Remove numbers after filename and add custom sequence?

Hi,
I have to rename quite much of rendered frames which names are like aoPass_000001.png...aoPass_099999.png. I have to replace those numbers to start from 0111111 for example witch I'll input manually when I run rename process. Right now I do it using Automator's Make Sequential and writing new name for it and giving new starting number. Yes, it's doable, but must be some better way to do?
Also I have few different passes so file structure is like:
- renderPasses
         - alphaPass
         - aoPass
         - beautyPass
So I'd like to run for all sub folders at once if possible. They all do share same sequence numbers so maybe remove 6 characters from end might work keeping front side untouched.
Doable with combinations of Automator or should I learn some Apple script...?

Try not to push your changes through SharePoint Designer (SPD).
We had severe problems with SPD saving page layouts in SharePoint, so you may use SPD to edit the page but not save it.
To save it, check it out from browser, upload and overwrite then publish it.

I have a requirement to add a new tab at the header level and include 4 custom fields to the tab in ME21N transaction. I need to use BADI for developing this. Can any one help me with the procedure to how to include the tab and add new fields to it.

Administrator Account Disabled after sysprep and capture task sequence in MDT 2010

We are currently migrating from Windows XP to windows 7. As part of our migration we have 5 base Images (for different areas of the business)
Here is what we are doing:
Create a reference machine with the source files for windows 7 Pro x86
Install applications as part of the Task sequence to build a reference machine.
Make the updates to the machine - required for the build.
Run the Sysprep and capture template to take the capture of the Reference machine.
Import the Capture into the Operating system folder within MDT2010
Create a task sequecne to deploy the image.
Deploy the Image for Testing.
Deploy the image to a machine
Update the machine with the defects
Re Capture the deployed machine and call it ver2.wim
re deploy ver2.wim
Testers test
Defects logged + additional user settings to be captured in the build
Re capture and sysprep runs says the capture has been succesful however after a reboot the administrator account is disabled.
We cant seem to capture anything from here on in. Nothing has been changed in the unattend.
Autologon is set to enable the administrator account and the password is set to blank as this is then handled by policy when the machine is joined to the domain - we have not enabled the unattended join to the domain at this point in time but it will be
for deploying the image.
Have we got our image strategy wrong? does the same rule apply about sysprep running more than 3 times on a single machine if it is captured and redeployed after a sucessfully sysprep to the same hardware or even different hardware.

    One of the things Sysprep/WAIK do is disable the adminsitrator account.
    You mentioned that you are setting the autologing to the administrator account and that you are setting it with a blank password, you can add a simple command in to sysprep's xml to reenable the account:

I need to extend the schema for iPlanet Dir. 5.0 and add custom objectclasses and atributes. I do this by adding entries in the 99user.ldif file. Its not working. Any ideas?

I need to extend the schema for iPlanet Dir. 5.0 and I do not want to do so from the console. As per the documentation, I need to either add entries in the 99user.ldif file or define my own custom [00-99]myname.ldif file. I tried this but its not working.
I have made the assumption that there is no explicit import step for the 'user defined' schema files (as it is for user data ldif files). I assume that on start (or on opening the console), I'd be able to see the new schema after the server has read the schema file.
I have verified that entering new objectclasses and attributes from the console adds entries into the 99user.ldif file. So why is the reverse process not working. Can anybody throw some light on this? Also in case my assumptions are faulty, please let me know.
I did not change the aci entries in the existing ldif file. Is any modification needed there? I was logged in as the Directory Manager during this testing process.

Hi Sikka,
The server reads its schema configuration on startup. If you manually modify the schema files while the server is running, it will not have any effect. You have to restart the server.
The console adds the new schema elements over LDAP (you could do that as well, you only have to modify the cn=schema entry), so the server is aware of the changes immediately and thus restarting is not needed.

EBAN-PREIS field removes the decimal point and add the zeros to the value

Hello,
Could you please let me know if you have seen a behavior like this where a currency field has issues with the decimals when the currency is JPY or VND. In my case the field EBAN-PREIS saves the data incorrectly. For example the correct value is 1000 and when you checked EBAN it changes to 100,000.
Let me know your thoughts about why this could be happening.

