Reclamo per iphone 4

salve
sono un deluso possessore di iphone4 xke dopo averlo comprato nel maggio 2011 dopo nemmeno un anno l'ho dovuto portare in assistenza nell'aprile 2012, dove me lo hanno sostituito causa il mal funzionamento degli autoparlanti e dopo 5 mesi è di nuovo in assistenza perchè non funzionava più.
Vorrei lamentarmi perchè non è possibile che un telefono pagato 700€ non duri nemmeno un anno o addirittura solo qualche mese quindi non si puo dichiarare affidabile.
Spero che prendiate in esame questo reclamo e vorrei sapere cosa ne pensate

    I just had the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE with a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer (Go Wireless in Chino Hills) and a Verizon Account Manager.
    Through a ridiculous saga of events, I finally had to send an email to a customer service supervisor with screenshots, outlined below to try to resolve.
    Besides this, is there anything else I can to do address this situation? 
    I don't want any Verizon Wireless customer to EVER go through this.

    Hi Laura,
    I am also including GoWireless customer service on this email due to the incredibly TERRIBLE customer service I received from their employees.
    As we discussed over the phone, I am contacting about the terrible, dishonest, and incompetent customer service I received regarding my upgrading of iPhone 6 through GoWireless Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer located at The Shoppes at Chino Hills, 13925 City Center Drive, Chino Hills.  Their phone number is 909-465-5840.
    I will send the screenshots of the text conversation I had with GoWireless salesperson (Will) over the course of almost 2 months, in an attempt to receive the $200 per iPhone trade in credits that he and GoWireless had promised me when I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 6.
    As the text message screenshots will show (and a follow up emails, as this maximum has a maximum capacity issue), I was continually following up with Will over the course of 2 months regarding receiving the credits.  Throughout the conversation, he kept indicating that he would address it.  As the text messages will show, he never resolved it and I had to continually pursue getting the credits owed to m e.
    After this, I contacted GoWireless corporate customer service and complained about the situation.  GoWireless customer service indicated that they would help me resolve the situation.  So they ended up contacting the store manager, Aaron.
    Aaron then contacted me, after corporate customer service contacted him.  Aaron assured me that he would address this and ensure I received the credits I was promised in the original transaction.
    Aaron eventually punted me to a Verizon Account Manager during this past January.  That account manager's number is 619-756-2100.  I will attach the screenshots of the text messages I had with that individual for reference. 
    That Account Manager indicated that he would just apply the $200 per phone credit to my account since my family had to go through so much trouble and hassle over so many months.
    After waiting for a month and not hearing from him, I reached out to him via text a few weeks ago.  He did not respond and I sent 2 subsequent texts to follow up, and he never responded.
    It was at this point I called Verizon customer service and complained about this issue, this past Saturday (2/21).  As the voice recording for that conversation will show, the customer service rep indicated that she would try to apply the $200 per phone credit and that I should call back within 48 hours if I don't receive the credit on my account.
    As I didn't see the credits applied today, I called customer service and spoke to you eventually about this situation. 
    While I appreciate your help in trying to resolve this, I would like to make a note of the following:
    1. GoWireless sales representative WILL was INCOMPETENT and/or DISHONEST in applying my credits.  As the text messages show, the ONLY reason my family purchased the phones were because of the $200 per phone credit.
    2. GoWireless store manager AARON is INCOMPETENT and/or DISHONEST about this situation. 
    As you heard today on the call, Aaron tried to pass the blame onto me first, saying I didn't turn the phone in on time.  This was despite the fact that I had been corresponding with Will over text and spoke specifically with Aaron the situation.  They were the reason that I "didn't turn my phone in on time"  Either Aaron "forgot" our conversation around this whole situation or was intentionally being deceitful. 
    Aaron then tried to pass the blame to the Verizon district manager, saying that it was something that that district manager to handle.
    This situation indicates Aaron's inability to take responsibility (he tried to blame shift the issue) and be accountable for his actions.  I am appalled that a large entity like GoWireless would employ such a person in a management position.
    3. Verizon Wireless account manager (phone number 619-756-2100) is INCOMPETENT or DISHONEST about this situation.  He indicated that he would help resolve this and he did not, and, in fact, has ignored my attempts to contact him over the past few weeks.  I am shocked that such a person could be given responsibility to service customer accounts.
    4. As we discussed, I'm am also going to put a formal complaint detailing out this situation on Verizon Wireless forums.  I don't think any customer deserves to go through this type of experience.  It is completely ASININE, ABSURD, and HORRIBLE that a customer has had to keep following up on this over the past 4 months.  Even arranging a conference call today with Aaron and you!
    The lack of professionalism and integrity of Will, Aaron, and the Verizon Account Manager is unbelievable!
    5. Is there anyway that I can pull my account from GoWireless considering the situation.  I don't think Aaron and his team are capable of honestly servicing any customers.
    As I indicated, I will send a follow up email with the additional screenshots for your reference to show the set that I have.
    I hope we can finally resolve this situation and my family FINALLY gets the $200 per phone credits promised to us in the original transaction.

