Re contract not all going through

Hi all, bit of a long one but I'll give the abridged version.
I was contacted by BT on the 29th January and put through to a very helpful chap called Zach, we came up with a package that included Multi room and a new BT YouView + box  that I was happy with so I agreed to re contract.
I was a bit concerned that I received no email confirmation so a couple of days later I called again and was told that there was nothing showing on my account, I managed to get Zach to call me back, he was very apologetic, had no idea what had gone wrong and re ordered my package at a slightly lower price.
He said that he would keep an eye on it to see that it went through.
The following day I had still received no confirmation email and call again. This time I spoke to a helpful lady who couldn't understand what had gone wrong and put me through to Order Management, after a while on hold I was told that the order had gone through. Sure enough I received an email confirmation, unfortunately the order had been changed and the Multi room and new BT YouView + box  had been removed.
I've called quite a few more times and all the people I have dealt with have been very helpful and unable to understand why my order won't complete.
At the moment "MY BT" shows that
"Your order is on track, please see below for the details. If there is a delay to your order we will contact you"
and "Equipment ordered:YouView box from BT Delivery date: Wed 18 Feb 2015".
Again I received no email confirmation and as I can't track my delivery and it's two days past the delivery date I think that there is still a problem.
If a mod could look into this I would really appreciate it.

  • How can I change my VPN configuration so that not everything goes through it?

    So I generally connect my laptop through my WiFi connection, which is set as priority number 1. For connecting to certain servers at my office (I work remote) I need to VPN in. Now, I'd like to be able to stay connected to VPN without ALL my internet data going through it. My understanding of the network priority list was that it would attempt the higher connection and then go lower. But I have WiFi at the top of my list and VPN at the bottom, yet everything is going through the VPN. I know this because I did a traceroute and every URL I hit is going through my work servers. I disconnect VPN and try again, they go through the comcast DNS server.
    So my previous understanding of the priority list was that it would try through the highest priority, and then only if that didn't work it through go through lower priorities in order. Is that wrong? Is there actually a way I can get it to do what I want? Thanks.

    With VPN software installed on your Mac all connections to the net will go through that VPN. you have to shut the VPN down for your normal traffic to go directly out to the net. That is just how it works.
    Let me add that is the point of a VPN. So everything done on the computer goes through a Virtual Private Network to your workplace. Otherwise your computer could expose the work network to malware you might get from the Net on your computer.

  • HT1386 iPad Mini not syncing - Goes through steps 1-5 and does not add content

    I am absolutly baffled by this one. I cannot seem to get iTunes to sync any conent over.
    -The iPad is set up for syncing over the cable as Wifi sync is very buggy
    -I've tried different USB ports
    -i've restarted iTunes
    -Restarted the iPad
    -checked and unchecked the content
    It is very odd. When I want to add music it the bar at the bottom indicated that this is how much it will fill up on the iPad etc etc. I click on sync and then it goes through it's various steps to determine tracks and then nothing.....
    It just simply does not sync anything over even though there is 8GB of free space and plenty of room on the ipad so I know it is not a capcity issue. Any help would be great. Usually a long serving mac user would find a solution but in this case I am puzzeled.

    Solved the problem, by upgrading to Mountain Lion.

    I created a BIP report(.xdo) and placed it on Dashboard as a link . As admin , I can see the report . As a user , I am able to get into publisher but not able to see the report . Iam getting the below error message .
    Error : Unauthorized Access: please contact the administrator.
    I suspect that security model from Dashboard through BIP is not working . I tried searching the online resources but couldnt find right help .
    Iam a newbie for BIP , I followed the regular BIP guides , configured eveything as per the docs and things work as admin . But I want to test the security as user .
    Where Iam doing wrong , Any ideas please help .

    I have grant permissions to the user and the report in BI webcatalog and also in BIP under admin tab I have addes the role which the user belongs to and also the shared folder . Still the problem exists.
    My BI presentation servcies security is working . My user security is also working , all that I need is the user should be able to see the report when he clicks on BIP link placed in dashboard.

  • Email Notifications not all coming through...

    I have 3 email accounts set up. 2 are verizon.net accounts and one is my corporate account.
    I get notifications for the 2 Verizon accounts, but never from my corporate account.
    I have them all set up exactly the same way for notifying me...
    Is there something different I need to do for the corporate account?

