirmation items get contract information.
    thanks,

  • The IC WebClient profile does not have a component 'ERP Sales Order'

    Hi CRM Experts,
While creating the ERP Sales Order in web-IC
we have bumped into following error:
"The IC WebClient profile does not have a component 'ERP Sales Order'".
And also we are not able to see sales area data and Plant data in the drop down lists.
we have done the following settings:
    1) ERP Sales Order Profile:we have defined ERP Sales Order profile, maintained RFC destinatin and assigned document type to ERP Profile.
    2) Business Transaction Launcher: We have defined the Business Transaction Profile and assigned dependent business transaction.
    3) We have assigned the Business Transaction Profile to the Navigation Bar Profile.
Please suggest me regarding above error also let us know did we miss any configuration?
    Waiting for your valuable inputs.
    Regards,
    Sree.

    Hi Sree,
There is a setting needed for the IC webclient
    ERP_SALES_ORDER
you need to define ERP sales order profile and assign it to your ic webclient profile.
And the ERP sales order scenario can only be used with a ERP 6.0 backend system, at least.

  • Are ERP Sales Orders supported for B2C Web Channel Scenario in CRM 7.0?

    Hi Experts,
We are on CRM 7.0 with ECC 6.0 as backend system.
I just want to know whether the third party tax system (Vertex or Taxware) is mandatory for B2C WEB Channel implementation??
Without using a third party tax system, how can we configure tax for B2C web orders?
We have ERP sales order concept in 7.0. Will it support B2C scenario???
    Regards,
    vasu

    Hi Ram,
-- Tax is configured in ECC using conditioni technique. They are not using any third party taxware/vertex system for this.
-- R/3 pricing procedure is intended to use for B2C transactions in Web channel and the pricing procedure refers to tax calculations. Even in B2c also they want to continue with the ECC pricing procedure.
-- The Requirement is to have pricing along with taxes and freight in the webshop, so that the consumers can pay the total amount using credit card as it is only the payment method available in the b2c Shop.
in the document "CAUSTAX_4.0" it was mentioned that use of third party system is mandatory for B2C scenarios. The relevant text is copied below.
As of CRM 3.1 and above, SAP provides a solution allowing you to use SAPu2019s jurisdictional tax method to calculate taxes.
Note: The use of external tax systems remains obligatory for B2C scenarios. However, if you are calculating tax in other scenarios and do not use external tax systems, this solution is applicable.
The solution consists of customizing changes in both R/3 and CRM. Even though you must make some changes in R/3, the basic process of calculating jurisdictional taxes remains the same. In CRM, the Transaction Tax Engine (TTE) calculates tax and you must configure it for the jurisdictional tax method.
My question is can we configure taxes in B2c shop using ECC pricing procedure? If yes, please provide the high level process steps.
    thanks in advance

  • ERP Sales Orders Types are not visible in CRM WebUI ! ! ! !

    Hi All
I am working on CRM 7.0 IDES, I am trying to create an ERP sales order but when I chose create ERP sales order a popup menu with no document types so I am not able to chose the Sales order document type, the CRM and ERP are integrated and the ERP sales Profile is maintained and assigned is there more settings should be done to make them visible?
    Regards
    Jacopo Francoise

    Hi Jacopo Francoise,
Check for the customization in Tr. SPRO path IMG-> CRM->Transactions->Settings for ERP Transactions maintained via CRM.
You should define the ERP sales order profile with your ECC system RFC details. Also read the documents available there.
    Hope this will help.
    Thanks,
    Vikash.

  • Product Proposal in ERP Sales Order.

    Hi Guys,
We are panning to use product proposal (PP) in ERP sales order and we are facing some challenges to fetch Price and Availability in the PP view.
Does anybody integrated PP with ERP sales order? Please provide detailed steps if any.
Please share your experience and steps to integrate this scenario.
To obtain price in PP, do we need to maintain pricing in CRM?
For availability information in PP, do we need to connect to APO? or the gATP/Availability happens via ECC to APO?
Please shed some light on this subject.
    Thanks
    Shree

    HI Shree,
You dont have to maintain price in crm to get price in product proposals, pricing in ERP is enough for price to get populated.
For availibilty check for PP you have to maintain MRP type in material master for the products which gets populated in PP and have to maintain ATP Profile at item level.
One setting which needs to be maintained in crm is
goto spro->CRM->Transactions->Settings for ERP Transactions Maintained via CRM->Product Proposals->Assign Method schema to ERP transaction Type.
Here give the sales Org, Transaction Type and Method schema.
Please let me know if you need more information on this.