    Holy cow... That was a marathon as opposed to a sprint....  Since the iphone has such a good resale value, I agree - next time ebay.
    i Am glad you finally got the cards.  They should just credit the account.
    As I see the same complaint on AT&T forum, the trade in programs are flawed, universally.

    Habe ein AirPort Extreme gekauft und ne Festplatte drangehängt, allerdings kann ich obwohl sie freigegeben ist (zumindest denk ich das) nich darauf zugreifen.
    Kann mir jemand sagen wie das geht?

  • Reclamo per assistenza

    Nel mio iphone 4 il tasto home aveva perso sensibilità, tanto che dovevo spesso premerlo più volte prima di cambiare pagina.
    Oggi (14/11/2013) sono andato all'apple store di via rizzoli, Bologna per sentire cosa dovevo fare. L'addetto a cui mi sono rivolto, Steve Bocchi, senza nemmeno prendere in mano il mio cellulare, sentenziava che il tasto era rotto e che con "soli" 170 € mi avrebbero sostituito il telefono con un altro 4.
    Visto che il cell. funzionava ancora, sono tornato a casa ed ho cercato su internet una soluzione ed immediatamente ho trovato il sito iphoneitalia che proponeva 4 soluzioni!!! In 5 minuti ho ripristinato la sensibilità del mio iphone senza spendere un euro.
    Se questo è il livello di assistenza erogato dallo Store, possono anche andare a casa...
    Inoltre nei contatti sul sito non è prevista una voce relativa ai reclami (forse non se ne aspettano), per cui scrivo qui nella speranza che qualche responsabile veda la mia nota.
    La fama di serietà di Apple si sta incrinando.

    Sono un cliente Apple da circa 10 anni e spendo migliaia di Euro l'anno per prodotti Apple.
    Il 23.02.14 ho portato nello store di Roma , porte di roma , un ipad 4 in garanzia per un problema allo speacker esterno , mi e' stato dato un prodotto equivalente ( mal ricondizionato , malgrado gli addetti sostengano che siano nuovi ) con lo stesso identico problema allo speacker. Ieri in data 26/02 mi hanno restituito un nuovo device questa volta "finalmente"  funzionante.
    Il secondo problema , secondo il mio punto di vista gravissimo , riguarda il mio ex nuovo iphone 5s 32MB acquistato in data 11 dic 13 al di fuori del territorio Italiano.
    La scorsa settimana l'ho portato in assistenza sempre nello stesso store per via del mal funzionamento del tasto home touch id ; hanno ordinato il terminale come prassi vuole e dopo alcuni giorni ho ricevuto la mail che mi avvertiva che il prodotto era arrivato allo store , fin qui tutto okay. Mi reco allo store , mi aprono la scatola e mi accorgo che il nuovo  terminale ha un graffio sulla scocca metallica , faccio  notare all'addetto di turno la cosa e mi dice che puo' capitare che durante il trasporto si possano danneggiare i prodotti , quindi mi sostituisce il telefono con un altro che presenta invece il tasto di sospensione o accensione traballante che disturba le mie chiamate tanto si muove , lo riporto in assistenza e riordinano nuovamente il device.
    Ieri 26.2.14 mi reco nuovamente allo store , solita procedura , apertura della scatola bianca , reset del terminale che consegno ............... e stesso problema , anche quello , che in questo preciso momento ho davanti agli occhi ha lo stesso problema del tasto di accensione ma molto piu' accentuato.
    Chiedo di parlare con il manager ( la persona che dovrebbe risolvere prontamente ogni problema all'interno dello store ) ma aspetto inutilmente per circa un ora fino a quando il cordiale addetto che mi sta servendo mi dice che non puo' venire perche' tanto mi avrebbe detto le stesse cose che gia' mi aveva accennato lui.....
    Da non sottovalutare e sottolineare gli imbarazzanti suggerimenti di alcuni addetti dello store di cui non faccio il nome per rispetto e serieta' ; uno mi suggerisce di prenderlo cosi' e poi rivenderlo , un altro invece mi suggerisce di recarmi nel paese dove ho acquistato il terminale per risolvere il problema !!!

