Receipts PO and stock keeps in vendor side

Dear All,
I have a PO or Subcon. PO which vendor confirm ready to deliver to us, but don't want to do the GR first, beacuse this will mislead user we have stock in our warehouse .For these PO stock, we want to wait for customer confirm the order, then we can directly ship the stock to customer. In the mean time, vendor ask for payment, how can we deal with this problem which we do the GR and keeps the stock in vendor side, on the other hand, account dept can do the LIV process.
How can we deal with this?
Thanks!

hi
you can deal it with  third party scenario.
                                               THIRD PARTY SCENARIO
In third-party order processing, your company does not deliver the items requested by a customer. Instead, you pass the order along to a third-party vendor who then ships the goods directly to the customer and bills you. A sales order may consist partly or wholly of third-party items. Occasionally, you may need to let a vendor deliver items you would normally deliver yourself.
Process Flow
The processing of third-party orders is controlled via material types. Material types define whether a material is produced only internally, can be ordered only from third-party vendors, or whether both are possible. For example, a material that is defined as a trading good can only be ordered from a third-party vendor. However, if you manufacture your own finished products, you may also want, from time to time, to be able to order the same type of product from other vendors.
Processing Third-Party Orders in Sales
Third-party items can be created automatically by the system, depending on how your system is set. However, you can also change a standard item to a third-party item during sales processing manually.
Automatic third-party order processing
If a material is always delivered from one or more third-party vendors, you can specify in the material master that the material is a third-party item. During subsequent sales order processing, the system automatically determines the appropriate item category for a third-party item: TAS. To specify a material as a third-party item, enter BANS in the Item category group field in the Sales 2 screen of the material master record.
Manual third-party order processing
In the case of a material that you normally deliver yourself but occasionally need to order from a third-party vendor, you can overwrite the item category during sales order processing. For a material that you normally deliver yourself, you specify the item category group NORM in the material master.
If, as an exception, you use a third-party material, change the entry TAN to TAS in the ItCa field when processing the sales document. The item is then processed as third-party item.
If address data for the ship-to party is changed in the sales order in third-party business transactions, the changed data will automatically be passed on to purchase requisition and also to the purchase order ,if one already exists. In the purchase order, you can display the address data for the ship-to party in the attributes for the item.
You can only change the address data for the ship-to party in the sales order for third-party business transactions, and not in the purchase order.
Processing Third-Party Orders in Purchasing
When you save a sales order that contains one or more third-party items, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition in Purchasing. Each third-party item in a sales order automatically generates a corresponding purchase requisition item. During creation of the requisition, the system automatically determines a vendor for each requisition item. If a sales order item has more than one schedule line, the system creates a purchase requisition item for each schedule line.
Purchase orders are created from purchase requisitions in the usual way. For more information about creating purchase orders, see the Purchasing documentation. During creation of the purchase order, the system automatically copies the delivery address of your customer from the corresponding sales order. In a sales order, you can enter purchase order texts for each third-party item. When you create the corresponding purchase order, the texts are automatically copied into the purchase order. The number of the purchase order appears in the document flow information of the sales order.
All changes made in the purchase order are automatically made in the sales order as well. For example, if the vendor confirms quantities and delivery dates different from those you request and enters them in the purchase order, the revised data is automatically copied into the sales order
You process third-party items by creating a normal sales order. In overview for the order, you can then overwrite the default item category (TAN in the standard system) with the special item category for third-party items: TAS
Billing Third-Party Orders
If relevance for billing indicator for the item category has been set to B (relevant for order-related billing on the basis of the order quantity) in Customizing, the system includes the order in the billing due list immediately. If, however, the indicator has been set to F (relevant to order-related billing on the basis of the invoice quantity), the system does not include the order in the billing due list until an invoice from the vendor has been received and processed by the purchasing department. In the standard system, item category TAS (third-party order processing) has been given billing-relevance indicator F.
In the first case, the third-party order is considered to be completely billed only when the invoiced quantity equals the order quantity of the sales order item. In the second case, each time a vendor invoice is received, a customer invoice is created for the quantity in the vendor invoice and the order is considered to be fully invoiced until the next vendor invoice is received.
If you have activated billing-relevance indicator F for item categories in Customizing, billing can refer to the goods receipt quantity instead of the incoming invoice quantity.
You can control whether the invoice receipt quantity or the quantity of goods received is relevant for billing in Customizing for copying control for billing at item level.
FOR YOUR PROCESS Individual Purchase Orders WELL GIVE THE RIGHT SOLUTION
Individual purchase orders are used when your customer orders goods from you that are not in stock and must be ordered from one or more external vendors.
Process Flow
During sales order entry, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition item. The purchasing department creates a purchase order based on the requisition and the vendor ships the goods directly to you (unlike third party order processing, where the vendor ships directly to your customer). You then ship the goods to your customer. While the goods are part of your inventory, you manage them as part of the sales order stock. Sales order stock consists of stock that is assigned to specific sales orders and cannot be used for other purposes.
Goods receipt will be posted when ever the vendor ships the goods to our customer.
We will do this transaction in SAP using MIGO.
Invoice receipt is done when the Vendor sends us the invoice.. ( I.e Billing ).
It can be done using MIRO.
THe above two steps are standard and manual. There are many other ways that the actual process can happen. If the client follows EDI standards then the Goods receipt and Invoice receipt can be done through IDOCs automatically.

