Hi,
Go to VOV8 and give "No Credit Check" in the check credit limit box.
Also check whether you have maintained credit management

    Hi
To exclude a customer from Credit check, do not maintain the Credit data for that Customer in FD32.

  • Credit limit amount not matching

    Dear Gurus,
    Greetings.
I have defined Credit management and created all the required settings in IMG.
When I do a Sales Order for a new customer, values are all OK. But when I create a Sales Order for an old customer for whom:
    Credit limit given: INR 1.00
Outstanding balance: INR - 5.05 (he should pay me 5.05)
But at the time of Sales Order creation, the credit check pop up is showing an amount of 15,255,542.29.
I checked with my ABAPer, and he is not able to locate where this figure is being picked up from.
Can some one guide me to get the correct value in the pop up?
    Best Regards.
    Venkat - Hyd

    Hi Venkat,
    1. Check for any old pending orders for that Customer, specially open billing documents. Check the flow for all billing documents, you may find the accounting document "not cleared". It may be cleared from customers side but not posted againsted that sale( the propable reason may be). check for open items in FBL5N transaction. you wil come to know which doc is open and process it accordingly.

  • List it0017 that has not maintain

    hi..
    i want to ask..
is it possible to get data of infotype 0017 (travel privileges) that has not been create for all employee?
    any standard from SAP?
let say, we hire 232 new employee.
that new employee hasn't got travel privileges, what is the simplest way to know from what personnel number to start to create it0017?
    thx

    Hi,
In SE16 (PA0017) it shows all the employees, for whom IT0017 is maintained. As you said, there are 232 employees and in SE16 (PA0017) shows 132 employees. Then for the balance 100 employees it is not maintained.
When you download the data, it shows the employees with the employees no and do a VLOOKUP in the excel sheet to find out the remaining employees.
    Hope this helps.

  • Dynamic Credit Limit check not giving error message

    Hi!
I have configured the credit management like below:
    1. high risk, medium risk, low risk category.
    2. credit control area with update : 00000012
    3. In pricin procedure for net value, routine "A" is given.
    4. In Item Category, Credit Active tick mark is checked.
    3. Assigned D,  credit group 01(Credit Group for Sales Order)  in sales document types.
    4. assigned credit group in Delivery document types.
    5. configured automatic credit control;
for high risk, with credit group 01 , dynamic check  with reaction D , and status/block tick by considering open order and open deliveries .
My main aim is when sale order is creating, system should give error message , when credit limit is exceeded.
But system is giving following information message only:
Dynamic credit check: credit limit exceeded (data
         cannot be saved)
         250.00 USD
that is only information message and allowing to save the sael order and delivery also.
can any one give idea where config is missed.
we have activated FSCM also, but no link to credit control area.

  • Detect customers without credit limit

    Hi,
in my firm we use credit control for customers in the EXP market.
In SE16N when I go to table KNKK I can pull a list of all customers with credit limits -- they have value "EXP" in field KKBER or no. of credit (equal to customer no.) in field KNKLI.
However I noted that were several customers in table KNA1 that belonged to account group (field KTOKD) no. 0001 or 0003 and technically are part of EXP market, hence should have credit limit, but I cannot find them in table KNKK.
Why is that? When master record is set up it's another process to set credit control for the customer?
Also, I'd like to pull a list of all customers from table KNA1 that belong to EXP market and cross-match them to table KNKK in order to detect if they do not exist in KNKK, i.e. do not have credit control.
    How can I do it?
    Would appreciate your response. Regards

    Hi,
    Try the T-Code F.32
In this T-code you will get the list of all the customers whose credit limit is not maintained in FD32.
    Thanks and regards,

  • How to change credit limit used % in fd32

    Hi all,
Credit limit has been maintained to customer with max of 2,00,000 inr previously. Now Credit exporsure is 1,50,000 inr. credit limit used  is 75%.
But we are going to set new credit limit to a particular customer with 1,00,000 inr.
We have changed credit limit to 1,00,000 in FD32. Now credit limit has been changed to 1,00,000.
But the problem is credit limit used percentage 150%. I want to reset the credit limit used to 0%.
How to make credit limit used from 150% to 0% without any FI adjustment? ( since this has to be done in production server)
    Thanks in advance,
    Babu

How is the Credit Exposure of Rs. 1,50,000 calculated?
Is it outstanding Invoices to be paid by the Customer? Then once the Customer pays the amount the % would come to 0.
Is it due to Open sales order or Open Deliveries or Open Invoices? Then once the entire cycle is completed then the % would come to zero.
    Hope this helps..

  • Credit limit Block is not getting removed even after the releasing n VKM3

    Dear all,

  • Approval Procedure not triggered when Credit Limit Exceeded

    Hi,
I've defined an approval procedure which I would like to launch when a clients Credit Limit has been exceeded. I've checked the required fields on Administration > General Settings > BP tab (credit Limit, Commitment Limit, AR Invoice, Delivery, SO). I've also checked the Activate Approval Procedures on the same tab.
I know the approval procedure has been set up the correct way, since it is launched when I change the Terms to for instance 'Total document'.
There is a system-message when I am creating a Delivery Note for a customer indicating that the credit limit for this customer has been exceeded. But still, the system allows the user to add the document without triggering the approval procedure....
    What am I doing wrong?
Btw: The credit limit exceeded is in negative numbers, but I've tried both the condition 'Deviation from Credit Limit greater than 1' and Deviation from Credit Limit Less than 1...

Could you clarify what you mean by "The credit limit exceeded is in negative numbers"
Negative number: the system message I get when I create a delivery note for a customer, exceeding the credit limit is the following:
Customer has exceeded credit limit - 95.479 EUR
Customer has exceeded commitment limit - 95.479 EUR
    Continue (Y/N)
Make sure the Credit Limits are set in the BP Master. --> OK, credit limit is set to 100 EUR, Commitment limit to 100 EUR
Also use Great than in Ratio and try to use a small number like 10 in the value  --> I am using 1 EUR
Also, check in System Initialization > General Settings..BP Tab Activate approval procedure is checked. --> it is checked.
Using the range option does not solve the problem, in fact even if I use 'Deviation from Credit Limit does not equal 1 EUR' the approval is not triggered. When I use the same Approval template, but I alter the terms to Total document greater than 1 or Discount% greater than 1 the approval is triggered.

  • Customer Credit Limit Not Showing in VKM4

In some cases the customer credit limit is not being displayed in VKM4 for dynamic credit check holds. It seems to happen for certain customers but we can't tell why. The holds are valid, the limit is just not showing and we'd like to know if this is by design or a bug.
    We are running ECC 6.0
    Thanks

    Dear wradue      ,
What difference did you find comparing the FD32 of customers with credit limit and without credit limit in VKM4?

  • Does Simple Credit Limit Check Include Checking for Open Orders

    Hi all,
I have this issue here where I have configured the system to use simple credit limit check with error message. I did not use the standard/common automatic credit limit check since user insist on a pop-up warning and that the order could not be saved. But, I realized that it does not take open orders into account too although I have set the risk categories. Is it true and what solution is there for this issue then.
Thank you for all your help in inputs.
    Regards,
    Yvonne

    Hi,
Please follow the below configuration settings for Simple credit check process.
Simple credit check: In simple credit check the system compares the credit exposure with payers credit limit. The
credit exposure results from the total of the net document value and the value of the open items.
We can set the following system responses at when the credit limit has been reached.

  • Credit block should not prevent service order creation

An upgrade from 4.7 to  ECC6, without any changes made to the configuration or program change, has lead to the following issue. ECC6 is not creating a service order connected to a sales order, when the customer has exceeded the credit limit. The sales order of custom order type is getting saved with a warning message that credit limit has exceeded. However, earlier in 4.7, the message would not stop creating subsequent service order. What could be different, that prevent ECC6 environment to hold on to service order creation? A subsequent release of the credit block through VKM1 however triggers the service order being created.

Are you using credit card processing in SAP to get the authorization?
If you are then the authorization should not block the order.
Or are you using credit card as a form of payment (without authorization) in which case this needs to be put on the customers account as a payment and then the order entered.
Where are you holding the credit card details?

  • Auto release of Blocked Sales orders after pmnt or Increase of Credit limit

    Hi
Does anyone know if there is a transaction or something in one of the blocked Order transactions that can be used to auto release orders after either 1 - Monies have been recieved      or   2 - Credit limit has been increased
Scenario we have is several orders have been on block due to credit being over credit limit,
The credit limit has been increased
However these orders are still on the blocked orders report, even tho they are now under the credit threshold
Is there a re-org program to use ?
Is there a setting on the VKm1 transaction to refresh or re-read the credit master FD33 , - as now monies have been received or Credit threshhold has been increased
    Thank you for any information
    Tony

    Hello,
This is not possible because when you created the sales order it has checked the credit limit for that credit limit and if you increase also now that block cant go automatically.
Go to VA02 i.e change mode of sales order and change something and enter may be if you created a order for 2 quantity then go to VA02 and remove the quantity 2 and again type 2 then system will again check for credit and now that is increased so the order will not block..
If this is for many order then you can run changes sales order  BAPI for mass update. Take help from ABAP guys.
    Cheers

  • Credit Management Query - Transfer of credit limit to other customer.

    Hi Team
Can Credit limit can be transfered from one customer to other customer with in same control area ? If so what are the necessary step that has to be taken care (i.e, is Business Approvals mandatory or manually SD Cons can do it  ?)
Ex : There are 10 customers in control area 5000.
Customer1 has credit limit has been set to 250 US $ & he has already used 249.99$ , now his credit limit has to be transfered from customer 1 to customer 2 .   Is it possible to do this thru T.code VDH1N ?
    Please provide your suggestions .
    Thanks.
Edited by: Medhaphani on Oct 11, 2011 9:19 AM

    Dear Medhaphani ,
First of all, Business approval is MANDATORY for making such changes.
Secondly, the requirement is not feasible as per my knowledge.
One possbility is , imagine we have to transfer the credit limit of customer A to customer B.
There should not be any exposure for both A and B.
Because financial documents have already been created for A and B and hence even if we manage to manipulate the transfer of exposure (using table edit), it will create a mismatch in the accounting during audits.
Hence please wait for more exper opinion on your requirement and ask business to hold this requirement for a while.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Hegal K Charles
