Query to get not matching values

Hello ,
i want to create a query between two tables , the name column is a primary key in first table and forigen key on the second table .
t1--
name varchar2(20) -- primary key
value number(11,2)
t2--
name varchar2(20) -- forigen key
value number(11,2)
i am trying to get the name which the values is not match in both table .
note: the second table maybe there is more then 1 record for the name

  • Run query and get unexpected node values

    Hi,
    I am not seeing what should be expected when I run my query, and I am getting the display of the hierarchy nodes that I am not supposed to get access to. I checked my profile and I have the 0COSTCENTER as '*' and TCTAUTHH as ':' .
    Where should I start finding why I am getting the node values displayed that I am not supposed to?

    I think you should better post it to the BI forum.
    Did you try to use the user exit EXIT_SAPLRRS0_001 (extension RSR00001) to initialize the values? And for bypassing the selection screen, can't you define it in the query definition (if I remember well)?

  • Query result is not match with selection

    Dear experts
    I have a infoobject X which have attribute Y
    In my query, I use infocube and I set X and Y as selection
    When I run the query, if I fill Y with 1 value, and X with 10 values,
    Only 1 value of X appear in the result of the report (Not 10 values like selection)
    But  if I don’t fill Y and fill X with 10 values,
    10 values of X appear in the result of the report (correct)
    and also if I fill Y with 1 value and fill X with 9 values,
    9 values of X appear in the result of the report (correct)
    So why if I fill Y with 1 value, and X with 10 values,
    Only 1 value of X appear in the result of the report ?
    Is there any limited of selection query which use infocube ?
    Because, if I use ODS in my query, there’s ok
    really appreciate your help

    To get you values as required , Set X and Y
    Infoobject  X
    Attribute   Y
    Your selection, X --?
                           y -?
    The report is correct in all your scenarios
    When you fill some values of X, the query will fetch all the values available
    But Y is attribute so when you select for X and Y, the query will search for that combination of X and Y only
    Assign points if useful

  • Join to get 'Note' Column value  from CS_SR_NOTES_V - Ramya

    what is the join to get the 'NOTE' column value from the CS_SR_NOTES_V while joining to the cs_incidents_all _b table.
    One join is joining with the INCIDENT_ID of CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B
    to the INCIDENT_ID of the CS_SR_NOTES_V....but the other column 'ID' of
    CS_SR_NOTES_V is to join to which column of CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B ??????

    APP_OBJ_CODE='SR'
    ID IS JTF_NOTE_ID
    APP_OBJ_ID IS same AS incident_id
    I don't think you need additional join apart from incident_id since view CS_SR_NOTES_V retrieves only SR notes, and an SR can have multiple notes.

  • Data type size does not match values returned

    I've tried searching but couldn't find what I was looking for, sorry if this has been answered or is a duplicate.
    I am using the (Java) method below to get the column definitions of a table. I am doing this through an ODBC connection (using Oracle ODBC driver) and I have NO CHOICE in the matter.
    The problem I am having is that one particular column has a column size is smaller than the size of the data it purportedly holds (ie attendance_code = varchar size 3 but data value is "Absent". I suspect the data is actually a look up to situation, where my attendance_code column has a value of 'ABS' and Oracle goes and fetchs the "Absent" value.
    My issue is that the meta data returned from ODBC is the actual column definition (ie varchar(3) and not varchar2(10) for example).
    How do I resolve this? I do not have access to all_columns table etc. I have to do it using ODBC metadata only.

    As far as I know I'm not doing anything inaccurately/incorrectly.
    The select I am using is SELECT * FROM <tableName>.
    The resultset metadata has a size of 3 for the column in question, and querying the schema also yields 3 for that column.
    I've tried recreating the situation using the Oracle XE DB, but as I am not familiar with Oracle, I do not know how to recreate this scenario (which would then lead me to test other options with ODBC).

