Program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANS  failure

Hi All,
We are using ECS of SRM 5.0.
When we are executing BBP_EXTREQ_TRANS report to create shopping cart in SRM using PR generated in backend, it is getting stuck in SMQ1 (outbound queue in R/3) with status "ANORETRY". Once PR is created, EPRTRANS table is getting updated with relevant PR number.
Checked log into SLG1, but nothing found.
Following config is completed:-
1. RFC user (as Service) created in R/3 as well as SRM as well as has been maintained in Org structure and local Pur Org and P Grp is assigned to it.
2. In R/3, Tables V_160EX & PR are maintained.
3. replicated vendor, material master, plant , product categories from R/3 to SRM.
Please revert ASAP.

The program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER is used to transfer the PReq from the backend to SRM. Table EPRTRANS have information about PReq to transfer.

If purchase requisitions are to be procured via an external procurement system, these are transferred to the target system by means of report RPRSEL01. For this purpose, report RPRSEL01 reads table EPRTRANS which collects the requirements to be transferred. To do this, you must either start the report manually or schedule it periodically. The length of the period depends on the number of requirements to be transferred. A date is assigned to the report as an additional criterion. This date determines until which release date the purchase requisitions are to be transferred. If the release date lies after the date specified in the report, the purchase requisition is not transferred. The transfer itself is carried out via qRfc (Queued Remote Function Call, see also standard documentation). It is returned to the calling system if an error occurs in the target system for which there might not be a solution. In this case, the queue of the qRfc is blocked and all subsequent transfers cannot be carried out. The qRfc monitor (Transaction SMQ1) is used to check the queue. Check this monitor if the external requirements to be procured do not get to the target system. Furthermore, SAP recommends you to check this monitor from time to time.
If errors occur, you can generally solve these in two ways:
1. Delete the failed call in the qRfc monitor.
              When doing so, note that there is a loss of information. In other words, the currently failed transfer of the purchase requisition is lost. If this is required, for example, for time reasons, you can restart the transfer in two ways.
Enter the purchase requisition manually in table EPRTRANS with status 2 or
Make a manual change to the affected items of the purchase requisition.
However, in both cases, analyze the error cause and solve it before the new transfer.
2. If possible, eliminate the error cause in the target system and restart the queue of the qRfc in question. Read also the standard documentation on the qRfc.
You can view error messages from the target system through forward navigation in the qRfc monitor.
Report RPRSEL01 uses "RPRSEL01" as a standard name for the qRfc queue. This name can be overwritten during the call of the report.

    Hi everybody,
    I'm facing recently a big problem with my E51.
    Each time i try to remove a sis/sisx program that i previously installed in my phone memory or memory card, the following message shows up "Removing failed" . But removing and installing java programs has no problem. Also if i tried to install any sis/sisx program from the phone or using PC Suite , the following message appear "file corrupted" although i was able to install the same program before without any error messages.
    Please help me to solve my problem even with ideas

    First of all  thank u hadimassa and mgoksoy for replying.
    I can't uninistall or inistall any sis/sisx programs from my phone memory or memory card.
    i already tried resitting my phone twise before but nothing happened.  i removed the memory card and also reset the phone and tried uninstalling programs i installed before on phone memory but without progress. the same message " removing failed " keeps showing.
    Uninstalling program failure is the same either i used backspace on the application or by using the application manager.
    i guess i have a hopeless case and u r the only hope .

  • Anyone have a refine edge/mask 'program error' failure?

    Refine mask or edge constantly fails and reports a 'program error' dialog box after the OK button is pressed.
    The file is small and my computer has the horsepower to handle it - Win7 64bit, I720, 12GB ram, and 100GB scratch disk space. Saphire ATI 4850 video 1GB ram. Tried disabling GUI acceleration no luck.
    This has started after I did a reinstall of CS5 last week.
    Searched Google and narry a mention of it.
    And this was my most desired new feature in CS5. Everything else seems to be running fine with the exception of  certain modified f keys (such a shift - f?) not working properly but this has been reported by others.

