Hi,
This date is calculated either based on the ATP results or after carrying out delivery/transportation scheduling. Please check the stock situation of those materials. If transportation scheduling is active, check the lead time maintained in the determined route as well.
If you press "F1" in that field you will see how the system react on that field.
Best regards,
Rahal.

  • Is it possible to see next due date in the table.

    Hi everybody,
I would like to know one information regarding next due date.  We are having one requirement we want to know the next due date in the table.  Actually we are able to get the same in FBL1N.  But it is generating at the time report generation because it is storing in the structure.
Is there any solution is available to see the same in any table.
    Thanks in advance.
    regards.

    Hi
Thanks for your reply.  By generating custom report, I can get the information.  Actually I want to know by considering the payment terms in the transaction data, whether the payment date is storing by system in any table or not.
Thanks in advance if you are providing the information.
    regards.

  • Importance of Due date ?

    Hi Experts,
while we create the company code, what is the relevance of defining the due date range ?
    regards,
    Sanju

    Hi
    Due Date:
Date that detemines  when the  transaction  documeneted becomes  financially  significant:
For Ex: in ur sales invocie u have to give the due date like when he has to pay the Amount for that Invoice as per ur terms & Condtions ( Net pay 30 - 60 - 90 days).
As per that date only the customer will pay to u and the cycle will close for that sales transaction.
same thing will follows while ur paying to ur vendor.

  • Regarding new Reminder app in Mountain Lion:  is there a away to sort reminders by due date in the same fashion you can in the iCloud version of Reminders?

Regarding new Reminder app in Mountain Lion:  is there a way to sort reminders in due date order in the same fashion as you can in the iCloud version of Reminders?

So true! I have to agree: "It appears Reminders in 10.8 did not get a whole lot of thought put into it regarding how folks actually use reminders."
With Mountain Lion, Reminders no longer resembles a task-management (to-do) app in any way. I used to be able to limp along using it for my to-dos (although it never did accommodate this need well). This upgrade has made Reminders completely unusable for task management.
Once I got over my disappointment, I did some research and decided to try "Things." This application has all the functionality I've been wanting all along. It has a Mac version, an iPhone version, and an iPad version (among others)--and it keeps all devices synched via the Cloud (just not the iCloud ... but who needs the i ?). I wish I'd discovered it years ago. I'm glad now that Mountain Lion put Reminders over the edge; otherwise, I would not have made this discovery.
"Things" (oddly named though it is) comes close to the old Franklin planner software I used to love and haven't been able to find a substitute for. It can import items from Reminders, and it works with Siri. It's a joy to use, and it does everything I want it to do plus some things I never thought of and will use all the time. I downloaded the free trial version last night and within an hour paid for it with gratitude.

  • First bill payment due date?

    Hello,
I haven't received my first bill yet by mail but the verizon app/website tells me how much I owe and also the due date on jan 7, 2013. Does this mean my due date is on the 7th of every month or only for this first bill?

Yes, if your on-line account shows your due date as Jan. 7, then your due date will be the 7th of each month.  Paper bills usually arrive about two weeks before the due date (at least mine does); the bills are usually available for viewing on-line 3-4 days after the billing cycle ends.

    Hi
You can insert Payment terms in Vendor master and also you can change or assign payment term while making transaction.
But first of all you should have payment term.

    Dear Paul,
If you want to check Due date then there is no setting in FBZP but at the time of running APP through T.code F110 , while defining payment proposal parameter there is 4th no. tab page with name 'Additiona Log' . in this tab page there is first option Due date check you tick on it and system will check due date for all vendors and customers which you have selected for Payment.
    thx.

  • Payment Stop Before Due Date.