1. Create Vendor XK01
2. Create Material u2013 Material Type as "Trading Goods". Item category group as "BANS".
3. Assign Item Category TAS to Order type that you are going to use.
4. A sale order is created and when saved a PR is generated at the background
5. With reference to SO a PO is created (ME21N). The company raises PO to the vendor.
6. Vendor delivers the goods and raises bill to company. MM receives the invoice MIRO
7. Goods receipt MIGO
8. Goods issue
9. The item cat TAS or Schedule line cat CS is not relevant for delivery which is evident from the config and, therefore, there is no delivery process attached in the whole process of Third party sales.

Third party order processing is as follows:
Assume three companies X, Y and Z
X - The company,
y - The customer
Z - Vendor
When ever X gets a PO from Y to supply some goods, X has an option of either manufacturing those goods or procuring those goods.
If he is procuring the goods, there are two methods that are generally followed:
Method 1) After receiving the PO from Y, X creates a sales order against Y.
Now at the same time he also creates a PO to a vendor Z to produce the goods
Z produces the goods and supplies to X
X receives the goods from Z
Then X delivers the same goods to Y.
After that X invoices Y and Z invoices X.
Note : Here there is no direct/ Indirect relation between Z and Y.
This process is known as Trading Process. and the Material here is created with Material type HAWA.
The other method is a Third party order processing method:
Here the glaring difference is that instead of Z supplying the material to X and X in turn supplying the same material to Y.
X authorizes Z to supply the material to Y on his behalf and notify him once the delivery is complete.
Now Z supplies the material to Y and acknowledges the same to X.
Z will send a copy of delivery acknowledgement and invoice to X.
After receiving the delivery confirmation and invoice from Z, X has to verify the invoice and this process is known as invoice verification and is done in SAP through Tcode MIRO.
The next step for X is to create an invoice and submit to Y
Only after the invoice verification document is posted then only X can create an invoice for Y.
This is the business flow that is followed for third party order configuration.
There are few steps that have to be configured to enable the system to function as mentioned above.
Step1)
If you are always following a third party process for a material then you have to create the material using item category group BANS.
The procurement type should be marked as External procurement (F) in MRP 2 view of the material master record.
if you are not always allowing third party order processing then u can create a material master record with item category group as NORM and the procurement type should be marked as ( X) meaning both types of procurement ( in house manufacturing and external procurement).
Step 2)
the item category in the order should be manually changed as TAS.
For that you need to configure the item category determination
Order type + item cat Group + Usage + High level = Item cat + Manual item cat
OR + NORM + + = TAN + TAS
OR + BANS + + = TAS
Step 3)
make sure that during the item category configuration for TAS you need to mark relevant for billing indicator as F
step 4)
The schedule line category for this type should be CS.
make sure that you mark subsequent type as NB - purchase requisition in this schedule line category as this will trigger the purchase requisition order immediately after the creation of the sales order and the PO to vendor is created against this purchase requisition.

