Purchased COD AW Advanced supply drops not showing in-game

On 20/06/15 I purchased an advanced supply drop package from the PS store. It STILL hasn't arrived in my new items in-game. It is also not available in my download list. It does, however, show in my services list through account management and does show in my purchase history but is not available to re-download. Has anyone got any advice as to how I get my content? Thanks in advance

Well, I made a claim to PayPal after hearing nothing from Sony. I got my money back but Sony have now banned my PSN account, saying that they want the money back before reactivating my account. And then they will POSSIBLY refund my money. Absolute shambles!
I advise to pay with PayPal when you can but accept the possibility of being banned when things don't go your way.
Best bet is to buy through a separate account (when it comes to map packs and games etc) so then if they ban you for claiming, you can still use the purchased items through a different account on the same system.
They even told me that u should have told them of the issue instead of claiming.... As if I didn't make them aware of my loss of items. Pfffft.

Didn't get my advanced supply drops

I purchased the 10+3 advanced supply drop pack last night around 12am for $28.95 and have not yet received it, I purchased one 2 weeks ago with no problems...it's not a DLC so no I do not have to download anything, but it does show up on my purchase history.

If you are having an issue such as this with an item such as a movie purchased from the iTunes store, you may want to report it to the store. Use the steps in this article -

My Option window in Firefox displays only partly. I can't change the download folder. 'Browse' is not showing. And the Advanced tab is not showing either

The Option Window in Firefox is incomplete. It only shows
General, Tabs, Content, Applications, Privacy, Security, Sync
The Advanced Tab is not showing and the Browse button to change download location is missing also.

If you are using an add-on theme switch to the default theme. If that isn't the source of your problem ....
Try the Firefox SafeMode. <br />

I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.

I am trying to download previously purchased music from iTunes, it show "purchased" in iTunes Store but does not show up under previous purchase tab

There are several albums that I've previously purchased that somehow were deleted from my computer & iPad. When I go to download available purchases on PC it say that all available punches have been downloaded. When I check iTunes Store it show as "purchased". When I try to check & download from iCloud via either iPad or PC these items do not show up under items purchased.
I can't even re-purchase the item, which I've tried since it shows as purchased in iTunes Store. This is very troublesome because there is no way for me to access these previous purchases. I have been using iTunes & various Apple products with the iTunes Store for several years & there is a lot of money invested in these previous purchases, that there is no way for me to access. As mentioned, I'd even be willing to re-purchase some of these items (though this should be unnecessary). But, the iTunes Store won't let me, because the items show up as purchased in store, but not on any of my devices!!!

Thanks for the question, and welcome to Apple Support Communities.
If, while searching through your past purchases, items are unavailable to download and show a "Purchased" button, they are still on your computer. It may be best to search your iTunes library by clicking Music, then use the search bar at the top right.
If you are completely sure the items are no longer in your library, try signing out of the iTunes Store, and then back in.

Purchased film on iPad but its not showing on Home sharing after downloading to iTunes?

Hi all, I have recently purchasd Men In Black from itunes using my iPad 2 and downloaded it to my Mac. However when i went to watch it on Apple TV 2 its no where to be seen. I've checked the movie folder and its there above Men In Black 2, its still on my iPad and plays ok and it also plays ok on my Mac. What I don't understand is:
1. Why can't I see the film on Apple TV 2 despite it being in the same folder as my other movies?
2. Why doesn't the film show up when i plug my iPhone 4 in to put it on there?
3. The film doesn't show up on my iPad 2 when plugged into iTunes either even though its already on the device?
The only difference I can see is that the file is .ite and not .m4v , but then wheres the file i downloaded to my ipad or have I just wasted my money on a film with limtied sharing on my own account?

You still have to turn on Automatic Downloads on all devices for this to happen like you want. This will explain how to do that.

I am having issues with parts of my Facebook news page not showing and games not running.

For the last three days, I have been having issues running Facebook on Firefox. First, the side panels on the news page are not showing, which means I cannot connect to games like Farmville or Bejeweled Blitz. Those side panels were showing the previous two days, but when trying to connect, I had a message about the secure setting and I would get the message "you are no longer logged onto FB, connect to FB to play".

Try clearing cache and cookies. Next make sure your plug-ins are up to date. If both do not resolve you issue try [[Safe mode]]