    My memory is a little fuzzy right now as to exactly what was causing the
    problem. Anyway I don't encounter it much anymore.
    If I remember correctly I had the mask attached to curves adjustment
    layer and ran refine edges from there. Example I wanted to darken the
    sky so I made a selection of the sky. The horizon had lots of trees
    which needed the refine edge command to clean up. I ended up applying
    the mask to the pixel based image and clipped the curves layer to it.
    Same result as far as the adjustment goes but the refine edge command
    worked with the mask attached to the pixel based image. So, if I
    remember correctly, it was a non-pixel layer with the mask attached that
    caused the problem. Maybe I was using Decontaminate colors which could
    cause the problem on a non-pixel layer. Could be that it worked
    sometimes because I did not use Decontaminate and failed when used.
    Anyway, I avoid attaching mask to non-pixel layers if I am going to use
    refine edge. Have not run into errors since, but then it could have been
    fixed in 12.0.1 update. Or maybe the stars are aligned properly now. Who
    knows?

  • Scan and program reinstallation failures

    Printer is not on line and firewall is on off and no network .  Printer and scanning going good since 2006  until I tried to scan a negative, I think for first time ever.  Scan bar goes quickly about 2 inches and lamp turns off and printer says shutting down, but it does not.   Had to unplug, but printer would reset with all functions working(except film option).  Uninstalled and reinstallation failed with error situation code 03215762.  Print function works with other programs and copy function works, just can't scan, and there is no solution center since could not reinstall.  Reinstallation goes to 2% with Current Progress - Stopping services - Service Print Spooler and bogs and will stay bogged for hours until end with Task Manager.When forced reinstallation ends and says removing files another error situation code 06458626 comes up with some lines retrieved from the installation error logs.  Help would be wonderful.

    I understand that when troubleshooting a scan issue on your HP Photosmart 3210 All-in-One Printer you ended up uninstalling the HP software and driver package on your Windows XP computer and are now experiencing installation issues. I would like to assist you today with resolving this install issue. Can I please have you follow all of the steps below. If you have a USB Cable attached from your printer to your computer please disconnect that cable now. Step 1: Remove Drivers: Even though the install is failing, there is a good chance that a portion of the software and driver package made its way onto your computer.   • Problem printing Dos-based program in Netware 4.11 environment.

    I hope someone has a clue what could be wrong with this workstation:
    One pc in our Netware 4.11 network has a network-printing problem. When
    this pc tries to send a document to the networkprinter ( HP 8150 ) , he
    receives an error-message. "The system could not overlay file
    ibm_run.ovl, program initialization failure, Execution terminated"
    He gets this error every time the networkprinter is accessed through Dos-
    software and if i try to start Rconsole, Filer etc.
    A friend of mine told me that the problem could be solved within the
    Novell-client. Just change "Short-machine type to IBM". But that is
    already the case! I even tried to reinstall the Novell-client, but
    nothing works.
    A few specs:
    It's an Compaq Evo P4, Windows XP Professional SP1, Novell Client 4.90
    sp2. Server OS: Netware 4.11 SB SP9.
    Please help me out!

    Well, the first thing to check is to see if the file IBM_RUN.OVL really
    exists in the same directory as the tools you are tryign to execute.
    For instance, all those tools are typically in the PUBLIC directory on
    the server, and the file IBM_RUN.OVL should be there as well.
    It might also be necessary that the PUBLIC directory of the server is
    in the workstation's path. Normally, this is achieved automatically
    through the login script. But maybe there was some change in your
    environment.

    It fails on both 32 and 64-bit code generation for x86. I haven't tried on Sparc as I need to install Sun Studio 12. Is this a known issue? Is there an easy workaround?

    An issue filed at bugs.sun.com does not go directly into the bug database. It is evaluated, and if it turns out the report is actually a bug not previously reported, goes into the database. You get a notification and chance to reply after the report is evaluated.
    In this case, I picked up your report myself, and filed the bug. The bug ID is 6654314, and will be visible at bugs.sun.com in a day or two.