Vijay

    Hi Rick,
by "repair" I mean I went to the control panel, option - programs and features, and in the list of all my installed programs I selected "Apple Software Update". On top of the screen you find the options Uinstall, Change and Repair. I clicked the repair button and that did the trick. After the repair I could uninstall the program. I also uninstalled iTunes, Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Device Support en Bonjour, thus all Apple programs. Then I installed iTunes 10.5 again and everything went fine.
    Success,

  • Vendor Return and Stock transfer with Shipping

    Dear Experts
As per our business requirement we have customized Stock transfer process through SD delivery
In this case in IMG for delivering plant we have maintained sales area as 2000/30/10. (IMG-MM-Purchasing - PO- Setup STO - define shipping for plant)
If this IMG setting is missing, then in STO the shipping data is not getting determined.
Now in new business scenario we want to send the vendor returns via shipping with new sales area 2000/40/80.
How to maintain two different sales area (in above mentioned IMG setting) so that while creating STO and vendor return PO shipping tab gets determined.
    Please help.
    Regards

    Hi Padman,
Please refer the thread Re: Return Purchase Order with delivery to a Vendor
    Please find the following settings,
    1. Flag Returns to Vendor in vendor master record in purchasing data view.
    2. Create a customer master and assign the above vendor in the CONTROL DATA view.
    3. Extend Material master to the sales area which is created customer master record.
    4. Assign shipping data for plants for this plant in Set up Stock Transport Order node.
    5. Do the config of return to vendor as " F-NB-Plant-RL".
Now try and let me know.

  • Very imp stock transfer and stock transport order

    hi folks,
please explain me in detail the difference between stock transfer and  stock transport order.
    regards,meena

    Hi:
Stock Transfer is the physical movement of material from one location to another location, stock transport order is one way of doing the stok transfer.
Stock can be transfer between plant to plant, company code to company code, storage location to storage location.
However there are different procedures for stock transfers:
1.Stock Transfer using one step procedure: Here Goods issue and Goods receipts happens in single step.
2.Stock Transfer using Two stage procedure:The two-step procedure allows you to monitor the stocks in transit. After the goods issue is posted at the issuing point, the stock appears "in stock transfer" at the receiving point and is managed as such in the system.
    3.Stock Transport Order:
This is transfer of material from one plant to other plant or co.code to co.code via SD route.
Here a.receiving plant raise the stock transport order on issuing plant.
           b. Issiuing plant creates the outbounmd delivery against STO and PGI.IF it is in India, then excise
               invoice creation.
           c. Receiving plant post the goods receipt against outbound delivery and post the excise ivoice.
           d. Invoice verification.
The main advantage of Stock Transport order is you have a more control because you can have  purchasing document behind itand you can check the PO history which would gives all the details for Delivery as well GR documents.
However ftor STO via SD you need to configure the set up stock transport order in MM>Purchasing>Purchase Order-->Set Up Stock Transoport order.
Also on a data maintanace side you need to maintain the custmor and vendor relations.
    Hope this would helps you.
    Cheers

  • How can we transfer stock from one vendor to another vendor?

    Dear Gurus,
How can we transfer stock from one vendor to another vendor?
pls tell the steps to follow..
    Thanks..

This is the Normal Third Party Sub Contracting
    Follow these steps
If components to be provided to a vendor are supplied not by your company but by a third-party, you can order the components from the third-party and specify the subcontractor in the purchase order as the delivery address. At goods receipt the components are posted directly to the stock of the material provided to vendor.
Entering a Purchase Order for Components
To order components for a subcontract order from a vendor and have them delivered direct to the subcontractor, enter a standard purchase order with a different delivery address:
From the Purchasing menu, choose Purchase order ® Create ® Vendor known.
Maintain the data on the initial screen. Make sure you enter the vendor of the components and the plant concerned.
    Enter the items.
Then choose Item ® More functions ® Delivery address.
A dialog box appears in which you enter the delivery address.
In the field Vendor enter the number of the subcontractor and select the SC vendor box.
Selecting the box causes the components at goods receipt to be posted directly to the stock of the material provided to vendor when the goods receipt is posted.
    Save the purchase order.
Posting the Goods Receipt of the Components
If the subcontractor lets you know that the components have arrived, you can enter the goods receipt for the purchase order. The components are posted directly to the stock of the material provided to vendor.
    Stock Update
A goods receipt posting has the following results in the system:
the stock of material provided to vendor at plant level is increased. The stock of material provided to vendor is not managed at storage location level, since the stock is no longer stored at your company.
Valuated stock at plant level increases.
    Documents
An accounting document is created for the material document.
After this normal subcontracting order for finished product.