    Sono davvero deluso e mortificato per la scarsa qualita' dei prodotti apple.........per il momento resto in attesa di ricevere una mail dallo store per sostituire in 10 giorni per la quarta volta il mio iphone 5s.

    Ciao, ho un iPhone 3gs che volevo sostituire con il nuovo iPhone 4s, per far questo visto che ho anche acquistato da non molto un MacBook Pro volevo aderire all'offerta a me riservata dal gestore telefonico della 3.
    Vi prego togliete la concessione alla 3 ci fate solo una brutta figura, è da un mese che mi fanno girare a vuoto per tutti i negozi di Napoli e provincia senza darmi la possibilità di accedere all'offerta a me riservatami con l'iPhone 4s.
    Ho intenzione di denunciarli al'associazione consumatori, ma vi prego non fate accordi con la 3 non unite il vs marchio con degli imbroglioni.
    Resterò senza cellulare ma almeno non volgio essere raggirato.

    You cannot go back, but you can fix the battery problem, which is NOT an iOS 7 problem. I've had much better battery life on iOS 7 than I have have had in the previous 6 years of iPhones. If you are not then there's something wrong with your phone, not with iOS 7.

    Ho aggiornato il mio iphone 4S con ios8.0.2  alcune app non funzionano il telefonino gira molto lento  e perfino alcune App aggiornate con l'ultimo Software ios8.0.2  non girano bene è lentissimo.

    Yes, when plugged into a computer USB port or the Apple Ultracompact USB Power Adapter, both the iPhone and mophie juce pack air will charge.

  • PC name incorrect in iPhone per wifi Synch.

    I have seen many discussions per iPhone synch issue with wifi.   As many others have experienced, when I invoke "Settings > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync", and observe the unavailable 'Sync Now" button, there is a message per will synch when <PC NAME> is available.
    My problem is obvious, as the PC NAME in the message is wrong.   It matches a previous computer, not the current one.   The last synch date is several months ago, which makes me think this actually worked on the old laptop.
    I have been unable to find information on how to reset the PC NAME inside the iPhone.   If someone can share how to perform this rename in the iPhone I would appreciate it very much.

    pss.  I have performed many successful USB syncs since enabling Wifi, powered the iPhone on/off, verified that the wifi network can see both devices.  Same result.

  • IPhone limited to 130 apps at a time! 6,200 apps available in app store

    The i phone is limited to nine app screen i notice this when i try to move on to a tenth screen and it would not let me and also when you download a app after all 9 screen are full the app dose not show up but the app store says it is installed apple needs to expand the amount of screen allowed. you then end up having to delete 2 apps download 1 app in able to make the invisible app appear you have to try this one out for your self so you get a better idea of what i mean so it looks like we are limited to 144 apps per iPhone subtract 14 apps that come default on the screen not including the 4 that are on the bar below you are left with 130 apps that can be downloaded and use at a time per i phone that ***** there are over 6,200 apps available in the app store as i type this to you and apple is limiting me to only carry 130 at a time there is somthing worng with this and i think somthing should be done!

