Refreshed BA codes table transport

I just refreshed the table with BA codes through a load program , and its in dev . I dont have a transport for it . The table as we know is TBRCT and TBRC tables which has the BA codes or the industyry codes. Now that the codes have been loaded , I would like to know how do I transport theses to the QAT to take effect there. I dont have atransport generated in thgis . How do I create a transport to carry these codes to the QAT. Kind help will be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone please let me know how do I generate a transport for this. I tried generating a tarnsport through spro in the define industry code , in DEV i have a complatee list and then generated this transport but I dont get the elemenst attached in the transport , it has just customising task in the transport, no tables has been attached with it . HOw do I generate a transport for the industry code to QAT .

Hi,
We can refresh the output table for ALV by below code :
CLEAR : g_wa_outtab.
REFRESH: g_t_outtab.
When we append something to output table of ALV we need to clear the workarea for that table.
APPEND g_wa_outtab TO g_t_outtab.
CLEAR g_wa_outtab.
If you are using object oreinted concept we have
CALL METHOD g_alv_grid_9001->refresh_table_display.
In case you have to use your own PF Status - Always copy the standard GUI status
(Program : SAPLSLVC_FULLSCREEN,
Status : STANDARD_FULLSCREEN )
For REFRESH - Include parameter for "USER_COMMAND" in the Function module interface.
Inside the User command subroutine - set
"RS_SELFIELD-REFRESH" = "X".
It will automatically refresh the ALV and there is no requirement to call ALV again.
Or else if u have a Refresh button on screen.
we can have
WHEN 'REFRESH'.
CLEAR : g_wa_outtab.
REFRESH : g_t_outtab.

How to refresh the page/table after completion of taskflow in popup

Hi,
Scenario:
In main page, having an emp-table and popup(which contains taskflow as region). In taskflow, iam modifying the emp-table data and after successfully completion of taskflow, want to refresh the emp-table present in the main page. How can we do this...?
Note:
(1) In Taskflow last activity is 'taskflow-return', where iam commiting all the data.After this i want to refresh the emp-table,(pop-up closes when it reaches last activity).
(2) Tried PPR in bean code of main page, it refreshes, but before commiting.
Something like, Refreshing the entire page either closing/hiding of popup, will help......?

How can i 'translate' the formules in Rep S_ALR_87013532 to code (tables) ?

I'm creating a report wich shows the Commit, Paid, Budget, etc. in PS module. I will take these column values from severel PS reports generated with the 'Report Printer' tool, wich allow to calculate the values vía a 'semantic formules' using key figures, Characteristic values, etc. (For example report S_ALR_87013532).
I need to know how to translate these formules to code (tables); but i really don't know anything about Report Printer, Key Figures, etc.
Any idea ? Does somebody knows how to translate the Report Printer formules to code reading tables ?

Please go thru the documantation this will provide you step by step approach on Report painter.

Problems with refreshing a adf table

Hi,
i am using jdeveloper 11 with the new adf framework.
I use a table which i bind to an arraylist. works fine. the table shows the data from the list.
at sometime i change the backing arraylist but the table show (only in the section i saw on the screen) the old data, when i scroll down the new data is shown.
so i know the arraylist holds the new data and the binding is ok but the refresh of the table doesnt work in the section i see....

Hi,
As far as I understand , you are not clearing the previous or old data. This results in your table showing the new data towards the end.
If you are using something like this : List tableRows = new ArrayList(); to populate the data in the table , ensure that you clear this list everytime you method runs
You can do this by : tableRows.clear()

You could also take the example from my blob that Denes mentioned and instrument it to output in either CSV or HTML. This way, you could have a single procedure that worked for both formats.
All you would need to do is handle each field differently - pad a TD and /TD (with proper brackets, of course) if its HTML or just append a comma if it's CSV.

I need to create cross company-code stock transport orders, is there any bapi that can perform this? If you guys have some sample code it will be great.

I have created two company codes 5000 and 5005 and then assigned the plants 5000 and 5005 to company code respectively.
Here my supplying plant is 5005 and receiving plant is 5000.
Also I have created a vendor 1000 with account group 0007 and assigned the supplying plant 5005 to it.
1. How do we assign sales and distribution (SD) organizational units to the supplying plant?
2. Whether we have to create customer master (using Tcode XD01) for the supplying plant?
3. While creating the customer master, the company code and sales area (sales organization, distribution channel, division) must be of supplying company code / plant?
4. Whether we have to create customer master for receiving plant?
5. While assigning the customer master to plant, which sales area info (sales organization, distribution channel, division) has to give?
Please give the detail from customer master creation and assigning it to plant.

