Reg  Order reservation not deleting after PGI (VL01N)

Hi All,
ETO scenario, For production, reservation will be create through WBS element. After production , If I do delivery and PGI,  production order reservation is not deleting.
Same material If I do delivery(LP) through CNS0, then order reservation is going to delete after PGI. But Sales order price is not copying to Billing If I follow this process.
Is there any copy controls to flow the sales price to billing when delivery happens through CNS0. If not
Which requirement class and movement type I need to determine in Sales order.
With regards,
Prasad.

    Very High,
    Thanks,
    Prasad.

    This is standard SAP
SAP process is to deliver project stock using project delivery , where in PGI happens against the reservation created & deletes RESERVATION.
wherein if you do PGI for order ( sale order or prod order ) , it happens against project stock ( spe stk Q - 281 movement )  i.e., against WBS element
I faced the same for sale order delivery of project stock .
we are selecting FINAL Issue indicator through user exit which triggers when PGI is clicked
This will delete RESERVATION from stock overview
hope this helps ...Let me know if you found any alternative

  • F110 - Payment order number not deleted after Feban posting

    Hello,
I have problem regarding Payment order deletion. End user creates Bank statement (FF67) using Payment order(F110) number. Then with Feban end user posts document. Normally after Feban posting payment order number disappearing (we can see this number in tables such pyordh, reguh et c.). If we want to see Payment order number (using t-code F110) system gives such error - "No payment orders exist for this selection
    Message no. FZ084
    Diagnosis
No payment orders exist for the selections made. This may be because the relevant account statement has already been imported".
But in this case it is not disappeared and end user can use Payment order number second time in t-code FF67 and post in in Feban.

    HI Carlos,
Since you archived PO, it is stored in archive physical drive not in SAP drive.
when u use me23n, the archived PO is picking from physical drive and it says "Already archived" message.
I'm sure there will be no table level entries for the archived documents
Go to SARA transaction - information system--> Archive Explorer - MM_EKKO and execute.
Check your PO is listed here.
So if you dont want to see your PO, then you need to De-activate information system
    in SARA-Information System-->Customizing -
search infrastructure by Object name and use activate/deactivate icon -
A question i really need to know - Why you want to delete a particular PO, Archival process is not a small thing and usually it takes place as a MASS activity.

  • Purchase Order is not deleted after archive process

    Hi,
I want to delete completely a specific purchase order from the system so I followed the next steps to do that but is not working.. not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
    Steps:
    1) I marked up the PO as deleted in the ME22 transaction:
    2) In the transaction SARA I followed these steps:
Step 1: Create variant for Archiving. Give it a name. Enter your PO number. Flag One step procedure. Flag detailed log. Erase flag for test run.
Step 2: Maintain your start date, you can use Immediate in such a small case.
Step 3: Maintain spool parameters. Enter your printer and set the values if you want to print immediatly and if you want keep the print. I suggest to hold the spool in the system. This helps you to determine any error.
    Step 4. Execute the variant.
    3) If I go to the transaction ME23N it says that the PO is archived but is there yet. Also, I can see it in the "Docuement Overview". How can I delete this PO completely from the system??
    Thanks for the help!!

  • TPS file is not deleted after FrameMaker creates PDFs via Acrobat 8

Using FrameMaker 7.2 build 158, and Adobe Acrobat 8, when creating PDF files, the temporary PostScript file (*.tps), which is created before the final PDF, is not deleted after the creation of the PDF is complete.
This is a big deal for us because we are using a tool which hooks into the PDF-creation of FrameMaker/Distiller, and is reliant on this TPS file being deleted.
Is this a known bug? Does Adobe know about this? Do any other users have workarounds for this?