    No acutally what that means is most people like myself have to install 30 apps just to get the iphone to do half the things it should have done out of the box. Sure some are wants but most are "need" in order for it to do the things my old palm treo 600 could do, and still there's not copy and past and no video. On top of that they have a stupid 130 limit. I'd love to hear why that is.

    I was trying to get more than one account on iphone microsoft exchange server for mail, but it seems to only accept one. Is this true with everyone else out there. I guess I am one of the few people with more than one email account that uses microsoft exchange. I would love to have the convience of accessing them through iphone mail but it seems that I will be forced to use safari for the other two by typing owa... in the url.

    Yu can only have one Exchange Server account per device. This is true to iPhone and any Windows mobile device in the market. The work around is to set your other accounts that reside on an Exchange server using IMAP or POP settings as you used to do before the Version 2 update allowed you to sync directly to the Exchange Server. This methode will allow you to add as many accounts as you want or have.

  • Two iPhones, but iTunes makes me use one Yahoo 'contact' account

    I have two iPhones. I use iTunes through a single Windows user account. iTunes lets me have separate sync configurations, e.g. different playlists, different picture options, for most sync options, but it is not allowing me to define separate accounts when syncing contacts. I'm trying to sync Yahoo! contacts. The sync part works fine, but I need to have different accounts configured for each iPhone. When I 'configure' the contacts account information for one iPhone, the contacts account information is changed for the other iPhone.
    Is this a bug? Does someone know how to fix this issue? Please don't tell me to use another Windows user account for the second phone. There's no rhyme or reason why all the sync options but this one are per iPhone, and this one isn't.

    Suppose I authorize another computer to use my current iPhone 5 and sync apps to that computer. Then I get my iPhone 6 and sync my apps to this new phone. Then I change the apple ID on one of the two computers. Would leave the installed apps on both devices? I don't have the new iPhone yet as I'm waiting to get an unlocked GSM version directly from Apple so I can't try this right away.

  • IPhone 6 DPI Issue?

         I am running Flash Builder 4.7 with Apache Flex 4.13 with AIR 15 build 328. I have added the necessary launch screen images per iPhone 5,6, and 6+. After adding the launch images, Apple's Status Bar looks correctly scaled and now shows up white (it was black using the original AIR 15 SDK) but I am puzzled why my app appears to be improperly scaled on the iPhone 6 but looks correct on my 5S. I have included screenshots of the launch images I am using and what my app looks like on my iPhone 6. Any help/suggestions would be great!

    there are still known issues with dpi etc on the  iPhone 6 plus :-
    things appears ok on some simulators but apparently real devices still have the issue..
    things should be ok for the iPhone 6 though, and your default images look ok .

    hello, my verizon contract is up in 2 months and i will probably switch to att for the iphone. i have 4 people in my family and am looking at getting 2 or 3 iphones. what plan should i get? and is the data plan 30$ per iphone or can you get a plan that is a flat fee for all iphones?   • Error 3200 on iphone 4 x2 when upgrading to five, now stuck in loop, iphone 3 error 1015, ******* apple ****!!!!

    Have cancelled my 2x 4s pre orders too
    I have 2x Iphone 4's both get error 3200 when I try to restore, one loaded 5 but wouldnt restore my backup and claimed its not compatible, one is now stuck in a loop between the apple logo and a loading screen and I cant do **** as it wont restore, one is brand new the other is almost a year old
    There is also an iphone 3g which gives error 1015 on any pc and wont update either
    Really sick of this crap, Apple UK suck as far as service go and try and charge me £25 per iphone for help, Apples software screwed it up not me and now I can do nothing with any of the phones!!
    Any ideas on *** i can do before I see if they can all blend and give Apple the finger once and for all

    be patient. Try later. I had the same problem. I updated my iPod Touch to IOS5 and it is ok. Tried my iPhone 4 and it failed. tried 5 times kept failing. Finally it worked. I noticed a message in the iTunes window that said "Verifying iPhone restore with Apple". I think the network or their servers were busy and this was timing out.
