There is no "deactivate" function and the technical support person I chatted with recommended I come here. Can I just use the serial number again? How can I deactive? Has anyone else run into this? How can I get Dreamweaver 8, which is no longer being activated by Adobe, on a new computer? Is it even worth doing or do I need to get a new version. What are the killer features I'm missing?

Just purchased this product, verified my email, payment taken etc., etc., but keep getting a message when trying to convert a doc saying an error occured when signing in. I have siged out and signed in again - no avail. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I just checked your account, and see that it's active. Are you trying to sign in via Adobe Reader? If so, please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader and make sure that it-s up-to-date. The most current version, 11.0.07, should alleviate that sign-in error.

iTunes Match asks me to sign out and sign in again every time I attempt to update. How do you fix this problem?
My problem is it asks me to sign out and back in every time I try to update ITunes Match. And it won't let you add a new song to a playlist unless it's updated on Match. So every time I add a song I have to sign out and back in just to put it on a playlist. I saw this issue on the internet but no solution.
Very sorry I did iTunes Match. Shuffled my playlists without asking and this additional extra work just to add a song to a playlist. Not impressed - at all.
I do thank you for trying. Surprised Apple doesn't monitor this stuff and step in and provide a fix. Left to our own devices. Thanks Apple! -
Have one WiFi signal into the apartment for my Air, and another wifi signal for my 5c phone plan. Both from the same provider. Expensive. Is there a way to 'combine' WiFi signals so I pay only for one, but can get on the Internet with my Air?
Roamingnome, thanks for your response. Although I have been a Bell (Canada) customer for my WiFi signal for years, the 5c and its necessary mobility plan, is very recent. Some years ago, Bell supplied its own ‘router’ for my computer, and claimed that it was possible to get their WiFi signal only with the router they supplied. When I recently received the 5c, I wondered if the plan it requires, which is within the much wider, overall Bell zone, could be used somehow to get my Air online - some sort of tethering? - that allows me to give up the Air WiFi service and router all together, but still get the Air connected. Here in Canada, Bell Mobility and other Bell services are very separate. Any suggestions appreciated.

Unwanted and never used Adobe cloud but being charged $10.54 per month since August
I just became aware that I have been charged $10.54 per month since I tried Adobe photo shop and Lightroom "free trial" in August. I didn't realize this "free trial" was going to be converted to a month to month membership. So basically I've been charged $50+ for services I've not used and didn't even know I had access to. I decided after trying these programs, they were too advanced for me. I've cancelled my membership today. Is it possible to have any of this money reimbursed, especially for Dec since I'm not using this programs. I'm very disappointed in this situation and feel taken advantage of. I've received emails from Adobe Cloud that seemed like advertisements and I deleted them. I don't even know what Adobe cloud is or how it is used. Please advise re: reimbursement requested.

No,your purchase history will be available of all purchases made on your iTunes apple ID.
View purchase history for app or itunes and you will be able to view the purchase history and tap on the cloud to download it to your phone.
To add your music not purchased through itunes you can purchase itunes match, that will allow you to be able to upload your music (what is compatible) to your itunes match on your phone (visible when purchased). -
I've asked the question above. I just need to talk to someone who can tell me IF my subscription has actually expired. If it has, on what date. And, if it has why is my credit card continuing to be charged the monthly fee.

I've checked your account using the email that you use here in the forums. It looks like you were last charged $19.99 on December 7 2014 for your Acrobat Pro subscription. And that subscription is now expired due to a payment processing error (maybe the expiration date on your card changed?). According to your records, when were you charged last?
I would recommend that you Contact Customer Care if you're finding that you've been charged in January/February but sill don't have access to your subscription.
You can also update the credit card information stored for you account by following the instructions in this document: Manage your membership and payments | Creative Cloud

I'm on Vista Home premium. Been using Firefox and Thunderbird a number of years. Have never had an issue.Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