  • UPDATE SQL statement has poor performance

    Hi All,
    We have setup regular run background process,setup to "throttle"  user submitted
    Batch Requests to Batch Processing System.  Purpose of this "Throttle" DB level background
    process  (submitted using DBMS_SCHEDULER)  to check for currently active Requests and
    then accordingly (based on prevailing System Load)   inject new requests for Batch Request accordingly.
    This background process is scheduled to run every minute.
    We find that UPDATE statement below performs well when Table being updated (FRM_BPF_REQUEST)
    even when Table has upto 1 million rows.  (Expected Production volume)  UPDATE takes only few seconds  (< 10 secs)
    at most to execute
    However, we find that when there is a burst of INSERTS happening to  same Table  (FRM_BPF_REQUEST)
    via another database session,  UPDATE statement suffers with severe degradation.  Same UPDATE which used
    to perform  in matter of few seconds, takes upto  40 minutes when heavy INSERTS are happenning to
    Table.  We are trying to understand why Performance gets severely degraded when INSERTS are heavy on the Table,
    Any thoughts or insights into issue would be greatly appreciated.
    We are using Oracle DB 11.2.0.3.4  (on Linux)

    Why are you programming for failure to succeed, willing to accept time taking rollbacks, committing afterward, fooling with transactions, swallowing/hiding all errors, all that 'nice and safely hidden' in the notorious WHEN OTHERS exception NOT followed by a RAISE?
    Only catch errors you expect.
    Programming to let a program fail is to fail.

  • Cannot see my printer after install wrong firmware

    i have a problem
    my printer (laserjet cp1525n color) give me a message firmware corrupted ready 2 download
    i tried to install the firmware but the printer stuck on erasing proccess
    and i noticed that the printer represent as laserjet 3020 on device and printer window on my computer
    after that i installed firmware for the printer laserjet 3020 on my printer laserjet cp1525n color
    i noticed that the update firmware completed and then i restart the printer
    but nothing appear on printer screen
    and i cant detect the printer when i put usb cable
    please help me

  • Database Toolkit - Get Database Information

    Hi All,
    I'm struggling a bit with this toolkit, and thought I'd bring it up on here for some input.
    Using the included functions with that toolkit, I'm able to connect to my database, but i'm having trouble writing to it (Error -2147217913).  I'm a bit concerned that maybe my data types don't match, so in order to confirm, I noticed in the examples given with this toolkit there was a VI that gets your database information (Column names, tables, most relevant - data types per column name.).  Something odd happened that I'm not sure if its supposed to:
    I changed the UDL address of the example database, to my database's UDL...nothing else, just to get a list of datatypes.  Now using their UDL it finishes cleanly, w/no error.  With my UDL - I receive Error -2147217900 occurred at Conn Execute.vi->DB Tools List Columns.vi->Get Database Information.vi.  Interesting eh?  But it does show every column name/and data type, wonder why it fails though?
    Anyone have some recommendations of how to troubleshoot next? Or how to interpret this?  I'm betting if I can figure out why its failing in the example program, both failures are maybe tied together?

    Good news, figured out the problem...I WAS writing a null to the database (by accident), and while access doesn't mind them - the toolkit is based on SQL standard which i believe does.  The program had a cluster that was being initialized, and fed into a loop where it waited for user action. (So we didn't have left over garbage in each field whenever the app ran.)  Once the user input all their data, that same wire was fed into the input to populate the array. I thought it would update the cluster as the controls were changed, but I guess the only way to change elements is to unbundle, change and rebundle. (At least thats how it behaves)
    Appreciate the help, but while on the topic maybe you can give me a pointer, the only way I could work it so a fresh copy of the data was sent into the cluster, was to make a local variable of the cluster and wire that to the input (See picture).  Rather than get yelled at later if I need more help, any idea how to reduce that local so we don't require a duplicate copy of the data?  (avoid race conditions, etc.)  Or would you even?  Guess it boils down to, is there another way to update the cluster in there?  I can unbundle, and rebundle, but I'm not sure what I'd do between the two to update all those to feed into the database...its a bit confusing to describe but I think it gets the idea across lol.
    I was thinking about a way to do it...and thought maybe I need an indicator for each control, then when the indicator changes, feed that into the control cluster to update from intial and go from there...but thats a copy of data the same size as the local would make, I'd think.

