Purchased Song, but it never Downloaded ...

I bought a song, it started downloading, then gave me the error message:
"There was an error downloading your purchased music. An unknown error occurred (-39). Use the Check For Purchased Music command in the Advanced menu to try again later."
I check for purchase history, it says that I payed for it. But I never got the song? *** do I do? There's no "Help" or Email Support that I can find either.

I'm also experiencing this problem with a video. Scanning through the forum, there are multiple threads on the same problem. I think a lot of users are having problem with the new iTMS: I sent an e-mail to Apple approx 8 hours ago. I know they say to expect a response within 72 hours but usually I get one within 3.
Everyone who experiences this problem, individually send an e-mail to Apple explaining your situation (with order numbers where available) and they will help you sort it out. I'll post Apple's response on the forum when it's received - this problem may require help from an Apple rep. My guess is there's a database on Apple's end containing a list of the songs and videos we've paid for and a flag to tell whether or not we've downloaded them. If this is the case, they've prematurely been switched to 'downloaded'. This switch needs to be switched back, as it were.
Use the e-mail support form on the iTunes support page to request support.
