Actual App Functionality:
Client Requirement:
Kindly suggest me how to remove/hide the Overtime entries.
Regards,
Kiran.

Hello
I think you have to remove the following code from view view/S3.view.xml, that belongs to BSP Application HCM_TS_APV:
<Label
                                         class="tsaOvertime"
                                         text="{path:'DetailModel>Overtime', formatter:'hcm.mgr.approve.timesheet.utility.Parser.parseOverTime'}"></Label>
In order to remove fields from a Fiori app, there are a lot of documents in the web, that you can find by performing a Google search. For me, the best one is this one:
How to Guide: SAP Fiori Extensibility - Addind Custom Fields in UI
Once in the guide, go to page 9, where you will find a clear explanation of what you need to do.

Joaquin

  • How do I hide the text message preview in IOS5.0.1.

    What's up All?,
    Since upgrading my 4s to 5.0.1 I notice there's no way to hide the text preview on the lock screen.  For privacy reasons I don't want this to happen, it's ok if a name comes up but I don't want to see the message.  I've been searching the threads and am calling no joy.  One suggestion was that if the phone is password locked that it would just show that you have a text and the senders name, nothing more.  This isn't the case on my end, I always password lock all my stuff, phone included and I still see the text preview.  Under the setttings menu for texting, there's not even an option to turn the preview off, at least not on my phone, there was before.
    Has anyone found a way to deal with this?  It didn't happen prior to IOS 5.0.1.
    Thank you for any and all replies.

    Color me feeling stupid!  I don't recall if I disabled it that way or not when I orignally got the phone, I know on the 3g it was under settings>messages.  In either case, you steered me to where I needed to go and got the issue fixed for me and for that, I thank you, I appreciate you're taking the time to help out!
    Take care

  • How do I Hide the text printed from a standard Text Element in SAP Script?

    Hi,
    I have created one SAP Script which gets printed from IW33 using a standard print program.
    In config the standrad SAP script is replaced by the zsap script.
    Since the Zscript is printed from a Standard print program, I had to keep all the text elements used by the original(standard) SAP script.
    I only kept the text elemets and commented out the printing part.
    But still some values are printing. How do I hide these text element values?
    I want to delete whatever its printing from these text element. Icant delete the standard text elemetns , otherwise the standard print program will give error.

    Hi,
    I am not printing any text under these text element in my zscript.
    I had to include these standard text elemets as they are called from the standard print program using which my zscript is getting printed.
    for example:
    /E OPERATION
    Under operation i didnot print anything. Still some values which are passed in text element Operation by the print program is being printed in the form. i want to hide/delete these values.
    how do I do that?

  • How can I hide the text of a SMS or MMS displayed on my iPhone?

    When I receive a sms some of the text of the SMS is showed on the iPhone. How can I avoid this, only showing that a sms has been received. Kenneth

    The SMS Preview option allows you to hide the SMS excerpt, but is it possible to hide the sender name too? (ie the pop-up just says "Text Message Received"?)
    Thanks,

  • About the Text in HTML Viewer

    Does SAP scripting engine expose any API by which we get the text in a GuiCtrlHTMLViewer. The GuiCtrlHTMLViewer seems to be extending  GuiShell object which is supposed to return Classid for the .Text property. What do the AccText/AccTextOnRequest property return? Everytime I try to get these properties (I am coding in C#) , I end up getting System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException even after enabling the Accessibility mode. Am I missing something here?

    i have some text in a TextArea and I was wondering if
    it is possible to write some on it with an specific
    font and color, impact in red, and following to it
    another one with other font and color,The simple answer is no. JTextArea and TextArea do not support rendering more than one font or colour for their text.
    You need to use a JTextPane or JEditorPane.

  • How do you restore the previous button & remove / hide the autosync button?

    The 'Previous' button at the bottom of the toolbar has disappeared and now it only shows the sync / autosync button & reset.  How do I restore the Previous button? (LR 5.4)

    The sync/auto sync button should only display when you have multiple images selected. But after reading your question I went into Lightroom to confirm that. And it seems that the button is kind of "sticky". After having multiple images selected and then deselected, I had to move between images a few times before the "Previous" button returned. I've only checked it briefly.
    Later: just tried it again, and it isn't sticky anymore. Must've been a momentary glitch.