    Dear All.
I need to know is there any option we have to stop the processing of Vendor Payment against the NON DUE ITEMS.
Here in my client, normal terms of payment is for 45 Days. Now the users are asking that, if a line item is Not Due as on Date, if by mistake we have selected such item for payment processing, the system should drop a error & stop the processing.
The requirement is as follows as error message....
""" The Selected Item is Not Due"""""
So, wht i have found out is, by changing the line item layout included the additional fields like:
    Due Date
    Item Due Indicators.
But, here these are only for the information purpose, which dont have any control over item payment process.
SO, CAN ANY BODY PROVIDE SOME IDEAS ON THIS, IF SUCH OPTION IS AVAILABLE IN SAP..
""" LINE ITEM PAYMENT BLOCK IS NOT SUITABLE HERE """""
    Thanks
    Talluri

    Hi
With my knowledge,  You have choosen the best process ie., brining the due date in the screen layout. even thou, the client required to make the error message, first work out the change of the message type
    or
there is no such standard process to stop the payment voucher. Either you have to evaluate any routine
or alternatively last option will be
you can use the following procedure
    1. Maintain the Vendor Master -> Payment Transactions -> Maintain the Payment Block
    2. Generate the vendor line item daily with due date is "today's" date & select the MIRO document numbers.
    3. Release the documents through MRBR by selecting the above line items.
    This is for your information.

  • FICA: Clearing rules for account maintenance & auto clearing to apply credits against unpaid security deposits regardless of due date

    Hi Folks,
We have a requirement in FICA clearing rules to apply the payment against unpaid security deposit irrespective of the due date. I have the below rule configured as the first step in my clearing variant.
Grouping String: 019 (statistical indicator); Grp Rule: 3; Char Value: H (security deposits); AIRI: 4;  Group: 019
Sort characteristic: 010 (Due date); Rank: 3; Char value: H; Rank: 1
    I have maintained the corresponding clearing variant in all the clearing types (account maintenance, automatic clearing, and incoming payments); Clearing rule is working perfectly during payments, however for account maintenance and automatic clearing it's not applying the credits against security deposits first. I still see that the items are cleared only based on due date;
Am I missing something here? Please share your suggestions.
    Thanks,
    Santosh

    Santosh:
This rule will not work in account maintenance.  You would need to include the data about the credits into your grouping criteria in order for that to work.  Most clearing rules do not work for account maintenance as they do for payments.  You probably need to have a separate variant with a rule not based on statistical indicator, but rather based on transaction value or maybe create your own custom grouping via TFK116.
    regards,
    bill.

  • Payment due date was changed without notice

I received a text message on 7/9/15 advising me my bill would be due on 7/23/15 rather than 8/1/15.  A text message is really not an appropriate form of notification first of all. If I'm 2 days late you charge me a late fee, yet my billing cycle can be changed without notice?  I called on 7/9/15 regarding this along with many other issues I have been having with AT&T.  I was told this was corrected and my bill would be due on 8/1/15. Today I recieve an email stating my bill is due on 7/23/15.  I again contacted AT&T and I was told this change was never made by the agent I spoke to. I was apparently lied to.I was then told it would take up to 2 billing cycles to change it back to 8/1/15. So in short, AT&T can change my billing cycle without notice yet it takes 2 months to change it back?  At the very least I would call this practice. I have been with AT&T for many years and will likely cancel once my contract is up in December.

My billing cycle had always run from teh 20th of the month to the 19th of the following month, with the bill due around the 17th.  Several months back, AT&T notified me that my bill due date would be changed by up to one week.  I got serveral weeks notice, and when my due date changed, my bill is now due on the 14th of the month.  The billing cycle did not change, it is still the 20th to the 19th, but the due date move up by 3 days.  Since my billing cycle ends on the 20th, and it had always taken 3-4 days before the bill was generated, the new due date now means it's due 3 weeks after the bill is generated.
If you look back at the details of the bill you have received (either paper or electronic) you will probably find a small section in there telling you that this change was coming.  So many people don't look at their bill each month, they just look at the total and say, "yeah, that looks about right" and they pay it without looking at the details of what they are paying for.  If there is an error in your bill, you only have 90 days to bring it to AT&T's attention, so it is in your best interest to look at it each month.

  • Payment terms / Due date Schedule

Dear experts, how do the Payment terms definen in FI - FICA, relate to the Due Date Schedule used in Student Lifecycle Management?. Do I define Payment terms for the contract account, or just the Due Date Schedule?
    Best regards.