  • Displaying ERP Sales orders in CRM ISU BOL Tree

    Hi,
I need to display ERP Sales orders of a BP in the CRM Web UI  ISU BOL Tree.
We are using CRM 7.0 EHP3. The Genil Component for ISU BOL Tree is IUICALL.
Is there any relation/object which can give the list of ERP Sales orders for a BP.
I have tried with Genil Component ERP and query ERPQORDER, but it's not returning any orders for the given BP even the orders are available in ERP.
Can you please suggest whether I need to do any configuration wrt RFC set up to get ERP data ?
Also please suggest what are the prerequisites to be followed to access the ERP Sales Order data from CRM.
    Thanks
    Jayasri

    Hi Jayasri,
Unfortunately there is no relation from BP to the ERP sales orders afaik. So the tree node implementation class is the place where you can execute the query.
The RFC destination stored in CL_CRM_ERP_IL=>GV_RFC is determined in method
CL_CRM_IC_ERP_SERVICE=>CLASS_CONSTRUCTOR(). Here in line 9 the current ERP sales order profile is determined (based on the business role) an in line 12 the profile data is read from the database (and stored in class attribute GS_ERPPROF-RFCDEST). Please set a break-point in this method to check why the destination is not retrieved correctly.
A possible reason is that your business role might not have the correct profile assignment or that the business role profile is not maintained at the point of time where CL_CRM_IC_ERP_SERVICE=>CLASS_CONSTRUCTOR() is invoked (like in the test environment or in BOL browser).
If the RFC connection is not available or the connected system is not valid ERP system (function SLS_LORD_MAINTAIN_EXIT is a prerequisite in ERP), the RFC destination is not considered. You can set break-points in methods CL_CRM_IC_ERP_SERVICE=>GET_RFC_DEST() and CL_CRM_ERP_IL=>CLASS_CONSTRUCTOR() to analyze the validation.
    Kind regards,
    Christian

  • ERP sales order and Quotation

    Hi All,
I need to access the ERP sales order in IC webclient. Can any one explain step by step procedure to achive this.
I also need to access the ERP quotations in IC webclient. I believe we need transaction launcher to achive this. Is this true. Please explain how this can be done.
Is there a Best Practices documentation for these?
    Points will be rewarded *
    Thanks you

    Hi Ram,
Follow below steps if you want to use transaction launcher for creating ERP Sales order and ERP quotations.
    1. Create a transaction Lancher using wizard
IMG: CRM-> IC WebClient -> Basic functions -> Transaction Lancher -> Configure Transaction Launcher ( wizard)
    Step 1 : Select entries
Here you can the name of the  Transaction launcher ID
                and leave other fields empty
    Step 2: Technical Details
Here give the class name ( Zclass name)
    Step 3: Further technical details
Give the logical system of your R/3 system, BOR
object type BUS2032 and method as                      CREATEMULTIPLE
    Step 4 : Transaction parameters
                Select the parameter  SALES
Step 5 : Activity clip board
                Leave blank
    2. Create Navigation bar entry and Profile
IMG : CRM-> IC Webclient -> Basic functions -> Define Navigation bar profiles
Go to Define entries and create a new Navigation bar entry ID
Select the navigation type as launch transaction.
Give the launch transaction ID as the one which created through wizard.
Go to Define profiles and create a new navationbar profile by copying the most relavant standard profile.
Add the navigation bar entry to the newly created profile.
    3. Assign the navigation bar profile to IC webclient profile.
IMG: CRM --> IC WebClient --> Define IC Webclient profiles.
Here you assign the navigation bar profile to IC Webclient profile.
    Reward points if it helps.