  • How do I change the formatting of the section text in portrait view?

    I'm attempting to write my first book using iBooks Author.  I've got everything looking pretty good so far in landscape view, but when it changes to portrait view, I don't like the automatic formatting and I can't figure out how to change it.  I chose the "Contemporary" template.  In landscape view, I changed the section title and the default formatting (white over an image) looks fine.  When I change to portrait mode, the section title turns to red, which I would like to change to another color.  However, I can't even select the text in this view.  I can see the style in the paragraph styles drawer, but I don't know how to change it there either.  Is it possible to change the color, and if so, how?  Thanks.

    Already advised....
    Basically,  after each chapter or section is finished in LS, use the Orientation icon, top menu bar to change to portrait and edit content.  Images are automatically reduced in size etc,.
    Fig 1 - I used this to demonstarte  Bookmarks ( in red)  but take this as your start point in LS
    Fig 2
    As you can see  from the Orientation icon shaded in Blue at top - this is Portrait mode.
    The image has  changed to the tempate default - so you need to change the template or drop the same image in.  I had changed the background and removed the top embellisment in LS  so again, you  may need to change your template - that aside the  section title and text are white in both examples.
    Fig 3.
    I have changed the section and text colour.   Apps is in  white intentionally and the bookmark stays in the link colour red
    Fig 4     Back in LS mode - see icon  top menu
    The section colour stayed white,  but the text changed to  yellow
    Fig 5
    I changed the section colour to red.
    OK thats how changing things affects each mode including the image sizes.
    IF the red section  title ( in LS) is selected - in the styles drawer you can see it - switch to portrait, select the section title and apply the  same style.  Essentially, think you are creating two separate books  and edit the potrait to match - where possible the LS version.
    Apple have deemed some things, like TOC page images cannot  be changed individually in Portrait mode.

  • CRVS2010 Beta - WPF Viewer, how to hide the GroupTree control?

    All,
    I would like to turn off the display of the GroupTree for my reports using some property or function call?
    I would also like to hide the text "Main Report" displayed in the status bar.  This is for the WPF viewer, not the WinForms viewer.
    Thanks,
    Stan

    For those who are using the WinForms viewer you can use the following code to hide/show the grouptree control.   Add this property to the class that is hosting the viewer.
    public bool ShowGroupTree
        set
              Control control = null;
              for (int i = 0; i < m_Viewer.Controls.Count; i++)
                  control = m_Viewer.Controls<i>;
                  if (control is ReportGroupTree)
                   {  //Hide the Group tree by default.
                       control.Visible = value;
                      continue;

  • How to hide the cursor in text entry boxes

    I didn't see this answer in the forum, and it took a while to figure this out so I thought I'd post my
    solution.
    The issue is that a question requires that the user know where to click before typing, then type the correct value.
    The problem is that a text entry field shows the cursor; a dead give-away as to where the user is supposed to type.
    My solution is:
    1) Hide the text entry box (give it a name and uncheck 'Visible' in the options).
    2) Add a transparent button (with default text if needed) over the area where the user must click.
         - Set the 'Success' option to 'Show', and make the 'Show' item the name of your text entry box.
         - Disable all captions (unless they get points for clicking in the right place).
    3) Set the object timing so the button displays until clicked, then end the button display.  Start the display of the text entry field immediately after the end of the button display.
    The effect is that the user clicks the correct area, then the cursor displays in the correct location, ready for the text entry.

    Brilliant!
    You get a gold star for this idea.  Very original thinking.

  • How to hide the display of  my text in oracle forms

    Oracle Forms 6i
    Hai All
    My question is how to disable my Text.
    I have created a forms for weight management here when the user opens the forms I dont want to show my text and textitem before filling some fields.
    I have have set the text item by Set_item_property display False and how can set the text display false
    Thanks & Regards
    srikkanth.M

    You cannot do any operation on forms label
    other way is to use non-database Display items to show you text.... or if you are looking to hide the prompts of text fields then you can set it to null or hide the text item completely
