Regarding Send E-Mail..

Dear Friend,
I don't want to use coding. I want to send through Toolbar E-Mail Icon.
I am not using SDK i want to configure E-Mail in SAP.
I tried but when i wil click that Icon it throws Error,
"Attachement folder not define and attache ment folder has been changed or remove"
After that send message sceen open but when i wil Add receipient it add but when i click on send button it again throws Error,
"E-mail address has not been define for the sender, Cannot send E-Mail,SMS or Fax.."

Hi Harish,
First, if you are send marketing documents as an E-mail, you should define
the correct path for the attachments folder under Administration -> System Initialization -> General settings -> Path
For second error, the user sending e-mail has to be defined e-mail address
under Adminstration -> Setup -> General -> Users

Hi,
Can anybody provide me with code to send PDF file as E-Mail Attachment!
I know we have to use F.M SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 but how we have to use it to send PDF file as attachment!
I was able to send Text files as Attachments in my previous assignments.

Regarding sending mails from SAP

Hi Frnds,
I have a requirement in which i have to send a mail from SAP to a distribution list of a particular domain, for example [email protected] which contains no. of individual mail ids of the same domain.
And i am using a FM called SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1.
Here i need to populate the internal table "receivers",
like, receivers-receiver = '[email protected]'
receivers-rec_type = ?
I am not sure as to what value to be filled in the field "receivers-rec_type". I have tried with the values 'P', 'C' and 'U'.
Can anyone please give me some input as to what value needs to be assigned to this field?

use 'U' in the receiver type .....

Regarding Sending Mail while an employee is hired.

Hi all,
Currently we have an process of sending a mail to a set of Email Address while an employee is hired using the Transaction PA40.
Now the requirement is to remove some Email Address, so that the concern person would get the mail about hiring.
How can i remove the mail id. Where will be it stored.
Our customer says that they have used some user exit to hard code. But using SMOD, i check it, but there is no user exit is available.
So can you provide me a solution for this

Typically you can use user -exit EXIT_SAPFP50M_002 for this kind of activity. Check if include put in this function module is implemented.

It's difficult to do more than guess when you don't say what version of OS X or Pages you're running, but if you're on the latest, have you tried the Share menu -> Send via Mail command?
If that doesn't help, you may have better luck if you ask in the Pages forum:

How to send a mail as .txt attachment ?

Hi all,
I got a requirement to write code for sending mail in oops.
i have written code for .xls which is working fine. But requirement is to send the mail in the format of txt.
i just only chnge the .xls to .txt where i can see the output properly in sap but problem is that i am unable to get the proper alignment. when i execute the report and see the output in sost i can see the attachment.i am downloading the attachment there only(Our server is not configured to get the mails directly) .So when i open the saved text file on my pc the output is appearing as follows...

i'm using BPEL Process manager 10.1.3.1.0 installed on my machine and not installed SOA Suite (problem in installing AS Middle tier), i send voice,sms through BPEL PM which works fine, and faced problem in e-mail notification only, according to me with out installing SOA suite we can use BPEL PM or please let me know the procedure to install the downloading files.

Sending e-mails to multiple users at a time

Hi!
I am using weblogic portal 7.0 for personalization. I am using campaign based e-mails for targetting specific customers. I am able to send e-mail through weblogic portal for users when the user logs in. How can I send group e-mails for a specific campaign. For example, if I have to send "virus alert" campaign mail for all our registered customer. I don't want any batch file to be written for this purpose.
I would really appreciate your help.

The favorites are placed in the "userhome" repository. Take a look at KM Content -> userhome -> for each username -> Favorites, there you'll find links with the favorites. You can simply copy & paste those to the other users, so you don't have to login with each one.
