Well that wasn't a question, but I have some serious misgivings about your proposed idea to get rid of synchronous ajax. Your site says:

As a simple developer of web forms, I assume that I am using the "main thread" and will be affected. Some of my forms are built dynamically and data is sometimes fetched dynamically as well. If I open a form for a user I may need to pre-populate the form fields with some data. In that case, I'd have to get the data (via synchronous ajax) before showing the form. This is a simple case and I think a common one. Am I missing something or am I just screwed?

CWBQM to remove MIC from Inspection plan

We have requirement to remove few MIC from multiple inspection plan. SO I wanted to use CWBQM trx for that purpose.
We maintain inspection plan with unique id of group and gp counter.
Group 111 Counter 1
Gp 111 Countr 2

Q-1: From abouve list I don't want to update all inspection plan. I want to update for only few counter of each group. So how to enter these group and group counter combination in initial screen to do mass change.
Q-2: We wanted to remove MIC1, MIC2, MIC5 from all inspection plan. Where to enter these MICs in intial screen so system pull only those MIC list of insp plan? these are complete copy model MIC.
Q-3: As said earlier we wanted to remove MIC from inspection plan. Now after excuting CWBQM we are getting list of MIC. So do mass change I'm selecting MIC column and applicable row and clicking on Extra --> mass change. Then system is not giving me MIC in pop-up list. It gives me all other data including qnt and qualitative field of MIC, but we wanted to remove complete MIC from plan. how to do that?

I'm following these steps:
CWBQM work area - Q_OPR_000000000010
Entering inspection plan data in selection screen - Ctrl + F7
Got MIC list
Select Master Inspection chara. column
Select row to delete particular MIC
Menu > Extra > Mass change --> Here I got two pop-up screen
One with name Mass change inspection char -- but this screen is empty - no field on this screen
There is one more screen which says "select fields" - List of fields like, lower limit, upper limit, catalog type, selected set, info feild, inspection method, plan, insp qualification, long term indicator, item......but there is no field which says MIC
If I select any field from second pop-up then it pull that field to mass change screen, but that I don't want to do. My purpose to remove MIC, not its field.
Please let me know where I am wrong?

I am hoping someone could answer this one for me quickly.
I have a scenario during an refresh upgrade to CUCM 10.5(2) where it fails in the install logs with "component_install:807, failed to refresh_upgrade Infrastructure_post components | <LVL::Critical>".
The fix to this may be that I need to uninstall the AUNP dialplan before upgrading.

- Unsync all media and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

Removing iTunesHelper from start-up programs, a bad idea?

I would like to remove iTunesHelper from my start-up, is this a bad idea? Will it hurt iTunes performance?

This is what the iTunes helper does, it makes it so whenever you connect an iPod/iPhone/iPad/etc., if you have the option to do so enabled in iTunes, it will automatically open iTunes for that device.
So, remember that checkbox "Run iTunes when this device is connected?" in your iPod screens? Yup, iTunes Helper is the tool that helps manage this and determine the device is connected, and runs iTunes if it is not open.
That said, if you like this feature, then you'll want to keep it around. If you disable it, when you connect a device, iTunes will not open automatically, even if you specifically told it to do so before, since it requires iTunes Helper to do that.
However if you don't care for this, and wish to open iTunes manually, then there is no problem with removing it from your startup.
I am not sure about the quicktime task. sorry

Ii already run deprecation up to 12 period and asset value is ok but in asset explore planned depreciation still show some amount in 12 period i want to remove that amount how do i that?

This is not possible.
You have to run the dep for the 12th period in repeat mode.
Hope you have some issues in year end activities, since you are not able to close last FY in AA.
In this case there is an alternative solution is available, which will not effect your Profit/Loss, but the TB figures will get changed.
First do repeat run by test run for 12th period and check how much amount is being showed in column amount to be posted for each asset.
Then post ABZU for those assets for that much of amount and then do the update run for 12th period.
By doing these your accum dep account and dep expense account will have the same balances.
So after year closing in AJAB, again pass a fresh unplanned dep entry with ABAA in 1st period of new year for the same amount.
This information might help you a lot.

Removing admin user from planning application

Hi,
i have a small question that possibly u can answer easily.
in workflow process when users click "change status", at promote and approve "admin" user comes up with in combo-box.
we are sharing shared services with another project team so i dont wanna show "admin" to my users in that list cos i have "plnadmin" as application owner.
by the way "admin" was deprovisioned from planning applications on HSS such that he cannot log-in to planning application. (user doesnot exists for this application message.)
but he still exists in workflow process combo-boxes and "Administration->Application Settings->Assign application Owner" combo-box.
how can i remove him ?