  • Procurement cycle in third party order and stock transport order.

please provide me in steps the procurement cycle in third party order and stock transport order.

    Hi,
    STO Process: -
1.Create a vendor for the company code of receiving plant, using account group :0007 using T-Code XK01.
    2. Assign this vendor to Delivering plant
    Go to XK02 >Purchasing view>Extras>Add. Purchasing data>Plant
    3. Create internal customer with the sales area of the vendor. Go To XD01
    4. In Pricing procedure determination relevant to STO, assign document Pricing Procedure and customer pricing procedure appropriate for STO to get the pricing in the invoice.
    5. Maintain condition records for the relevant pricing condition.
    6. Some more setting for STO: Go to MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO > define shipping data for plants > Go to Receiving plant >assign customer here & Supplying SA (for billing) to Receiving plant here
    7. Go to MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO > define shipping data for plants > Go to Supplying plant and assign the sales area of receiving plant.
    8. Go to MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO > assign delivery Type & Checking rule
Assign the delivery type to document type. In this case, Delivery type NLCC is assigned to Document type NB
    9. Go to MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO > Assign document Type, One step Procedure, Under delivery tolerance
Assign the document type NB to supplying plant and receiving plant
    10. After all settings , Create the STO using T-Code:ME21N and maintain pricing conditions of freight and Save.
    11. Create Delivery :VL10G
Click on the Background Button after selecting line item
A message is flashed : See log for information> next Click on Log for delivery creation Button >click on line item>click on document button to get Delivery document No
    12. Picking, PGI:VL02N
    13. Billing:VF01
Save the document and its done
    14. J1IIN - Outgoing Excise Invoice
    15. MIGO - Goods Receipt against outbound Delivery
    16. J1IEX - Capture & Post Excise Invoice
    Pricing configuration for STO: -
In SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Conditions > Define Price Determination Process > Define Schema Determination > Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders > Here assign Calculation Schema "RM2000" i.e. Stock Transfer Document to Schema Grp Pur. Org, STO Type (For e.g. UB) and Supplying Plant.
Calculation Schema "RM2000" has condition type P101 which will pick up the MAP of supplying plant automatically during creation of STO in ME21N ("Conditions" Tab).
You can create new freight / delivery cost conditions in M/06 and assign in pricing procedure "RM2000" in M/08 and also assign the Accrual Key to this and do the Account Determination for this Accrual Key in OBYC
    At the time of PGI, following accounting entry will get generated;
    Stock A/c - Dr - 110 INR (Receiving Plant)
    Stock A/c - Cr - 100 INR (Supplying Plant)
Freight Clearing A/c - Cr - 10 INR (Supplying Plant)
    Third Party Process Flow: -
    1) MM01 - General Item category Group should be BANS in basic view of material master.
    2) VA01 - Creation of sales order with VA01 transaction in SD module
    3) When sales order is created system automatically creates a PR for the material with item category as "S"--> Third Party Item
    4) ME21N - Directly PO with item category as "S" and delivery address as customer address
    5) MIGO - Statistical GR by MM ( When it is made goods are received and delivered)
    6) MIRO - Invoice by MM for vendor
    7) VF01 - Billing by SD on Customers

  • How to set up Batch Management and stock determination ?

Our client deals in various food articles and wish to use batch management and shelf life functionality.
    Details are
While doing the goods receipt, batch no. as supplied by vendor will be entered. There is no requirement of batch no. generation. Thus batch no. as supplied by vendor will be used for identifying the stock. It will be also having fix shelf life and will be entered while doing the goods receipt. Now at the time of goods issue for consumption, or stock transfer to other plant system should propose the batch no. for material which will be having earliest expiry date (For ex. on 15.01.2010 we receive the goods with batch no ABC having expiry date as 31.03.2010 and we receive another lot on 20.01.2010 with batch no. XYZ having expiry date on 25.03.2010, then while doing the goods issue for consumption or stock transfer, system should propose the lot with batch no. XYZ and not ABC). How to achieve this?
As I am new to batch management please provide detail configuration steps for batch management and stock determination. We are not using warehouse management.
    Thanks in advance,

  • How to configure to run SNP that creates only PReq and Stock Transfer only?

