Hi Gurus,
Is there any report which include different cost i.e Budgeted value, actual value, actual revenue for projects (all wbs) executed in perticular time period.
If i want to customize report which table and field required for the same pls provide me details for that.

Check CN41 report with project definition- execute it - then press F5 (or click choose fields) - to choose actual value, budget and other plan costs. Alternatively check S_alr_87013542 report also.

Report to view Production order wise atcual cost when PO is assigned to PCC

Hi All,
Can anyone help me to get the report for production order wise actual cost incurred when that Production order is assigned to PCC (Product cost collector).
Is it possible through Summarization hierarchy or Product drilldown?
If yes, can u explain the steps.

You cant get values at Prod order level if you have chosen PCC as cost object.... You will only get Qty at Prod order level
To get a bird's eye view of costs incurred in PCC, execute report MCRY with PCC as the input... MCRX shows only Qty info for components

Customized report for cost centers by different cost centers:
I need to build a customised report with the following format:
Cost element columns | Cost center 1 | cost center 2 | cost center 3, etc -> dynamic cost center columns
CE 1 .............................. amount xxx | . amount xxx | .. amount xxx
CE 2 .............................. amount xxx | . amount xxx | .. amount xxx
CE 3 .............................. amount xxx | . amount xxx | .. amount xxx

User selection screen:
Controlling are:
Fiscal Year:
From period to period:
cost center group ... <range of CC group> or
cost center value ... <range of CC value>
Questions:
From the above selection screens, I need to pull out all the data stored in the table: COEP
But, the problem is that inside this table, there is no cost center or cost center group stored; and therefore the program should be smart enough to pull out all the documents from the table: COEP and then make sure that the document / list of documents that pull out should belongs to the cost center or cost center group, as well as date range.
KIndly advise how functional description/design should be built in order ABAPer can understand the requirement?
What should be the tables to refer in order meet the requirement.
Similar Standard SAP cost center report should be S_ALR_87013611 - Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/Variance, but this report read from many tables.

Please find the logic below & try it at your system-
Here cost center group is not possible (also i not checked it so do it on your own simultaneously i am trying the same).
Use Table BSEG-> in bseg give the cost center-> with the help of cost center find the account number (field HKONT)-> take this GL account number & got to table COEP-> in this give the GL account number at field 'offsetting account' (field GKONT) & you will get the line item.

Cost Center Report with Cost Element wise Subtotal

Hi All,
We have a requirement where customer wants a Cost Center report with Cost Element wise Subtotal and selection options required are Company Code, Cost Center, Cost Element.
KSB1 solves the requirement, but when executed for 2 or more company codes it is taking 3 to 4 hours.
The other alternative report we tried is S_ALR_87013611- Actual/Plan but this report gives debit and credit values in seperate columns.
Please let me know if we can copy the report S_ALR_87013611 and change it using report writer to have the output by Cost Element wise total.
Also please let me how we can increse the speed of KSB1 report.

for KSB1 Report the following is my suggestion
1. Please go to the selection criteria for the cost elements and de select the secondary cost elements in the the exclude range and try running the report this is generate the report faster.
2. also check the date range please give the date range for 3 t months and if you want to run for multiple company codes. if you want to execute it for longer periods say 9 months or 6 months generate the report in 2 to 3 installments and download them to your excel and consilidate them in excel for your analysis

WIS 10901 when WebI report is scheduled.

When I schedule a webi report in the Infoview, it is failed with the error "A database error occured. The database error text is: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified. (WIS 10901) "
My webi report has data from different universes which has connections to MySQL database, MS Access, and SAP BW.
Please help me resolve this.

While troubleshooting, the first point you have to consider is that: Which version of BusinessObjects Enterprise you are using.
Then check the below:
- The type and version of driver you are using with your databases.
- Was this report running before?
- if not since when it has started behaving so?
- How are you linking the universes?
- Have tried running reports individually on the individual universes and are you getting data then?
Are you using any hyperlink object in your report and is that linking with the SAP BW query?
If you digg in to the above and find that the issue is with the SAP BW query, then you can raise in the forums for Integration Kit and include the details on the hyperlink you trying to create

Cost Element Report for all cost objects

Hello,
Is there any standard SAP report where it can list down all cost elements, and their line item/total postings done to various CO Objects in one shot.
We have CE/CCTR, CE/IO, etc, but if we can have one report which can list all cost elements and postings done via it to different cost objects - cost centers, internal orders, WBS, etc, might be very handy to us.