Hi Shyjith,
1. Create vendor 1000 as internal vendor in company code 5000 & assign supplying plant 5005 in additional data in Purchasing tab.
2. Create receiving plant as 5000 as internal customer in company code 5005 & respective sales area of 5005 , if you have no other numbre range for internal customer.
3.In SPRO do the following settings,
a.efine shipping data for both receiving & supplying plant --- SPRO - MM -- Purchasing -- Purchase order --- Set up stock transport order -- define shipping data for plants
b. Assign delivery type as NLCC to supplying plant 5005.
Craete Purchase order with vendor as 1000 & plant in purchase order as 5000 ( If not defined any external number for customer)
Please note if you have defined external muber for customer 5000, the n you have to define that number, when you will be defining shipping data for receiving plant as customer.

Recently we upgraded tools from 8.51.03 to 8.52.12
when try to open data from below navigation.
Set Up HRMS--> Foundation Tables--> Job Attributes---> Job Code Table

Not sure about 8.52, but in 8.51, I found the PeopleSoft.PeopleCode.Func class in PS_HOME/appserv/classes/peoplecode.jar, and CLASSPATH gets set to PS_HOME/appserv/classes by psconfig.sh
Not an answer, but it might give you some ideas on where to look.

Single-row refresh in ADF tables, with PPR

Hello everybody. I have an application in JDeveloper 11gR2 environment.
Here are my requirements:
1. I have a table, each cell is an input text;
2. Some cell must be rendered differently depending on a specific key-field (for example, input or output text)
3. Any manual change in the key-field must result in a re-rendering of the interested row, not the entire table.
I addressed req 2 using an af:switcher which renders either a facet or another, evaluating the key-field.
About req 3, I tried to set auto-submit to true on key-field and then specifying partialTriggers="key-field-id" in the column component including the switcher.
It works, with 2 issues:
a) the main one: it refreshes the entire table (which simply disappear/reappears when I tab out of the key-field);
b) the second one: I'd prefer not to use the auto-submit 'cause I don't want to submit anything, yet: I just want to change rendering/values of other cells.
Any idea?

I would have used an af:inputText field and set the readOnly property to true for the read only fields. This can be done through EL

You cannot just refresh a single row. The table is stamped at rendering, which means individual rows are not represented by their own object

We are implementing SRM 7.0 used with ECC 6.0 and the client has the requirement to be able to order goods for stock and to initiate the inter-company-code stock transport orders (which I mean is actually and MM standard function).

The client want's to use SRM as a tool for issueing all requisitions among the company and transfering it to ERP.
Seams, there will be limitations.
Does this mean that your client will not use ECC MRP for planning the intercompany requirements. This is just for my calrification.
IF you are using calssic scenario there will be limitation while you create SC for the intercompany requirement, as it is required to falg "Order as direct material"(for direct stock procurement) in the SC system starts treating this as a extended calssic scenario to overcome this you have to enhance and trick the system by assiging as dummy cost object to SC cart in the background and strip off the cost object while sending the SC to ECC for creating PR or PO as per your client requriement.
Is your client requirement only restricted to inter company procurment using SRM or do they want to use SRM for all direct procurement(project stock, consignemnt, subcontracting). Irrespective of Classic to Extended classic SRM will not support out of box all the specail procurement scenarios.

Hi all,
The SXI cache contents are not getting refreshed automatically on making changes in the Directory or Repository. Also, I am unable to refresh the cache contents manually in transaction SXI_CACHE.
I get the following error on refreshing: Response Code 503: Service Unavailable.
The RFC Destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI has correct entry in the URL(Path Prefix) and Test Connection from SM59 is working fine.
How do I make this work?

The exact nature of the error on refreshing in SXI_CACHE is:
CacheRefreshRepositoryCommunicationException: Attempt to access application REPOSITORY using Http Method Invocation (HMI) failed. Detailed information: Invoking ROA method "ReadObjects" via HMI ... FAILED due to following exception: Message: Connection to system REPOSITORY using application REPOSITORY lost. Detailed information: Error accessing "http://server:50000/rep/remoteobjectaccess/int?container=ejb" with user "XIDIRUSER". Response code is 503, response message is "Service Unavailable"
Does that narrow it down?

I have bpel process with wait activity ..those are getting hang during thre processing. when I
refresh the alaram table..they are processing normally.
Is there a way to refresh the alarm table automatically for every few minutes.?
I have checked the Best Practices Guide

and com.oracle.bpel.threadPool.threadCount = 5
Does not help. What I am after is some way for an automatic refresh to be done say every 1hr or so.

I had a similar requirement a while back, since due to poor system config we also Wait timers not expiring on time. I couldn't find a method within BPEL console to do this automatically.
I'm not a Java developer, but at the time I did use google to and put together the following. I can't tell if it is working since there is nothing written in the BPEL logs to indicate the refresh. My plan was to develop a script to detect waits not expiring, and then to run the java (below).

Error Code (16) Transport Monitor.

I am having an error code (16) Transport monitor error come up when I turn on my MacBook and again when I try to download Hot Sync to communicate with my Palm. Can someone help me fix this problem. It has only recently started.