    Thomas,
FWIW, speaking from experience with the Save As route, I've seen
random "phunnies" in the final PDFs (such as the missing fonts
issues), a bigger .tps file than the .ps file generated from directly
printing to file, slower throughput in both the intermediate
postscript file creation and actual distilling (probably tied in to
the larger .tps file) and other differences from what the joboptions
    should have been.
There should not have been any differences in the file sizes being
created if the same printer instance/configuration was actually being
used. I also see this on some automated runs with Miramo. It's not
consistent either - sometimes it works fine and then the next run, the
process is considerably slower and there are dropouts in the PDFs.
So far, manually printing to a ps file and distilling always seems to
    work without any issues.
    Your mileage may vary.

  • Safari on my iPad. I have an original iPad and since updating to the latest iOS safari forces me to restart the iPad about two to three times a day. Three problems: 1. It just blacks out. 2. The reading list does not delete after the story is read. 3. Ema

Since updating to latest iOS safari fails several times a day.
    1. Just quits.
    2. The items on the reading list will not delete after visited.
    3. The screens goes grey when I go to email a reference.
Is the a solution other the restarting the iPad or is this something apple ought to fix?

    See if the following help.
Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies And Data (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

  • Sales order is not deleting

    Hi Experts,
I need to cancel the sales order after the requirements passed and production happened. i dont want to do delivery for that sales order. When i cancel that sales order it is not deleting.
When i got another sales order for same material, i run the MRP it is creating planned order again for the previous sales order which is already passed the requirements.
Any option to stop the requirements pass for the previous sales order? or any way to delete the sales order?
    Anybody plz help me.
    Thanks in advance
    Naren

    Dear Naren,
    Try this
Go to VA02 and select the reason for rejection.
Once this is set then system will not consider it during MRP.

  • Purchase Requisition created from Maintenance Order can not deleted

    Hi Gurus,
I've create a Maintenance Order for External Service (Control Key: PM02) and Purchase Requisition already created related to this Maintenance Order.
But when I want to cancel/delete the Purchase Requisition, there is error message "This item is only deletable via the associated production order". So II can not delete the PR.
Any solution for this problem ?
    Regards,
    Tri W

    Hi,
If the PR has not been approved and no PO has been created yet, you have to delete the external service operation (PM02) in the work order. This should delete the Pruchase Requisitions.

  • STO line item deletion after  PGI

    Dearr all,
    I have the following cycle,  STO--> VL10B-> Delivery Note creation> Picking -> PGI--> MIGO
STO has 4 line items and I have done MIGO referring the delivery note. Later I found out that line item 1  material is wrong, now I want to cancell the line item and ammend the STO and put the right Item code.
I am trying to delete the line item by VL09 , System does not allow, error says "  Deletion not possible for the items partially or fully delivered". How do I proceed as ths type of wrong entry happens reguraly during STO creation. ( For information STK received is not consumed and available in inventory)
    Please guide.
    Thanks
    Sam

    Hi,
You cannot cancel the material document that is a result of PGI, except using VL09.
And as it was told you by SAP, you cannot cancel separate items of delivery because when you pushed the PGI button it was valid for your whole delivery - your options: whether you cancel the whole delivery (I mean the GR that comes from the GI) or you do not cancel the PGI of the delivery.
To be able to delete the item:
    1. Cancel GI - VL09
    2. Cancel the picking (in IM you only have to delete the picking qty, in WM you should use LT0G)

  • Retired applications are not deleted after 60 days

We have several applications that are retired, all deployments are removed. According to SCCM documentation retired applications should get deleted after 60 days automaticly. It has been about 1 year since that the application is retired, but it does not
    get deleted.
    Any idea's?
    Steven Mudde

Application is retired, deployments removed, no references. Manual deletion of the applications is not the problem, this works as it should.
However SCCM documentation says "If an application that has no deployments is retired, it will be deleted from the Configuration Manager console after 60 days."
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682031.aspx
    This does not work

  • Future price not deleted after cost run

    Hi all,
If a material master has the future price maintained on the Accounting 1 view, then it is picked up in the next cost estimate that is created.
Costing strategy is Future price, Price from PIR, Standard cost.
However, I have been told that once the Cost estimate has been created, the future price is deleted from the material master. In this way the cost accountant can delay the release of a new standard price to avoid large re-valuations.
The future price is not being deleted following our cost run, can anyone advise on this?
    Thanks
    Phil.