    Hello:
The Due Date Schedule (DDS) is used to split fees into payment plans (example 50% at beginning of term, 25% one month later and 25% two months later).  The DDS is maintained in the Academic Calendar. To define the DDS you first need to set up a Time Limit and Time Limit Sequences using the IMG path: SLCM>Master Data in SLCM>Academic Calendars.. Note that at least one DDS is required even if you do not provide payment plans for the students. This DDS will have one payment date.  The DDS can be assigned to the Program, Module, Student Account or Contract Object.
Each partial payment is an orgianal open item which in turn can be split into an FI-CA installment plan using Transaction FPR1.
As an alternative to the DDS you can use Transaction FPR1 to set up installment plans. This transaction provides more control over payments including dynamic definitoin of due dates.

  • Due Date on Reconciliation printout

    Dear All,
In the Automatic Reconciliation - General/Manual - for a GL Account - Internal there is a field called Due Date, which displays the Due Date from the Journal Entry.
We have a client who prints out this screen before doing the reconciliation using the system layout (Unreconciled Transactions (System)) but for one user on the layout the Due Date field is left blank. It only happens for one user, for all the other users (who use the same layout) it works fine.
Does anyone have any idea why could it happen?
    Thanks and regards,
    Nat

    Hi Suda,
We figured out that the Due Date field is only filled when doing an external reconciliation but as it uses the same layout as the internal one, for the internal this field is left blank when printing.
But if we run an external first and then an internal one, the layout for the internal will display the Due Date which was set up for the external previously - so I assume it is a bug.
    Thanks again for your help!

  • Due date and payment terms data

    Hi All,
    Goodday to you all!
My client is posting one transfer posting.
He is transferring the normal customer line items to special GL items through FB01.
Giving the first lime item posting key as 09 and customer number and special gl indicator
But after going inside only the Dueon field shows as mandatory and there is no field called Payment terms.
This dueon field is for taking the baseline date for calculating the due date.
The payment terms field is optional in both the field status (Posting key as well as GL account field status variant)
But the payment terms field is not showing while entering the transfer document !
Can anybody advise me on this /
    Thanks in advance
    Shankar

    Hi Shankar,
    > Goto Tcode OBC4
    > select your field status variant
    > DoubleClick on Field status groups
    > Goto General (with text, allocation) - G001 (incase of standard SAP)
    >Goto payment transactions
    > Click on Req Entry or opt. entry in front of payment terms.
Payment terms will appear in FB01

  • FIX: Change your Billing Cycle and Due Date!

There are many people angry about the change in billing due dates that have been set by AT&T recently.  There is a way to get your due date back to where you want it but does require a little work on your part. NOTE: I am not an AT&T Employee, this is just advice from someone doing a little research! How the change works:First you will need to contact AT&T customer support (as this is just a customer to customer support forum so nobody here can make changes to your account). Let them know you want to change your billing cycle and due date. First month - you must complete your current billing cycleSecond month - you will have a prorated "short" cycle anywhere from 0-29 daysThird month - you will start with the billing cycle on the new date you select. There are a couple of other requirements below just so you are completely informed when talking to AT&T support.
    Billing Cycle Change Requirements:
Changing your billing cycle is NOT an option in all service areas so contact support at 800-331-0500 to find out if this option is available in your service area.
Your billing cycle cannot be changed during the five days before or after the close of your current cycle. Your billing cycle cannot be changed if your account is in a delinquent status, or if the account will fall delinquent before the requested change date. If you have a payment arrangement set up, the payment arrangement must be made before the billing cycle is changed. If you have Autopay, you may see two Autopay drafts in one month due to the billing cycle change. Please keep in mind that when a billing cycle is changed you will see prorated charges to get all of the billing back on track with the new dates. Understanding that this does create an inconvenience for many people for the first 2 months you will be where you need to be after and back on track.  If anyone has anything to add please do so and I will update my post.

    Hi there
This is a great guide that will be very helpful to any of our customers who wish to change their bill cycle dates! I’d just like to thank you for posting this and add some further expectations.
The balance on the prorated second invoice shows as Past Due on the customer's third invoice, even if it is not. The cycle change process does not impact their account status and corrects itself on subsequent bills. With regards to prorated charges, the customer is provided a video bill with their next statement to help explain the charges.
    Thanks!
    Charise
