  • MSS Requisitions is not moving to Recruiter's POWL and system is throwing the errors.

    Hi everyone,
Hope all are doing in good spirit.
I have an issue in regards with Requisition Creation and its related process.
I am working in Standalone architecture where Recruiting server is in another instance apart from HR system.
We are using WS45600028 standard workflow.
When Manager submits the Requisition to higher level manager to approve, its done successfully and the notification is going to the Manager. But after approval, Requisition is not going to Requiter's POWL queries.
I have maintained Support Group, Lead Recruiter in it and assigned this to Requisition.
I have checked HRP5131 table. But there is no SOBID which sould be flaged as Lead Recruiter.
When Higher level Manager approves the Requisition, It is successful bu there is an error in slg1.
Error: Error when ending the Work item 0000007704 in HR system.
The system returned the call of interface SAP_WAPI_WRITE_CONTAINER in this context
    System Response:
Call ended with an error. The function was not executed.
    Procedure: Remove call.
At the same system is throwing the error for the User (This user is used for RFC creation using with transaction SM59): No candidate for this User.
Details of error: The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_ADMIN_BL===CM00B line 77
    Procedure for system administration:
Check the context in which the error occurs.
Since it it probably program error and not an input error, you should contact SAP.
Can you please look into the above issue and address me if you have any solution for the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Sekhar

    Hi Nicloe,
Thank you very much for your response.
I have done the data transfer from HR system to E-Rec system through ALE iDoc using PFAL.
All the is transferred and corresponding NA, CP, BP generated in E-Rec for P.
All the users(Recruiter, Managers and Recruiting Admin) data have transferred to E-Rec System.
But when Manager is creating the Requisition Request, it going to his higher level manager for approval and its been approved successfully. Later it is not updating the Recruiter's POWL.
In DB table HRP5125 Requisition data is created but with only few details like Start and End date, Object ID. in E-Rec system.
In HRP5131, NB related data is there but there is no SOBID for lead Recruiter.
Immediately i am getting errors in both HR and E-Rec systems as follows after the Requisition got approved.
In HR system, Error when ending the Work item 0000007704. Workflow completed successfully but still here is an error.
In E-Rec systemThe error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_ADMIN_BL===CM00B line 77.
And system says, Since it it probably program error and not an input error, you should contact SAP.
I heard that there might be an inconsistency in NA, BP, CP when we do PFAL transaction for data transfers. Can you suggest me to raise SAP ticket in this context?
Or Did i miss any configuration in this connection?
What can be done now to fix this? I am working EHP 5 and SP level is 11.
Can you please let me know. Kindly help me out of it as i am struck with this since very long time.
    Thank you.

    Sekhar

  • Access to Contractors for E-Recruiting in an integrated system

    Hi,
How to get the access to a contractor for E-Recruiting as Recruiter without having IT0105 (userid) in an integrated system. They will not have pernr (not hired into the ECC system)
    Thanks.
Edited by: Uday C on Jul 31, 2009 7:34 PM

    Hi Uday,
E-Recruitment means they need to access portal. Am I right? Without having user ID in It0105, how system will allow to log on?
We had same problem. So to accomodate this scenario, we created separate PA and hire them in SAP system as External employee via action Hiring External action. Then assigned user ID in IT0105. We had separate E-Rec rule and assigned to them but not back end access.
Whay don't you follow same procedure?

  • Integrating third party recruitment with SAP

    Hi folks,
I had a question regarding intergrating the third party system with SAP HR masterdata. I am basically looking at transferring the applicant data from the Recruiting (third party tool ) system into SAP HR Masterdata. I found using the feature PAPLI something like integration could be done. I do not know how ???
Right now, at the click of button something like Data transfer (entering the applicant id) can be manually imported into SAP Masterdata from the SAP recruiting module on the same system.
Can such a process be achieived using  a third party tool? Is direct transfer process from the thrid party tool into SAP Employee Masterdata possible? Is the feature PAPLI (found from IMG) something like this can be accomplished?
The version we are using is SAP 4.6C
Any thoughts or leads in this area will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    SK

I am not sure of any standard integration programs specific to recruitment, but through customization we can integrate third party rectt systems like People click, HRP etc.
Develop inbound programs with ALE-IDOC system to transfer the data to Rectt tables.
The switch will control activation of integration between the systems.
If this helps, pl do reward.
    Thanks

  • E-Recruiting ep604 ALE ECC sync data

    Hi all,
I already know that I have to synchronize the objects P, S, O and the standard ALE inbound processing for HR master data creates all other objects, such as BP, CP, and so on.
I read the SAP note 997181 and our escenario is I2-B, i also activated all the implementations listed on the document, but still have not been created the objects BP and CP.
    Should I do other activities?
    Thanks