Hi,
In theory it should remove the admin user if they have been deprovisioned and the application owner assigned to another user. I did a quick check on 11.1.1.3 and it removed the admin user from the workflow and tables.
Maybe it has not removed the user because a workflow was already in progress even though it worked for me.
There are probably a number of ways to try and removing the user e.g. try restart planning service and log into the application to see if it syncs up with shared services (it should do if the property SYNC_USER_ON_LOGON is set to true, which is default for planning)
Try stopping the workflow process and run a refresh, or go to access permissions for a member and click migrate identities to see if it clears the table.
Final stage would be to manually remove from the repository tables.
(sorry if I have not covered all areas, I sure somebody will give you different ideas or repeat what I say)

Removing someone from shared plan

I currently have another person on my shared plan and I would like to remove them and have them manage their own account (including their own payment). They are under contract until 8/14. Is it possible to do this and change each of our plan options before the contract is up? We would both continue to be Verizon customers.

The other person would have to perform an AOL(assumption of liability) to take over their line. I believe you can do it over the phone, but I would think it is best to have this done in a store.

Charges for Removing Line of Family Plan

My family plan contract doesn't end until 2013, but I am getting divorced and don't want the other line on my account for another year and a half. If I take the other line off but it still stays with Verizon, just creates its own plan, does Verizon give any leniency on the early termination fee?

If you do an Assumption of Liability, you can transfer the line to another account owner, and they will assume responsibility for the line, equipment and contract. Their contract end date remains the same, and each of you can select a new plan for your lines.
If you cancel the line outright, you will have pay the full Early Termination fee, which depends on the type of device you bought on the line and how long it has been active.
You can also suspend the line and continue to pay for it until the contract is up, if that would be cheaper or more feasible for you than paying the ETF, and you can't find anyone to take it over through an AoL.

Sounds like you are looking in the wrong Administrative Group container which is why you are seeing your Exchange 2010 servers in there.
When you install Exchange 2003 only you will see a container named by default as "CN=First Administrative Group" container. But this could be named anything if you changed the Organization Name on the installation when you installed the first
Exchange 2003 server into the domain/forest.
You will notice that when you install Exchange 2010 part of the AD setup is to create a new configuration container and is named by default "CN=First Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)".
So it sounds like you are not looking in the right location within ADSIEdit.

How do I add a third computer (laptop)? When I try 'manage account' prompt the only choice within that is to remove a computer.

You are allowed to authorise 5 computers max.
You might have more than 5 to trigger this prompt.
What you can do is to de-authorise all then authorise those computers again.
Note: you can only do that once a year.
Computer iTunes > Store > View Account > sign in and click the Deauthorise All button.

As we know, we can have different categories of tool bars like standard, build, debug etc shown in pic -
or we can access the categories via - View Main Menu -> Toolbars
Basically My requirement is that, I don't want to show these options (Build, Debug, Debug Location, Layout, customize , Text Editor, Standard etc) shown in context menu or shown in submenu.
How can I achieve it ? Please advice.

Command-X option removed from Mail app

Why was the single most useful Mail keyboard shortcut removed in the latest version of Mail. I have used the Command-X shortcut to quickly and PERMANENTLY delete emails from the Inbox for YEARS. This allows me to quickly dispose of mail that I know I will NEVER need to see again.
Why must I be forced to delete the darn thing twice (Inbox then Trash) to clear it from my life?
Removing this feature was a really, really, really BAD idea!!!
Please, please, please put this function back in the next update.

Step 1. We need to start with how things were designed to work.
Command + X is a cut operation, this is standard to move things from point A to B, in mail it was between mailboxes. That is it's only function, I have accidentally destroyed a few emails because I hit this keybind by accident. Since Apple has removed it, I can understand why.
Also, we don't have a crystal ball to look at your setup, so you can't say I'm being shortsighted if you haven't mentioned the other systems and platforms you access your email on. For syncing of trashed messages, either get a bigger quota or pick a primary workstation to hold the trash locally off the mail server.
Yes, messages get deleted accidentally, yes its good to review the trashed messages before deletion, but if you have an inkling of a hint of a thought that you want to keep the message, put it in a folder that will sync with the other devices, not the trash.

You are audacious to state that people are doing things wrong and should do them your way. How can you say why the feature was put there in the fist place did you write Mail.app??
My way? I'm explaining how Apple designed it and what the requested function does.
That was not polite and I'm trying to understand/help you find a solution that works.
To start, I recommend inquiring about a bigger email quota so that you have a larger buffer before deletion.
Next, I recommend trying Office 2016 to see if it suits your need.
Last, see about downloading the PDF documents and saving them to your computer.
Something to take note of, if Mail doesn't work for your needs, have you tried a different email application?
There are many options like Mailbox, Sparrow, Thunderbird, and Outlook 2016.
Hate to sound like a broken record, but have you investigated the options I've suggested?
You may want to see if the mailing lists have PDF downloads you can access on-demand when you're ready to review them.
I recommend this as you can store those files on your computer/server thus taking the stress off your email to handle large attachments.
I would like to have an answer so I can move on to the next steps in troubleshooting.
