Query UCCX database for calls from a specific Caller ID

Hi,
I did some searching and could not find this answer specifically.
I have a request from the call center supervisor to provide a report of all calls coming into the CSQ's showing all of the important data (date, time, answered, not answered, length of call, disposition, etc.) for calls from a specific caller ID for a specific date range.
The caller ID starts with 9XX-XXX-XXXX, so of course UCCX Historical Reports will not display this number as a parameter in the Detailed Call by Call CCDR report because I am limited to the first 32,765 rows. I tried modifying the XML file but have not been successful.
I tried doing a query through the CLI but not sure if I have the query right.
Any insight?

I tried modifying the XML file for the Detailed Call CSQ Agent report
ICD_Detailed_Call_CSQ_Agent_en_us.xml with the following:
BEFORE:
SELECT distinct callednumber FROM contactcalldetail
AFTER:
SELECT SKIP 10000 FIRST distinct 20000 callednumber FROM contactcalldetail
Unfortunately, there are no changes in the available parameters shown:
The number starts with a '9', so I need to skip the numbers that start with 408. Any help?

  • RMAN duplicate target database for standby from active fails to create newname for system tablespace/datafile

    When executing 'duplicate target database for standby from active'  the system tablespace/datafile (datafile 1)  is not cloned.  All other datafiles clone successfully.  The RMAN process aborts with the following errors while attempting to clone the system tablespace/datafile.
    ORA-19558: error de-allocating device
    ORA-19557: device error, device type: DISK, device name:
    ORA-17627: ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist
    ORA-17627: ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist
    ORA-03135: connection lost contact
    Here are the details:
    Primary is 11.2.0.2 RAC database  on an Exadata platform
    Standby is 11.2.0.2 Single Instance database (same patch level as primary) on a Red Hat Linux box
    This is an ASM to ASM duplication.
    This is not unique to this database.  We tried another database and go the same behavior - all datafiles clone successfully with the exception of the system tablespace/datafile.
    We have traced the RMAN execution and it seems to fail when it is trying to assign a NEWNAME to the system tablespace/datafile.
    We even issued an explicit SET NEWNAME command but RMAN ignored it.
    We also shutdown the primary and started is up in mount mode thinking that something had ahold of the System Tablespace/datafile.
    We also opened up the network firewall to allow permit any,any traffic.
    We increased the max_server_processes
    and added TCP.NODELAY=yes to the sqlnet.ora file.
    There seems to be some artifact present in our Primary System tablespace/data file that is preventing it form being cloned.
    checked all alert files grid, asm,  and dbhome - no abnormal messages.
    We are in the process of restoring the database from a backup but we would prefer to get this working using the 'Active Database' methodology

    I successfully created the standby database using RMAN backup and recovery.
    I started the managed recovery.  Archive logs are being sent from the primary to the standby ( I can see them in ASM), but the standby is not applying them.
    I get the following messages in the standby alert log...

    I am not able to disconnect one call from a conference call. I have tried everything and do not wish to end both calls, just one.

        I'd love to clarify this information bdgooden. Unfortunately, your only option is to disconnect all lines. The other parties on the phone call can disconnect the line to end the call, but you only have the option of disconnecting all calls or waiting for the other party to end.

    Stop answering calls with blocked numbers. If it's someone who really wants to talk to you, they'll leave you a message and you can call them back.

  • How to block text messages but not calls from a specific number

    I want to block text messages from my father but not his phone calls. Is there a way to do this? I have an iPhone 5, but don't want to upgrade to IOS7 yet.

        You have a fantastic phone, joy3141. I double checked features for the iPhone 5 and confirmed there's not a way to block messages from a specific contact without blocking calls too. Our Call & Message Blocking http://vz.to/MqEgqB is a great way to block unwanted contact from specific numbers, but it would block both calls & messages. If your dad is on your account and you're hoping to block all of his text messages to or from anyone, there is a text message block available at www.vzw.com/serviceblocks you can add to his line.

  • IPhone crashes dialing or receiving a call from a specific number

    This problem i've had for a while.
    Basically when i receive or make a call to a specific number ie (0191420**) my iPhone becomes unresponsive with the green incall bar across the top when i make the call and a complete crash when receiving it, although it logs the call as a missed call when the iPhone is restarted. I cant end the call until i restart the phone.
    Originally the number was a business contact in my address book contacts, then, when i started getting the problem, I deleted the contact thinking it was corrupt. It didn't make any difference.
    All my contacts are synced over mobileme and this contact was deleted over all my devices, powerbook, iPhone and iMac.
    But still when i dial or receive this number and only this number the phone locks up straight away.
    It started on my iPhone 3G then when i synced my new iPhone 3GS the problems continued even over a complete restore.
    I'm thinking its something to do with the contacts list file but don't know how to correct it with out deleting all my contacts which isn't an option.
    I've searched all the forums but nothing is mentioned about this specific issue.

    I think I had the exact problem as what you are having. Having a greenbar on top while making call, and can not press any button, also the Iphone screen is blinking while a call is comming from that number and ontop of this, the contact name wont display on outgoing/incoming sms messages.
    I did manage to fix it by doing this, hope this also works for you..
    Backup all contact details to computer - address book.
    Delete that specific contact detail (Hopefully you don't have too many contacts causing this problem - I only had 1 number causing this)from both your computer(s), and mobile me.
    Add back all contact details from address book to your Iphone - I only add contacts, without any other settings (I had to reinstall all apps).
    Add manually that number back to the phone, and then sync back to computer/mobileme.
    Please let me know if this works...