    Hi all,
I am very new to SCM.
Please help me on the scenario like this:
    -There are 3 Distribution Centers (DC): 2400, 2500, 3800 and a Vendor: 1003.
-Each DC can take products from otherDC. But only DC 2400 can directly send purchase requisition to Vendor  1003 when no stock at all DCs.
-There is a Forecast released from Demand Planning to SNP, that is 1000 products at Distribution Center 2400.
-I will run SNP Heuristic (or Capabable to Match or Optimization) to cover this demand.
-Usually, SNP can create: Purchase Requisition, Stock transfer Requistion, and Planned Order.
But I only want the SNP to create Purchase Requisition and Stock Stransfer only.
    The question are:
1.In which situations (tock situation,u2026) the system can create Requisition and Stock Stransfer only ?
2.I need create a new Supply Chain  Model (Model) and a new Planning Version from scratch. How can I configure the system (Transportation lanes, Product Master Data, Procurement type in product masteru2026) and make it run to satisfy this scenario?
3.Do I need setting differently for each SNP method ( Heuristic, Capable to Match, Optimization)?
Thanks very much for your support.
    XuanDuyen

    Dear Mr. Aparna,
    Thanks for your quick reply.
Now I haved created a model like the scenario with product T-F204 and can run. ( I do not use vendor 1003. I created the Plant 1000 instead). But as you said, when I run with SNP Heuristic method (Network level), the system alert:
u201C Error exist in Locationsu2019 processing sequence for product T-F204u201D
However, I search internet and found a book about CTM. It also discuss about this and the solution as below:
    u201CRecursive Replenishment
When using complex supply chains, with many locations and various directional
supply routes, it can be easy to confuse a level-by-level planning tool. In certain
situations, recursive planning can occur. Recursiveness, is when the planning
algorithm is thrown into a loop (circular replenishment). Location 1000 can ship
to location 2400, and location 2400 can ship to location 1000. Situations such as
this can cause the CTM engine to terminate since it cannot find a starting point.
 The solution: Reduce to number of muximum consecutive transport order chains.
Within the CTMProfile, Settingsu2192Master Data Settings tab, planners can control
the sources of supply for External Procurement. With the parameter Maximum
Number of Consecutive Stock Transfers, you determine how many consecutive
stock transfers CTM planning can create. This value does not restrict the total
number of stock transfers for a demand. If you enter a value here, you can prevent
the system from transporting the receipts for a demand over several locations due
to the procurement priority. Also, you must have modeled the master data in such
a way that a direct stock transfer is possible if the system ignores the procurement
priority. If a direct stock transfer is not possible, CTM cannot fulfill the demand.u201D
Currently, our system runs only with Heuristic. It could not run CTM and Optimization so I could not check.
    My questions are:
    1.     Is the solution of the book can apply for my bi-direction transportation lanes requirement?
    2.     If it is true, with my scenario, what is the best u201CMaximum Number of Consecutive Stock Transfersu201D I can set?
    3.     How can I model u201Cthe master data in such a way that a direct stock transfer is possible if the system ignores the procurement priorityu201D?
Please follow the link to download the book (and view page 107 of book (page 117 of Acrobat Reader) as bellow if you want:

  • Inv. receipt field for stock transport order

    guyz,
when we are creating a normal PO(from me21n), in 'Invoice' tab of item overview screen, we can find following three fields
    inv. receipt
    GR. based IV
    final invoice
however when i'm creating a stock transport order from ME21N, i'm not able to see 'Invoice' tab at all... i thought it couuld be related to document type and its field selection but not able to find these fields in field selection group for po document types....
    any help?

