ReCAPTCHA in forms stops working

I use reCAPTCHA in the online contact form on a number of websites all using different Google ReCaptcha /website account codes. They all seem to work fine for a number of days, weeks, and even months but then they all seem to stop working after a while and at the same time, they won't except the Image Verification number: "I refresh the image but this makes no difference"
To fix the problem I have to reload the form from Muse and it will start working again, can anyone tell me why this happens and how I can fix the problem permanently as it could be weeks before I notice the contact form is not working?

close out of the mail app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
Then do a reset, no data loss.  Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

  • Flash Forms Stopped Working In ColdFusion 9

We moved our websites, many of which use Flash Forms, from a server running ColdFusion 7 to a server running ColdFusion 9.
At first all the Flash Forms in the various websites worked fine.
However, on the same day all the Flash Forms stopped working on the ColdFusion 9 server.  No changes were made to the websites, to IIS 6, or to ColdFusion.  We've restarted ColdFusion, IIS 6, and the server.
The error we get when loading a page that includes a Flash Form is:
    412 Unknown
Here is the output reported by FireBug when loading a page (for example http://www.futurefamilydocs.org/test/testflashforms/index.cfm) that includes a Flash Form
The same page with the same flash form works fine in our ColdFusion 7 server (for example see: http://test.futurefamilydocs.org/test/testflashforms/index.cfm)
We cannot figure out what the issue is.  Both servers are setup exactly the same Windows 2003, IIS 6, same ColdFusion settings, same access rights for internet users.
We'd appreciate any help as it will be significant work for use to change all the Flash Forms to normal forms.  We're a small non-profit company and this is having a big impact on our members until we get it fixed or replace all the Flash Forms.
    Thank You
    Bruce Phillips

We have found the error message coldfusion is generating when we try to access a page that has a flash form:
    C:\ColdFusion9\runtime\logs\coldfusion-event.log
03/29 13:02:45 user CFSwfServlet: Error: The class  'mx.rpc.RemoteClassRelayResponder' could not be loaded.
    03/29  13:02:45 user CFSwfServlet:  at  C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\futurefamilydocs\test\testflashforms\inde.mxml:393
I researched that error and found suggestions to redo the IIS configuration for ColdFusion.  I did that but still get the same error.

  • Submit button on my forms stops working

I have updated the most recieve pdf forms to our website. Below are the links.
    http://bgclub.ca/assets/end%20of%20summer%20camp%20survey%202013.pdf
    http://bgclub.ca/assets/online%20asp%20reg%20form%202013-14.pdf
Can you please advise on how to correct? The submit button stops working after a little while. It is fine on my jump drive.
    Thanks,
    Mike

The forms are working fine for me. Make sure that you are filling out the form using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader Mobile.
Other PDF viewers like in your Chrome browser, Preview on the Mac, in your Safari browser... do not support PDF Forms functionalities.
More information can be found here : http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2653
You website should force people to download the PDF instead of displyaing it directly in the browser. You can find instruction online on how to do that. Otherwise put instruction on your website to make sure people download the PDF first and fill it out in Adobe Reader or Acrobat.

  • Why has a link to a form stopped working- OK this morning?

Why has a link to a form placed in an email stopped working - it was OK this morning?!

    Hi,
Thank you for the additional information,
When you distribute your form, did you select "Copy Link" and then pasted in the email or did you select "Email Link" and your email client automatically launched with the form url in the body of the email?
You may want to check (if you are using MS Outlook/Exchange) the email format you have selected: HTML, Plain Text, Rich Text.  Please check with your IT about this setting.
Also, if you were to copy another link, for example, http://www.adobe.com in your email, would it still highlight as a link or plain text?

Does anyone know what I need to do? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for taking the time to re-write the code so it'll work. That's over and above all expectations for help.
But before I replace the old code with your new code, I just wanted to know if it's an exact replacement for the excerpt I pasted above or does it somehow fit within the whole page of code?
    Here's the whole page:

  • Contact forms stop working

Im using adobe muse since almost its beginning, since a short time the contact forms are not working. i have change all the settings, what its happening? im not using the creative cloud server?

ok, thank you, im trying to send mails from contact form, after write everithing says forms received. All looks fine but i dont get any mail to my account. I already check my e mails configuration and all was fine. This happends with almost 4 web pages that i have made in muse.

  • Help - PDF Fillable Form stopped working

I have a couple of PDF fillable forms (from the IRS and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts) that I have added information to and saved before, but now they won't let me save any changes I make. For the Mass form, I've tried downloading a new one and using it, but it also won't let me add info and save it. What can I do?
    Thanks for your help.

    SOLVED:
In my saving options I had maximum compression methods on so when reading on the tablet in reader, the forms were not showing any options. Have altered and all good.

  • Forms just stop working intermittently when using Excel too

I have a random, strange and frustrating problem! I am working in R12.0.4 doing some testing, which means I need to keep referring to an Excel spreadsheet (version 2007), so I frequently switch between Oracle Forms and Excel - sometimes by clicking between and sometimes using Alt-Tab. What happens, intermittently - sometimes frequently and sometimes not - is that when I return to Oracle, the form stops working - I can't tab through the fields, I can't select any buttons, I can't even hit the 'quit' icon in the top right corner. My only way out is to close the J-Initiator window (which in turn closes the forms session) and to then re-start my forms session from the Apps Home Page.
Has anyone else come across this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Jo

    Hello!

  • Signature stop working since Adobe ver 10

    Hi Forum,
Form stop working since upgraded to Pro X (ver 10) in Adobe.  Getting this message:
    IntegriSign
This plug-in is intended for validating signatuers signed using earlier versions of Acrobat.  To sign using this version of Acrobat use "IntegriSign to Acrobat 9.0 and later" handler
I have changed settings in Adobe Pro X to the above but still get the same message.
Do anyone know how to fix this?
    Thanks,
    Patricia

Yes I tried repairing disk permission twice but of no help! I think upgrading to leopard was a mistake.

