Query with = only provides the 'less than' portion of the results

I have a query that checks dates to be >= start date and <= end date.
The results are always >= start date and < end date.
The same where clause in sqlplus works just fine. Is this a bug in BI Publisher?

Correct, the ipad I was testing with is the ipad air that came out in Oct/Nov 2013 I believe.   Though the iphone 5s is the latest version as well that I was using to test.
I had 2 expresses connected wirelessly and 2 extremes (both connected via ethernet).   Based on your point about the wirelessly extended I ended up taking one of the Expresses and connecting that via ethernet to extend the network. When I re-ran the same tests I had the following based on two tests:
Ipad air: 58.77/38.06   and 55.64/38.35
Iphone 5s:   37.48/29.12 and 60.08/29.12   (big difference)
I've done a factory reset a number of times on these devices. I just tried it again for the one remaining airport express that I'm unable to connect on a regular basis via ethernet. I need this one connected to the network as I use it for the airplay feature for audio to our sound system. That thing absolutely does not show up unless I connect it first to ethernet.

I call BS but the tech guy was insistent that the iPhone can detect what plan I have and won't enable the feature and there's nothing they can do about it, short of selling me a larger data plan...

For our sick leave
"First 14 days(1- 2 weeks) Full Salary
Next 14 days (3- 4 weeks) 75% Salary
Next 14 days (5- 6 weeks) 50% salary
Next 28 days (7- 10 Weeks) 25 % Salary
More than 10 Weeks no Salary"
so what i did is
I mantain one Sick leave type and counting rule as -
seq no 1 for "First 14 days(1- 2 weeks) Full Salary
seq no 2 for Next 14 days (3- 4 weeks) 75% Salary
like this for all the conditions
and in deduction rule I maintained deifferent Absence quotas
Plz suggest me this solution will work out

I configured all the process in IMG for compensatory off
ie ,Absence types,Attendance Types ,counting rules and assignment
but when I tried to create attendances on a particular public holiday in PA 30 then the system shows 'Only records of less than one day allowed for attendance/absence type COMP' (Compensatory Off)
Anyone pls help me to solve this problem

I'm a fan of Java code, I really am.
But when you use ADF, you decided to move to a more declarative environment.
So why not do it declarative, the adf way?
In your pagedef insert a action binding.
This can be anything, a call to the application module, a call on the iterator(Like executeWithparams, etc.)
Create an invokeAction in your pagedef and set the condition.
This example refreshes(Action 2 is execute query) the data.
First the method binding:
    <action IterBinding="PersoonIterator" id="Execute" InstanceName="LSAppModuleDataControl.Persoon"
            DataControl="LSAppModuleDataControl" RequiresUpdateModel="true" Action="2"/>And the invoke action
    <invokeAction Binds="Execute" id="refreshData"/>This always refreshes the data on page entry, but anything is possible, you can set condictions for the invokeAction.

If you turn it off, the result will be:

i have a pci 6013 (8 input channel) and pci 6711 (4 outpout channel).Then i need to send a ttl signal to a camera ccd to take a photo when a waveform sinus is equal at zero (rising), but when i send this TTl signal with dasylab using generator pulse or combi trigger and readind this signal, i have difference between dasylab pulse(that is exactly) and measurement pulse that is approximate 40ms after.But i need to have less than 10ms is it possible?

You just have to reduce your block size to 10 !

You cannot expect the outer query to only retrieve at most 27 rows just because the inner query returns 27 rows.
For allocated space by tablespace for recently created users, you'd better query dba_segments. something like :select owner, tablespace_name, trunc(sum(bytes)/1024/1024) alloc_mb
from dba_segments
where owner in (select username from dba_users where created > sysdate - 4)
group by owner, tablespace_name
order by owner, tablespace_name;

Numbers '08 "If" with a greater or less than answer

Hi all - I have a cell with a sum D & E28 (merged cell) that I want another cell B30 to display a value based on what is in cell D & E28.
If cell D & E28 is 8 or less I want B30 to say 8. If D & E28 is greater than 8.001 but less than 12 I want B30 to say 12 and if D & E28 is greater than 12.001 but less then 18 I want B30 to say 18
Any ideas?

=IF(ROUND(D28,3)<=8.001, 8, IF(ROUND(D28,3)<=12.001, 12, IF(ROUND(D28,3)<=18, 18, "Over 18")))
should do it for you.
The nested IF statements handle your logic. The ROUND statements handle internal math errors and your need to break at .001. You didn't say what to do with inputs of 18 or greater, so I suggested a text string for that case.
The form of the IF statement is: If (logical statement) is True, Then do this, Else do this. Your case requires three tests. You could quibble about a value that is, say, 12.0011 and rounds to 12.001, but I doubt you are concerned about that level of detail. If so let me know.

Stop Query if it does not match with Condtions & Control the result count

I have requirement in my Environment, I have to stop the Queries which compromises these conditions
1. If Query is running more than specified threshold (if it running more than 2 mins).
2. If Query is fetching huge data (rows more than 1000 for example)
Please note we have done enough study on resource governor, it works on compile time, we need to control the queries during run time. Also resource governor does not restrict the resources if they are free.

I would not advise you to do such things in your environment.2 mins is very less time how could you be so sure a 2 min query is bad. And your second point is totally baseless it wouldtake a query a fraction of secondto read 1000 rows.My answer would be please

If you want to test below query might achieve the first requirement, I have not tested it please treat this query as hint and optimize or add anything if required.
If you schedule this query through agent for every 2 mins or 5 mins .It can achieve.But some query takes more time to rollback than to finish scheduling this would lead to unstable environment

Spooling the output of a Query with out displaying the rows

Hello All,
Is it possible to spool the output of
a query/dbms_output.put_line with out displaying
the Query output on the console.
In my case,list of rows in the output is huge, I want
to eliminate displaying the output of query
so that spooling will complete faster.

You can do:
SET TERMOUT OFFIn your script before doing the spool command.
You will have to write your query as a .SQL script and run it from SQL*Plus in order for it to work the way you expect.
sqlplus -s username/password @query_script.SQL