    Thanks Roman
I followed your suggestion, i run a hiring action directly on the e-recruiting server and the system created the CP object. Is the first time I synchronize data between ECC and  e-recruiting.
These are the steps that I did:
1.- I use the t.code PFAL and distributed the object type O with the evaluation path O-O-S.
2.- Then i do the same with the object type P but without evaluation path.
The Message Type by default is HRMD_ABA as our distribution model use it with the following setting:
    Filter group:
    Infotype--> 0000,0001,0002,0003,0006,0105,1000,1001,1007,1008,1013,1025,1028 and 1033
    Type of related object--> C, CP, O, Q, QK, S
    Object Type--> C, O, P, S
In the e-recruiting system when distributed the object type P, the following warning message appears: "Relationship starting from 01P 10000039 impossible - 01CP50008123 does not exist/is not active". However in the ECC system the object P 10000039 is related with CP 50008123.
I would understand, how both system should be in the number range for personnel planning in the subgroup "01CP"
There are some basic configuration that I must do?
Thanks a lot for your help

  • Which infotype of E -recruitment is the position details stored

    Hi all,
In E recruitment in the requisition the organization data tab page we need to know where the position details and the organization unit details are stored.I mean to ask which infotype of E rec.
    Thanks and best regards
    Rajeev

    Hello Rajeev,
if you assign a position to a requisition in the first subtab of the organizational data container sequence item you won't find information in any of the e-recruiting infotypes.
The system creates relations between the requisition (NB) and the positions (S) and stores them in HRP1001. They can be accessed throug the standard HR function modules or throug the e-recruiting classes e.g. CL_HRRCF_OI_BL.
The Organizational unit (O) and the Job (C) also read from the relations in table HRP1001.
If you only assign an organizational unit and job by filling the second subtab of the container sequence item. e-recruiting stores the Ids of the 2 objects in HRP5125 or HRP5126 (currently have no system to look for it).
Names / Texts for all these objects are stored like for all OM objects in HRP1000 and can also be accessed via the e-recruiting classes or through the OM function modules.
    Hope that answers your question.
    Best regards

  • E-Recruitment u2013 Qualifications Catalog not displayed as a hierarchy view

    Hi Expert ,
I have an issue where I need your support,
We are implementing E-recruitment EH4, E-recruitment is running on a separate instance,
ALE for moving Qualification groups & Qualifications has been done,
And I can use our qualifications with candidates or requisitions,
My issue here is Qualification group (QK) not displayed on a hierarchy view as displayed on R3,
    T. Code OOQA as instance,
My case for example, we have only 5 main qualification groups and we have huge number of sub groups, so It comes on E-recruitment view as tap pages , Is there any way to view Qualification groups On a hierarchy view ,
    Wait for your valid input,
    Thanks,

    Hi,
there is not really the possibility to have two different cataloges for internal and external candiates.
In most of the projects I did the customer decided on a standalone scenario for e-recruiting and created an e-recruiting qualification catalog which was much smaller than the one of the personal development on the hr core server. It was used more for a general orientation on a hand full of key language and IT skills. We usually had 2 or 3 QK with perhaps 20 or 30 qualification. Overall the customers tended to not to overrate the technical features of profile comparison between requisition and candidate. They just took the general information and had a look on it in the personal interview with the candidate - the candidates self evaluation is often not very exact ;o).
A possibility which might be interesting for you are the options for the T77S0 switch RECFA HRQUA. Have a look at the description for the IMG node unter E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> Set System Parameters. There is one setting that allows to use the full qualification catalog for internal candidates and only the QKs assigned to "SAP_ERECRUITING" for the externals.
    Kind Regards

How to configure e-recruitment / e-recruiting ehp4 start pages for external candidate, internal candidate? Also how to enable/link recruiter and administrator pages from the portal?

    Hi,
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> SAP E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> Set System Parameters
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> SAP E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> User Administration.
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> SAP E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> Periodic Services -> Define Periodic Services / Activate Periodic Services / Determine Rules for Periodic Services / Schedule Background Process for Periodic Services. Setting up business partners You must create a number range interval for SAP business partner. Ensure that an interval is indicated as 'standard internal'.

    system config : ecc 6.0 , SP31 and ep 7.0 SP 3

    Hi colleague,
Can you provide us more details about your doubt (e.g.: which functionality? Create requisition? Etc.)
Actually every SP Stack has differences between the old ones.
    The same for Enhancement Packages.

  • Pre-Requisites for Implementing E Recruiting on ECC6.0

    Hi All,
Can anyone please tell me what are the pre-requisites that are to be met to implement E-Recruitment on ECC6.0 (No EHP).
And where can i find out the differences of Erecruitment on ECC6.0 and EHP6 (Functionalities that will be missed if we go without EHP6).
Also is EP necessary to implement E recruitment. We even do not have ESS / MSS
Our System is a Plane ECC (No EHP).
    Regards
    Syed

    Hello Ameen,
Well ECC6.0 is R/3 Server and EHP6 is Portal server .
E-recruitment works good with portal. It provides so may functionalities there .
If u don't have EHP or don't want to use it .
In that case u can Create Customized module pool  Application , but obviously u will not get feel and look and some other functionalities available over portal .
You can create Role Matrix table, where u can save roles of Recruiter, manager and id password etc etc .
Plus SAP has also provided traditional Recruitment in R/3 system, you can also use that . You can find that in SPRO .
From EHP4 Sap moved on to Webdynpro abap  which was BSP till EHP3 , SO you can also use Webdynpro applications directly without portal . But there you need to customize more  . OR you can have Customised Webdynpro application for Recruitment also .