    In the Query , you are given alias name like "#D's on Today" . Avoid to use special charaters in coulmn alias in the view query, as the alias name is failed to conver it into view attributes.
    During creating view object, in the query screen, there is dropdown which is below the query region. By default it is style of "oracle named" , changed it to "Oracle Positional".

    now for expample the registry from sm_costeras _planillas with id 4284 has a bill on julsep of 2012 that does not need to be charge
    the registry 3673 bill is on octdic of 2011 so as it is from the las year it charges the anual income for this year %12.78 plus the income of this year's trimesters
    if the registry is from 2009 the charge will be the incom of year 2009 plus 2010 plus2011 and the income of this year's trimesters
    the incomes charged on the value of the bill is complete y the expiration date is done then the bill of the trimester is complete also y the bill was on 30 dec of any year the bill is charge with the full year income even if its just for 2 days

  • Query data does not match with Multiprovider

    hello,
    I am as confused as my subject.
    I executed the query from Multiprovider, which getting the data from sales and inventory cube.
    Everything works fine until I try to validate some of the data.
    I can validate some early records but I cannot see later ones in any of the cubes or multiprovider.
    I deleted the data and loaded all over again but didnt work.
    I am trying to display the record from Plant, material and calday ... i do see the date and plant # but not material #.
    I hope I am making sense to you guys.
    Any input would be appreciated.

    Hello Kalyan,
    Material is part of both cubes (inventory and sales) and I did flag it in multiprovider when selecting "display data" > dimensions.
    I am not sure if it makes difference ... there is another cube (store planning)  attached to same multiprovider ... which not feed data but as you know does not report on material level.
    Do you think it could create the problem. Again (store planning) cube is not feeding data to multiprovider at the moment.

    We have made KE80 report as well F.01 FSV but while check both T.Code F.01 is giving Correct Information but Ke80 report giving Less amount then F.01. note : I have copied from KE5B as advice by Ravi Sankar Veena posted date 4th of June 2009.
    but value is still same, wht should i do in this case. in F.01 m unable to access Dril Down Report. kindly help me.

    Blessed are those who have FI / EC-PCA reconciled
    Even SAP has accepted in one of it notes that PCA is not intended to reconcile with FI.. Reasons are many and this thread would fall short for it..
    For P&L accounts - It would reconcile because PC is derived from CO objects like CC.. So, where your GL is a cost element, you can relax
    For B/S accounts  - Its a night mare. Especially, when you do F.5D, there is no guarantee that the Splitted amount would match the original amount
    Because of these reasons, New GL PCA was introduced

    i want help with a query that would get me the next highest value from a table for a given value passed. Let say these are the values in col of a table

    if i pass 2000 then the output should be 3000 or if i pass 4000 then query should result 5000. Please help

    I am looking for a way to generate list of dates from a fixed date in the past (could be hardcoded) to current day (sysdate).
    That is, if the fixed date is 19 June 2011 and assuming that today is 24 June 2011 the SQL should be able to generate the
    following:-
    19-June-2011
    20-June-2011
    21-June-2011
    22-June-2011
    23-June-2011
    24-June-2011
    And the constraint is that I can't make any change to the database in question. I can only fire an SQL query (SELECT). No
    usage of time dimension kind of approach (time dimension is not available here) and no procedures, PL/SQL etc. Is there any way?

  • Bex Analyzer query results do not match correct RSRT output

    Hi,
    When I run my 7.x query in RSRT the results are correct. However, in Analyzer (7.2) the results are wrong.
    The query has several key figure quantities filtered by customer exit variables, but they're being ignored by Analyzer. Analyzer is simply ignoring all filtering and summing all available data.
    Any suggestions?

    As your problem is happening in Bex Analyser (Frontend) only and not in RSRT.
    Most probably you will need to uninstall and again install your Frontend .
    Please make sure that you use the latest Frontend Patch.
    This could solve your issue.

    Hi Janakiraman,
    I think you have misundertand something. What do you wanth to get? If you need to have one Base Price list, and then some other price lists based on this one, you could use any of the 10, and then on the derivated price lists say they are based on the Base Price list.
    But there isn´t any standard Base Price.
    Perhaps if you explain what you need(your goal), we could help you better.

    There might be som issues with how the string is formatted from wherever you're getting it. If that doesn't work you can do a string.replace and add an extra backslash if needed.