  • Transfer purchase requisitions to SRM 5.5 from ECC 6.0

    We have an issue with our program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANS to copy our pur requisitions to SRM 5.5 (setup as Extended Classic scenario) but it blocks weekly.  We cannot identify a root cause for this - sometimes there is no error log via tcode SLG1 or most recently, it is "Business partner cannot be changed" on a new purchase requisition. 
    Does anyone know what this error message is trying to tell us and how to solve this?

    Hi,
    Can you please check the ststus of Purchase Requisition in ECC whether it is released or block.This will not allow you to transfer the PR to SRM system.

  • Job gets stucked

    Hello all, I have the following issue with a Replication Job that connects to several DBs trough DB links... so the problem is when this job goes to a remote database which connection is really slow and disconnects a lot... so the job keeps trying to connect or something but it basically gets stucked there in that DB and doesnt go to the next one...
    so I know that one solution is to improve that connection between the central DB and the remote one, but my concern is if this happens with another one and so.
    My question then is how can I control or create a timeout so when the job doesnt get the data in certain amount of time it fails to the next DB?

    well to be honest I don't any idea how those windows work and how they will fix the issue of the job getting stuck.. what I read it is related to allocation of resources but not sure, could you explain me plz.
    Something else I would like to add is, when I notice that the job is stucked I try to do an Orakill of the job process number, I get that info with this query
    Select spid thread ,osuser, s.program ,job,failures,last_date,this_date
    From v$process p, v$session s, dba_jobs_running j
    Where p.addr=s.paddr
    And s.sid=j.SID
    I do the following:
    1-place job offline.
    2-execute orakill on server
    3-drop the job and recreate it.
    but the funny thing is that right after I execute the orakill the process starts again Ithink but with another thread number so I cannot drop the job. when this happens I have to take de database offline and back on but I dont like doing that...

  • Two DAQMX tasks at the same time

    In my program there are two tasks, which should run at the same time. The problem is, if i start my program the failure 50103 occurs. It says, that the resource is reserved.
    I haved searched on the ni site for this failure, but the descriptions haven*t solved my problem.

    in the automation explorer i defined a task with both channels. the DAQMX-read.vi generates only one dataline and how can i detect the two separate signals??
    i thought, if i have a task with two channels, the Daqmx-read.vi would generate an array ( two channels --> two datalines ???

  • Battery failure although my battery doesn't fit the exchange program?

    hello there!
    i know there have been a lot of threads about the battery life and failures in the macbook pro but i don't know which one fits my case...
    my mbp is a week 13 and has no problems at all. i don't use the battery that often - by now i have 14 cycles.
    my battery's serial number doesn't fit the exchange program but today happened this odd thing:
    i used my mbp on battery for less than two hours and the battery symbol said that i still have about 50 minutes of battery power. all of a sudden it turned off (as described in many other threads) without any warning and i couldn't turn it on without plugging in the power cable. when i turned it on it started from deep sleep mode (dimmed desktop).
    ...of course i did reset the pram and stuff - but what is going on? as i said i don't meet the exchange program for faulty batteries but still it doesn't seem to work proper.
    what can i do?

    hi and thank you all for your replies so far!
    over the weekend i took some screenshots showing the various total of mAh. i have no idea if that is normal like this? and the battery is behaving normal again, no random shutdown... you can find the images under the following link...

    in addition i added a photo of my magsafe... now that it comes to the battery issue i got slightly concerned if this crimpy cord should be like this (not that this thing starts to melt on me!).
    when i transport my mbp i wind the cord around those two hooks and i never pull the magsyfe by the cord out. but still it looks like this.
    the power cord is from a week 10 macbook pro which i got exchanged for a week 13 but i had to keep the cord...
    i know, this has nothing to do with the battery issue and no, i'm not paranoid - just now that i started this thread i thought i could add it...
    so my questions are:
    - shall i request a new battery considering the various mAh indications?
    - shall i request a new power cord? or does mine look normal?
    why i ask is because i don't want to request something when there is no need for a replacement.