  • SAP HR to E-Recruiting ALE for Qualifications - Dates Hard-Coded

The issue encountered occurs while using ALE to distribute Internal Candidate Qualifications from our SAP HR system to E-Recruiting (separate system/instance). The Qualifications which are stored in SAP HR (infotype HRP1001 or PA0024) looks nothing like what is being stored in E-Recruiting (infotype HRP5105) after distributation due to the fact that start and end dates are being hard-coded as 19000101 and 99991231. Given an internal candidate's proficiency in a qualification is changed, we don't know when it has changed. The time sequence is not being identified due to the fact that method CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_INFOTYPE_BL->MAINTAIN_CAND_QUALIFICATION is hard-coding 19000101 and 99991231 for the low and high dates. The standard class/method used for ALE inbound is
CL_HRRCF_EMPLOYEE_INBOUND->HRRCF_CAND_FROM_EE_ALE. As can be seen on line 558 we are always inserting qualications, no matter what time constraint the infotype is configured for. From our perspective this is unacceptable from a client perspective, since we cannot search for internal candidates effectively as a result since we do not know which proficiency they currently hold. We would like to generate interest in this since we need a "majority rule" to have SAP change the code.
Let me know if you need more detail to understand the issue.
    Thanks in advance,
    Matt

  • Assistance in E-recruiting required

    Dear All,
I am using the two different stand alone system for the E recruitment and HR ECC system.
The problem i am facing right now is that when i am raising the Requisition, it is created in the ECC instance, instead of E-recruitment side.
I understand that the configurations must be done on table - T77S0.
On E-Recruit side - RECFA     HRRFC     XXXXXXX
On ECC side - RECFA     DTCBA     YYYYYY
Are there any additional configurations that must be done as well?
Secondly, the requisition form is actually in PDF format even though i have already configured the setting to be HTML. I have done this through table T77RCF_UI_PARAM. I have remove the parameter type DISPLAY_PDF from the BSP application -  hrrcf_req_dovr.
    However the problem still persist.
    Please kindly assist me!
    Thanks in advance,
    Corrine

    Hi,
Regarding the technology being used for data overviews, can you check once what is maintained in T77S0 for the following in the eRec server :
    RECFA DATAO.
Are you sure that the URL is pointing to the eRec server & that the erec configurations steps are not done in ECC instead of eRec ?

  • SAP E-recruiting

    Hi All .......
Please Reply to my question as soon as possible, this is very very much argent......!!
    Waiting for your reply.
    Thanks in Advance.
    1) Does e-recruiting supports for Rehire process?
    2) How is the integration between standalone e-recruiting system and HR master system?
    3) Can we enhance any Activity BSP pages as per client requirement and how BSP front end and R/3 Infotypes are interlinked.
what else we need to do for the enhanced fields ,if we enhance BSP page.
    4) Does all data gets stord in T752f table once e-recruiting posts the data in to seperate HR R/3 system. How the data posting is done from one systen to another system ie using any standard classes or any function module or IDOCS.Inshort how is theinterface betwen two systems.
    Regards,
    Krishna Bidwai
    Pune.
    9970070267.

    Hello Krishna,
only some minor additions to G Raj answers.
    1) When data is transfere from e-recruiting to T725F via an remote call of a function module. Datasets for the different attributes are linked by using the same employee number. If it is a new hire the system just makes one up, if it's a re-hire or an organizational change (internal applicant) the system uses the original one.
When running PA48 and starting the hiring action system checks if the employee id exists in the hr master system. If it exist the system sets "organizational change" as default otherwise "new hire". But as G Raj said u can choose the action you want to process from dropdown.
    2) The´data transfere from HR master to e-reruiting is done by ALE. Standard transfer scenario includes objects O, S, C and the employees. O, S, C are directly transfered. A BAdI makes Candidates (and CP and BP) from employees using infotypes 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006 (optional), 0105 (subtypes 0001, 0010) and new the qualification can be transfered.
The data transfer e-recruiting to HR master system is done by and RFC function module call u can set up as G Raj posted.
    3) If you create the CI include for an e-recruiting infotype the fields will be automatically appear on the related screens. But usually you need more "style" changes to do which requires modifications of the bsp views and the corresponding controller calsses. To avoid huge modifications you can also replace complete tabs of containersequences by customer developments. What to use depends on your modification strategy and the amount od addaptions.
    4) data is put into T725F only temporarely and includes personal data, address, position to hire and hiring date - summing up to about 15 attributes. After running PA48 the entries will/can be deleted. ALE is responsible to brig the hiring information back from hr master system to e-recruiting to make an internal candidate out of the hired external one.