How to get Cost element for a component in co03 cost analysis report

I'm using table COSP to find the quantity for a production order component. However, I need to identify the cost element first to get the unique data. In CO03 cost analysis report, there is cost element for the component. Does anyone know how to get it ?

CSKA stores the basic info about the cost element
There is no data in CSKB.
I'm trying to use different tables to get the cost element.
AUFK, AFKO, AFPO, RESB, ...but no luck...

Movement type wise GL accounting entry report

Hi,
Is there any standard report available in SAP which shows movement type wise GL accounting enty report apart from MB51. Because in MB51 accounting document is avaibale one by one you click the accounting document button with corresponding material doc number. That accounting entry will show side by side as per movement type wise.

Thanks for your reply.we have done configuration through ome9.All movement types are working fine except 411 q.
My MM consultant is trying to transfer with movment type 411 Q (MIGO,A8-Transfer posting) inventory with less cost.When we are transfering PRD gl will be placing but PRD gl has given default cc also OKB9.System is showing same error posting key field status to change as per gl.

Cost Cente Reports

1. I need cost center report for a plant that compares
? current period amount with
? budget amount with
? year to date amount with
? year to date budget amount along with
? variances for current period and year to date budget.
I searched for standard reports but was unable to find any that meets the requirement. Do we have to go for custom report here?/does any standard report exist?/or can this accomplished through report painter/writer?
2. I also need the above information in a different format. For eg, instead of cost center report FOR each plant, the client needs cost center report BY each plant, meaning, totals of each cost centers (cost centers same as used in 1 above) for different plants in the same report. Any suggestions?
3. For getting these reports are there any specific things I need to consider while creating a cost center hierarchy (new implementation of SAP at this client)

I know there is no standard report will suffice your requirement so start designing a report writer / report painter report to meet your needs.

More specific,,,
Lets say one GL acct had five posting and all of them were booked to different cost center. so i want reaport tht consists GL acct and All the cost center, which was posted to it for the year 2006.

What goes into the cost center is a cost element (similar to G/L account). You can run KSB1 and enter the G/L account number in the cost element field and restrict the period.

Product Cost Planning report

Hello,
I am trying to make a report painter report which would display all the different cost components (columns) for a range of different materials (rows).
However this is the error message I get when I try and execute the report.
Can someone please advise on how to fix this probs. Above all, please explain in plain english what the message is all about.

I want to attach the Variable - "Cost element group" to the Library for Report Painter for getting Cost center report. The Cost center report should be cost element group wise with actaul, budget and variance. Please let me know the process.

I think you have to first define Attribute mis as "V" in Cost element master basic data tab for the elements you want to capture as varible.
Then make a Cost element group / set in KAH1/GS01 and use it in your report.

Cost Centre Report - Report Painter

I am trying to create a Cost Centre report to show the Cost element posting period wise in vertical columns.
I am not able to get the required output. I am not sure whether I am mistaken anywhere.
General Data selection : Controlling area, Cost Centre
In the GL Code : Cost element
Period 14-Jan : Version, Actual Cost, Fiscal year, Period from (001), period to (001)
Period 14-Feb : Version, ACtual Cost, Fiscal year, period from (002) , period to (002)
etc. etc.
still I am not able to execute the report.

NOw as left and side you see I have debit and credit as lead column .
Now click double click on lead column .for debitand define as per below screen shot
After this double click on next line and define credit elements I have included A creditas well coz we have settlements as well.
NOw you need to define the Actual Periods as per my First screenshot
I have Plan periods as well Please ignore them . YOu can just define 12 Actual mnths only as below
NOw you this exercide for 12 time for each periods . Just change Period filed like from2 to 2 , from3 to 3 etc.....