    The accounts were all fine, and if I manually synced my corporate acct, I would get the emails.  It just wasn't syncing automatically and I wasn't getting notification even though it was set up.
    I decided to delete the corp account and re add it...It all works great now....
    Not sure why it didn't work before, as I set it up exactly the same way again!

    my payment seems to not be going through and my renewal date was yesterday. the card i use works on every monthly payment. and when i went to try and pay, it told me that theres something wrong like "your card or payment provider seems to be having a bad day" is there some maintenance being done?

  • Group messages are going through as texts instead of imessage

    Usually when me and my friends have a group message it's fine, it's all going through iMessage and I've never had a problem but yesterday my messages were failing to send and today it says at the top 'Outgoing' instead of 'Group' like it usually does and also my messages are going through as a text not an iMessage but only on the group message? Help

    If you have others that are receiving your imessaging  but not the group you are attempting to send to then do this:
    Click on your text messaging area using imessaging enabled and then type a message to yourself. Do this test to verify that your imessaging apple server is working properly. IF you get the messsage back to you in BLUE this indicates to you that both the outgoing and incoming text messaging is working as imessaging. With this piece of information verified that will indicate there are connectivity issues with individuals or all that are a part of the group you are attempting to contact. Please do not conclude that at a point in time this communication worked via imessaging that there may be some in the group that are now having conectiviity issues of their own.

  • Upgraded to SP2.  Now Crystal goes through configuration every time it is launched.

    This morning I upgraded Crystal Report XI.  First I installed SP1, then I installed SP2.  The installation completed successfully.  However every time I launch Crystal now it goes through its configuration process before the software opens.  Once that is finished the software opens and works properly. 
    I should not be going through this configuration setup every time I launch the software.  How do I fix this problem?

    I had the same issue,  I reinstalled CR (from disk) opened and ran a test report (yes that step is important) CR does the configuration piece when you do that.  I then applied SP1 and opened a test report, and let CR do the Configuration.  Then applied SP2 and ran a test report.  All that being said, My CR XI now runs ok. 
    My Product version is now   11.5.8.963

    Flash Player is a browser add-on, not an executable program.
    If you need to open a local SWF file you will need the standalone player (Projector) from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
    Note that the download is the player, not an installer, so you will need to make the file association manually.

  • RoboHelp Server 8 Not Displaying All TOCs When Going through the Engine

    Hello,
    We recently upgraded from X5 to X8 and imported and converted our X5 project to X8 without any problems. After our conversion, we are having TOC issues.
    Here is our issue. Not all of our TOCs are displaying when we veiw our project through the engine, but if we view the project directly (without) going through the engine all of our TOCs display correctly. I've tried creating a new TOC and checking the Copy existing Table of Content box and deleting the old TOC and that did not work. I removed the following characters in the TOC (&, <, >,) and that did not work. I also tried deleting a book with topic pages within the book and re-creating the book and adding the topic pages in the book and no solution. It seems like i've tried everything to resolve our issue and nothing has worked so far.Our books have topic pages linked to it.
    I've searched the forums and i have not seen anyone else with the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • All of the font on my webpages is in italics. How can I get it back to normal? I tried going through the Troubleshooting steps, and opening it in Safe Mode; that did not fix the problem.

    I went through an Adobe update and when my computer rebooted, the default font for everything was in italics. For example, when I go to Yahoo.com, the headings for all the news articles and tabs are in italics. I tried going through the Troubleshooting steps to no avail. I am frustrated because I followed the advice of checking the default font under Tools, then I opened the browser in Safe Mode, then I checked to make sure all the fonts were available. So how can I get my fonts back to normal? The italics gives me a headache.

    The usual cause of that issue is a corrupted or missing font that Firefox replaces by another, in this case a bold, font.
    As a test you can try to disable the default font and choose a few different fonts (Arial, Verdana, Tahoma, Times New Roman) to see if you can identify the culprit.<br />
    you will have to reinstall that corrupted font.

  • After startup, my desktop rushes through all the pictures if goes through and I can't load/see any apps until it stops. What to do?

    When I turn on my macbook pro (end of 2010 so it isn't old), I wait for the usual things it needs to run through, and before my icons etc load up (the ones on the desktop), my screen rushes through all the images I have told it to rotate through as a desktop screen (I have alternating backgrounds that are supposed to change every 5 minutes or so). It is the second time it has happened now (2nd startup) and it has been fine for the past few months from when I bought it in December. While it goes mental and rushes through the photos, it can't go to the bottom to bring up the Apps bar so it is virtually useless (unresponsive) when it goes through this mad stage. I recently deleted a chunk of video I transferred off an old camera onto the Mac but I can't see how this would have messed up a £1,000 machine 0-O Please let me know what has happened because I don't want to have to call Apple again =(
