Regarding Alv report for Production Cost

Hi All,
I have to create one report using alv,in my selection screen i have fields Company code(BUKRS) , Financial Year (RYEAR) , and period (RPMAX).
I am using the tables GLT0,SKAT.
I need to display in out put Account Number(GLT0-RACCT),Short description(SKAT-TXT50) and actual value and planned values.
These actual and planned values are stored in table GLT0 with record type (RRCTY,0-for actual and 1- planned) and some 16 fields are there like HSL01 to HSL16.
My doubt is how we get these values dynamically from table based on period value in selection screen.
Please help me out...

its easy to find the Tcodes & Tables in R/3
for any Tcodes: Goto Tcode SE16 and select TSTC press enter and execute or just enter any first letter in the Transaction code Field and execute it will list all the tcodes starting with that letter.
Tables
Goto any transaction and press F1 on the field and click Technical info you get the table name, program name, everything.

Standard Vs Actual Cost report for Production Order

Hi Expert,
I have an requirement that i need report for Standard Cost (CK40N) and Actual cost (261 Movement) for multiple production order or Multiple Material.
Please suggest standard report if available or FS for creating Z Report.

Option 1
You can use Product Drilldown reports in KKO0
For this:-
a. Do settings in OKN0 - assign a Cost Comp Structure and Choose Material group = Product Group
b. Run KKRV to collect data and then use KKO0 reports

You can use Summarization Hierarchy KKBC_HOE
For this
a. Set up Summ Hierarchy in KKR0.

Analysis report for standard cost in CK33N

Hi,
Analysis report for standard cost
Using variant Z003 in CK11N.
Planned cost 3 is the output used for planning and this is adjusted by making changes to the BOM throughout the process
In CK33 you compare the 2011 cost for the product with the proposed cost for the next year. For some parts it works and for others it splits the lines, though the calculation is still correct.

I need to have a report for the paid delivey costs(planned and unplanned) for the given pos.

Is there any std transaction which can give the list of fast moving items based on movement types?

Hi,
For Delivery Cost look in Table EKBZ ,EKBZH.For Fast moving item use the T Code MCBE (also MCBA,MCBC)in which you can find the fields like number of valuated stock receipts and issue and also number of movements .Selecting a given period range if the number of movemnets is sorted in descending order the maximum moved material can be found.

Help needed regarding ALV report

Hi,
I have a query regarding ALV report.
The requirement is as follows:-
When the user executes the ALV report and if he sums one numeric field column values and filters out some of the field columns ( for example there r 5 columns in the report and the user has filtered out 2 of them and viewing only 3 columns)
and now the requirements is that when the user runs the report later he should see the modified report ( i mean only 3 cloumns and the total value of the column which he has made) but not the original output which was there when the report was developed.
First of all i wanna know is it possible to do r not. If yes then how

Hi
Yes you can! You have to manage the layout variant.
So when you call your ALV you have to set the parameter I_SAVE = 'A'.
In this way you'll allow the user to save the variants for layout.
After you has to have a chance to choose the variant in selection-screen.
See the demo program BCALV_GRID_11 to manage the variant in selection-screen.

using this ZUS_SDN_THREE_ALV_GRIDS program structure i have generated the all the fields from table.
could you please guide me how to generate the ALV report for splecific fileds from individual tables.
if i click in click on grid1 (that is sales header details) we need populate the item details in grid2 and paralally customer details in grid3.
please guide me how to resolve the issuee..

I have done an example, like on 1st grid it displays header data (EKKO) and when you double click on any record, for that PO you will get item details (EKPO) on 2nd grid,
In the similar way, you can add one more grid and populate it with your own data simultaneously along with 2nd grid.

i'm new to abap. i'm using alv report for record display and insertion. how can i insert multiple records from alv to my table??

well that can be achieved only by running BDC inside alv report to enter the entries.and in that too you can append or edit single entries only

ADDDITIVE COST FOR PRODUCT COST BY SALES ORDER SCENARIO.

Dear friends,
We are using costing for sales order & we have maintained the costing variant under the path IMG> Controlling> Product Cost Controlling> cost object controlling> Product cost by sales order >premliminary costing & order based costing>product costing for sales order costing>Costing variant for Product costing >Check costing variant for product costing.
Under this we have maintained the Costing variant, Now we need to have Additive cost. But didnt found the tab in the costing variant where as when we check in T.code OKKN which is a part of Product cost planning we can find the Additive cost tab.
How to run addtive costing run for Product cost by sales order scenario & please guide me with one example.
Or else is there any configuration where we can assign standard costing variant PPC1 instead of Costing variant SOC1 ( which is a costing variant of Product cost by sales order.

Hi Sandeep,
You may please try using Unit Costing for Sale Order.
It is over an above the sale order costing you have done. So in case you want to post any additional known cost, you may do the unit costing for the sale order after the sale order costing.

Followings are the steps for configure the mixed costing in sap
A. Create a Procurement Altternative in CK91N for each of the 4 prod version... Choose process category = Production in CK91N
B. 1 Now, create a mix cost ratio for each of these 4 proc alternative in CK94....
B.2 To maintain a mix ratio in CK94, you need to maintain Qty Structure Type.. Follow the below steps
create a Qty Structure Type in IMG - Controlling > Product Cost Controlling > Product Cost Planning > Selected Functions in Material Costing > Mixed Costing
> Define Quantity Structure Types - Define Qty Str Type here and assign it in the next step
> Define Costing Versions - Assign Qty Str Type to your costing version 1 and Costing Type
C. Now run CK11N.. Your std cost will be a weighted average of all the 4 prod versions... And target cost in production order will be based on the prod version used in prod order

our MM person is creating BDC for uploading master data.
we have to do product costing in second phase.
what fileds we have to activate now, from accouting & costing view???
is it necessory to activate LIFO/FIFO relevancy indicator for product costing??
will it affect to inventory valuation directly???
can we actiavte the fileds afterwords???

Do u mean which's in Costing 1 view?
Dear MR.Patil,before doing cost roll up & release all the fields should be having proper values (inputs).
Later on also u can activate.I mean during material creation itself if u ensure these checks,this will help you in taking the cost rollup smoothly.
Or else you have to correct those errors at the time of costing.

SETTING DELETION FLAG FOR PRODUCT COST COLECTOR:

Hi Gurus, could you please help me with this question:
We need to turn off the repetitive mfg
indicator active for a group of materials. this in order to replace product collectors to production
orders.
When I tryed to set the deletion flag for product cost colectors, SAP
Shows this message :
"THERE ARE STILL UNSETTLED VARIANCES FOR ORD 710040".
Cheking Note "421710 - Check report whether "Deletion flag" status can
be set" I found the program COPC_COSTOBJ_REORGCHECK , this program
shows that I have Unsettled variances since 2004...
The order have a settlement rule PER, So I can't settle 2004
variances.. checking the note 421710, I Found that other way is to turn
off the field indicator "variance to costing-base PA" in OK07.
Must I turn off the field "variance to costing-base PA" temporaly, in order to close de cost colectors ?
there are another program or report that I can use in order to settle the old variances?