Please check if there is any routine or user exit which is converting as per business requirement.
Because even i too had faced the same problem when updating the Excise details. but later on found out that some one has written exit for calculating on the basis of units conversion.

I am working on a CRS based application. I went through the code in Assembler Development Guide for creating Hello World template in Discover. But i m not able to create a Hello World template similarly for CommerceReferenceStore. Please guide me on how ?

I do not have much experience in creating cartridges and get data from inputs on XM, but I believe you have to fix your xml and run a set_template again.

My workplace allows me to use a 2.5 GHz Intel Dual Core i5 / MacBook Pro 13 inch (mid 2012, non retina) with hard disk and integrated graphics card (Intel HD Graphics 4000 512MB). I understand this Mac can be maxed out at 16GB of RAM. (Official Apple specs I realise say 8GB RAM is the max for this computer but I've looked into this thoroughly and have confirmed that 16GB is in fact possible.)
I'm considering purchasing one of the new Haswell based MacBook Pro (mid 2014) models for myself.
If I do, I'll get the retina 15 inch / Intel Quad Core i7 / 16GB RAM / Intel Iris Pro Graphics / NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M / 1TB Flash Storage.
I realise there is a big difference between these two machines in terms of their specs - the 15 inch with the dedicated GPU will be far more suited to motion graphics work than the lower spec machine with integrated graphics card.
Currently, my understanding is that After Effects CS6 and Premiere CS6 do not support the NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M but from research on the net I believe it's possible to add this video card to the list of supported cards within the respective applications, forcing them to recognise and use it.
Having read about the upcoming Broadwell chip, which I think may be capable of supporting 32GB RAM (possibly coming in Q2 2015 from the various websites I've visited) I wonder if it is worth holding off my purchase, and maxing out my older 13 inch laptop in order to run After Effects and Premiere for the time being.
If I waited for Broadwell based 15 inch MacBooks I think its likely they'll be expandable to 32GB RAM, making the computer a better long term investment.
eg if Adobe increase minimum/recommended memory requirements for their software in the next few years. While I don't know for sure this will happen, it does seem quite likely at some stage. The 2014 15 inch MacBook - while an excellent computer at the moment - could potentially be slightly limited with regard to future Adobe software releases as its max RAM is 16GB.
I realise I could potentially look at a high end iMac if memory is a concern, but I prefer the portability of a laptop so I'm restricting myself to portable options for the moment.
What I'm wondering is -
If I install the 13 inch 2.5GHz i5 laptop with 16GB RAM as is possible, how would it perform when running After Effects and Premiere? It currently has 4GB and it very quickly runs out of memory meaning playback of goes very slowly when previewing complex files in the timeline. This necessitates rendering of small test sections of the timeline to see it at the correct frame rate. Would the move from 4GB RAM to 16GB RAM give me a noticeable improvement in this regard? If so then this is tempting as I don't have to pay for it - I think my workplace will cover the cost of extra RAM. And then I can wait till next year to buy my own high end laptop.
The 15 inch 2.8GHz i7 quad processor has Iris Pro and dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GT750M with 2GB RAM. I would be paying the full cost myself.
I realise rendering would be faster with this Mac but would I see a noticeable improvement over the maxed out 13 inch laptop when previewing multi layered After Effects and Premiere compositions / sequences within the timeline? I like the idea of being able to preview footage in real time as I'm editing as it saves time and I think it makes the process easier generally.

"In this case yes, I can most certainly see a performance increase as your machine is still not too old and a RAM increase will help it for sure I just can't tell you by how much.
I own the same machine as yours (except for mine having 2.9ghz and i7, and 8GB of ram) so I think it's safe to say for me that the RAM increase will help you for sure."

Use of Add in Sequence in payments

Can someone please clarify the difference between "Add" and "Add in Sequence" for incoming/outgoing payments? Thank you.

