Ques stucked in CRM

R3AD_SAESDO* show running in transaction SMQ2 but again & again the status show sysfail. We have to unlock the same again & again which is also taking huge time in processing but again status of some come to sysfail.

Hi Vinod,
For sure try to find the root cause first of the issue (i.e. check as well if there is a corresponding dump in ST22.
But please have a look as well at following note 442478:
9. Background job for regular restart of the QIN scheduler
You can schedule the report RSQIWKEX as a regular background job (for
example, each 30 minutes) to restart all inbound queues that are blocked
due to an error. An inbound queue may be blocked due to one of the
following statuses: SYSFAIL, CPICERR, RETRY, ARETRY, ANORETRY (see Note
378903).
10. Background job for regular restart of the QOUT scheduler
You can schedule the report RSQOWKEX as a regular background job (for
example, each 30 minutes) to restart all outbound queues that are
blocked due to an error. An outbound queue may be blocked due to one of
the following statuses: SYSFAIL, CPICERR, RETRY, ARETRY, ANORETRY (see
Note 378903). As of qRFC Version 6.10.042, the report RSARFCEX processes
R only the tRFC LUWs due to a conflict between tRFC and qRFC.

Idealy check this first in a quality environment.

  • ABAP Outbound Proxy: some messages stuck in CRM system

    Hi all,
we've a strange issue with a ABAP Outbound proxy we've generated in our CRM 5.0 system (asynchronous interface).
Sometimes messages stuck in the CRM system. They are in status 'Scheduled' (green flag) in SXMB_MONI in the CRM system. When I have a look at the corresponding queue, there's no message within. Status in SMQ1 and SMQ2 is fine, too. All queues are registered. When I reprocess such a message manually in SXMB_MONI in CRM with the restart button, they're sent fine to XI.
Please note: it's NOT a general issue with that outbound proxy. In most cases the messages are sent immediately, just in some cases the messages stuck and I don't know why.
Is it possible to restart such messages automatically? I just know the report RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES, but that one just restarts messages in Error status. But the ones we have aren't in error status so they cannot be selected with that report.
Any idea where could be the problem / we should check?

  • Printer Que Stuck - Please Help!!

Hi, I have a networked printer thats been working fine every day until I did a restart.
I open the que and see it gets stuck, it says: "printing page 1, 8% complete...."
But will never go beyond that. When I open system prefs then printer and fax I see the printer there as the default, the green light is lit up next to it.
Any thoughts? I tried the basics, restart, repair persmissions, etc but no luck,
    thanks!!

Have you tried turning off the printer and turning it on again? Maybe there is something in the printer’s memory that is clogging it. You should probably leave the printer off for a minute or two to make sure it resets.

  • CIF Ques Stuck in READY State on R3 Inbound for no Reason

    Hi,
Question pertains to CIF Processing and Ques waiting in READY State from R3 to SCM-APO for no Apparent Reason.
Our Orders (PRs, STOs) generated via APO are being sent to R3 correctly, getting generated in R/3 but not coming back with the PR/STO Number back to APO.  Stuck in R3 inbound.
I've read a couple of articles on SDN on this.
Apart from the Standard CIF Configuration, and Settings in SMQR and SMQS (Qin & Qout Scheduler) for retrying Stuck Ques to be processed, is there anything else that can be looked at ?  Any Consulting Notes on this Topic ?
SCM-APO version 4.0 on latest Support Pack.
R3 4.6c and Plugin compatible. Not on most latest SP.
    Thanks,
    Ambrish Mathur

    Hai,
Yes our Problem is resolved now.  The Solution was Technical in Nature and not functional  (as you can logically expect).
Assuming your Basis Team has properly setup the QIN and QOUT Scheduler on BOTH sides (APO and R3) ...
Also in QIN and QOUT the Time to RETRY a Que is set to something low as every 5 minutes and retry 10 times.
(However this was not the main issue for us).
We found in our Case since the R3's Support Pack and Plug-In were not upgraded due to many depandancies to other Projects ... we found that the QRFC Versions on the R3 side were a few sub versions behind the APO QRFC Version since APO was on Latest Support Pack on SCM 4.
The BASIS Group downloaded and Installed the Latest QRFC version and the Problem was subsequently resolved.
QRFC Version can be found in Transaction SMQ1 / SMQ2 -> Menu Path Information -> Version.
We are now at QRFC ver. 6.30.060, Supplement # 11.
Hope you find this usefull and it resolves your issue.  Do revert back if it does.

