Query for text coming in FPL9

Hi all,
Can anyone guide me how I can manage the Texts coming in FPL9.
Like For Invoicing text is IS Invoicing.
       For Paymets its Manual Payment,Payment Lot, Cheque Lot.
       Texts are already defined into the table TFK001
       Now I need some other Text for my other type of Entry..How can I configure it..
       I have to use Text "Online Lot' for my Online Coming Payments..but its coming Paymnet Lot..
       Please help me out..

FPB3 standard program also not giving the details how its using the Document Origin(HERKF) at the time of Creating Lot(PAyment Lot/Cheque Lot).

I was having issues like that. Go through your sound settings and make sure that you have not set the same sound for something else. Also if you had dropped your phone at some point, it sometimes does its own little thing. Mine did that last time. Also sometimes texts get backed up in your phone comapnies server and sometimes it gets confused and resends things and once it finds out it already was delivered it doesn't show anything new.
But go throgh your setting.
Have you ever dropped the phone? Becuase they may be contributing to it.

How to query for foreign encoded text via REST service

I am using APEX 4.2.1.00.08 to publish RESTful web services that query a table of place names. The place names include foreign encoded alternates. My search field has type of NVARCHAR2 and the db has NLS_CHARACTERSET of AL32UTF8. Querying for foreign encoded names works fine from other applications (e.g. TOAD, ArcGIS).
In APEX under 'SQL Workshop | RESTful Services' I have created a module, resource template, and resource handler. When I use 'Set Bind Variables' to test the service, it works for 'English' names with no problem (e.g. 'London').
However, when I query for a foreign equivalents like 'ロンドン', the Japanese version of 'London', I get the following error:
400 - Bad Request
The request path contains illegal characters
How do I get foreign encoded place names to work as the bind variable value of a REST service?

Error while creating a query for my custom infotype

Hi,
I have created a custom infotype with fields currency amount and currency field .
While I am creating a query for it its giving an error
Message no. AQ_AD_HOC221 Error when generating the report(see long text )
I tried to execute the standard program RPUMS40CCI but still I am facing same error .
I have also maintained table T777i for my infotype but still problem exists.

open the text element in the smartform.
on the left corner, we have text editor button.
open that and change the editor (goto-->change editor)
on the new line, give the format as comment line /*. and you can write the comments as required.
such lines doesnt reflect in the output layout.

Problem with query for Oracle

I'm tryng to develop my first application for EP (v7 SP12) with NWDS (without NWDI).
This application has to read and write data in the EP DB (oracle v10).
I'm using:
a Dictionary Project (define the DB Tables)
a Java Project (define class as DAO, DBManager etc)
a Library Project
an EJB Project
an EAR Project
With these projects I can deploy a webService in my EP server.
BUT I have some problem with a query that I'm tryng to sent to my DB through a DAO Class called by my WebService.

The variable '?' is the today date, the difference "(?-GIORNO)" is an int..

Hi, I found something about the Host Variable (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/ed/dbf8b7823b084f80a6eb7ad43bdbb9/content.htm), there explain that if you want to use an host variable you have to put ':' as prefix..
My problem is that I need to extract the minimum of the subtraction between two dates:
Query MIN(? - GIORNO) --> Error: the arithmetic expression >>? - "GIORNO"<< contains a host variable (parameter marker)
So I tried to use the ':' as indicated in the manual..

Go to SQ01 -- Enviornment --Query area - select Standard area or global as you require.
Then go to Enviornment - Infoset - search for the existing infoset if available as per your requirement or create an infoset here.
Write the name of Infoset and click on create . Fill all the required field like name , logical database - CIK, press enter it will populate the structure of logical database CIK, you may include /exclude here the nodes, or keep it as it is.
And press enter.
Now you have to create Field group and the fields inside the each group.
You may create thefield group by clicking the create icone in the right hand side of teh screen and may drag the then fields by double clicking inside the group.
Please mainatin sequence as per the characteristic of the table, like first select masterdata then transactuional!
Save it. It will ask you for package, but click on local object and save it.
Go back , it will prompt for generate infoset, say yes.
Now your new infoset is coming among other infosets. (it is advisable to search for the existing infoset if available to avoide inconsistency in infosets).
Now select your infoset and assign this to user groups by clicking the tab for this, you need to select user groups for this infoset here, who will be authorised to use this query.You need to take care about the user group, as this will allow you to see your infoset at the time of query generation / display.
Save it and go back and again go back.Cross check that you are in standard query area (as selected in first step)
Now give the query name and click on create. It will show you your infoset , select that.
It will propmt you the next screen for name , no.of columns required, output formats etc.
Fill as required and go to basic list now you will have screen as SQVI and have to select your selection field and output filed. After selecting the required fileds save it and execute this .

