Purchasing: gr/ir clearing not extracted with 2lis_02_itm

Hi,
I hope anyone with experience with the extraction of purchasing can help:
We want to determine the quantity to be delivered/quantity to be invoiced per vendor in BW (just like the R/3 ME2L report). We get wrong results, since items that are cleared using MR11 aren't transfered with 2lis_02_itm as delivered/invoiced/whatever.
What  are the possibilities to get the correct open values to BW? Any help will be rewarded.
Kind regards,
Daniel Doorduin

Hi,
I think the issue is that you're clearing your invoices on a accounting point of view and not from an MM point of view.
In our business we have disabled this transaction precisely for this: clearance in accounting isn't reflected in the original PO.
What is the status of your PO in R/3 after clearing via MR11? Is it still to be invoiced or not? Is BW reflecting this situation properly? I mean if the PO is still to be invoiced in R/3 (ME23, ME23N) and BW is reflecting the same, then this is correct. You'll have then to report this from an AR/AP datasource....
Can you clear this PO on the MM side?
As far as I remember, one the table behind this is RSEG; perhaps creating another DSource and combining it with 2LIS_02 in a multi could reflect this! For instance with two key figs: Open Invoice Amount (MM) and Open (not cleared) Invoice (FI)...
just an idea....
hope this helps....
Olivier.

  • Purchase Order history is not updated with Invoice number

    Hello Experts ,
Please suggest some inputs/solution for my problem.
    Scenarios is :
    PO --> SO --> Invoice
I am creating the invoice with the medium EDI , when I click on Save button IDOC is generated with the message " IDoc 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx' was created and forwarded for transmission " and it showing the status as 03 i.e, The IDoc was sent to an R/3 System or an external program via a transactional RFC ...but the problem is if I got to the Purchase Order history Its not updated with the Invoice number.
What could be the problem , please suggest.

    Hi!
I'm not sure, in which process you link PO and SO. There are some different ways, which are totally different scenarios - if you need help here, describe more detailed.
Your invoice is probably only created with reference to SO, so check the invoice itself. In this case also the SO history should include the invoice.

  • Recently purchased iPod Touch did not come with current firmware

I have just received my 32GB iPod touch from china but it did not come with the 3.0 update.
Why do I have to pay for an update that was released over a month before I bought the iPod from Apple?
Also, iTunes will not stop bothering me about updating to 3.0. Every time I open iTunes, a popup dialog come up asking me if I want to update the iPod Touch to 3.0.
I would love to update but I refuse to pay for an update that's over a month old.

Well, 3.0 really isn't an update as much as it is a new accessory for your Touch. It may seem like it should be an update, but it introduces many new features. If all it did was fix some errors it would be an update, but this is an entirely new release, hence the $10 charge. Trust me, you're not alone in expecting a new Touch to come with 3.0, but the reality is that this is how Apple's done this in the past (when 2.0 came out, the 1st generation Touches did not come with it -- only the 2nd generation ones did). iPhone users get 3.0 for free, but in reality that is a perk that Apple gives them for paying a monthly access fee. My guess is that 3.x won't come with a brand new Touch until the next generation is introduced.
As far as the incessant "do you wanna buy 3.0" message, that may eventually go away if you decline it enough times.

  • Purchased songs from ITMS not compatible with iPod?

iTunes 7 screwed up my iPod completely:
    - On the "Summary" tab it said my iPod was Windows formatted, but it has NEVER been desecrated by a Windows machine (kidding, kidding...)
    - Even though when I plugged the ipod into my Powerbook, all the songs and playlists showed up, when I tried to use the iPod, NOTHING showed up under artists, songs, playlists, etc. Oddly enough, they only thing that was on there were my calendars.
    - Also on the "Summary" tab, the Restore button was grayed out. So as a last resort, I went into Disk Utility and completely erased the iPod, hoping that would give me a fresh start.
    - Instead, the screen turned black and white, repeatable force-reset itself, and flashed the message "Connect iPod to iTunes and restore", in 6 different languages.
Since iTunes 7 only seemed to be making things worse, I erased the application and downgraded to iTunes 6 and miraculously I was able to immediately restore the iPod normally and now it works just fine.
Issue it, I have about 15 songs that I recently bought off the ITMS. All of my other songs sync just fine, but with these 15 I get the message, "Some of the items in the iTunes music library were not copied to the iPod "Munchkin" because your iPod software is too old. Go to www.apple.com/ipod/download to get the latest iPod Updater."
I would really like to get these songs onto my iPod. They play just fine in iTunes 6 - and one of them was even downloaded with iTunes 6 - so why would it even matter? I don't want to upgrade because I really don't want to take the risk of iTunes 7 messing up my iPod AGAIN. It took a lot of work to get it functional, and iTunes 6 has been working significantly better than 7 ever did.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

  • Purchase Requisition Date is not updated with Scheduleline Delivery Date

    Hi,
This is a third part Sales Scenario. The Delivery date on the schedule line is passed on to purchase requisition as the delivery date of that item. Due to some business requirement, the delivery date of the schedule line is changed just before saving the sales order in the BADI called through the userexit userexit_save_document_prepare. Now on saving the sales order, the purchase requsition is also created. The delivery date of the schedule line is changed but has not reflected on the Purchase Requision.
If the Sales Order is opened in VA02 and the schedule line delivery date is modified, the Purchase Requisition delivery date is also getting modified.
Why did it not happen at the time of saving the Sales Order.
What is the structure into which the purchase requsition information is stored, so that on processing the sales order, this information is utilized to create the purchase requsition.
    Please help.