    Hi,
In case of STO (Document Type "UB"), you will not find the "Invoice" Tab if it is between plants of same Co. Code and if you are using "Supplying Plant" instead of "Vendor". But if you want to do Invoice Verification for Freight/Delivery Cost, etc... you can fill the values for freight conditions in "Conditions" tab page and also assign a Vendor to the condition type itself by going into "Details"
    Standard Pricing Procedure - RM2000
And in MIRO after GR (MIGO) > Select this STPO and also select "Only Planned Delivery Cost", it will populate the values and you can do LIV.

As you have to enter the material document that moves the goods from your side to the vendor when creating the challan, then I would says you need to load the data in 2 steps: first you load it into own storage location with 561, and subsequent you do a MB11 transaction with movement type 541 to move the stock from your site to the vendor

  • I upgraded to Snow Leopard, made a change to Address Book that I need to correct, tried to use Time Machine to find the prior version and it keeps pulling up the later ones info. How do I use Time Machine to restore Address Book from a few hours ago?

This morning, I upgraded to Snow Leopard from v10.5.8. Then, I exported 11 contacts from our old Now Contact database, intending to import that info into Address Book. It was an experiment, as we have 1199 contacts in 20+ categories and want to eventually get them into Bento from Address Book. The export automatically created a file called Export.vcf on the desktop, after I highlighted the 11 contacts. I tried to look at the info, but when clicked it opens Address Book, which then simply asked if I wanted to import the 11 contacts to it. I clicked yes. Then in checking Address Book 7, not 11 contacts appeared. I clicked on "All Contacts" and there were 1630. We only have 1199, so where did the extra 400+ come from? Since I had already clicked twice on the Address Book window, I couldn't undo the import. So I thought 'Ok, I'll trash Address Book and go to Time Machine, find Address Book, go to right after the upgrade to SL, hit Restore and bingo. Nope. I keep getting the post-import info, not pre. Con someone direct me to a solution? I want to get rid of the import contacts plus the extra 300 or so ( I already had a hundred or so in several categories)? Then, I need to figure out (1) why ALL the old records were exported from Now Contact, (2) where they were hiding in that .vcf file when Address Book recognized that I only wanted to export 11, (3) why Address Book showed only 7 imports in the "Last Import" group, but showed ALL my contacts in the "All Contact" group, even though they should nearly all have been safely untouched in the Now Contact DBase file. PS, I am not especially computer savvy. Thanks for any enlightenment.

Booting From Snow Leopard Installer Disc
    1. Insert Snow Leopard Installer Disc into the optical drive.
    2. Restart the computer.
    3. Immediately after the chime press and hold down the "C" key.
    4. Release the key when the spinning gear below the dark gray Apple logo appears.
    5. Wait for installer to finish loading.
    Drive Preparation and Installation
    1. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button.  When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
    2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area.  If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing.  SMART info will not be reported  on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
    3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
    4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
    5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Security button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
    6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
    7. After formatting is complete quit DU and return to the installer. Install Snow Leopard.

  • Raw  material stock report with vendor wise

    Dear all ,
Can any one tell me , How do I get stock report only on " VENDOR " wise .
The purpose is , I've multiple souces for one Material , I need analyse the available inventory with vendor wise.
    Pl.s help
    Thanks in Advance
    Sekhar

    Hi,
    1. Once you receive the mateiral inside the plant the identity of vendor is lost.
    2. All the stock will get as Plant / Sloc Stock only.
    3. Incase if you need vendor wise stock then you need to activate batch management, with Classification view and one characteristics as vendor.
    4. And during each GR  you need to enter the vendor value
Else you will not be able to seggregate the available stock vendor wise.

  • Stock Quantity & Stock Value at vendor on a Particular Date

    HI,
My client requirement is to get a report for Stock Quantity & Stock Value at vendor on a Particular Date .
Please give suggestions to get the stock & value in tables or Any standard T.codes
Note : I am getting Stock qty on paricular date In MB5B & S_P00_07000140 , but not getting the values
    Regards,
    PR

    HI,
we can get this report thru SAP standard without vendor selection, do the following steps
    1. goto MB5B
    2. Give plant /material details
    3. give selection date
    4. select stock type option as special stock
    5. select special stoct indicator as "O" for material provided to vendor
excute the same , you will get a report with qty and value posted for  the vendor from the plant
here by copying this standard program we can add one more input parameter  as vendor, then we can get this report vendorwise also.
try this and let us know
    Regards