  • Sound for messages from a specific email address

    I get a couple of hundred email messages a day. I have Mail checking every five minutes for messages. I obviously don't want Mail to bong me every five minutes that it's got new messages, but I would really like if it could make a sound when I get mail from a specific email address. Is this possible?

    You may be able to do what you want through "Rules" which is in Mail/Preferences/Rules. Click on the _"Add Rules"_ button. From that window, you will be able to select specific email addresses that you want to add a specific sound to *(Perform the following actions)*.
    Under the General tab, I gather you need to have "New Messages Sound" set to "None."
    *"Play sounds for other mail actions"* should be checked.

    We have two real time infocubes and two aggregation levels based on these cubes in one multiprovider
    first cube1 is like

    same aggregation level1
    (we have input query to fill coefficients by one responsible user)
    second cube2 is like
    char1| char2| keyfig_quantity| keyfig_result
    same aggregation level2
    Input ready query should be like (for all other users of different org units)
    char1|char2|keyfig_coeff| keyfig_quant(for input) | keyfig_result = keyfig_coeff*keyfig_quant(calculated value, should be saved to cube2)
    And we don't have pregenerated lines in cube2, users have to add new lines themselves by wad.
    Question is, what is the optimal (easiest) way to make calculation and save result data to cube2 where keyfigures for calculation should be used from different infoproviders. I need just a hint.

    Also, on a related note, I'm using a query of similar size in a PL/SQL script. This big query is in a cursor and the data selected here is then inserted into another table depending on a few criteria.
    For this to run on parallel, would the parallel hint be placed in the cursor's SELECT query or on the verious INSERTs within the body of the code? I'm assuming it's in the actual SELECT query of the cursor, but just thought I would check as I'm new to hints!

    i have 1 tb db. for example i execute the duplicate command from activate standby database.after 500gb datafile copy the session terminate due to some bottle neck ( network) .is it possible to resume the job again means job again starded from the previous stage .

  • Duplicate database for standby from active database

    I'm running 11.1.0.7. Has anybody ever duplicated a standby database from active database and the active database being a physical standby open for read only with active dataguard instead of a primary dataguard database?
    The key here is location. The primary is located at a remote site where network bandwidth is inadequate for fast copy of database. The active standby database is at same site where I would like to build the new physical standby.

    I don't think you can, because "You cannot CONNECT RMAN to the standby database and then use DUPLICATE ... FOR STANDBY to create an additional standby database " and you can't fake it out by getting a controlfile from the primary because the controlfile has to match up with the backup and can't be a standby.
    But I'm wondering if you could failover to the standby, duplicate, fail back, then... oh well, that will never work either, incarnation problem.
    Snapshot standby? Could one back it up, then flashback restored new standby, change dbid? I would guess there would be an SCN problem, but don't know enough about it.

    I'm tinkering with SPO in a WinJS app.

    Which seems to do it, I've tested and for the most part it does.  However...
    1.  It only works with the root site collection.  With mysite.sharepoint.com/sites/foo it doesn't work.  I need to use the root url to authenticate, then use the full URL (/sites/foo) to query the REST API.  However, what happens if I
    have a user that has permission on /sites/foo, but not in the root site collection?
    2.  Is this really the best/only way?  It seems ever so clunky, receiving a huge responses just to authenticate.  I've used
    this before in C# from Wictor Wilen, but this is of course a C# solution that depends on the .net framework, so I would need to host a local or Azure WCF service.  Something I'd rather avoid.
    3. What would be ideal is to somehow use the standard MS Auth screen and simply get back the token from that?? Is that possible?

    It seems that you want to host the WinJS project in WebView control, is that right? If not, feel free to let me know.
    Based on my knowledge, you cannot do this. WinJS project and C# store app project are different. WinJS project works on Windows Library for JavaScript 2.0, but there is no option to add this reference in C# windows store app project.
    Webview control is not a general- purpose browser, it’s not recommend to render this kind of content in it. Matt has a blog about the control.

    OK, then it's relatively easy. First, let's create CSQ's per site. For instance, there will be a CSQ named "SiteA", "SiteB", "SiteN" etc. Next, we can create a script that takes a look at the caller's ANI (you can easily get that information using the Get Call Contact Info step). Based the ANI, we will take a look at the number of the agents available at the preferred site (using the Get Reporting Stats step). If it's not 0, we can go and route the call. If it's 0, then we can get the number of the available agents at the next preferred site and again, the next preferred site, until we get a site with at least one available agent.

  • Single alert for error from multiple BPM call

    we have following scenario (using BPM):
    IDOC -> XI -> sync web service ->XI-> IDOC.
    In case of WS failure (destination system is not answering) an alert should be triggered on XI. There is one customer restriction that the alert can be triggered only for the first occurence of the failure because we send a lot of messages via WS and we don't want to overfill user's alert inbox with many alerts caused by one reason.
    Is there any way how tu suppres the alert triggering until the first alert is confirmed? The checkbox in alert configuration "suppres multiple alerts" doesn't work.
