PSTN users VM not delivered to subscriber

Hi ,
I am facing an strange issue in cisco unity 5.0 with Exchange 2003 and exchange 2010.
Whenever an local ip phone user calls and leaves a voice mail to another user, the message will get delivered to subscriber mailbox successfully.
But if any PSTN user calls the IP Phone user and leaves a voice mail it does not get delivered to subscriber mail box , instead VM moves to "UnityMTA/failed" folder.
In event viewer i get logs of CiscoUnity_UMR error.

i have also deleted and re-created MAPI , still no luck.

Problem solved. Many configuration changes are made in DBAdapter configuration and Connection pool configuration.

Hello.
Why event published by composite publisher is not delivered to subscriber but same event published by test Business event is delivered?
Which points are necessary to deliver published event to subscriber. I use same EDL/XSD files for publisher and subscriber to assure using same event.
Here is example content of message published by composite and used to publish by test Business event:

I found problem in server diagnostic log about XA transaction. For information I running against MySQL database.

Users are not able to subscribe to RSS feed using Outlook express

Hi,
I have implemented RSS in one of my project .
My project is an intranet site.
In my project i use the rss.cfm for subscribing to the
content.
users are able to subscribe using IE7 & firefox but when
users try to subscribe using Outlook 2007 or outlook 2003 . they
are not able to subscribe.
is there any way so that users can subscribe by their outlook
as well ??

status "server returned timeout." .
while i am able to subscribe to feed using the IE &
firefox.
my project site is an

I am not able to understand this behaviour , why i am able to
subscribe using the IE and firefox and not able to subscribe using

Exchange Server 2013: incoming messages are not delivered into user mailboxes occasionally

Exchange Server 2013 CU1, two mailbox servers (DAG, only one mail database), two CAS servers (NLB cluster). Two Sendmail/CentOS-based SMTP relays route mail between Exchange servers and Internet (incoming mail is routed to NLB cluster name).
Usually mail flow is OK: messages are sent and received normally. However, I've got several complains from different users. They state that occasionally they don't receive messages that were sent to them from outside. Tomorrow morning I've decided to
investigate the issue.
So, we have a message sent from Gmail account that was not delivered in user mailbox. It was received and routed to Exchange by Sendmail host:

Running Get-MessageTrackingLog applet on the mailbox servers displayed the followed log entries for the message:
DB Server #1:
    22:11:18 HAREDIRECT
    22:11:18 RECEIVE
    22:11:18 AGENTINFO
DB Server #2:
    22:11:18 HARECEIVE
    22:12:44 HADISCARD
So, we can see that the message was placed into shadow queues, but was NOT delivered into mailbox (no DELIVER status entries). Also pay attention to the timing. Time on all the servers is in sync, but Sendmail timestamp is 22:06, and Exchange timestamps
are 5 minutes behind it.
Today a message sent to the same address from the same Google mailbox was received by Exchange and placed into user mailbox with no glitches.
We use Exchange antispam system activated on Exchange mailbox servers. Spam is never dropped silently. It is either returned to sender (SCL 9) or placed into quarantine mailbox (SCL 6 and above). I'm pretty sure that the lost message was not in the quarantine
mailbox this morning, and the sender didn't receive any NDRs.
Any ideas what to investigate next?

The simple shortest answer is that you can't (Change a Buddy's settings)
From your own end you can reply to the first Off Line IM you get on an AIM login (an accompanying IM for AIMSysMessage asks if you want them to Continue - replying No stops them)
IF you have stopped Off Line IMS than you can reset this at AIM Settings
You can log in here with AIM and Apple IDs that end in @mac.com and @me.com (iCloud issued @me.com name are an Exception)
In addition the Setting in iChat > Preferences > General Section that refers to setting the Status to Off Line on Quit stops the App starting up if iChat is not launched but the computer is ON

Bounce messages not delivered in users mailbox

When a Undelivered Mail message arrives in our Groupwise system it disappears somewhere in the dark, and is not delivered to the user.
The only thing we notice is that the "From" field is empty but all other fields are filled with correct data.
Answer from our ISP :
"E-mail that is being bounced back should have an empty (null) return
address so that bounces are never created for a bounce and therefore you
can't get messages bouncing back and forth forever."

Very likely just updates the status of the sent item. At least that is
where I would expect it to have been processed and seen in the
properties of the sent message in question.

HT4528 iOS 7.1picture won't send to another iPhone user. It says "delivered" then goes to " not delivered" with red !. Does this on iPad and iPhone

So I have been trying to send my boyfriend pictures from over the weekend. He has an iPhone 5s as do I. When I go to send him a picture from either my iPad mini or my iPhone 5s it says "delivered" then a couple seconds later says "not delivered" with the red ! . This is very irritating. I have already turned off iMessage and logged back in. I have reset network settings. Nothing is fixing this issue.

It means the messages were not received and your SMS option is disabled
Settings > Messages > Send as SMS > On

Verizon User Photos not being delivered to Iphone

I just got my new Iphone but all my friends still have Verizon. I would always send pics to my folks with my Verizon phone but they were either not delivered or arrived as a link which would not work. Should I just tell people not to send me pics?

