Purchasing report problem
Does any one have an idea , what is the Total Purchase Order Count for the subtotal .
My client is intrest to report on this , and I am not sure what is this means and from where is flows in to BW .

Why i can't report problem about in-app purchase on iTune stores.
I buy in-app purchase in game "contract killer 2" but it said purchase fail. I buy it again and again but it still said purchase fail. Next time my bank called me to warning about paying from credit card for 100$. Until this morning I recieve Email from apple about cost of in-app purchase. It has 2 bills for 100$, so I open Emails to report problem from iTunes but I can't do anything because when I click report problem it open browse and open apple support pages all times. What can I do?? Please help me.

...Beer**...Do they appear in the iTunes Store > Purchased section? (Use the search tool.) If so delete from iTunes, close iTunes and restart, then download from iTunes Store > Purchased > Not on this computer.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.

Report problem directly in iTunes has been disabled?
I had understood that it was possible to report a problem on a purchase directly from within iTunes, by going to my account, history then selcting the ourchase that had the problem.
However the "Report a Problem"link now just boots me off to the Apple website, the previous button to describe the problem and submit no longer appears.
Does anyone know if this has been disabled?
I am having season pass problems on an iPad and it seems there is no solution - Apple - it just doesn't work anymore

but this immediately redirects to:
"http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/#video_purchases"
which is actually just the opening page of the iTunes support page in the apple webpages, ie totally useless.
I am guessing they are overwhelmed by reported problems and are just opting out of having to deal with them. Reminds me of the dear old days of Microsoft hiding from problems.

Report problem link opens up word (pc)
When I click on report problem link in purchase history for an app, all it brings up word. Don't have email receipt yet and itunes support is useless. it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
Click the "contact support" link toward the lower-left of that page and follow the instructions.

i had developed many more reports ie crystal reports 10 successfully in my Pc.But while going to my client place not able see my reports while clicking added reports in B1 module ie Purchase A/p -> purchase reports in that my report is added while clicking that report it displaying following Error ie myaddon.exe is Encountered or Addon Crystal report is Disconnect we are not able to fix this issue what problem but in my PC its displaying all reports this is OS problem or some other issue i am using windows 2000 proffesional in my Client PC ie windows 2003 server sp1.what is this issue can any solve with brief explantion asap.

This is a technical issue and could be addressed in the SAP BUSINESS ONE SDK forum.
No issues. As you have already posted it here, let me try to help you out.
Just check for one small thing as to, if .NET framework is installed in the client's computer or not.
Crystal reports do not have an OS compatibility issue.

Purchasing Report Errors - Please Help

The report takes parameters determining the time period for which the report is to be run, ex: from Jan 1 2008 - Aug 1 2008.
The values returned by the report are:

Units on Order (how many are currently dedicated to an already placed order)

I do not fully understand how the SQL query (the stored procedure) dbo.xxPurchasing Report calculates these numbers. If it is helpful, I could post the SQL query in its entirety or in part.

Reporting problems in iTunes - going round in circles!!
I'm trying to report a problem with an allowance purchase, but when I click on "report problem" from the list of past purchases in my iTunes account it just takes me back to the "how-to" help screen. I've tried several times to follow the instructions with no luck. Anyone help me to deal with this? I've lost a couple of allowance payments made to my daughter, because she has changed her apple id. I'm not hopeful, but want to at least try...

Have you tried the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history as opposed to the email receipt ?
log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

I don't have a problem viewing my purchase history. I have a problem getting support pages to work. Every time I go to get support, ie: reporting a problem with a downloaded song, my Internet Explorer 11 displays a message from the iTunes website that says I much have the latest version of Mozila, Firefox or Internet Explorer to use the support pages. Having met these requirements, why no can use support pages?