  • My distributed form has stopped working after Acrobat did an update the form no longer appears in my tracker.

I had a form that auto collected data through Adobe but it has stopped working after my Acrobat X Pro did an update.
The form no longer appears in the tracker. How can this be fixed? I am using Windows 7.
It would appear that since Adobe are going to be closing the Workspace area in January 2015 that when
Acrobat did an update the ability to connect to files in the Workspace has been removed.
Is there any way to reconnect the file back to the Tracker?
Has anyone else had the same problem?
Adobe don't seem interested in helping as this question has been posted for three days and yet no response.

First and foremost thing you can do it is that reset your Firefox and after that change it to safe mode. This may be happening due to venerable links getting downloaded.
    enjoy free web..... :)
    regards,
    Gautam sharma.

To go along with Michael's suggestion, something like AA9.2 is needed for X64 systems I think. Also, be careful. Acrobat is not licensed for use on a server. Using it as a user is fine, but not as a server application. Read the license carefully.

  • Clicking "Edit PDF form" stops Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 from working. [FIXED]

As the title says, whenever I click "Edit PDF form" in Acrobat Pro 11, it displays the message "Adobe Acrobat has stopped working" and then when I click OK it closes.
It is a fresh install.  I tried reinstalling, by removing it first, i tried a repair, I also tried using Revo Uninstaller to clean up anything that was left after an uninstall, and still no joy.
    Any help would be appreciated.
It is running on Windows 8.1 Update (x64), and the version number for Acrobat Pro is 11.0.10.
    Thanks!
    **Update**
While I was writing this I had an epiphany, so I checked the Windows application logs which logged the following error every time Acrobat crashed...
Faulting application name: Acrobat.exe, version: 11.0.10.32, time stamp: 0x547e97af
Faulting module name: nvd3dum.dll, version: 9.18.13.4121, time stamp: 0x5474d740
    Exception code: 0xc0000005
which lists nvd3dum.dll as the culprit.  This has something to do with my Nvidia graphics card or drivers (NVIDIA Quadro FX 4600)
So after a little research I discovered a little registry tweak which "specifies the number of seconds that the GPU can delay the preempt request from the GPU scheduler. This is effectively the timeout threshold. The default value is 2 seconds." (Quoted from MSDN)
So I added the REG_DWORD value TdrDelay to the key path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers, and changed the value to 8.  After rebooting this seemed to have solved the issue I was having.
    Here's a screenshot...
    Hope this helps someone!

We created forms in acrobat 9 pro and now with XI pro cannot edit them.  Error message states that livecycle designer is required to edit forms previously created in acrobat.  Called tech support and waited for over an hour before being told that another product needed to be purchased for $300 more than the upgrade cost for acrobat pro XI!!!  From the XI FAQ - The web site states:
The following customers are eligible for a free upgrade:
Customers who purchased a prior license to Acrobat and have purchased an upgrade to Acrobat XI Pro
Customers who have an Adobe Maintenance and Support contract or purchased Upgrade Plan eligible for an Acrobat XI Pro upgrade
Active Creative Cloud Complete members whose memberships started before October 15, 2012
The one-time LiveCycle Designer upgrade is available in English, French, German, or Japanese. Eligible customers can choose which language they would like to receive. Visit the Customer Support Portal to request an upgrade.
After entering in the needed info on the support portal was told that adobe will Not honor the sales rep & web site which both said we are eligible for the free upgrade.  We asked for a full refund and will not longer be using any new adobe products.  We went back to 9 pro forms work fine and adobe lost $.  Nice work adobe - lie to customers and then act surprised that the customers want their $ back!  They told us to just toss their software DVD in the trash where IT belongs, so we did!
    Cheers,
    Actiondan

  • Error: Oracle Forms Designer has stopped working

I have read a lot of different responses regarding this and related issues but none of the answers seem to be relative to my specific problem. Here is what I have done so far:
    a. I just finished loading Oracle 11g 64x enterprise on my laptop running windows 7. It loaded correctly and I was able to import my 10g data dump and set up my schema.
    b. I then installed the Oracle development suite: ds_windows_x86_101202_disk1 and disk2. There were some minor issues regarding compatibility but following the advise of one post, I checked the blocks in question and the software loaded fine.
    c. I also attempted to install the p5969392_10123_WINNT.zip file but it gave a message indicating that no updates applied. (I am not sure if this is the correct patch or not?)
    d. I also had to download and install the Sun SDK, v6.18.
    e. I also updated the ORACLE paths in the default.env and registry entries and tried different urls in the runtime preference block. Nothing helped and I stayed with the default.
Oracle Forms seems to startup correctly and I am able to connect to the database with no problem. Although I did not build a new form completely, it appears that this would be no problem.
    The problem:
The problem is that when I attempt to open a form that was previously developed in 10g on XP, I immediately get the "Oracle Forms Designer has stopped working" error and Forms Builder shuts down. I get the same error whether I attempt to open a library, menu, or form.
I have tried changing the compatibility mode from XP, service pack 3 (the default after install) to XP, service pack 2 but it made no difference.
If anyone has been able to work through this issue, please let me know how. Thanks

  • Oracle Forms Runform has stopped working

    OS: Windows 7
Oracle forms 6.0.8.13 executables were running fine on Windows 7 upto Nov 19th. But after Nov 19th whenever we enter user name, pssword, database and hit connect, it gives oracle forms runform has stopped working error. Following is the Problem Signature.