  • Billing Document queues are stuck in CRM Outbound

    Hi All,
In our system there are huge number of CSA_BEACRMB_BD* Queues generating in CRM Outbound (SMQ1) and getting into "Ready" state with RFC destination as "NONE". These queues are of no use. Please guide me how to stop generating this Queues. FM used for this queues is /1BEA/CRMB_BD_MWC_O_VALIDATE.
    Regards,
    Das

    Hello,
I would check the customizing in SPRO. It seems that your System is customized to distribute billing numbers.
    My guess is
    Customer Relationship Management
    Billing
    Country-Specific Functions
    Official Document Numbering
Transfer Official Document Numbers to Accounting Documents
Check whether there is an entry somewhere there forcing the System to behave the way it does.

  • How to Create Internet user with email id as user id

    Hi All,
I am having a requirement to create internet user taking email id as the user id, means the user id is same as the email id, to achieve this do I need to maintain some settins or is there any standard BAPI to do this.
Is this a standard feature of CRM 2007.
    Thanks in advance,
    Mayank

    Hello Mayank,
B2C Scenario has these options for the parameter usertype in the Application definition.
In R/3 scenario: R3_SU05Customer_LoginEmail ISA R/3:This login configuration is the only one that is supported for ISA R/3 B2C. It cannot be chosen for the B2B and shopadmin applications. During B2C registration, SU05 users are created with type equals 'KNA1', referring to a newly created R/3 customer.
-In CRM scenario:_ CRM_Standalone_LogonConsumer: Standard user management settings if Internet Sales is used as a standalone, the login is based on the e-mail address. The internet users must use the SU01 user concept. Consumer is the keyword here. The BP associated with the SU01 user is a Consumer.
The B2C application is hard-wired the way it is defined above.
    Now for the B2B application
In R/3 scenario: Only R/3 ISA provides some SU05 user possibilities. But they are not relevant to your situation
In CRM scenario: it gives CRM Standalone or CRM Portal possibilities. In CRM Standalone, the login id uses Alias. But nothing stops you from using keeping Alias same as the User ID. In case of Portal, the login occurs via Portal. That is user log on to portal and gets into ISA using SSO. The portal offers varieties of ways to authenticate including email adress, user id etc. This is made possible by use of LDAP in portal for user authentication. They maintain a mapping between email-id and user-id and do what you are seeing now in SDN. If you have Portal in your landscape, and let external B2B users come through Portal into ISA with SSO, you can also do login using email-id in a jiffy.
But in your case I think you are stuck with CRM Standalone

  • SMQ2 Error :Several modes with the same number  at activity 2N

    Hi,
We have some Ques stuck in APO inbound "Several modes with the same number  at activity 2N". Can anybody help me to fix this.?
    Sameer.

Hi Sameer, indeed your issue seems to be linked to PDS creation. Your PDS CIF jobs must be failing if I am not wrong.
You would need to identify which PDS in APO (or which version in R/3) has issues.
Go to CQ transaction mentioned earlier, select teh row containing the issue, and then click on the display icon on the right side top. This will show you the entries in the internal tables taht were being passed on in the CIF.
From here, you need to identify the production version from R/3 that is having issue. I don't have a stuck queue at hand, so can't tell you which table would contain information. Somewhere you would find out the name of the product/location that is having issue, and then you need to check what is the issue with the version. Seems the same mode is being used multiple times in some activity, or in R/3 side, the same resource is being used multiple times in a single activity.

