Rebates as per sales office

Hi All,
I have to implement Rebates in the system and as per Clients requirement, Rebates should be given on the basis of Sales office or Sales group and rarely on customers. Please suggest how this can be achieved and is it advisable to apply rebates as per sales office . How the settlement will be done. And is it possible to upload Rebates using BDC.

JVs are kind of discounts that they give using Tcode FB75.
Current business scenario is that the discounts and provision are given directly in FI .
If we want to include provisions in SD then it is possible to implement only through Rebates processing.
Now the issue is that they give Rebates on the basis of sales office..
Eg: Rs2 discount on particular material group across sales office 9999.
Also they should be able to change this Rs2 discount to say Rs5 in future which is not Payer dependent.
Am really confused on how this can be implemented and even if this is implemented using following logic then how settlement will be done.
Eg: New condition table with Sales office and Material group fields.
then whenever we will create a agreement then we can make a condition record for that Sales office and material grp for which rebate is applicable.
Please help....

    Hi Mukesh,
    to achieve this you need to define a Z table, in which you need to maintain the sales office as one of the column, against which you can maintain the number range and it's key.
    for example the range is 1 to 100,000, and key is Z1.
    Maintain the table as follows.
    Mumbai    1 to 10000,
    kolkatta    10,001 to 20,000 and so on.
    you can define the other parameters also and write a code in the user exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT or the number range user exits which ever is suitable for you to read this table and fetch the number range from this table according to the sales office.

      We have a requirement,  we have one our head office  and there are around 20 sales office,   for each sales office there is a different user id (two user logins per sales office ),  in customer master for each customer we are assignning one sales office,  and only the user of that office is responsible for all types of transaction for that customer,  we want that sales office assignment  to user,  and that user should not able to see the any details of customer like sales orders, billing details order booking etc. which is not in there sale sales office  ,  so which authorization object, or how we can get this,

    Sometimes when you add a new authorisation object with some specific value, system still allow to do the transaction for other values which is not available in that authorisation object, because may be in some other Profile same Authorisation Object is available and where user has complete rights, so kindly take the help of Basis Consultant and check that same Object is not availbale in some other profile of User with complete authorisation.

    Company need's to set targets based on Sales Office wise/Sales group Wise/Sales Person wise. Later on company will check target Sales, Planned Sales, Achieved Sales. So how can we achieve in Sales and distribution module wise.

    Suppose a sales person is there in my company name as:X. His target for this financial year is Rs.10 Crores. For that he will give list of materials to achieve this target and quantities and tentative dates also for which materials he needs. So that my company will do proper planning for production also to supply these materials timely. for this Company needs to analyse what is the given target and acheved target and what are all the materials are sold with respect to quantity. what materials are not sold means dead stock. So that how can we solve this solution in SAP.

    As per my knowledge there is no Standard Report in SAP based on sales office, sales group. and plant.
    You may create your own report using MC18,MC21 and MC24.... Otherwise ask your ABAPer's help...

    I have a requirement to add Customer characteristics u201CSales Groupu201D and u201CSales Officeu201D into a FI report which is based on the InfoCube 0COOM_C02. The values that needs to be presented is actual data (Customer Master Data; NOT transactional value.
    In the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, fields Sales Organization and Sales Group are present and it is brought to BW from R3. But I am not able to find the way to get the field Sales Office into SAP BW.
    I checked the extraction program for the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, the fields Sales Org and Sales Group are coming from a table u201CCE41000u201D but in this particular table there is no Sales Office present.
    So can anyone guide me out in getting the Sales Office to the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, or is there any way of getting it in BW directly by reading some Master Data table.

    As per your statement, my understanding is that the Organization Attributes are not maintained in the Customization. If all the values are properly maintained then based on the Organization Data determination, the system would have picked up the data. You can first check the Organization Structure and see all the attributes are properly maintained or not and then check whether the Object Permitted in determination checkbox is checked. Then create a Transaction and see that all the Organization data are getting filled properly.

    But my requirement is the sales office and sales group should fetch values from "D"..when the transacion is "ZGRW"..
    This is in CRM platform...So how shud i assign values of D to sales office and sales area??

  • How to Default sales office and group in Organisation tab of crmd_order

    Hi Experts,
    In crmd_order transaction when user enters sold-to-party, then organisational determination takes place which brings sales area,distribution channel and division automatically under organisation tab.
    My requirement is to fetch the correspoding value of sales office and sales group for that Org unit and display them in the organisation tab.
    My logic goes like this:
    1) I have to fetch the sales office and sales group from the master data of ship to party ( i.e. bp with ship to party role).
    2) Then Give the sales area key( org unit, distribution, division) to fetch/filter and display the sales office and sales group.
    Which function modules to use to make the above 2 steps work. What code to write to make the above two steps work.
    I did not find any FM that takes bp with ship to party role and gives back the org unit data alongwith sales office and sales group.
    Then, how to link BP with role ship to party with Organisation Unit and then take the org key to read the org data.
    Which tables and FMs should I consider for this. I am thinking of using the merge method of CRM_ORGMAN_BADI.

    We need to populate the sales group and sales office in intercompany billing originating from a STO (PO>STOdelivery>IV invoice). However, the sales office and sales group is blank despite both the customer masters of both plant customer (shipto) and Intercompany Payer (ininvoice) containing this. Wanted to understand any configaration settings for these or Userexit is the only option

    If you can, try & maintain the Sales Office & Sales Group in sold to party.
    But as per my knowledge in billing you can only find Sales district.

    I have a question here. When ever we try to edit the business partner data in Customer/Prospect role in CRM. We are getting error message " please fill the sales office and sales group data in sales area xxx. We  go to corresponding sales area and fill the data so that we avoid the error.
    My question is sales office and sales group fields are not mandatory fields in field group settings in Customizing but how  are we getting this error. How can we avoid this error permanently. Kindly help in this issue.

    Where r u seeing it is maintained as the mandatory field. I mean here:--
    Another thing You can go to SPRO-Cross-Application ComponentsSAP Business PartnerBusiness PartnerBasic SettingsField Groupings--Configure Field Attributes per Activity
    Then double click on change and double click on CRM Organization. There it will be maintained as required field. Change it to Opt. Entry.
    Or
    While pressing F2 in that particular field..

    Spro --> Img --> Sales and Distribution --> Basic Functions --> Log of Incomplete items --> Define Incompleeness Procedure (T. Code: OVA2)
    Here, Select Group as A - Sales Header
    and double-click: Procedures (left hand Dialog Structure).
    On to next screen, select Incompleteness Procedure "11" and double click: Fileds  (left hand Dialog Structure).
    On to next screen, include Table-Filed as:
    1. VBAK - VKBUR (for Sales Office) and
    2. VBAK - VKGRP (for Sales Group)
    for both the entries, select Scr. as "KKAU" and Status as 01 and check Warning.
    Note: To make changes in to InCompleteness Procedure, click: (CTRL+F1)
    Recommendation: Please save chnaged Incompleteness Procedure as Z - procedure; to avoid changes in to Standard Procedure.
    Now,
    Spro --> Img --> Sales and Distribution --> Basic Functions --> Log of Incomplete items --> Assign  Incompleeness Procedure --> Assign procedures to the sales document types (T. Code: VUA2)
    Here, assign your Order type (say, OR) to your Incompleteness Procedure (say, Z - Procedure)
    Check Field: IC-Dialog as per requirement (Clck the field and press F1, to read its usage).
    Now, Go to, T. Code: VOV8; and select your Sales Doc. Type (say, OR).
    Within the Sales Doc., Assign your defined Incompleteness Procedure in to:
    Tab: Transacton Flow --> Field: Incompl.proced.
    Note: To enable screen, for changes, press (CTRL+F4).

    Second possible thing to do is that you can add sales office as a parameter in the user's profile data and then put an authority check object int the user exit of vl03n.
    But the option you used is as per the Best practices and widely used.

    In one of the Project, for some config-settings, I need to create Sales Offices. Here, Sales Offices is basically the Countries, to which business is happening.
    For example,
    Jordan
    Mexico
    Colombia
    etc...
    Now, while maintaining Sales Office records, System prompts for Sales Office Address. Initally, i maintained Country as per the Sales Office, for example:
    For Sales Office Nepal, Country Nepal
    For Sales Office Mexico, Country Mexico
    etc...
    Now, when i checked previously maintained entries in to System, I found that:
    For Sales Office New Hampshire, Country India
    For Sales Office California, Country India
    etc...
    When, I inquired about the same to concern Persons, within particular Organization, they are unable to explain, as these entries are maintained by Previous Implementation-Partner.
    Can anyone explain, what entry needs to be maintained as Address - Country, Region and Time Zone, for International Offices? Is there particular logic for the same?

    Let me explain, my scenario, in detail.
    I am maintaining Profit Center, in Sales Order, based upon Substitution Rule.
    For that, I have to maintain Profit Center, based upon Sales Area and Sales Office combination.
    suppose, If my combination is:
    1. if Sales Area is 10100107 and Sales Office is Colombia, then Profit center would be X
    2. if Sales Area is 10100107 and Sales Office is Mongolia, then Profit center would be Y
    Now, Important aspect is all Sales Organizations are maintained under Company Code ABC; and Company ABC is maintained under Country INDIA. Whereas, Sales Offices are both, Domestic, as well as International.
    My queries are:
    1. What effect has gone be made, if Sales Org is maintained under India and Sales Office, under some other country, in Sales Order?
    2. Also, based upon Sales Office, System must pick the Transaction Currency, in Sales Order?
