Reference tabs

Apple, for whatever reason, chooses to call the column and row numbers "reference tabs." I somehow made them disappear and would like them back. Help, not surprisingly, does not respond to "reference tabs." How do I get them back? Thanks

A search of the Numbers '09 User Guide (a much better resource than the 'Help' document) will bring up several relevant hits, most in Chapter 3, Using Tables.
The guide is an easy read, and can be downloaded through the Help menu in Numbers '09.
Apple provides a second reference through that menu as well; the iWork Formulas and Functions User Guide. This one is more of a reference manual to keep on hand while writing formulas for tables in any of the iWork applications.

    I have done GR and Its Reversal against Purchase Order. Then, agai, I did the GR. During execution of MIRO for Invoice Verification, I can see one empty row before the each Material Costs in PO reference tab. why it is so?

  • How to populate Reference Tab of CG02 in ABAP?

    Hi,
    I need to know how to populate the RefSpec field under Reference Tab in CG02 from an ABAP program.
    I was able to populate the Identifiers tab and the physical/chemical properties using the FM C1E5_SUB_EXPERT_DATA_CHANGE.
    Can i populate the Reference tab using the same FM? if yes, which parameter/table should i pass the value.

    Hello all
    as explained it is always better to use the BADIs. The Function modules are internally used (form the SAP perspective). If you perform later SAP updates/upgrades etc. you are on the save side if you use the BADIs and if you try to prepare an OSS you will be supported. If you try to prepare an OSS regarding the function module in most cases you will not be sucessful.
    But may be take a look here:
    BAPI_BUS1077_CHANGE and BAPI_BUS1077_DELETE for referenced data
    and here
    BAPI_BUS1077_CHANGE failling for identifier long texts
    The use of the BAPIs is still not easy.

  • Reference tab in Roadmap

    Hello,
    We are wondering what is the use of the Reference tab in the Roadmap.
    We didn't find any documentation on this neither in the SolMan Reference guide
    nor within the SAP Help.

    With the reference tab it is possible to make references from an output to an activity and tasks in a delivery based Roadmap if an activity is not available.
    Quote SAP : References point from Tasks or Activities (where tasks are not available) to the relevant Outputs that are being produced (or contributed to) by the performed task or activity.

    But, my problem is that I need to have a screen just exactly like the one in the reference tab, with an additional custom field. So Do I have to build a new subscreen that emulates the standard functionality, and add a custom field?
    Also, I have seen that another person has used subscreen 1000 of the function group XT0B. Now if I create one more screen 1001 to hold this custom data, how do I assign this to the view profile of the functional location. I mean what sequence number should I use, 150 is used already.

  • Hide reference tabs ?

    Heres what I have done.
    I have a number of different tables on my sheet, all somewhat close together....
    When you click into a table you get the reference tabs to appear (you know the ABC, and 123 tabs). Is there a way to make these not come up when you click into a table. I only needed them to setup the sheet.
    I know how to do this in excel but cant seem to get them to go away in numbers..
    Any help would be great

    I notified the appropriate writer, who replied that the Dynamic Parameter Property description should read: "Select the order item property in which dynamic parameters for the order item should be stored."
    The fix will be included in the help for the next major release.

  • Dependencies (references) tab not working for materialized views.

    I am using SQL Developer version 1.2.0 Build 29.98. I also had this problem with version 1.1.
    I have created some materialized_views that are used by assorted packages, some of which are in other schema than the one that owns the materialized_view. When I select the specific materialized_view, then click on the 'Dependencies' tab, two displays appear. the first, 'Dependencies' is populated. The second 'References' is not. When I click on 'Refresh', nothing happens. I wrote my own query to see if there was a problem with the underlying data. The query shows me that the linkage data is there, linked to the TABLE object created to support the materialized_view object.

    We finally got Office Web Apps installed and now the Most Popular is working.  Of course that means only when the documents are viewed in the Office Web App are they recorded for the Most Popular report.  We've done some testing and opening the
    file directly in the desktop application, or even editing the file directly in the desktop application are never recorded.  My one disclaimer with this is we are using Office 2010, I'm curious if Office 2013 perhaps records views and edits using the desktop
    application?
    Luckily the latest OWA patch now allows PDF's to open in the Word Office App as well, so those views are recorded.  If you have any non office or non PDF in the library, views will not be recorded for these items unfortunately.
    I can't believe how this isn't documented anywhere.

    I made this screenshot to show convert to header row which is done from the same pop-up menu. Hover your cursor between the row number & the first cell until you see the triangle then click the triangle.

  • MIRO select all column items on PO Reference tab

    I have a user running 4.6C that wants to select all items in a specific column at the same time rather than having to select each one individually.  I have found the documentation to change the column sequence but I can not find anything regarding how to do this.  Is there a way to do this other than creating a customized user exit or ABAP code?  Thanks

    Hi, I need to add 4 fields in the table control of PO reference Tab (DRSEG) in tx MIRO, the user depending of the value (read only) of this new fields knows if he has to change the import or not.
    I saw that there is a BADI MRM_ITEM_CUSTFIELDS, but this BADI adds me a totally new TAB in tx MIRO.
    so there a way of just adding fields in the table control of the PO reference TAB and how I fill that fields (because there are´t standard I have to fill the values)

    I would like to references "Tab Also Current for Pages" by page aliases (like we can do with Optional URL Redirect) instead of hardcoding the page number.

    you can't currently reference page aliases in those Tab Current for Page(s) fields on the "Edit Standard Tab" screen. that's a good suggestion, though... so thanks. i'll log it in a bit.

    Is it possible to make display of only those delivery notes against which MIRO (Invoice verification has not done).
    Also MIRO with reference to GRN number is possible or not ?

    To avoid difficulties post miro with Reference document (PO Reference Tab) - Delivery note click on Radio button a possible entries for delivery note screen will appear. Here you can search specific delivery note by a lot of criteria which will save ur time and effort also you can see MIGO Document.  Click and put tick to adopt and post Delivery note / migo and enter required field.