  • HT1918 Is there a way to merge multiple itunes accounts? My original itunes account (for my 1st gen ipod touch) has all of my purchases but it is not compatible with the icloud account.

I had an ipod before the icloud was introduced.  All of my apps and music were purchased using this account.  In order to use icloud services, a me.com had to be created.  My purchases and apps are in the original account and my email, contacts, calendar and notes are in the new account.  Is there a way to merge them?

    You cannot merge accounts.

  • Purchased Video but Ipod not Syncing with it?

I purchased a music video and had no problem syncing it when I first purchased it. I have since bought a new laptop and when I try syncing my 60G Video iPod, it imports all of my previous videos with the exception of this one. I can see it in my iTunes list and view it there but can't get it on to the iPod.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

Weel, I finally discovered what the problem was. It seems to have occurred a mistake while syncing two computers with .mac. Apparently, instead of reinitializing all informations from one of them, they were simply erased and, while on one of the computers my calendars did appear (the one I was syncing the iPod, too), they were a sort of 'ghost' images. So I had to reinitialize again, and then tried to sync the iPod. Now the calendars are displayed correctly on both, and the sync preferences on iTunes are correct, too. Hope this can help somebody.

  • Picture Book theme - why has my book printed with text box outlines showing? and how do I change this for any future purchases? This did not occur with previous books.

Why have borders appeared around the text boxes in the Picture Book theme and how do I change them for the future.  My latest book looks dreadful!

Have you checked, if your book is really set to the "Photos" Theme? This looks like you may have used one of the "Travel" themes. These themes create borders around the text boxes. When you select a theme, the book title will say "Photos", even if the theme is a different one.
For example, frames text boxes with the "travel" theme.
Have you previewed your book, before printing it? Did the framed boxes already show in the preview?
See: Previewing an order in iPhoto or Aperture

  • Purchase Order values are not reflecting in MIGO

    Dear Experts,
I have changed standared Pricing Procedure from TAXINN to TAXINT because excise calculation was wrong. Now I have assinged new pricing procedure & reflecting in Purchase order & working as per requirement also. But when we are doing MIGO, excise values are not automatically coming in MIGO. So Is there any configuration or missing copy control because i have changed pricing procedure?
Also I want to put a check, if purchase order value is not matching with vendor invoice value then stores person can't do the MIGO.
    Could any body guide me?
    Thanks
    Trupti

    Hi,
It is not like that you have to mandatory use the TAXINN rather it is recommended by SAP to use but if some business requirement doesnu2019t meet up with what is recommended that its business call to go TAXINJ from TAXINN, but right now we don't know at what circumstances they moved to TAXINJ but question is what are the settings missing while moving from TAXINN to TAXINJ and because of that system is not picking the Tax Values at the time of MIGO in excise capture & posting.
So I have several questions in mind in order to understand your system behaviour.
    1) Are you using the correct Tax code at PO level?
    2) If using the correct Tax code then is't correct value maintained in FTXP for the Tax code used in PO.
    3) If correct Value maintained in Tax code then by clicking on Taxes button mentioned under PO item level details are you able to see the correct value against each applicable condition type in next screen by clicking over Taxes button in PO?
    4) if not then first check J1id - Material Chapter Id combination, vendor excise indicator mentioned, correct duties maintained in excise duty so check all master data related to CIN maintained in J1id
So first give answer to above mentioned questions then we procees further but I am sure I can make your system to picked  the correct duties don't worry Just answer my questions hope things become fine in your system.
    Best Regards,
    Silky

  • Tascam US-428 not working with Lion

Tascam US-428 not working with Lion - Does anybody know why and what I can do to fix it?

The Tascam US-428 is a great unit, but like all businesses, Tascam desires to keep you purchasing their equipment and not stay with your old legacy items.  If they would consider servicing legacy units, possibly most may stay with Tascam.  But this keeps the machine moving when you "force" customers to upgrade their products when new technology shifts..
The "only" reason US-428 users need to upgrade and put aside the unit is if they need 64 bit functionality.  I did not have crashing when I loaded Logic in 64 bit mode due to the ability to access my 8 gigs of memory...and is the "only" reason why I need to go 64 bit.  32 bit functionality is limited to 4 gigs of memory.  Lion by default is 64 bit, so that is a plus.
But...if Tascam would continue to service some of the legacy units like the Tascam US 428, then some of us would not go to their competitors and may stay brand loyal.  I think Alesis has something simular and along the same portability as the Tascam US 428, so some might have to jump ship with Tascam.
If enough people called up Tascam asking about the US 428 or surfs their website and looks for the US 428 (I am sure they keep track of where people are going on their site), they might reconsider....
I have been a Tascam user for may years, but "if" they would put out a driver for the US 428 for Lion, I may stay with them...but they leave us with little choice but to look for something else...they do not have something comparable to the unit right now.

I made a purchase of books through the program, with the money as I was cleared for two purchases and I did not have books

This morning, I did a power down and reboot of the I-Pad, that got the "Please Wait" resolved.  I then tried clicking on the additional picture set and it did download and install, so the problem is now resolved.
