I Can't Pre Order "Destiny - The Taken King" on PSN Store

I am having serious issues with the PSN Store!
I have been trying for weeks now to pre order my digital download of "Destiny - The Taken King" for weeks now, and I am still having no joy. Every time I tap the "Tell Me More" option, it says that I can not download this product as I already own "Destiny Expansion II - House Of Wolves". Is this a common issue? And if so, how can it be resolved? If not, then can someone from Sony please look into this as by not pre ordering, I lose out on the bonus in game content you get for the pre order

Did you buy and install the expansion pass? If so, log into the web store and download the House of Wolves directly from it's store page. This should then allow you to pre-order Taken King. This solved the pre-order bug for other users who had the expansion pass and couldn't pre-order Taken King.

Destiny the Taken King pre-order issue

I've brought destiny a while back and I brought the two add on packs well the season pass well they am bringing out the taken king and when I try to pre order it it says not available for purchase even though my friends Ave the only difference is u bought the season pass they brought the two add ons separately any ideas

This issue has been reported to the Store team who are investigating the problem. In the mean time we have discovered a workaround that will allow you to pre-order the Taken King expansion for Destiny.
Please note in order to pre-order the Taken King stand alone expansion (without previous expansions) you must own both The Dark Below and House of Wolves expansions or the Destiny season pass.
To pre-order the Taken King DLC first search for the Dark Below expansion or click here. As you already own this content there should be a purchase button with a price of £0.00.
Select the purchase button and confirm (as long as the price is still £0.00).
Complete the same process for the House of Wolves DLC
Again make sure the price is £0.00 before confirming the purchase.
Go to the Taken King product page and you should have the option to pre-order.

The bonus items only unlock once taken king is released, if you go to the pre order in store you should see the list of time locked content.

Hi all Dont know if anyone else is having the same issue as me but every time i try to order The Taken King digital version on PSN I get the same error which says You are not able to purcahse this product for the following reasons, You already own Destiny Expeansion 1: The Dark Below, is there a a fix for this? Hey.
I have bought Destiny game with Season Pass, last year on ore-order, this worked fine.
When i purchased the new Destiny: The Taken King, i got the Bundle with the game, 2 expansions aswell as the taken king, at a much higher price.
Problem is, as i already own the game and expansions and don't need 2 copies as i said before, i only need The Taken King.
I tought nothing of it, it's just a simple cancel, and then re-order the right game.
But, this pre-order took funds from my wallet and charged the game.
And now i can't cancel it.
Is there anyone here from PSN that can cancel this for me, and refund my wallet?
So i can pre-order the right one?
I also pre-ordered Fallout 4, and on this one i have option for cancelling, but i don't want to cancel this one though.

The Destiny: The Taken King PlayStation 4 console looks pretty awesome and I can understand wanting to save a bit of money on a console. Sadly, it seems that the Movers Coupon excludes gaming consoles, so you wouldn't be able to utilize this coupon on this item, pre-order or otherwise. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may bring you. If you should have any other questions, please let me know.

Okay so because Destiny is so much more expensive in the UK I was wondering if this would work. 1. Set up a U.S. Account on my UK PS4 2. Purchase a Taken King US code online 3. Download the DLC on the U.S. account 4. Access the DLC from my UK account Hoping someone will know if this will work and could save me £20!

Can I upgrade from the standard destiny pre-order to the ghost edition?

Thanks for pre-ordering Destiny at Best Buy! With the recent announcement of the Ghost and Limited Editions of Destiny, it’s no surprise that you’d be inquiring about switching your pre-order. I’ve only recently started really digging into the details of Destiny and I can already tell that this game will likely live up to the hype, and then some!
Kandlestick makes a few pretty good points. First, you would need to cancel your existing pre-order for the standard edition of Destiny and create a new pre-order for the Ghost Edition. However, as Kandlestick also mentioned, you may want to check the availability of the Ghost edition prior to cancelling your current pre-order. To my knowledge, the Ghost version is likely no longer available due to it being very limited in quantity. Click here to see the different versions and their availability.
If you wish to cancel your current pre-order, the method of doing so is determined by how you originally pre-ordered the game. If you pre-ordered on BestBuy.com, log in to your account and pull up the order. You should be able to cancel the pre-order from within the current order details. If you pre-ordered in-store, simply return to the store with your receipt and visit the Customer Service desk.

Thanks so much for your reply King_Penguin. No, sadly there is not indication of the expected release date on the film, it's no where to be found. I have also tried to look in other places online, but no luck. I guess your latter statement jives more with my situation, that being the studio/rights-holder hasn't feel inclined to provide the date.

Is there anyone out there who pre-ordered on the 3rd and still has not received their iPhone???

I pre-ordered on the third and received an email on the fourth saying my phone had shipped. I checked FedEx with the tracking # Verizon provided and I still get the same status that I got on the 4th. It says the order has been "initiated". The next step would be "picked up", but here it is nine days after I pre-ordered and no phone!!! Hasn't even shipped!!!

I have been going back forth with Verizon and UPS and Verizon is blaming UPS and told me it's out of their hands once it ships. UPS is saying they're doing their best to get the package back to NJ where I am. I also tried cancelling my order with Verizon and was told it could not be cancelled because the package has shipped. I was told if I wanted another phone I'd have to pay for it again. No one knows where my phone is UPS says they have misrouted a trailer full of Iphones. I don't know how true that is.

Hey everyone has anyone pre-ordered in the last 48 hours on either Apple's website or VZW website? If so what kind of turn around time have you seen as far as expected shipments and so forth....
This post is not to complain or anything just interested in what everyone else is seeing so take it with a grain of salt!

I almost did but decided to wait til I can actually try one in the store. I wouldn't buy a car without taking it for a test drive first. Just me though.

Why is it that everything is fine with my verizon account and apple is messing with my pre order of the iphone 5 telling me that verizon is "rejecting" my order.. My verizon account is fine, and I am eligible for an upgrade, there is no past due balance.. the order went from being prepared to ship back to processing 2 days before it's supposed to get here.. still says it's going to deliver 9/21, yet it still stuck in processing mode, called apple for the past couple of days since i ordered it ON TIME and basically spoke to 17 different people telling me all different things and seems as if it just becomes more and more of a problem..

this what most people say, track in on UPS website using your phone number. its TRUE and better tracking info
