Why do all my texts say not delivered when the recipient is getting the message mulitple times?

when I send a text to a non-iphone user it says not delivered and it shows the red exclamation point. on the other end the person getting the message gets it 3-4 times. I have done a manual re-boot, checked for carrier updates, turned imessage off, changed the date and changed it back process, ect. and even an apple rep was not able to fix it. anyone have any tricks up their sleeve to help me out? I really don't want to have to go to an Apple store and stand there for them to tell me to do the same thing over and over again.

Yes. Everything in my settings is where it needs to be. And every method I have tried worked but only for a brief time. Then right back to the original problem.

Every text sent from my phone and my friends' phones is saying not delivered even though they are being delivered. It's happening on iOS 6 and 7. This started last night. What's the deal?

A. What application are you using to add the protection? Reader cannot add any file security and I don't think the PDF feature of Word will either.
B. Mac Preview has issues with PDF standards so there may be some features that you will experience issues with that have no workarounds.
C. Have you checked the file after adding security to see if all fonts are embedded?

Help VOD says not subscribed but I am and get the channels just not the VOD

Spent several hours on phone, several resets, several unplugs. In Home Agent. Even transfered me to billing to make sure I was Ultimate TV (and I am)   I don't get Epix, Sundance, and some other On Demand sections.   Have even tried to subscribe via remote and it won't let me. (i figured if it worked I could then get billing to clear it up)
any ideas? I can't spend more time on the phone just to try the same steps. The last agent got off the phone with me telling me it might just need to take 24 hours for the reset to work.    Pretty sure she was at a loss and just wanted me off phone.

Messaging photos saying not delivered

I am sending photos via SMS or email and they keep saying not delivered. So i try again and then the person gets them several times but my phone still says NOT DELIVERED. Then i send photos to another person and it said the photo was delivered as SMS but they didn't get it...
Any ideas ???

I have been having this issue for the last two weeks, too. I've rebooted my phone a number of times, reset my network settings 3 times, reset my entire phone once, removed my Sim card twice... I've feel like I've done everything I can based on the troubleshooting I've found online. Seems like an aweful lot of people are having this problem. Constanting getting the "not delivered" when people are actually getting the message. I'll send it as a text message becuase it says not delivered and they will get it twice. Same thing happenes on their end and I'll get stuff twice. I'll send something once and the other person gets it multiple times. Just happens with pictures, and just over the last two weeks or so. This is happening with several different contacts, all of us have updated software. One has an iphone 4S, a couple of us have a 5 and the others all have the 5S. It's driving us all CRAZY.

If it says "Delivered" under it to begin with, then you're not sending it as an MMS, you're sending it as an iMessage. It's entirely possible the problem is on the receiving end.

A friend has texted me and I try to reply and it says "not delivered". She does not have an iphone. I have deleted her as a contact, re-entered her. I have added every combination of area code, no area code, 1, +1 etc. I am not just trying to message her, I am trying to REPLY to her message. Imessages is working fine and as far as I know I am only having trouble messaging 2 people - both with samsung phones. Any suggestions?

iMessages. I have gone into settings and turned off iMessages for one minute then reactivated it. Then I turned off network settings and then back on again. Today I'll try and restore the phone again to see if that works. Frustrating!

I am guessing you mean an iMessage.
The recipient may not have their Apple device on WiFi at the time you send the message.

Okay, so I am so close to smashing this thing I am so mad.
Last night everything was working fine, I could text everyone and everything was sunshine and rainbows. Then in the middle of a conversation my texts suddenly stopped sending, saying not delivered.
At first it was only one person, but now it's EVERYONE on my contacts, iPhone user or not!
I've reset my phone settings, I've tried turning iMessage on and off, I turned SMS on and off, MMS on and off, I called apple and was met with a "Nobody that specializes in your apple product is available at this hour" response, I've tried adding a number to the existing phone number and then texting simply '111-2222' without the area code, I reset my roaming (or whatever that was, looked like *5000-something)
I can receive messages, and I can call people and receive calls, I just can't SEND them!
PLEASE, HELP ME OUT! Im going crazy!

Try resetting network settings in the settings and then rebooting the phone.

Had the same problem a while ago. Call your mobile operator and they should guide you. It is some numbers that varies from each phone operator...

Why do I get a 'not delivered' message when I send a text? The recipient does receive the text.

When I send an iMessage it says 'delivered', but as soon as the other person reads it it changes to 'not delivered'. But the recipient actually does read the message and replies back. The other person gets the same messages if they are messaging me, but not when they are messaging other people. The problem seems to be at my end.

I've noticed that this happens a lot to me with some people who are connected to corporate wifi.

Do you have another apple device with iMessage running on it? That was my problem I have a 5s and an ipad 2 and noticed if I turn iMessage off in the settings in my ipad I no longer get that not delivered message on my phone.