Until the iPhone is MMS enabled, sending and receiving pictures will not be easily possible.
Sorry. It's a much requested feature and I'm sure we'll see something to make this possible soon, probably by way of legal 3rd party apps made possible by the release of SDK in later February.
But for the moment, no pictures, unless people send you a link to them.

Not delivered to only one iphone user

Hi, I have been trying to send a message from my ipod touch IMESSAGE to one of my friend who has an iphone 4 (number), but it kept saying not delivered, so I tried texting my other friends to see if there was something wrong with my imessage but they are sending perfectly fine...So, I tried turning off my imessage and restarting my ipod and everything, but nothing works.I even search whether this person could possibly block me but I don't think iphone could actually do that, or is there a way they could make their phone stop from receiving msg? so please help me?

Have the other person activated and turned on Messages on his phone?

Chat user is not getting message from the other users

In my application when user [A] initiate the chat with user[B] , I am facing following issues
-          User[B] is not getting initiation notification so that I am unable to open chat pod for user [A] on user[B] application
-          Due to above problem , User[B] not getting any message sent by the User[A]
-          User[A] can send only one message and it is displayed on simple chat pod
when User[A]tries to send more then one message it is not displayed on simple chat pod but on the console I can see the messages

A) are these methods copied twice in the code here on purpose?
   connectChat() and onSynchronizationChange is repeated in code due copy paste mistake
B) are both users subscribing to _collectionNode right away? Do each of them
get to onSynchronizationChange?
   Yes , each of them get to onSynchronizationChange
C) If you put a breakpoint in onSynchronizationChange, do you see the node
get created? Do you see it in the dev console?
Yes , it is creating a node
D) Is user B receiving an onItemReceive at all? Is user A?
Yes , it is creating a node
Now both the user getting chat message, have following issue
When user A initiate the chat with user B this action is not opening chat pod / window on user B end which shows user A has initiated chat with user B
But when user B click on user A name to initiate the chat, this action opens a chat window and user B can see message send by user A
Above scenario is not normal chat behavior in which other user gets the notification of chat . what could be the problem

Running transactional replication on SQL server 2008R2 but: "The process could not connect to subscriber 'SERVER NAME'"

I've set up Replication (transactional replication) between two remote servers. On the one of server that I configure Distribution & publication .another server is subscription. The subscription is all set & snapshot agent is started .but the actual
replication doesn't take place.
When viewing the Synchronization Status of the subscription, i get an error, saying "The process could not connect to Subscriber ‘Server name'."
Clicking on start, this is the error message I get:
The agent could not be started.
Additional information:
An exception while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch.
SQL Server Agent Error: Request to run job Server1-EDUSRV-Pubs-Server2-14 (from User Server1\Administrator) refused because the job is already running from a request by User sa.
Change database context to 'EDUSRV'.(Microsoft SQL Server Error:22022)
What can i do?

The error The process could not connect to Subscriber 'Server name' indicates that the Distribution Agent process account does not have enough permissions to connect to the Subscriber.
If this is a push subscription, verify the Distribution Agent process account is db_owner in the distribution and subscription databases, is a member of the PAL, and has read permissions on the snapshot share.
If this is a pull subscription, verify the Distribution Agent process account is db_owner in the subscription database, is a member of the PAL, and has read permissions on the snapshot share.
The permissions required are covered in

Why do all my texts say not delivered when the recipient is getting the message mulitple times?

when I send a text to a non-iphone user it says not delivered and it shows the red exclamation point. on the other end the person getting the message gets it 3-4 times. I have done a manual re-boot, checked for carrier updates, turned imessage off, changed the date and changed it back process, ect. and even an apple rep was not able to fix it. anyone have any tricks up their sleeve to help me out? I really don't want to have to go to an Apple store and stand there for them to tell me to do the same thing over and over again.

Yes. Everything in my settings is where it needs to be. And every method I have tried worked but only for a brief time. Then right back to the original problem.

IMessage getting "Not Delivered" error, Message Send Failure

I upgraded to ios5 on my 3GS last night, seemed to have no problems, no errors. When I try sending a text another iphone users, it defaults to sending an iMessage, but then says "Not Delivered" in red, with a red exclamation point next to it. My daughter, on the same network and same house can send imessages to me, but I do not receive them.
In my settings, I've tried turning iMessage on and off, tried setting "Send As SMS" both on and off, no changes. "Receive At" has my phone number, and my apple id email address. I've tried restoring and reinstalling ios, restarting the phone numerous times, nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?

I'm in the same boat with my new 4S. I installed 5.0.1 last night and it was working fine until this morning. When I woke up, I tried to send a text message with no luck. iMessage works fine, and I can RECIEVE text messages. Just no dice on sending any. At all.

I am hard coding the Email id in the control file. From/To/CC emails I have hard coded. I want to paste the Control file... But I could not because, not allowing me to post XML content.