  • Procedure To Enhance BDoc : BUPA_REL

    All,
I'd like to know the steps (in detail) involved in enhancing the BDoc: BUPA_REL. Typically, I'll be synchronizing data between SAP CRM and SAP R/3 systems whenever there is a change in the BP Relationship screen.
    Regards,
    Ravi

    Hi Martin,
Here is the steps to debug the BDoc from one system to other.
1> Go to Tr. SMQS and deregistor the R/3 System .
2> reprocess the BDoc is Tr. SMW01, and you will see one stopped queue in the CRM outbound Tr. SMQ1.
3> Press the debug button and you will find yourself in R/3 system and from here onwards you can debug the R/3 inbound.
Do not forget to registor the R/3 system which you have deregistor in step 1 otherwise all the queues will get stuck in CRM outbound.

  • How does table SMW3_BDOC become very big?

    Hi,
The table SMW3_BDOC which store BDocs in my system becomes very big with several million records. Some BDocs in this table are sent several month ago. I'm very strange that why those BDocs were not processed?
If I want to clean this table, will inconsistancy occurrs in system? And how can I clean this table for those very old BDocs?
Thanks a lot for your help!

    Hi Long,
I have faced the same issue recently on our Production system and this created a huge performance issue and completely blocked the system with TimeOut errors.
I was able to clean up the same by running the report SMO8_FLOW_REORG in SE38.
If you are very sure about cleaning up, first delete all the unnecessary Bdocs and then run this report.
At the same time, check any CSA* queue is stuck in CRM inbound queue SMQ2. If yes, select it, manually unlock it, activate and then refresh. Also check any unnecessary queues stuck up there.
    Hope this could help you.

  • Photosmart premium C309m - won't work properly with wireless

    Hey there,
As the subject suggests, i am having major problems with this printer (c309m). The problem is that every time i need to print something out, from one of my two computers the printer stalls or doesnt work - or what ever the problem might be. I have tried all the solutions provided in the troubleshooting section and none have worked. I got it to print from 1 computer, but then the next time i turn it on, i just doesnt work anymore.
Im running win7 64 on one machine, and win7 32 on the other. The printer is connected through the wireless router (D-link 655).
I have tried using HP's diagnostics programs and they either cant connect or they come up with the print que stuck error. Each time i fix it, it works for 1 sec and then stalls when i print something again.
In short  - the printer can work for like 5 minutes with 1 computer, but the next time it's used it cant get the connection or the print jobs get stuck in print cue.
I could really use some help here, since this is my last option of getting this printer to work

    Some additional info,
Both computers are running norton 350 v. 5.0
Im using reserved Dhcp adresses for my printer and all other devices on my network.

  • Stuck Outbound Queues in CRM system

    Hi Guys,
In CRM system the out bound queuse for the Sales Orders got stuck with the following error "Too many recursive subroutine calls"
The Sales Orders are not getting replicated from the CRM system to R/3.
The business partners associated with the sales orders are getting replicated to the From CRM to the R/3 system.
anyone has clue regarding the issue.

upon debuggin we found the follwoing nformation
In debugging the program it states the following:
    Too many recursive subroutine calls.
    What happened?
    Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "SAPLCC01" had to be terminated because one of the
    statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
    What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
    error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
    date.
    Error analysis
An ABAP/4 subroutine was called recursively too often.
This is probably due to a conversion exit or a user exit
triggering the same exit again and again.
These exits are implemented by function modules with the names
    CONVERSION_EXIT_xxxxx_INPUT/OUTPUT or USER_EXIT_xxxxx_INPUT.
You can find out which ABAP/4 subroutine is affected in the
    section "Active Calls / Events".
Conversion exits are triggered during screen field transports or
WRITE statements, field exits during field transports from the
screen to the ABAP/4 program, so they are not called directly by
an ABAP/4 program. Most likely, this is due to the implementation
of a conversion exit which contains a WRITE statement for a field
to which the same conversion exit is assigned in its Dictionary
domain. As A result, the exit is triggered
    recursively.
You can make up to 50 ABAP/4 subroutine calls.
    How to correct the error
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
    use the following search criteria:
    "RPERF_TOO_MANY_CALLS" C
    "SAPLCC01" or "LCC01U05"
    "PCA_CHECK_LUHN_MOD_TEN"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself, please send the
    following documents to SAP:
