Refund of money after cancellation not done yet

                i purchased iPhone 5 on Oct 4th through the Singapore Website Online Store as soon i made the purchase amount of s$948 was debited from my account and after few 1 day i received a message from Apple that as per limit ,cant process the order as per the limit policy per customer.After the cancellation of the purchase still money is not credited for me yet into my account.I tried contactin them several times but im not getting proper response, Thank you,

    Since no one here can possibly know what you specifically mean by "tried everything that other people are saying", no one can determine what you did wrong.  Also, you didn't say what computer OS you use.

  • Unable to download Captivate 8. Why won't ADOBE refund my money after I requested a refund because the download was never made available?

    I purchased Captivate 8 and never received the download on my account page.  ADOBE took the money out of my account immediately after making the purchase, but then NEVER completed our contract. I tried to contact them through the "chat option, but halfway through the chat Adobe's technician vanished and the chat featured was closed.  Once I requested my $322.00 to be refunded I received a call at work from a member of the Adobe team.  He told me he would look into why I never received the permission necessary to download the purchased product.  My goal was to buy Captivate 8, NOT give Adobe $322. for nothing!
    As I checked the "My Orders page today, still NO download access and checked my bank account and still NO REFUND.

    The download is huge, 1.6GB, so it will take a while to download and if it fails, clear your browser’s cache and try again, or try a different browser.
    There is nothing on the page that will prevent you from downloading it multiple times.  If you are getting an error it is likely your internet connection or some internet security software or something else blocking.  Did you watch the download and did it completely successfully or did it just stop?

    There are phone numbers for Adobe but usually it is an exercise in frustration talking to someone in India who has a script they will lead you through, not unlike what it says on the help page, just slower.
    If you want to attach a screenshot you need to use the web version of the forums and copy/paste into the message, or use the camera icon at the top left.

    I write the dates in my diary so I can cancel
    Skype takes my payment 3 days early.
    (I accept this and cancle agreement.)
    Agreement is cancaled but my useage is valid till end of May.

    After Loading a sequence file, run it once.
    Click on the List Bar to switch back to the sequence view.
    Click on the Test UUT button -- it flickers, but nothing happens.
    The user waits, wondering when his test will run.
    Click on the Test UUT button a second time -- this time the enter serial number box appears and the run proceeds.
    Click somewhere else on the panel, perhaps using a custom feature or in response to a step generated popup.
    The sequence stops at a breakpoint.
    Click on the Resume button or the Terminate button-- it flickers, but nothing happens.
    Click on the Resume button a second time and the sequence proceeds.

Following the instruction found on Apple website, I installed OSX Mavericks starting at around 11pm last night, it's 10:25am now, yet it is not yet finished. My question then is how long does it take really to do the upgrading? Or is there anything else that I missed out? One thing sure, my macair13 is compatible with OSX Mavericks.

    depends on your ISP connection speeds, on a 10mbs connection at around 6gig download, it takes around 40 mins to 1hr and half.

    Doing the same.  Progress bar not moving at all, but it does show 3 hours remaining instead of the 4 hours it did a couple of minutes ago.  Go to summary.  does it say "iTunes is currently downloading software for the iPhone" ?

    I've downloaded Firefox 5.0 three times now and every time it tells me "Thanks for downloading Firefox, but this version is out of date. For the latest security, performance and feature enhancements we strongly recommend that you get the newest version instead". I'm just a little bit perturbed at this point. Your help kept me going in circles.
    What do I need to do to correct this problem. I'm running Windows 7 and have NEVER had a problem downloading updates of Firefox before. Firefox 4.0 downloaded and installed just fine.

    Try each of these in order until one works:
    Open App Store and click on your Purchases tab. If you're prompted to accept them, then do so.
    Put the old ones into the Trash, temporarily. Open App Store and see if you can download them for free from their individual product pages. If asked to buy them, see the next option.
    Click here, contact Apple, and wait for a response.
    You will have to purchase them using your Apple ID.

    Hi, I have 2 orders that both used certificates, but the certificates were not refunded in full after I cancelled those 2 orders.

    I only got about half of the certificates used for each order back so far. I called the customer service twice and the agents were all saying those certificates should be posted to my account within 5 business days.
    For the 1st order, $205 certificate was not refunded.
    For the 2nd order, $100 certificate was not refunded.
    So far I still haven't got the certificates back.