Add and Add in Sequence are completely 2 different things.
Add is to Add the Incoming Payment.
Add in Sequence is an automatic way to apply payment to the Invoices in the Sequence of their display order.
Example
Invoice No...........Balance Due.....................Total Payment
100......................300.00.................................300.00
101......................200.00.................................200.00
102......................150.00.................................150.00
103......................250.00.................................250.00
In the above case if the Customer Pays 550.00 and the normal process would be to enter 300.00 on the first, 200.00 on the second and 50.00 on the third invoice manually. (presuming you want to apply the payments to the first 3 invoices). To User Add in Sequence instead of manually entering the amounts to each invoice, you will simply go to Payment means and enter the total amount and on the main screen Click Add in Sequence and it would automatically allocate the amounts in the order of the Invoices (Top to Bottom) and your screen would look as below and the first 3 rows would be highlighted.

100......................300.00.................................300.00

Mapping and querying Custom Objects for a Contact with REST Api

We are hoping to get some details on managing DataCard set through REST APIs. Our implementation goal is to create Contacts and add Custom object for each Contact, or to be precise, add a DataCard Set for each Contact.
At the moment, to associate a DataCard Set (or Custom Object) to an existing contact, we are supplying following custom object fields during creation of Custom Object:
new CustomObjectField
                                                                name = "MappedEntityType",
                                                                dataType = Enum.GetName(typeof(DataType), DataType.numeric),
                                                                type = "CustomObjectField",

Would the REST API allow us to query the CustomObjects using the MappedEntityId value for later updates? If so, any pointers on how we approach that?

Either the MappedEntityID field is not available or I do it wrong, Eloqua is ignoring the field and does not map the custom record with the unique Contact ID

Adding Custom Labels Missing for Contact Numbers After Upgrading to iOS 8.0 and issue still exists on iOS 8.1

I noticed that after upgrading to iOS 8.0 on my iPhone 5s, adding custom labels for contact numbers got removed. It still exists on iOS 8.1 as well. Is there someone who is facing a similar issue or can someone help me how to get that back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have good news. You can still choose a custom label in Contacts on iOS 8. The option should be below "Other" in the list of labels when editing a contact. This information is found in the iOS 8 user guide:
Contacts at a glance - iPhone
Change a label. If a field has the wrong label, such as Home instead of Work, tap Edit. Then tap the label and choose one from the list, or tap Add Custom Label to create one of your own.

Add another e-mail account to your messages, so people could reach you on that e-mail from messages. As soon as you are online (if you have wifi only iPad) you are able to send and receive messages. i.e. your son can send you a messages from his iPhone addressing it to your (that additional) e-mail address.

Can we add custom steps by default in startup,main and cleanup sequence

I have made some of the custom steps which i want by default to be included in start up,main and clean up sequence when ever i press for a new sequence. I am using teststand4.0.Cna any help mein this regard.

Ray is correct in that you would need to create a Sequence File that loads a new sequence file into memory, then adds the specified step to the setup, main, and cleanup step groups of the new sequence files main sequence, and finally loads the new sequence file into the Sequence Editor. I've gone ahead and put together an example sequence that implements
this. This example sequence places a Message Popup step in the setup,
main, and cleanup step groups of a new sequence file (name will be
"<no path>") loaded into the Sequence Editor. Once you've modified this sequence to load your custom steps, it is up to you where you place it for use in the toolbar.
As Ray suggested, I believe the Tools Menu would be the best place to have this feature since the Tools menu is not process model dependent. To add this option to the Tools Menu:
1. Go to Tools»Customize.
2. In the Items Text field select where you want to place this option in the Tools Menu list and click Add.
3. In the Add Tools Menu Item window, select Sequence as the Item Type from the drop down menu.
4. Browse to New Custom Sequence File.seq in the Sequence File field then select Main Sequence in the Sequence field.
5. Click OK to exit the Add Tools Menu Item window.
6. In the Customize Tools Menu window, change the name of your Tools option in the Item Text Expression field. For example I changed the Item Text Expression field to "New Custom Sequence File".
6. Click OK to exit the Customize Tools Menu window.
7. Now if you go to Tools, you should see the New Custom Sequence File option and once clicked, it should load a new sequence file with your specified steps in the Setup, Main, and Cleanup step groups.
This should get you on your way kpraveen. Good luck!
