Query need suggestions

Question

MASTER TABLE
select num_jd, jd_veh, jd_vip
from ent_RENT
3845     3896     3897
3828     287     288
3827     285     286
CHILD TABLE JD_VEH_rent
select jd_veh from jd_veh_rent
3896
child table hd_vip_rent
select jd_vip from jd_vip_rent
3897
Now i want to delete the master table ent_rent, records which are not exists in child table jd_veh and jd_vip
Kindly give ur suggestions

JD_VEH_RENT AND JD_VIP_RENT have records of only parts of value 17 only.
if i give
delete from ent_rent
where jd_veh not in (select jd_veh from jd_veh_rent)
or jd_vip not in (select jd_vip from jd_vip_rent)
there is chances of deleting the record of part of value 16 which is stored in different table.
so i want to delete the ent_rent where the parts values of 17
i want to add this condition...in the above query how it is possible..?
like this
delete from ent_rent
where( jd_veh not in (select jd_veh from jd_veh_rent)
or jd_vip not in (select jd_vip from jd_vip_rent))
and jd_partno=17 ?
OR
delete from ent_rent
where jd_veh not in (select jd_veh from jd_veh_rent)
or jd_vip not in (select jd_vip from jd_vip_rent)
and jd_partno=17