Any external monitors as good as imac screen for text?

hi all.
this is my first mac. it's a new 21.5inch imac with a 2.7ghz i5 proc running OS X 10.7.3 and 12 Gigs of RAM (8 Gigs from crucial for $50, who can resist?)
i've got it hooked up to an external samsung syncmaster B2330 running in 1920x1080, which is this monitor's native resolution. works fine. it's hooked up via the dvi port on the screen via the mini-displayport to dvi adapter for the mac. i switch this monitor to the vga port when i want to use it as my pc monitor also running at 1920x1080. there is a source button on the monitor. very convenient.
the issue is that they text on this screen when coming from the mac is not as clear was when coming from the pc despite the fact that the vga port provides much less bandwidth than the dvi port the mac uses. i've read that the mac and the pc display text on screen using different methods. my pc uses an nvidia display graphics card. i believe mac use ati based hardware.
there appears to be much more interpolation when displaying text from the mac. perhaps this is a text size issue i'm not sure. either way i read a lot on this monitor and need it to be as good as possible for that purpose.
so the question is, does anyone have experience with an external monitor that is as good as the imac screen for text display. i can't use the thuderbolt display or a cinema display since they don't switch to different ports allowing my to use a single external monitor for two machines. i'm willing to spend up if there is a reason to do so. i'm on these computers a lot. i work from home with some regularity and my job is all about reading.

but it having a t-nfilm lcd panel vs. the imacs ips panel the colour and contast look worse
but text look as clear
and it look the same when I boot up in win7 using bootcamp

How to query for specific filename

I'm using a modified folder_action script to ftp files up to a server once they're finished being created.
Is there a way to query for a specific filename to be present in the folder prior to passing it to the actual ftp function? The catch is that the filename will always be in the format of <mmddyy>.mp4. During the process that is creating the actual file to be ftp'd, various temp files are created prior. I'd like to ensure that only the final version of the mp4 is acted upon, which is the one with the mmddyy as the filename.

The folder action already has the folder and the item paths passed to it, so you can get the individual file name by using something like:

Search for text and font

I have an 800 page pdf document to index and so far I have a script that will search for a list of keywords. But the text has large sections of code in a different font, and I think we would like to generate an index of just code examples. Is there a way to search for text of a given font in applescript? Something like

Export quality grainy for TEXT / TITLE

Hello there,
Am kind of a newb, but am getting used to the basics and am happy with the video export quality. For some reason, the TITLE objects are coming out grainy, even when viewed at 100% size. I tried different output types, bitrates, changed fonts, font size, position, etc. Put black background behind, removed background, no matter what am still getting the fonts looking crappy once exported.
Some screenshots of what I see in the Premiere Pro output preview / workspace, and then a second shot showing the resulting output (same result in diff bitrates, just chose one as example)

DV is far from the best codec for text. But the real problem is that you're using FCP's built-in text generators. Instead, use the Boris Title 3D and Boris Title Crawl generators. They produce much cleaner vector-based text and have a ton of more options for creativity.

Retrieve underlying SQL query for deski report via java SDK in BOXIR2

Hi all,
I am trying to retrieve underlying SQL queries of a deski report in BOXIR2. However I find the error as

But "This feature is not supported for desktop Intelligence " exception has occured.
I am running the same query for Webi, and I did not find any issue . After several time spending in google, it appears to me that this code is supported by webi only. But "This feature is not supported for desktop Intelligence " exception has occured.
Please help me to find out the solution in java SDK. If its not supported by Java SDK, then could you please provide me any workaround , e.g. any macro . Any help !!

Create dynamic report or query for piece count

Hi abaper's
This is a very straight forward requirement. so please give me code
First you have to get the corresponding plant from table T320 for the given warehouse numbers in the selection screen.
1. Get the sum of order qty of sales orders from the sales order tables for the given warehouse(Plant), distribution channel and the give date range.
2. Get the confirmed transfer orders qty from the TO master table where TO confirmation date is in the given date range and WH number.
3. Get the total PGIed qty from the delivery master table where PGI'ed date in the given date range, shipping point is in the corresponding plant of the WH and for the given distribution channel.
As you are going to use the major tables please try to write the select commands effectively to avoid further performance issues.

I m currently working on cell definition and facing some problems.

For Current Cal Quarter and Last Cal Quarter i have text variable &ZZCALQTR& and inside i have restricted 0CALQUARTER.
ANd i have used
different offset for )CalQuarter in individual cell definition.
So, it is giving me this error
No value found for text variable ZZCALQTR in "&ZZCALQTR&".
what should i do...any solution

i think u r exeuting the Query without providing any value in selection screen.then it displays the error message which u mentioned...just enter some value in selectionand try it..