Future prices will not delete when a cost estimate is released.  If the Future Price is ACTIVATED (no cost estimate involved) then the Future price field will clear because it is "rolled forward"  in the same manner that a Marked cost estimate is rolled forward to the Released Cost Estimate, leaving the field Future Planned Price on Costing 2 blank.
Be very careful with CKME - it will activate future prices and release future planned cost estimates, but it does not stop and show you what is about to be activated or released and the financial impact.   We wrote a custom transaction that had CKME report what it is going to do, so we have a chance to review the infomation.

  • Notes deleted after form is rejected

I have a form that includes a Notes field to which users can append notes. After 1) a note is added, 2) the approval status is changed to "rejected," and 3) a new note is added (putting
the form back into "pending" status), the previous note disappears.
    Example:
    Created form
    Added
    note 1
    Rejected request
Added note 2. After this note was saved,
    note 1 disappeared.
    Added note 3
    Added
    note 4
    Rejected request
Added note 5. After this note was saved,
    note 4 disappeared.
At this point only notes 2, 3, and 5 are displayed on the form. Notes 1 and 3--the ones right before the rejection--have been lost, and aren't even in the version history of the form. I tested this
with approving the request and the notes remain, so the only issue is with rejection causing the latest note to be removed.
This is frustrating because bits of past correspondence are getting erased, and can't be referred back to.

it sounds like you're losing a version when you reject a form and returning to the previous version. You should confirm this by checking the version history before rejecting a form.
Do you have a workflow on this or is it using the OOTB approval workflow?

  • Open quantity in Sales Order did not update after cancelling Reserve Invoice

Client created Credit Memo with reference to Reserve Invoice but this did not update the open quantity in Sales Order. Client is using SAP B1 8.82 PL9. I tested this in SAP 9.0 and still same behavior. Is there a work around other than creating another SO?
I checked Document Settings and "Reopening Doc by creating credit memo based on Doc" is enabled.
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. How will the client be able to make new reserve invoices from the SO? They are trying to make partial reserve invoices from the sales order. I already suggested to just change the quantity in the reserve invoice before adding. But I have doubt because the SO might close prematurely before they complete the quantity in the SO because open quantity is much less then the quantity in SO.
    SO Quantity: 100
    Open Quantity: 40
    Reserve Invoice 1: 60
    Reserve Invoice 2: 40
SO closes before they can make Reserve Invoice 2

  • Movement allowed in Reservation not tick after cancellation

    Hi there,
We have a material reservation automatically created in our service module. We posted a goods issue in these materials (2 materials) 261 based in reservation and it was successful.
    ##result
    Material document line item 1
    Material document line item 2
However, one of the items needs to be return to stock as it was not needed anymore, hence we do the cancellation of the earlier material document as per normal cancellation.
But I realized, after the cancellation, the result was the first material was successfully cancelled but the 2nd line was not. It created another manual 262 which was not referred to the reservation. So the earlier 261 for reservation line item 2 was not cancelled at all.
When I further checked, the movement allowed box for the reservation line item 2 was not there and completely gone, which was a bit weird because earlier during goods issue we were allowed to post into it.
Now I am trying to activate again the movement allowed box but I cannot edit the reservation itself via MB22 because the reservation was not created manually, it was created auto from service order.
Anyway I can proceed in cancelling the 2nd line based from reservation? Any program or way to activate the movement allowed box in the reservation?
    Thank you in advance.
    Regards,

Do you two material document or both line items was in same material document?
Why you want to cancel both line items as you want only one line item to be cancelled?
Which Transaction You used for cancellation?
If your are using MBST transaction it tick the line item tick mark automatically as per std.
Check if you might have Un-tick while posting by mistake.
Reservation created through any other trns like service  order, PM or PS cannot be changed through MB22.
Rather it can changed by source element.
